Stayed here ONLY 1 NIGHT. It was advertised at the REPAIR SHOP! We were NOT told we would be STUCK in 3rd building. Felt like we were out of civilization. They did offer pick up & return. However, the gals seemed like it was INCONVENIENT.

When we got to the hotel the manager on duty was on his cell phone. It took 30 minutes for him to give us our room. When we finally got our room it was dirty and smelled nasty. Our room was by the pool which was noisy. I called the front desk and asked for a different room. The carpet was better but it smelled like urine. The TV was not working and the lights kept flickering. Had a really rough time opening the door. Will not be staying at that hotel again.

Horrible stay. The front desk lied to me about needing a card on file or a deposit. Once I got there we had to wait 30min in the lobby for our room key which he told us the key machine was broken AFTER he took my money. I was quoted 68$ for another day but when I went in to get another day they said it would be 78$ and the front desk said the boss specifically said not to honor prices for that day. Nothing but scamming ways here stay away from this hotel.

So I went to go ask for the prices at about 9 am. They gave me good price for 2 beds. About 75 total for the room. They said that we had to wait until check in time which was at 2, and if we wanted to check before it will be 15 dollars extra. We decided to go to walmart for some supplies, when we came back it was about 2 houra later, the lady just told us that the ptices had gine up and we had to end up paying 100 dollars. This place is a scam and they should honor the prices people were given. The breakfast isnt even good and they really dont know how to sell, since this was the only hotel with rooms during the SCMF. DO NOT go to this place.

I saw two huge roaches on the wall. I contacted the front desk and they didn't offer to change rooms, they offered to send the maintenance man, which isn't very productive. I couldn't even sleep! I definitely will not be going back. WAY too expensive for the room and experience.

This place is so inconsistent and I feel not only the management team along with their team members all need a refresher course on providing good customer service, and how to resolve any issues that should arise not only with good communication amongst the staff and more importantly, their guests. I am a Wyndham Rewards holder and have had many opportunities to stay at several properties by redeeming rewards points for free nights. Briefly you go into the Wyndham rewards app book a stay by redeeming a free rewards night, when you choose the property your interested in staying at you are given options of the dates, and rooms available by redeeming free nights. I booked a stay in a King suite at Super 8, the first day I checked in with no hassles or problems. I decided to extend my stay for one more night and followed the same steps as night before and booked the same room also with rewards points. When I went to the front desk to sign the invoice I was told by the front desk clerk I was unable to stay in the king sweet again and if I wanted to keep this choice, I would have to leave a $600.00deposit on the room even if I was redeeming free nights. Those of you that have stayed at this location Super 8 off Gateway east and i10 in El Paso, TX know that not even all the furniture, bed, TV, etc are worth 600.00 and kinda of defeats the purpose of a rewards program rewarding its elite members.

For a super 8 it is one of the better ones. There is a beautiful courtyard in the middle of the hotel and a good pool. They always have a hot breakfast. Not the nicest rooms of all time but definitely better than the other options in town around the same price.

My stay is base no 2/13-14/2018. The motel is a dumpster. I had a room with no a/c it stayed hot in room all night long. Never turn down the bed slept on top of the cover. When Kenworth shop called me and said that my truck is ready at 6am I was told that I could not ride the shuttle the same one that picked me up till 8am. The front desk kid who was very young was no help at all, could have gotten better help from a small child. If this is the only place to stay in town, I suggest that you keep on driving now worth the money or the headache.

I went to the airport road location all very quiet very clean no problem with my stay.

This is the place if you like cheap. The staff is friendly and the prices can't be beat. Room was nice and big. Furnishings are extremely worn and decor outdated. But, you're close to almost everything. The ac/heater works perfectly. I have stayed here a few times and I will stay again.

Great friendly staff. I will definitely come. Back just based on that. The rooms are nice some. Are updated looks like the rest will be updated in time. Love that there is a village inn in the parking lot.

Great room! Very hot water, great water pressure… and the breakfast was way more than continental! Biscuits and sausage gravy, waffles, eggs, danish, cereals, etc.! We had a smoking room and it did not smell like it! We were ground floor and by the pool! What a spectacular deal! Thanks to all employees who made our stay wonderful!

We stayed my wife and 2 children 1 night nothing else to spend the night passing to Mexico in DIC. 2017, I was given a freshly vacated room without cleaning. I had to go back to the reception to be changed. In the new room we got a big cucarachon in the bathroom, apart from that in gral looked dirty and sloppy. The same thing had happened before in the month of July. But since it was too late and it was only to sleep we risked it at the same hotel. It is necessary to pay attention to the issue of cleanliness and a general renovation. For the rest if it is a quiet and centric, lacking variety to breakfast, this well as a snack in what you are going to have breakfast to another place, very close to Sky Vista Mall. I'm not staying there anymore.

The room was okay the bedspread had stains a little small for the price. Everything seemed to work okay the light was shade fell off. Breakfast was really good.

It is good hotel, offers lunch which makes the stay more enjoyable, plus it has a good price and the rooms are well equipped.

My stay here was terrible, mostly due to the bed bugs that ate me and my girlfriend all night. We both woke up covered in swollen, angry, red bites and have been itching like crazy for the past two days. The staff was helpful during check-in, but very unsympathetic when we mentioned the bug infestation. Breakfast was pretty bare bones. The room was good, apart from the bugs.

All right, except not go for you to the mall, only take you but do not go for you when you want to return and that annoys.

I was sold 2 rooms that were already taken and sold to another couple. We didint find out until we tried go inside and someone was already inside. We were promised reimbursement yet haven't received any of that as promised. I tried working with them yet it always been a young lady answering putting me on hold and neglecting her job. I'm really tired of this my patience got tested. It has been a week already.

Nice room. Decent for the price. But would not stay again. Uncomfortable beds. Broken tile and light switches. The doors don’t lock properly. Nice friendly staff. Conveniently located. To much outdoor noise. People yelling. Balls hitting our door and yelling and loud noise downstairs. Also, the village inn next door has horrible service. Cold food. Rude servers but our manager was great.

Hotel looked clean and comfy slept well the first night second day of staying people kept opening my door and knocking you think they would wait a little for me to wake up or get dressed they straight up opened my door good thing I had the chain on I need my privacy I placed a do not disturb sign but I guess it flew away or someone took it away and they still came in. The hotel is fine but can you learn to respect what if I'm changing or asleep this just ruined my stay just the whole disrespect for my privacy.

Amazingly friendly, professional, and informative staff. Not the best room I have stayed in but not the worst room either. Room 104 seemed to not have proper window and door sound insulation. That being said, it was good stay for the price point. I'd stay again.

Be careful if you are planning to stay here! The manager Rohit Patel is a snitch. If you look like a drug dealer, prostitute or an undocumented person don't stay here! He will call detective melendez and sell you out. Rohit gets money for snitching anyone.

After driving for 13 hours, I arrive around 9:00pm. Check in was quick and easy. I asked for a room in the back away from the freeway that ran across the front of the property. No problem. I'm thinking this could be my night. I sign the required paperwork, grab my keys and drive to where my room is located only to find it's blocked by a semi truck. I park 3 rooms down and unload my car. I finally get everything in, shut the door, and plop myself on the bed when I hear the BOOM BOOM CHA BOOM beat of rap music followed by the sound of people yelling to talk over the music. I turn on the TV to drown out the sound, but soon realize my TV noise might be bothering the neighbors, so I turn it down to a normal motel room volume and hear nothing except the BOOMs and other people yelling I turn off the TV and crawl under the blanket and pull everything over my head to drown out the noise. Adding a few pillows to the muffler allowed me to fall asleep 2 1/2 hours later. FINALLY! The sleep I so desperately needed didn't last long. At 4:30am, I was thrown out of bed by the sound of the trash truck bouncing over the many speed bumps in the parking lot. It stops in the back of the motel to pick up and emoty the 3 dumpsters located a few feet from my room. I give up. I decided to shower and leave that place while I still had some sanity left. I went to the bathroom and when I turned on the light, I saw the ceiling vent hanging down and a huge hole where the vent should have been.

You get what you pay for. Beds a little hard. Blankets have smoke holes in them. (non-smoking room) My daughter stepped on a broken beer bottle in the hallway thank god she had shoes on. The pool and free breakfast are decent. Gnats in the room, cockroach or two in the bathroom. The floors were disgusting. Had to put socks on everyone so pur feet didn't turn black. The front desk very unfriendly and lacked any kind of customer service. We won't return or recommend.

The room was not clean and had a funny smell. There were spots and hair on the sheets, the floor wasn't vacuumed properly, the shower was a bit scary, and the bathroom sink was actually missing a stopper entirely. Plus, as pictured, the door had an improperly — closed off area where a deadbolt used to be which showed gaps clear through the door (privacy? Yeah, no). Add an iffy neighborhood feel, and an itchy feeling after using the bed, and I'd say give this place a pass. I should have spent $10 or $20 more on somewhere else. The "small and dirty" room reviews have it right in this case. *Edit: Half my pictures of this place are somehow disappearing shortly after I repost them, and I'm no longer going to try to add them back.

This is a clean, well kept & quiet hotel. Friendly hotel staff, breakfast each morning, & 24 hr service. Family friendly, good parking, & located within short distance to awesome shopping. A must do while in El Paso!

The room was really nice. It's in a very easily accessible area. Lots of things around to go to to eat or otherwise and the price is very doable.

We were driving from Vegas and we needed a room for Saturday January 2. Since we checked the hotel web site and the check in is at 3 pm, we called the hotel and spoke with the front desk on duty. Asked them that we are making a reservation for 3 rooms since we were traveling with 2 seniors and a baby but I wanted to make sure that there was not any problem since we were going to arrive between 3 and 4 in the morning. We arrived to the property at 3:35 am and at the front desk there was not anybody available except for a lady and a guy profoundly sleeping in the lobby. Waited, walked around, called the hotel and nothing. After 20 minutes, I reached the sleeping couple and asked: excuse me, do you work here and the lady said oh yes. The explained we had a reservation for 3 rooms provided the names and the guy simply said I'm sorry but we are completely sold out.! and he said that nobody could tell me to go. We had an argument and he simply said that he could not do anything. We tried to check in in another hotel, but there were not vacancies so we slept in the car really cold and the baby and my father got sick! Called the next morning to talk to the manager and guess what? Mr Patel never answer the phone because he was on the shuttle and after 3 attempts, left him my number and he never answered. At the end this crappy hotel left a whole family stranded in an unfamiliar city sleeping in a car at 4:00 am.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I had to change rooms because my neighboors were having a louder than life orgy. No issues changing rooms. However, both rooms smelled like if a full febreeze bottle was emptied in it. Smell was way too strong and powerful. I would not stay here again. I will pay the extra 10 dlls for a slightly better room.

Truck broke down so been here 3 days. Restaurant is nice being so close. Room was clean. Asking the maids for something is hit or miss if you don't speak Spanish. My main complaint, which to me is a huge deal, TV doesn't get many channels. Yes there is there 3 HBO channels, that's about it tho. No sports channels except ESPN NEWS. Really? You kidding me. Most of the channels they do have is bad quality, snowy or discolored. Of course the channels you don't care to watch come in perfectly clear.

Cleanest super 8 I ever stayed in. Clean room, professional staff and safe area. Perfect buy for you money.

I had stayed here once before but it was a stay. Here I have experienced rudeness from the staff … and the manager here is a total jerk. I took a major fall out here on their stair case and I was injured. Eric is a supervisor or one of the managers. He was nice and kind to help me. However when I went to speak with the hotel manager Mr Patel he wouldn't hardly speak to me; he would not give me an accident report, he would not even file one and he left me sitting in the hotel lobby for over an hour ignoring me. One of my other complaints is that nothing works here. The telephone in the room will not work, the television doesn't work, the bathroom is pathetic. For instance, in the bathroom the tub has a huge enamel repair. The day when I got here there was not a stopper for the tub that was in plain sight. The lighting in the bathroom is terrible so that you can't tell if the toilet is clean nor he bathtub. The beds are hard and uncomfortable. When I came into this room it smelled like bug poison. Within 20 and to get the morning breakfast yesterday, there's a sign right above the countertop in the area where you go to eat it it says something like they serve breakfast from 630 to 930 it at 9:30 even if you aren't in line waiting to use the waffle iron they will turn it off and turn you away. I bet that goes over like a lead balloon here.

Wow the worst hotel in el paso! key dint work so I had to wait outside my room with my two kids in the middle of the night till they fix it smh Don't waste time or money 2nd time and again horrible experience.

Everyone that works at the front desk should be on the same page but looks like they aren't even using the same book! Would never stay at the super 8 on gateway east in El Paso TX.

Staff is friendly, location convenient, has a shuttle service that picks you up and will take you to local stores. Rooms need some tlc and some remodeling. Motel allows pets in apparently all rooms. Carpets are stained and desperately need replaced. Mattress had a large dip and blood stains. Sheets were clean though. Heater/ac unit was tempermental but room was comfortable. Room did have sink microwave refrigerator and flat screen tv. Walls are a little thin but it is a motel so that's expected.

Overall not bad for the price. Only issue was trying to adjust the heater. Front desk staff was helpful and nice.

What an absolute nightmare! I will start with the objective facts. After driving for six-hours, I arrived at the Super 8 Hotel, in El Paso. I was given a room at the rear end of the motel. When I looked at it, there were several defects, which I asked them to correct. These were: a bulb was missing; the plate from the microwave was missing; a major part of the coffee maker was missing; the phone did not have a dial tone, when I raised the receiver. A woman named Sonia fluttered behind the desk, going around in circles trying to determine what she should do; whether she should take a light bulb from another room. The confused thinking went on for quite some time, until I intervened and said I needed a solution. Because I had tired, after a long day, I thought she had given me a receipt, for the cash payment of the room. I went back to her, after leaving the office, and asked her for a receipt. I needed proof that I had paid. She told me that she would issue it in the morning. I insisted that I was entitled to a receipt on the spot, and that she had to give me one. Later, after I had been in the room for a short period of time, after they brought a plate, installed a bulb, and gave me a complete coffee maker, a nearby guest arrived with a boom box in his car and blasted the area. I immediately went to complain and I insisted that they give me another room. At first Sonia said she would.

On chek in they toldm me its going to be $54.95 + tax that make $64.00 On check out they charged my card $76.36 and I been waiting for transport me back to the Shop more than 2 hrs. Stay a way from this place.

Needed a shuttle in the morning to Freightliner to pick my truck up first thing in the morning. Was told shuttle only makes two trips a day to there. 10am and noon. This is not a shuttle service you would expect from a hotel.

WARNING* Though the site says that they have an airport shuttle, it does not not say that it doesn't operate early. I was told by the front desk staff that the airport shuttle "opens" at 7am. If you have an early flight you will be forced to call a cab. Wireless internet is flaky and slow at best. Staff was friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was disappointing though there is a nice restaurant close by that had decent breakfast. Room was dated but clean and pleasant. Cable TV was partially working. Most channels do not come in (including complete lack of local channels), or no sound or no picture.
