The best hotel I have been so far. The staff is amazing. My boyfriend and I made a mistake in our reservation and made it for the month after we wanted to go to there. The staff made everything to get us a room on the D-day for friday and Saturday night and even got us reduction on the prices. They are life savers. I recommend 100/100.
Just got back from a 3 night stay here. I was a bit worried as some reviews have not been position, however it was excellent. I was travelling with my 8 year old son. I felt safe and very welcome. The room was great, the staff are friendly and helpful and they had great knowledge about tubes and buses locally. I really loved my stay and would recommend and would stay again. Breakfast was nice and the girl on reception was kind and printed some vouchers out for us.
