Not clean! Dead lizard in our bathroom and had old pee stuck all in toilet seat. We had a free night but we would rather pay to sleep at a clean hotel. Wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The WORST COSTUMER SERVICE try to charge u for things that were already damaged giving us false accusations.

They steal money from families that cx their stay during the timeframe required during a pandemic and holidays. Go anywhere else. Trust me.

I checked in and had to leave due to family emergency didn’t even have the chance to walk into the rook or even see what it looked like I checked in got to my car got a call and had to leave I called as I drove away and told the lady working the desk I had to leave and wasn’t able to stay could I get a refund she told me manager was not on campus until Monday so I remind you I called early Monday morning and got told the manager will give me a call back that called back while I was at. Work did not leave a voice message or anything I called again Tuesday and the manager I guess said call back in an hour I called back and then he tells me sorry we don’t do refunds once you checked in I do not recommend this hotel they literally just took my money and didn’t refund me do not go there and I even asked could I get a night stay for the room I already paid for but wasn’t able to stay and got told no
And the guy was rude as well.

All was great, but a little put off by the damage / pet / incidentals? Deposit they required, since I am a long time Best Western Diamond Rewards club member.

Everything was clean, Rick at the front desk was friendly. I didn't use the pool. The room was quiet, clean and equipped with plenty of the things you would expect from a hotel. Really the only complaint I have is breakfast. They have the typical items, waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereal, pastries etc, but when they say it ends at 9:00 they mean it! With families still finishing they come in and take away all pastries and fresh fruit and basically shut down. Why not leave them? They shouldn't care because they shouldn't save them for the next day, right? It would be more friendly to leave them for people getting there at 8:50. Or wait until everyone has left the room. Other than that the area was clean and well stocked. I would use this hotel again but would hope policy would change to a more "at home" flexibility for breakfast.

My experience here with my husband. Simply peaceful and pleasant. The room was amazing.

Not happy with this one Best Western. My husband walked in and asked for a room. About 4:00 pm Saturday evening. Was told all they had was a king room at $102! We asked for any thing less it was only the 2 of us. Plus we have Best Western & VS $ AARP & Choice Plus. The price did not change. The pool was dirty. The list goes on.

Millie was so helpful and accommodating. I drove in early and was really tired from being up since 3:30am and she made it to where I could check in early and get some rest. We stayed here a couple of months ago and she was so helpful then too. Always there with a smile and greeted us coming and going! She is an exceptional employee! The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, and it was quiet! We will definitely continue to stay here when we are in town.

The parking lot was excellent. Very close to where I was going. Customer Service was great. Habitations were nice and clean.

Room was way over priced also asked for an addition 80 up front for incidentals? Ive never heard of this before they normally just use your card on file. Huge inconvenience… room smelled bad, our a/c was awful and we never got cool. Bed was stiff as a board.

Helpful staff, clean rooms, good breakfast.

The rooms are very comfortable and quiet. Also the attendants at the front desk are very helpful and make you feel welcome.

Not terrible for the night but definitely not a place I'd make plans to return to if I had other options in the area. An ok place overall but a few inconveniences and a bit over priced for a very basic room. Not the best location either, as you enter the small parking lot thru the entrance to the Waffle House parking lot. A little confusing for both of us that were driving. It was however quiet, clean enough and had a good AC.

For a best western it's nice. Seemed clean and the front desk lady was awesome.

For the price of this hotel I expected to be greeted by a friendly staff. I was made to Ashamed for having my kids with me. My family and I felt we were unwelcome to eat breakfast. $300 for two nights is pretty pricey for how we were treated.

The staff were very helpful and polite. I was able to get a reasonable rate for a single king room. Decor is a little older but fine. The pool looked nice, but it's winter so I wasn't able to enjoy it, as it's outside. Most things were like you'd expect from a less expensive hotel. TV channels were either analog or digital, butt the latter had poor reception. Breakfast was better than some — eggs and sausage, lots of carbs, yogurt, etc. Would recommend.

Horrible front desk attitude. Claimed that they had one room left with only double beds … then apparently had a smoking complaint when I don’t smoke … but I get a knock on my door stating that im being asked to leave for a smoking complaint and they know it’s me because I’m the only one on that floor. That’s just absurd! Then 11:00am comes and I get a wake up knock and I confirmed I was checking out in 10 min as soon as I gather a couple of more personal items. 11:10 am comes and I get another knock asking to leave. So unnecessary. I have been a member for over 5 years. I have never had such an uncomfortable stay.

The property is well located, very well kept and clean. It even smelled clean upon entering. The staff was very caring and courteous. We were in town for bereavement purposes, and staying here added comfort to us in this time. The rates were very reasonable too. This will be the first hotel I call in the DFW area in the future. Job very well done! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Parents stayed at the Best Western at 201 W Loop 820 N in Fort Worth for several nights. On one morning, I was able to meet them for breakfast. Receptionist offered to move them to a different room, free of charge, assuming that I was staying with them. We declined, and she was super respectful about it. Super accommodating, attentive, and polite. Rooms were clean and sanitary, locks and security features were not busted. They will definitely be returning to this location.

Great staff. Pretty good hotel but a bit pricey for what you get (location, location, location? ).

The hotel is clean and Millie the night manager was great — day and night for us. The rooms are very reasonably priced and not far from downtown Fort Worth.

Clean rooms friendly staff great price would highly recommend it.

My trip was rushed this visit but this property is always clean and maintained. The staff is very friendly and the internet service is fast. Completely enjoyed my stay here.

This is a very clean and hospitable hotel. Friendly front desk staff, especially Rick & Millie (father & daughter). Breakfast items are your typical continental breakfast items but I could have use some boiled eggs.

One of the front desk ladies was very nice, but one of the men was not very helpful and didn't have very good customer service skills. Breakfast was decent and offered hot items which was nice. My room had a lot of small flies crawling around which was unsettling. I only noticed a few on the first couple days so I didn't say anything but on my last night there were many. The stairwell on the right side of the building also smelled very bad — I had to hold my breath everytime I walked up or down. I was going to bring up these issues upon checking out but I didn't have the opportunity; the man simply handed me my receipt without asking how my stay was or saying even a word. So I figured f*** it he's not going to care anyway. Wouldn't recommend, given the ample other inns nearby.

The staff make extra efforts to welcome you and make sure you are comfortable with staying. Very generous reward member packages. We were also upgraded to a suite because of a gold elite status. Since there are three of us, it is very nice to have an extra sofa bed. Thank you very much! The location is also very convenient to downtown and the culture district of Fort Worth. We easily visited Zoo, Botanical Garden, Kimbell Museum, and the Modern Art Museum within two days. The breakfast are very fresh and good. We enjoyed to stay at this hotel and also would highly recommend to everyone who comes to visit Fort Worth.

Our "go to" place when in DFW. Always clean and xomfortable.

Very nice large rooms with comfortable beds. Our king-sized bed was nice and firm. Our room has a living room next to the bedroom with a couch, TV, chair, end table and light. There is a microwave, coffee maker and fridge also. The breakfast was good, and included omelets, bacon, sausage, fruit, yogurt, boiled eggs. All of the staff have been polite and helpful.

Awful. Had a confirmation for $84, then wanted to overcharge us because of our children's ages. Cancelled. Lady at the desk was awful. Would not recommend. Keep looking for another hotel.

We were put in a room with an adjoining room (with locked pass-through door) and unbeknownst to us, that room is used as an apartment. They were running up and down the room shouting, arguing and keeping noise going so much so that it prevented a decent night's sleep for us. So, don't let them put you in room 201 or in any room near that elevator.

I had only interacted with one staff member during my single night stay — she was there during my check in (about 10pm) as well as my check out (12pm the next day), and she was very sweet and helpful. The hotel was, for the most part very clean. It had a strong sweet, but almost off putting smell, as if they used too much cleaner. The hotel holds an almost depressing atmosphere as it is dark and outdated. It wasn't quite as inviting as I imagined it would be. My room was stocked and clean. The breakfast area was cramped and dark, but had a fine selection of food.

I travel for business, and my wife worked for Best Western, for 17 years, at a five star hotel. We were both impressed, with the cleanliness, professionalism, friendliness, helpfulness, and outrightly charmed by the kind, thoughtful, accommodating, staff members. You all made us feel like family. We will always return to your hotel, whenever we are in your area. Blessings to each of you, and yours, and a huge thank you, from both of us.

This hotel is absolutely AMAZING! Not only were the rooms comfortable the service is great as well. We live 6 hours away and we were almost home when we got a phone call saying we had forgotten one of our suitcases in the room! The hotel worked with us as far as returning our luggage without having to drive back up there to get it :) The lady we delt with was named Stacey and was super sweet and helpful… When we come back we will DEFINATELY be staying here again! Thank you so much Best Western Fort Worth for all you help :)

I always stay here. People are very nice, close to restaurants and freeways. Room rates are very reasonable.

Some of my family stayed at this Best Western close to where we live and all 3 families commented on the cleanliness and friendly, helpful staff. Thank you to the staff at Best Western for accommodating the Ross — Laurel wedding party!
