Very nice, clean and quiet. Front desk staff very friendly and very helpful.

I Just needed a night out by myself and I asked for a room on the top floor at the very end and they were nice enough to accommodate that and I spent a nice quiet night alone to clear my head.

The 1st room we stayed in the headboard broke off the wall when we touched it. They moved us to a new room. My husband moved the sheets and a bloody, used tampon fell out (during COVID!?!?!? ). Third room we moved to was at least clean, but after coming back from the Stockyards our room key didn't work. The lady at the desk told us that if we weren't quiet we would be asked to leave while getting our keys replaced, but y'all don't worry after all that they comped our room $20?!?! Do NOT stay here!

We have been staying here Everytime we visit ft worth. Comfortable beds nice rooms and great stay.

Very nice size room, front desk staff very helpful, only thing I don't like but it doesn't matter what hotel chain you stay with, very low toilets. If your tall and bad knees not good getting back up.

Great stay good time very helpful staff clean rooms plenty of options for breakfast.

Nice place and free rides to stockyards!

Rooms are in need of an upgrade. The vanity in the bath was pulling away, the A/C return was literally missing a screw so every time the A/C came on it made a horrible rattle noise and the sprinkler system looked to be coming out of the ceiling. Not a single clock could be found in the room. The signs said they were renovating but not sure of the particulars. I expected more from this chain. It was a 100% non smoking hotel (nice) but the hotel desk employee (David) reeked of smoke. The vending machine was out of order and when I mentioned it to David he said the only thing he could do was call it in (again) as it was contracted out. The bright star was the shuttle service to the Stockyard.

10 min drive from Fort Worth Stockyard, very clean and neat.

We stayed here when we went to see KC at Billy Bobs. Great Price and they shuttled us to Billy Bobs and Back. We just called the driver and he picked us up. They also offer full breakfast.

Staff was very friendly and helpful are room was clean and the morning coffee and breakfast was great.

We had a wonderful stay we were heading back from Oklahoma at the NCAA college World Series College Softball and it was just too much to drive all the way so I booked it really quickly price was amazing the room was awesome the beds are so comfortable and most importantly who breakfast my son love the breakfast we all did I would also recommend the Mexican restaurant next store amazing food definitely will stay here again.

Not bad for the price but there are things that can be improved. The houskeeping in the rooms is not the best. I had to wipe down almost every counter due to crud or crust on them. Pillows are small and lumpy. Also their gym equipment is not working so I have to go find a gym now.

Our room was robbed while we were there. By someone with key access. Window was unlocked from inside, keys were taken and truck was stolen. Had to sleep in lobby for 6 hours since they would not give us another room with a functional lock. Did not refund or room and would not cooperate when we asked to look at security camera, apparently were protecting one of their own. Management has yet to contact us since they are " out of the country" and " out sick". Imagine that. Next stop will be a news story to cover their inadequate lies.

Nice place. Well kept. Friendly people. Alot of frwy construction going on around it but overall it's not a bad place to be.
