As an American I looked for something a bit more traditional on my night in London passing through to Seattle and this seemed to for perfectly. The price was reasonable for the room I needed and for the last minute booking, and the owners offered a lot of advice for local food and pubs in nearby Horley. Overall a great place to stay to experience a small slice of London.

Stayed in the 3 twin bed room. It perfectly matched the description on booking. Com … Reception and breakfast people were all super nice. They had an extra per adaptor for us to use. It's a no nonsense easy place to stay when leaving out of Gatwick.

I love overnight stays here when flying from Gatwick. It's convenient and comfortable and a great place to leave your car safely.

We thought this place was lovely. Comfy, clean, tidy, modern furnished room with tea/coffee facilities included. Lovely warm welcome, breakfast included. And all for a brilliantly low price. Will definitely be staying again prior to Gatwick airport flights.

Excellent location for Gatwick airport. Great parking facilities. Excellent, friendly and welcoming hosts, family run. Good size rooms, good cleanliness. Plenty of choice for a fresh breakfast in pleasant breakfast room. Will definitely use Gatwick House again. No reason to look any further as this place offers all we need.

What a lovely stay we had at Gatwick house, nice clean room and great idea of help yourself Breakfast from 3am, we had great meal at the olde six bells 3mins walk literally from Gatwick house so much nicer than big formal hotels will stay again, wonderful.

Very Highly recommended Staff and services excellent, staff went out of the way on all aspects, Tony the proprietor of this establishment literally goes out of the way for his guests, giving everyone a warm welcome, I would give Gatwick House more than the five stars. Out of all my travels thus far this is one of the BEST.

Very nice welcoming from the staff, and everything was explained nice and easily once we arrived. Lovely room and great food as well. Definitely recommended and would go again.

Super friendly owners. The room we were in though had black mould all over the shower, there were cobwebs and the room felt like the forgotten closet. The furniture was even falling apart and the fridge was broken.

Friendly and flexible, a real pleasure to stay. Frequent traveller, so will be making this an essential part if my travel plans.

This guest house is great value, next to a traditional pub. Would recommend.

Booked at the very last minute due to missing the last flight of the day. Tony (the owner) is a true gent who was unbelievably helpful, even picking me up from the airport himself when I could have got a bus or taxi to Gatwick House. They were almost completely full so there was only a tiny room left (still with a good ensuite) but all I needed was a bed for a few hours so it saved me a ton of money. The breakfast conversatoire looked very nice although I didn't have time to enjoy it fully in the morning. Wifi worked well and was not disturbed by any noise at any point. The taxi they booked for me back to the airport early the next morning was on time and reasonably priced. If you want to avoid the more expensive hotel chains at and immediately around the airport without going too far afield, and appreciate the personal touch of a family-run business, you can't go wrong with Gatwick House.
