My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Xenia on our recent trip to London. I have traveled extensively over the years, both for business and pleasure, and have never encountered a hotel with such friendly and personal service. We arrived from the US in the early morning and dropped our bags at the hotel to hold until our room was ready and the concierge, Zlatiwir, inquired of our itinerary and made suggestions for the day, as he did each day we were there.
The staff is amazing. So welcoming. The hotel is in a convenient location close to two Underground stations.
The hotel is wonderful but what puts it over the top is the staff. Everyone is welcoming, sweet and eager to help with every need. The staff truly made our stay a great experience. The rooms are small but cozy. The hotel is well cared for and again the staff attended to our every need. We plan to stay here any time we’re in London.
