Absolutely fantastic hotel from the front desk/piano staff, to breakfast (huge offerings), to location and cleanliness. This hotel hits the mark!
I needed to split payment between my corporate and personal credit cards. Most hotels would either say this isn’t possible or act put out but this was no problem for the kind staff member that checked us in. We arrived early morning after a flight from the US and again, early check in was not a problem.
Great find! Nice modern hotel! Love the theme! Staff were friendly. Nice breakfast, although probably would have appreciated it even more had I not been running a marathon hours later! Comfy bed, although the sofa bed that my sister slept on didn't look as comfy. Nespresso machines were a nice touch.
Fantastic experience here. Lobby was eclectic and visually interesting. My husband and I stayed on the "Wizard of Oz" floor and we loved the theme in the room. The comfortable room (especially the bed), great breakfast, extraordinarily attentive staff, and convenient location make this a hotel deserving of a 5-star rating.
