Great weekend stay. Hotel was clean and the owner was very helpful. Pet friendly and close to everything.

Foreign ran lie like a rug. When you catch them in it they get excited. Do not trust this place you will ne sorry. Can not believe Whindum put thier name on this place.

Super 8 has Super Service I’m not sure why people have gave this one a bad rating because everything was clean and service was excellent.

Great place to stay for a night. Food, Movies, Mall, and skating all on the same steeet.

I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 only because the price point undercut any other "name brand" hotel in the area and for convenience. Also my room door had a seal on the bottom which is actually a rare thing for me to see. Helps to reduce hallway light and noise. But otherwise, I dont think I will stay here again. Even with 2 non smoking floors, the smell of smoke is always going to be ingrained in the carpets and air. It was tolerable until I went to sleep and found that the pillows smelled like smoke and makeup. I don't think the pillow covers had been thoroughly washed and then they were put into my non smoking room. I woke up with a migraine in the middle of the night and it didn't go away. I can't be sure it was due to the scent of smoke but It certainly didn't help. Speaking of those pillows, my king size bed had 3 mini pillows, and no extras in the room. Im not sure how 2 people could share 3 small pillows. The blanket was as thin as a table cloth. I actually used the decorative piece that is placed at the foot of the bed as a 3rd layer. The heat was set at 72 and ran all night because it never warmed up to the setting. The love seat in the room was as hard as a rock. Probably the cheapest piece of sofa furniture they could use for a hotel room. Can't comment on the breakfast because it ended at 9 and I didn't get up in time. I wish these hotel breakfasts would go to at least 10, as some of us don't have to be up early the next day.

Always go here when I'm in town. Awesome clean place. Great people running it. They will accommodate you with anything you need. Great prices. Pet fee is $10 here. Which is awesome. They offer a AAA discount as well.

It's a nice little place the room I was in, was quite big, and has secure Wi-Fi.

It smelled wierd and the breakfast was pretty bad but it's probably what you should expect for paying less. The carpets were dirty but other than that, comfortable enough for a one night stay. I'd still take any other major hotel, though.

Always reeks of weed. Lime green walls feel claustrophobic. Staff is rude and unhelpful. I'd rather stay in a North Korean prison than here.

We enjoyed the stay at this hotel very much. The rooms are modern, clean, staff are very friendly and great breakfast.

Good location for richmond visiting. Complementary breakfast is nice (cinnamon rolls are quite good) rooms are clean and comfortable.

I reserved a upgraded king room, when I arrived, they no longer had it available and had to settle for a dual queen bed room. When we got to the room, ended up finding wolf spiders by the sink, the tub, and the Mrs freaking out when one crawled across her pillow. Ehhh, dunno if I'd stay here again.

Crack in the shower, strange splotch on the bathroom door, door handle on the bathroom door was busted, the room smelled like crap, service was pretty sh*t, no healthy options at the breakfast, and the alarm clock didn't work. The only good thing about it is the fact that it has free Wi-Fi, and they probably have it as an apology gift or something.

We booked our room 5 months in advance for a event we were going to attend through a motel booking system. 1 month before the event the motel offered a reduced rate. We called the motel and talked to David on the front desk. He said that if we could show him the advertisement for this lower price he would give it to us when we checked in. When we checked in he changed his story and said that he could not give us the lower price because we did not go directly through the motel, but if we could cancel our reservation through the motel booking system he would then re-enter our booking and give the room to us at the lower price. We called the motel booking system and they canceled our reservation and even called David at Motel 8 and told him what they had done. David THEN booked us into our room at what was suppose to be the lower rate for 6 days. We just got the bill on our card and David never changed the cost of the room and we were charged the full amount with out the discount. My problem really is why David went to all that trouble to pretend he was doing us right and giving us the price the motel quoted for the event and didn't do a thing. We would have thought more of him if he wouldn't have lied. Our feelings about motel 8 is we will never trust the company again and never use them again and will tell everyone we know about how they lied. Also like another customer had to get our card re-keyed 4 times in the 6 days we were there.

Called if asked if they had semi truck parking. Front desk said yes. I go out of my way to stay there and get there only to find they do NOT have truck parking. Why tell someone you do when you don't. Very rude.

Super 8 in Midlothian was a nice place to stay the night. The rooms were clean and the guys at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Only thing I didn't like was that I had to go to the first floor to get drinks or snacks, which isn't even a big deal. I would stay here again if I ever needed to.

Worst motel stay ever! Rooms smelled like wet dirty socks! Front desk person was very rude & un willing to do his job every time I went to desk he had his headphones on & acted as if I was bothering him. My room key stopped working second day & he reprogrammed it with an attitude to the wrong room! Then when I went to desk again he told me it was not his problem! Well sorry to say I paid for this room so yea it is your problem! What a F***in D**k & not one of the other employees spoke a work of English.

The room was okay but smelled bad, and the bed was hard and uncomfortable. Cheapish place to sleep for a night though.

Rooms was clean and only problem I had was I was paying with my spouses credit card and we/him tried to call the night before and pay over the phone and was assured we would have no problems signing in. After we got there management told me no I couldn't pay with his card. Thankfully I had cash on me.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and never had a bad experience. The room is always clean and staff is very nice. The breakfast in the morning just sweetens the deal, recommend this hotel for anyone staying in chesterfield.

We were greeted with awesome hospitality, clean rooms and adequate accommodations. Our family would definitely stay here again.

I lasted less than 30 minutes there. I recently quit smoking, and requested a non smoking room. Upon arrival I was given a smoking room and told to wait until tomorrow for a non smoking room to open up. I went to the room and was overwhelmed by the sights and smells. Bed sheets are disgusting, no fitted sheet on the bed, paint fine combined with smoke seemed to permeate through the walls. The smells had impregnated the pillows. The bathroom floors showed no sign of cleanliness, especially the moldy grout. I went across the street. The manager is supposed to call me about a refund for the rest of the week. They said there was nothing they could do about the 30 minute night that I spent there.

Pleased with the room set up. The landscaping was well done. Was impressed with the cleanliness of the environment and lobby of motel. There was plenty of food for breakfast. I would recommend their services to a friend.

Kishore Karyakars obviously works, owns or knows the people at this location cuz he is the only one who thought the service was good or maybe because he is from India too that he got good service because none of us got decent service. If you are in that great of need for money that you will rent out rooms like that, then please open a quik-e-mart somewhere. You'd probably make more money, instead of refusing people's refunds who are unsatisfied with your place and service. Please hire people with friendly courteous attitudes and smiles on their faces! Cleaning involves: vacuuming, dusting, wiping (tables, chairs, tv's, dressers, door handles), changing sheets and towels. Please keep the bathroom clean.

Semen stains on the walls! Pubic hairs on the pillows and bed! Cigarette ash all over the floor! Mold in the bathroom! And a giant hole in the bathroom sink! This is what we found within our first five minutes of checking in. After politely telling the front desk that we refused to stay here and requested a refund, all we received was a bad attitude and they refused to give us a refund. Needless to say, this was the worst hotel we have ever been to, and we did not stay there. I will be contacting their corporate headquarters and the local health board.
