It's a very nice place. Management is very kind. I highly recommend to anyone. The housekeeping staff is two of the best I have seen in a hotel. They are professional and polite and go beyond their duty. The management also works right along side of them. They are a great team. I would like to thank them for their kindness and making my stay a very stress free experience… Bonnie Kellum 3 month customer.
While the location is very close to downtown Ft. Worth, the area seems a bit sketchy. As in you can't walk into the lobby, you have to buzzed in. It is right on the train tracks. The room was pretty basic but clean. I gave it three stars because it is so close to the Convention Center and the price is the low.

Clean rooms, low rates, close to downtown, and easily accessible. There were "transactions" being made in parking lot, and it felt slightly sketchy. I would not have stayed here had it not been for my husband being with me. But overall it was good for the price.
