Start here on quite a few occasions. Friendly staff and atmosphere.

Breakfast is wonderful. The staff is on point. My room was perfect and I wish that I could stay longet.

The ladies in the front desk are very polite and friendly. Always greet you with a smile. The room was super clean it didn't smell funky like other rooms down the street. Definitely will stay there again.

Excellent service, easy access, very clean rooms, your breakfast is very rich, unrestricted.

Hotel and spa together was awesome! a restaurant inside is a plus! Beds are comfy you can adjust it to your liking. It got alot of space and sound proof bye bye to noisy next door.

Here for a continued education course. Restaurant closed during lunch. Open for breakfast and dinner!

I attended an event here, which was really fun. The place is very beautiful, however the parking lot is small. I suggest showing up early to find parking if you are attending an event.

Upon arrival, the room was clean and bed comfortable. The El paso garden inn is near highway, so ask for a room away from the road. Overall, great place if you need a comfortable, upscale hotel.

Service was good. TV didn't work but was promptly fixed. Phone didn't work. Room and bathrooms were clean. Bed was good. Breakfast was really disappointing.

It was nice. I was there for a job fair. So I dnt know bout the rooms but it was nice from wat I saw.

Parking was completely full, had to park in another hotels lot, loud band until almost midnight, bar and restaurant crowded with drunk 20 somethings, kids running through halls screaming all morning long. Motel 6 service at Hilton prices.

Double charged me $50, twice, for a deposit. Didn't refund my deposit for a week after my stay, then charged me for a pillow I did not take or damage. Tried to refute the charge, and ran into very difficult and unfriendly management. Called corporate about how frustrating my experience was. I wouldn't stay here again or with Hilton Garden Inn if you paid me. Beware using your credit card here!

Clean, comfortable, and friendly staff. This location has ample free parking. The beds are comfy as you can adjust to be firm or soft and anywhere between. It has been kept up over the years. I enjoyed my visit.

Clean room, comfortable bed, nice staff, reasonable price.

New, modern, relatively large hotel. Great breakfast, and very friendly staff. New, large rooms. Close to highway, and 7 min away from airport. To get to restaurants, you must walk, or take car. There are many restaurant options 2 min away by car, or 10 min walk. Great option for business or family traveler.

The hotel is very elegant. The rooms are very spacious and with lots of amenities. The bathroom is very big. All the facilities are very clean. The staff is friendly but it could be more friendly. Enough parking. Fair Rate although not included breakfast.

Thanks so much to these folks. I stayed there last week and realized I forgot my tablet when I got to the airport. If I went back I would have missed my flight. A simple call to them and they packed it well and Fed Ex’d it back to me. No upcharge over Fed Ex. Thank you, very professional.

Have stayed here several times in past 3 years. Serious decline. Bed mattresses are worn out. Painful. My room phone did not work. Tv glitched and froze and was replaced. Desk chair broken. Will stay elsewhere.

Good location, good facilities but 2 things I didn't even like: the mattress in my room was terrible! Undid and old. And breakfast is charged separately when others include it in the rate.

This business has been able and work with Northeast Pin Buster's Special Olympics Bowling Team for the past three years for it's annual Valentine's Dance. We appreciate it.

From the time you walk in this hotel is amazing. The staff was friendly and super helpful. The hotel room was dust free. Adjustable bed firmness on both sides of queen bed.

Great breakfast, great staff, very clean… We’ve stayed here a few times due to the proximity to the airport and the shuttle. Those are the good points. The beds absolutely suck! They are worse than sleeping on the floor! We had the misfortune of trying to sleep on both the King and the Queen beds. They must have somehow been scammed at some point in time into buying the “adjustable” garden beds for all their locations. There is a hilarious video on Youtube of the “inventor” spouting the merits of his “amazing bed”. Most of the Garden Inn locations seem to have come to their senses and replaced them with a comfortable national brand mattress. This location still has them for some reason. Supposedly; these “magic” beds inflate and deflate from firm to soft, without any power source. The “control” dial is a dummy, and obviously doesn’t control anything. The mattress never changes no matter what “setting” it is on. We unzipped the cover and saw that the foam lining that surrounded the flat blue “baffles” was brown with age, (I hope it was age) disgusting! We both ended up with a horrible backache each morning. We emailed corporate but only got the standard “apology” email back.

It is good hotel the receptionists are very friendly and andres the chauffeur of the ban who took us to the different shopping centers is a great person. When I get back to the pass I'm going to stay again in this hotel…

Full-service hotel with bar, fitness center, free parking, fast internet, and pool. Excellent full breakfast provided. Rooms are in great condition.

If you need a place to stay while passing through or working in the area, this is very nice comfortable Hilton. Their location makes it easy to pull into from I-10 and there is plenty of parking. The front desk staff are very customer service friendly. The rooms are newer, very clean and have a fridge to keep your drinks cold. The pool area is good place to relax and take it easy when it isn't too hot outside. They also have a great breakfast to help you get your day started.

The rooms were much more dated looking than the pictures. They were also very small compared to other Garden Inn. My biggest complaint is the large gap between the bed and the heard board. The pillows kept falling through. Other than that it's a decent place to stay for a quick trip.

The staff was very attentive is accommodating us during our stay. The receptionist was a gentleman and he had a very festive tie when we visited. I also enjoying being able to adjust the firmness of the matress. I highly recommend staying here.

I spent a week here. On it's surface it's a real nice facility, clean and modern. I found a couple big annoyances though. The biggest is the internet is sporadic, or at least was in my room. I found it impossible a few nights to get work done, let alone use it for entertainment. I also found the beds uncomfortable. They make a big deal of having adjustable comfort, but I found the bed impossible to dial in and the pillows to be so soft as to be non-existent.

Nice sized rooms, nice lobby, spacious restaurant/lobby area. Hotel shuttle was a little frustrating. I get the on demand status for most things, but feel they should probably have a schedule for early AM flights so that no one has to be worried about whether or not the shuttle will have just taken off when they were needing it. As to bed comment from another reviewer, it took me a while to realise HGI has adjustable beds. Once you figure that out it makes it better (their version of "best" on that setting is way too hard, I have to move it all the way to soft to be comfortable). Staff were nice enough, location is nice and close to the airport but right next to an oil refinery. :/ All that said, I'd go back when in the area.

The last two trips, the adjustable beds lose air as I sleep and I wake in a hole. Staff tried to fix it, multiple times, but cannot get it right. Otherwise, room is nice.

WORST HOTEL EVER! I travel a lot and the Hilton is the WORST by far! The bed is so uncomfortable and hard, its like sleeping on the floor! The breakfast is terrible and cheap quality. The bathroom was not clean, there was hair on the floor and in the shower. Don't waste your money, stay somewhere else!

Friendly staff. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The pool is between the buildings so unless you go from 11am to 1pm you won't get any sun. But on the bright side the pillows were pretty soft.

Went to go reserve a room for the weekend. It was very easy and fast. Good service.

We were there for a retreat. The conference space was really nice. Rooms were comfortable and clean with an adjustable mattress. And, the food was delicious. I will be back! And, I recommend this hotel for a stay-cation, vacation, conferences, and meetings. Ih, and there's a pool and hot tub.

The hotel appears new and well kept. The staff was friendly. The air pump bed was not as comfortable regardless of setting as some high quality mattresses I have slept on but better than a lot of others. The gap between the bed and head board was ridiculous, then add in cheap pillows and STIFF neck! I would also like to commend the landscape staff, I was on the first floor and can personally attest that they have the highest work ethic, they are the poster child for the "early bird get the worm" Why a hotel doesn't pay more attention to details like pillows and a 6 inch gap at the headboard is beyond me. I could live with the early morning leaf blower outside my window, I get they want to start early, but even that, there are numerous areas away from room Windows to start with and do the close to room areas like after 9 am or something. They obviously they make sure the staff knows customer service is important as that was evident, but the person making the decisions doesn't seem to know that when he bought the headboard and pillows. A good night's sleep is important when renting a room, especially in a high quality mid priced room. Tim.

Rooms are a good size; includes small fridge and microwave (along with standard room items such as tv, coffee maker, desk, ect). Front desk is quick to assist and late check out was 1:30 for me (avg is 12:00). There's a bar on-site with a happy hour till 7:00pm.

The Hilton Garden Inn in El Paso is a wonderful hotel. I wanted to give it 5 stars. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were nice, beds were comfortable (with adjustable firmness), hot tub and pool were great, and it all came together to provide a very pleasant stay. I had to take a star off because of how I travel. I don't have a vehicle when I stay at a hotel, so the location in relation to restaurants is important to me. I have also grown accustomed to some type of complementary breakfast. Never of these were worth 5 stars in my opinion. In fact, while the breakfast was not free, it also was not very good. I did not try room service and the restaurant hours did not work with my stay, so those might be better. I WOULD RECOMMEND this hotel to any travelers with a vehicle or who don't mind spending extra for food.

Great hotel. Breskfast very reasonable and the same as it was when operated by hilton. Very convenient to access airport services as it is a short walk. Best rooms are upstairs in main building. Book through wyndam to get the best customer service. All in all a great facility and a helpful staff. I am staying here again.

Service was slow AF. Took multiple hours to get all our guests in rooms that should have been ready much earlier in the day. Had to wait an hour for towels one night. Beds were not very soft and were very bouncy. Overall not very fun.

Can't beat it for convenience to the El Paso airport. Its a nicely kept older hotel. Staff is pleasant. Rooms were a bit noisy. I could hear my neighbor, so they lose a star. The Wi-Fi was good enough to stream movies. Clean robes are provided, which is a nice perk.

Great location to the airport without hearing any planes. Rooms were really quiet even though they had a full house. Room was really clean. Front desk was very polite, professional and friendly. Only complaint is that the beds are really firm. They're like a very firm memory foam.

We were in the conference room doing training. There were big jugs of water that were kept full the whole time I was there. The floor was carpeted and was clean. The staff was nice to point me in the direction of training event. The hotel was clean and well taken care of. I wouldn't mind going back.

No major issues during my stay, however a paid buffet well always loose a star when so many other Hiltons offer the same service for free.

The hotel is located right next to the airport which is what I would consider to be a convenient location. After a few nights things started to get a little weird. I returned to my room one day to find that my shower curtain had been removed. A few days later I returned to my room with it smelling like someone else used my shower with a very different product from mine. The food at the restaurant is OK and the staff are very friendly. I do find the eggs to be a little on the runny side but they haven't gotten me sick yet. The AC unit seems to be dripping condensation onto the carpet. Try it out… it ain't that bad.

Located right next to the I-10. Excellent service, the staff of this hotel is very friendly and helpful. The room is not very spacious but was very clean and furniture in very good condition. The breakfast ($10.95, including gold member or diamond) includes omelettes or eggs to order, and even papaya. Valeria and Rose looked after us very well in the Restaurant.

The drinks were very good and the people serving were even better. The atmosphere Was very nice and the patio that we sat in to drink was very nice and relaxing during the night it's very cool and not even that hot to sit outside to drink.

I had a very pleasant stay here. The staff was excellent, always smiling and asking what more they can do for you. It's a nicely appointed hotel as well, great bar and lounge area, and a breakfast that's both excellent and incredibly fast. Next time I'm in El Paso I will definitely stay here. Great experience!

Great staff, central location to airport and Ft Bliss, and easy access to all the major routes to get around the city.

My stay started off with a male employee bursting into my room without knocking about two hours after checking in, even though the do not disturb sign was on the door. He then was quite rude and insisted the room should be empty and told me to call the front desk; I'm really glad this didn't happen 15 minutes earlier when my girlfriend was showing and getting dressed for work! Perhaps this initial souring influenced the rest of my four day stay, but there were a number of further things we found quite annoying; both my girlfriend and I stay in a lot of hotels for work and we have never disliked a stay enough to note it (we are very easy going with low requirements). 1) The bed was terribly uncomfortable. It has some adjustment of firmness or something, that doesn't really work, and really just results in an un-even surface/firmness and was quite uncomfortable. 2) The room thermostat didn't seem to work well. It really seemed like it would either be full AC or full heat. We could never get it comfortable. And the air quality inside the room really poor due to the constant cycling between the heat and AC. 3) The hotel is surrounded on two sides by an oil refinery, and a freeway on the third side (the fourth is another hotel). 4) The restaurant/bar is very limited and only open for limited hours (5pm to 10pm at night). 5) The hotel convenience store was very anemically stocked.

We were only there for a night. It's right next to the airport, they have a free shuttle, and they're open all night. The night shuttle driver was great — super nice. The morning shuttle driver made us wait an hour. They are literally 8 minutes from the airport, but we were standing outside the hotel waiting for him for almost 60 minutes. When he got there, he had no one in the van. Apparently he was driving people around to the mall and to a restaurant? An airport shuttle? He said some stuff about bad traffic. I call bologna. We had to call our car rental reservation — luckily they didn't charge us extra or cancel our reservation because this dude was too busy to do his job. Otherwise, though, this was a good hotel. Clean, for sure. I'm a little disappointed that they charge for breakfast, though.

I was quite disappointed with the level of service received during our stay. The accommodations were mediocre. My complaints are as follows: 1. Room service was terrible. After waiting 40 minutes for a quoted 20 minute order time, our food arrived cold and our order was wrong. Not only did we receive an incorrect side on one of our orders, but we also received an entire additional unordered entrée. After we explained the order was incorrect, the deliverer quite reluctantly returned the unordered dish to the kitchen, and then took an additional 15 minutes to return with our *somewhat* corrected receipt — though the unordered entrée was deleted from our total, the percentage based service charge was not amended. Furthermore, they actually delivered a shattered ketchup bottle with our order, leaking ketchup all over the place. The staff was not apologetic in the least about any of these errors. 2. Upon check-in, my card was of course swiped for incidentals (the room itself was purchased on Price line). After being explicitly informed that there would be no charge and that it was strictly for liability purposes, I discovered a $49 charge that apparently "everyone" receives for incidentals that is to be returned upon checkout. This has still not been refunded to my account. 3. The refrigerator in our room emitted such a loud, high-pitched whining noise that it had to be unplugged so that we could sleep. Of course, this meant we could not keep any of our room service leftovers.

Friendly, accommodating staff and very nice rooms. Don’t miss the heated pool and hot tub, even in winter it was great. The peg on Google Earth is wrong. It's two properties to the left (northwest).

My husband and I and several friends and family went to this newest hotel in El Paso on New Year's Eve. We had a blast at this chic and elegant hotel — the presentation of the food was first class, the band was great no matter what type of music you liked, they played it! The photographer they had to capture your "memories" of that night and print your pictures on the spot was classic, and for some additional fun if you wanted to step away from the dance floor, the karaoke in the bar was second to none! Fun, fun, fun! The outdoor patio with the fireplace, (for those smokers and even non-smokers), was nothing I've seen in El Paso, warm and cozy with overstuffed couches and chairs, and a flat screen TV — and the entire staff was so accommodating to your every need. We stayed overnight with the New Years Eve package and what classy and elegant rooms they had! The white down plush comforters and pillows with the sleep number mattresses and spacious rooms made for a perfect ending in bringing in 2012. Accomodated us with a late check out at 2PM the following morning and the breakfast in bed was scrumptious! Even in you live in El Paso, you need to find a special occasion to stay overnight at this hotel and experience all that they offer — I hear they're having a Valentine's Day package — you can bet my hubby and I will be there.
