Our stay in this hotel was amazing.
The room was big and had a huge bed. Everything in the room was of good quality and it was all super clean.
The bath had jets which was an unexpected bonus.
The hotel itself is very well maintained it felt a lot quieter than the larger hotels which suited me perfectly.
The staff are all so friendly. Honestly I can't fault them.

This hotel was in a great place for visiting London. Close to South Kensington tube (Circle/District & Piccadilly lines) so perfect for Heathrow. Walkable to Knightsbridge, the museums, Hyde Park & The Kings Rd. The staff were friendly & hard working. The hotel appears to be doing as much as it can to be "green". |We had an executive king room facing the V&A museum. The bed was comfy with nice pillows. The modern bathroom was supplied with soap, shampoo and lotion (fyi no hair conditioner).
