This is a first choice destination: qialite host pools mountain view excellent restaurant spacious room with private terrace secure parking. Do not miss this place even if you have to pay kilometers of roads in laces before.

Quiet and very exotic stay on the shores of Lake Como. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice room.
We had taken the half board and we appreciated the diversity of the dishes with the possibility to choose every day between 3 proposals of meals. The village of Colico is 5 ' walk from the hotel. Only downside off season little departure from Colico to go around the Lake but possibility of going up to Varenna (which is worth the detour) by train here so much more possibilities to visit and go around the Lake by boat.

Lovely place right on the lake. Beautiful view, shame the service x nothing professional nor a blonde at the reception or the barman. Gave us a voucher of groupon x the spa a full day with reserved area for 2 hours and drink. The spa offers Turkish bath, Finnish sauna, bio sauna and a salt room. Rather small and no hot tub or similar. Cold showers. Ĺ. 'only swimming pool that we could use was on the outside with cold water that we have not used because for all the time c was the robot that cleaned the bottom of the pool. We had to give up all private area as the room availability is limited and the Saturday was fully booked. We can not say anything on the drink because you don't have led. After 40 minutes of waiting we left. At the end we were 2 and a half hours. I believe that in this structure there are a standard customer To those of the hotel and customers of the B-series ones in the spa, as we are not just considered. The yield of the key is returned the deposit but not as a greeting, nothing. Ignored of all. The rudeness is the jewel in the crown of this place. Experience not to repeat, and especially NOT to advise.

Thanks to a good groupon we were able to enjoy a delicious yet simple drink by the pool. Choice between soft drink or glass of prosecco, accompanied by olives, potato chips, cold cuts. The spa is elegant, simple and offers the possibility of a complete relax thanks to the relaxation lounges with magazines, relaxing music and herbal teas. Finnish Sauna and bio-sauna, Turkish bath and emotional showers complete the package. Experience to try in the summer when you can access to the swimming pools and park outside.

We bought a whole day at the Spa on groupon. From the photos and from the reviews we started positive and hopeful to spend a day in serenity. Once we arrived there the front desk lady began to complain for an old vase moldy that it had moved a cm to the fault of the machine. Of a arrogance and dislike of them. And then we change, and we enter in the Spa, alas disappointment is absolute. The only part that we did was the sauna. Spa very small, the two “attractions” on the cross. The only positive note was on the outside or in the pools and with the beautiful day we were able to use and take the sun. Drink simple but all in all good. At the end we were a couple of hours instead of all day because we were bored.

I spent a beautiful weekend with my girlfriend in February (thankfully Sunny), the staff was super friendly and the SPA, although a little limited, was to our liking, as well as the food (exquisite! ).
Recommended!

Wonderful location, nice staff, but the service is of course a bit Italian) On arrival noticed a foul smell in the bathroom-it in the trash can lurk a couple of bulls from previous guests. Cleaning of the room every day, but the water they always forgot to leave. However, the SPA is excellent and the kitchen is better than in many restaurants next door. Maybe It is a small bad luck with cleaning, the hotel is very pleasant!

Wonderful hotel in a very beautiful location right on the shores of Lake Como. The rooms with lake view and access to the garden are very beautiful. The view of the lake and the mountains is just amazing.
The main feature of the hotel is the spa. Everything is very good and correct. Yes, the pools are not heated, but if you come in the winter, then swim there after the sauna-a pleasure.
The staff is very friendly, always willing to help, the service is super.
Wi-Fi is free in all areas, works confidently.
Parking is free, which is also great.
I would definitely recommend this hotel. If you want to relax in peace and quiet for a few days, you are here.

All very clean and good food.

Very nice setting. The hotel and restaurant walk a bit in slow winter but the kitchen is varied and excellent. Staff are available and knowledgeable.

The staff is not prepared and only create problems. We arrived with a groupon of 29.90 euros, of which the value was 120. Apperitivo and a kit spa included. We have offered a paid parking but luckily we had already parked. They wanted to give us a cabinet only where there was everything, and when we asked for the second we have given the key to a already occupied with the consequent loss of time to change it yet. Rent a bathrobe and sale obbigatoria of shoes for 10 euro per head because when I bought the groupon was included, but then they changed idea. As the spa leaves much to be desired. Not, there is a hot shower that is. Sauna and Turkish bath, low-temperature, and ceilings that scrostano. Herbal teas poor economy brand of the supermarket… we had the whole day but we were inside 15 minutes of boredom. Appetitive choice of alcoholic or non-alcoholic. The alcoholic prosecco and just. Anancolico water and mint, point, without much of a choice. With olives stuffed with peppers and chips. Custody bowls… we don't have offered because after 15 minutes of attessa we were told that it was not compressed… because the first groupon of the ec had, but then they changed it. Peccatto that my was one of those considered old. Complete disappointment because we have been badly treated by a young girl who has umilliate with her a little ways up professional that would be made redundant immediately.

Perfect place to get away a bit from everyday life. I only tried the spa option in the month of January and I found it very well, I enjoyed the Turkish bath and the sauna, great herbal teas but I didn't understand the usefulness of the small salt room. The only flaw is that the pools are not heated, I would give 5 stars if the pools worked even in winter. Discreet aperitif.

Personally I found myself very well, great view of Lake Como and very nice place, cared and relaxing. The salt cave is not a real cave, but a simple room, but the rest respects the expectations. I recommend the place to those who are in the vicinity.

Very Nice spa, with Groupon at €30 there is access to Turkish bath, sauna, hemozygous shower and salt grotto + aperitif. The Salt Cave was a bit of a disappointment because it is nothing but a room with containers full of salt (and hair/hairs). The view is breathtaking, especially with the snow.

Positive ASPECTS: Structure and concept of the hotel, modern furnishings, nice and relaxing atmosphere, the room with the patio on the garden is top and the cleanliness good, you enjoy a suggestive view of the lake and the mountains, with the card to open the room opens the bar to Access the covered parking and the entrance door to re-enter when you want then you are completely autonomous, the spa is not great but it is still pleasant and well structured, friendly and helpful staff.
Negatives: The shower does not have a door and when you wash it flooded the bathroom, there is little division between a patio and the other (would be nice a tent to do by partition), rooms not very soundproof, breakfast excluded at the cost of €10! We preferred to make it to the bar, we had to penate to look for it because the hotel is in the middle of nowhere! Also the receptionist had not told us that we had to communicate if we were planning or not to make breakfast and at the end of the stay they even made it pay!
In summer this hotel offers much more, with swimming pool and outside bars.

Stayed at this hotel in autumn. The hotel has a beautiful location right next to the lake. The garden and pool is beautiful, but in autumn/winter not heated. The wellnes area has two Saunas, steam bath, a relax are and a strange room were they have a lot of salt in pots. I guess you are supposed to put it on your skin. The steam bath smelled very bad. The stuff at reception was also not very helpful. Hope they can improve the service. In the area there is a lot to do many small cities and hiking trails.

Nice modern hotel with good location on Lake Como. For rooms with lake view, the pool can be reached from the terrace (30m), each room has comfortable terrace furniture.
Breakfast is not as lush as in other 4 star hotels I know, but everyone can get tired. (Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, cheese, jam, cereal, etc. )
Dinner is offered in the form of a 3Gänge menu, cooked regional and at medium level.
Tip: Be sure to take a room with lake view, here you have a nice view, in front of the terrace is a beautiful meadow and away to the pool is short.

Unfortunately the hotel does not meet its 4 star claim. Right on arrival we found a very dirty towel well visibly hung up. The Badeimer was defective but was not replaced but the broken part was simply removed. The lamp was repaired with tape, on which already dead flies stuck. When showering, it was impossible to avoid putting the half bath under water. A complaint about our half burnt dinner was treated very unprofessionally. Overall, the hotel made a very mixed impression, sometimes the food was good, then again not at all, as were the staff, sometimes friendly, then we were ignored again.

This not four star. Its got good outside pools. And seating areas. With good views over the mountains. Its lovely views from most rooms. Its very relaxing. The decking round the beach bar is very dangerous it's not been screwed down properly. You could put your foot out or even break your foot. It needs sorted out. Straight away.

Place with a lot of potential, but not exploited to the fullest. Details not handled. Frequented the place for a buffet dinner and then dancing. The waiter is not competent, do not know the drink available. In the evening, only in my table are. Been spilled, drink on two people because of the staff.

Stayed here in the dying months of the Winter. A very scenic place. Not all rooms have a scenic view but the rooms are modern and clean and depending on the dates you choose good value for money. The off beach bar and swimming pool area is beautiful although we didn't brave a dip in May! Service was great, breakfast was OK but nothing amazing but all in all a lovely visit.

Not impressive but not bad either, clean rooms, good breakfast.

I have held last 3 July, the birthday of my daughter inside one of the swimming pools of these hotels. Wonderful day. Apart from the scenery, which, according to me, is fandrastico, all the staff helped to make this day special: from Yari to the bar staff. We have even reserved a room for you to eat the cake and let the children play after the bath. A special thanks also to Federica, animator for children present all day in the pool, that with his experience and patience has made the party unforgettable.

The location is beautiful! Very nice! Plumbing was not very clean… the shower is poorly configured, then boiling water, then cold. Tortured until washed.

Really good food, from a young chef, who I don't think has yet reached his full potential. Loved the marinated salmon with wild asparagus. There's a young feel to this comfortable, modern hotel surrounded by views of the lake and mountains.
Very pleasant and young friendly staff in hotel and restaurant. The Maitre d' Alberto was especially welcoming.
Plenty of room around 2 pools (cold).
In a couple of years, it will be difficult to book here, I can see it becoming very popular.

-Great location — right a front of the lake, surrounded by the mountains, perfect for running and cycling -Modern garden -Good and friendly service -Very nice presentation of the dinner — Zero entertainment in the hotel — Lake bar was close, unfortunalty we needed to go outside of hotel to enjoy the views — Pool wasn't heated. We were unable to use it. — Rooms facing to the car park — Italy shouldn't offer bad quality coffee from the vacuum-flask — Dinner taste didn't keep up with the look — Furniting, Interior of the hotel is too clinical and doesn't feel comfortable … missing the 'home feeling ' — If you shower you are floating all bathroom no matter if you want or not — Gym is far away from place where you could train. Would be a nice thing to have bathrobes. Would I come back? YES but only during summer season, with lake view room and few friends. Little boring surrounding.

Spa piccola ma completa. Molto piacevole.

Surrounded by greenery with plenty of space. On the Lake. Beautiful outdoor Sun area. Relaxing. Clean rooms. Downside: the bathroom gets flooded because the shower doesn't have a wall.
Sunset restaurant/bar with large Windows overlooking the Lake and sunset but very basic and noisy at night because in open space with local happy hour with dj sets. The Spa is modern but nothing of that and no outdoor heated pool and changing room uncomfortable.

Location, location, Spa, dinner, breakfast and excellent price performance ratio! The only flaw is the presence of ants in the room next to the bathroom and near the head of the bed but sidelined seeing the complex which is perfect!

Lovely place all of a good standard. 2 grsvi niggles: rugs very uncomfortable (in double were two single blankets) and the curtain closed does not prevent the entry of light.
Almost all the staff very friendly, very good experience overall.

Very impressive and beautiful place "comfort rooms"

Could be a really good Hotel. Location is perfect and rooms are nice and bed was comfortable. The rest is terrible. Not very friendly, stop signs and rules posted everywhere and a very basic breakfast. Have had much better breakfast in 2 star hotels. In your room, Instead of a welcome letter you'll find a long list of rules and and things that are prohibited. The pool area is divided into two areas (general and gold card) and again stop signs and restraining bars. The bar closer to the lake looks great but one waits forever to get simple food and drinks.
