The hotel is very run down from the minute you come in with signs that are missing letters and even the side of the building that looks like damage from a small fire was never repaired. The rooms are old, dated and worn, shower heads should have been replaced two years ago by the looks of it. I am not 21 anymore but this was the first time that I noticed a bed bug in my bed in a hotel. The breakfast is very basic, all frozen, but only one microwave for all guest, I recommend the 2 egg breakfast in the waffle house.

Do not go here! they have bedbugs! the rooms are dirty and nasty and the bathrooms are nasty, we wasn't there even an hour and my husband took a shower and I seen bed bugs and packed our stuff to leave. Then the lady said she would switch us rooms! hell no! we don't want to sleep with bugs! we paid $73 to stay, and since he took a shower, she wouldn't refund is all of our money! she kept $20 because she said he took a shower and she has to go clean the room now. Girl your room was already nasty and we got screwed! this days inn has ruined any other chances for that corperation to get any of our business again. Nasty nasty nasty!

The night staff was very nice and helpful. The room I had did not look like the updated pictures on the website. It was cosy and the air conditioner worked amazingly considering it was 96° after midnight. The room was reasonably priced and the facility is well maintained. It's really good if you need a last minute booking or are on a budget. Only downside was the Lyft ride from Dallas Love Airport was just as much as the room.

Alright, so, not bad for a night. Don't stay long. It's old, sketchy, and feels gross. Bring your own pillow and blanket/sleeping bag. Don't trust pictures online. It's nothing like them. Basic and old. Bathroom is small, and dirty. Well lit outside. Decent sized beds, but like I said earlier would not sleep under those covers if you paid me. Spend the extra 20 bucks just for the fact of fedling safer. But if you're looking for cheap. One night stay. Here you go.

Everything was acceptable. Issues we're mainly that the room smelled like cigarettes the whole time we were there. It may not have been their fault, as there were guests next door that may have smoked.

This hotel was neither good nor bad. We stopped here because we were too tired to continue trying to get home from a concert. It was clean on the outside, the bed was ok, the room smelled freshly cleaned, and all the lights worked. However the layout of the hotel was super weird. If you have an even numbered room, it's on the interior of the hotel which can only be accessed from about halfway around the hotel. It's a long walk depending on where you park and what your room number is. We were right by the front office but had to walk all the way around the hotel to get to it. Aside from that, the hotel is a great place to stop if you are tired and need to sleep for a while.

This place is nice, clean, and comfortable. The decor is very modern but also like home. However, I give it two stars because I found evidence of bed bugs. They seem to keep them under control, but still, bed bugs can hitch a ride home with you in your suitcase/ backpack.

Rooms are convenient except the fact that the microfrige lacks a freezer. The service is excellent. Prices are reasonable. Right at the edge of the freeway with several places to go within a 5 mile radius.

First day we discovered the door lock does not work so you can't leave your room unattended. First night there happen to be a busted water pipe in the wall so by 5am the floor was flooded and the paint on the walls was bubbled out and peeling. Luckily I hadn't hung my clothes up or they would have been soaked. Called the office and was told nothing could be done until maintenance showed up at 10am and they would come take a look. The rooms are not at all what you see on the website for this location. The room was clean but very outdated. Definitely not worth the price they charge though especially when your room floods and the door locks don't work.

The first room was filthy. There was hairs and sex stains all over the covers, feces on the floor and bathtub in the bathroom, and the a/c didn't work. They refused to give us a refund so we could find a better hotel, but moved us to a different room that was almost as bad as the first. The fridge and microwave didn't work, but at least it wasn't completely disgusting. The next morning after my fiance and I slept, I went to the lobby to get some breakfast to take to the room before she woke up to treat her to breakfast in bed. The front desk clerk proceeded to raise his voice at me, telling me that taking breakfast to the room is not allowed and he picked up the phone and threatened to call the police and the manager on me if I left the lobby with the food I had prepared for myself and my fiance. This was an absolutely HORRIBLE place to stay, I strongly recommend everyone to STAY AWAY. All my fiance and I wanted was a nice weekend getaway to Fort Worth, and the entire situation with this motel literally brought her to tears because of how poor the conditions were and how rude and inhospitable the staff was.

Do not book based on pictures! we were tricked out of money! terrible place. Tried getting a refund because the room was horrible and messy. Head hair and other hair everywhere, stains in the bathroom, male excrement and hair on the blankets, used toilet paper, AC did not work, smoky in a no smoking room, unclean sheets and toilet. GROSS! Asked for a different room after they would not work with us at all. Slightly better, but still hair everywhere and smelled like smoke. Appliances did not work. Overall nasty and unprofessional establishment. Do not stay here!

Really enjoyed my stay. All the appliances/ac worked, the breakfast is really good, and the staff are very nice. See you next time.

Great location. The rooms were clean and neat. And the service was great.

First off ill state this is a 2 star place but you get a decent place to lay your head after being on the road all day or night! The rooms are decent and for the most quite clean. Its a simple thing you can do when ya stay here as well. If you have an issue with anything at time ya visit, use the phone or simply walk to the front and mention it to them. They will break thier back to fix the issue. So before you complain bout any issues for the 60 bucks a night at a 2 star motel that you chose to stay at, that has good counter help just go talk to them and do this before you get ya fingers on the phone and start to complain on all the idiotic social media BS! Do them a solid and keep yaself from lookin like one of them guys because your at a 2 star motel and ya found a hair in the sink! You eat more trash in a day in the food you eat then you will find in 1 of thier rooms! They have a small breakfast also. Great texas size waffles aswell. They have a desent pool aswell. Keep in mind also. If ya put in a room on 2nd floor. Be kind to the folks below you and walk in the room. Loud heavy walking above so ppl can be a bad thing for ya and its just not cool at all! So if ya go and ya have youngens or no common sense aswell as a lack of courtesy then please book a lower level room and save everyone a problem. Enjoy your stay if ya go.

This was the worst place I've ever stayed at! The staff is rude and not helpful at all. Rooms are designed like a horrible 1970's porno movie, and breakfast, what breakfast? Have to show an id in order to eat? I don't know what kind of person ghetto place this is, but if Google would let me, I wouldn't even give them 1 star. They suck, don't stay here.

Clean, affordable motel. Friendly staff, small outdoor pool. I've stayed there on two different occasiins. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area. Only downside would be having to drive somewhere to have a meal.

There's some improvement projects going on in the lobby, having to scream over the sounds of power tools made checking in a headache but at least they're working on the appearance of the hotel. Rooms are standard and clean but housekeeping cuts corners. The blue pavement sidewalk is so slick in the rain and slush we held our own winter Olympics trying to get to the car, it was hilariously unsafe. Busted up coffee maker in the room but nothing to use it for.

Non-smoking room smells of cigarettes, cant take a peaceful shower because the curtain reeks of smoke. Sink and bathtub was completely filled with nasty crud, had to wash out the tub to even be usable. The tub also does not drain water, so your taking a bath and a shower at the same time. The front desk attendant was very rude and just blew us off when we asked a simple question. The hotel is right under the flight paths of low flying jets, so every hour or so a deafening roar is overhead. The Wi-Fi connection is horrible, dropped connection every few minutes. Everytime someone even walks by the room it feels like the whole building is about to come crashing down. The bed is so stiff you may as well sleep in your car and save yourself the back pain. The absolute description of a train wreck hotel. Avoid entirely.

We got back in town exhausted and looking for a comfortable place to rest our heads when we come across the Days Inn, it was sort of our last resort, and it turned out to be the greatest decision we made that whole day.

Clean, nice and good price. They have microwave oven, fridge, coffee maker and basic services. But the staff at the front desk is very rude.

A 1 star is the only option I had, they didn’t NOT deserve that. I booked thru a 3rd party and once I got in the room I was not satisfied. I turned on the heater and it didn’t work. It’s 37 degrees outside. I had a non smoking room sheets smelled terribly. I had my dog with me, and even he was itching. Not to mention the paint on the walls pealing. Overall, if your comfortable with sleeping in a cold room and stinky sheets, then by all means. However, I was not. Oh and by the way, I hope you can deal with the shady characters standing around outside. I tried to get my money back and the hotel refused. I’ll be contacting the health department, and reposting this review on other websites. All in all, don’t waste your time or money like I did.

The people in the front office were friendly. Easy check-in although it took them a while to do the process. My room was dirty upon check in on a Sunday evening. Monday staff came to clean because I noticed the trash had been emptied and towels replaced, however the razor that a previous customer had left in the bathroom on the floor was still there after they "cleaned up".

This place was one of the worse hotels I have ever been to. The room was trashy and dirty. Everything looked old and didnt have a clean feel to it. Even the outside walkway on the way to the room looked horribly disgusting. I only stayed there because I had just worked 12 hours and I had been driving all night and I was too tired took drive anywhere else. Nothing in the room worked. They answered the phone and kept hanging up. Please dont waste your time or money staying here!

Dirty outside. We checked in after midnight because we were staying in town for a party. They checked us in through a glass door and wouldnt even let us in. So much for hospitality. When asked the lady said she is not allowed to open the door after 10pm. A one night stay for cheap is ok. But do no choose this for longer.

People employees were very very nice but then they saw that has service dog that weigh 30 to 40 lb we're going to have it so I'm going to let me stay and I am a diamond member of Wyndham and their part of Wyndham believe it or not I can't believe it but anyway it's in a bad area and it was getting dark and I was getting scared and the guy made me sit and wait till I could get proof that my dog was Thursday. So they were nice but looking at some of the people that stayed there my dog was cleaner than what they were just saying and it's in a bad neighborhood to the hotel's not nice I'm at the hotel's not a bad area the hotel's nice it it's okay but it's in a bad area but the employees were very nice.

I mean, for the side of town that it's on, it's not bad. A lot of traffic in and out of the hotel which is great for service but I wouldn't enjoy it if I was staying as a guest.

Lousy set up. Too old to be in service. Can be useful in a helpless emergency transit situation as we had, due to its location by a major highway exit. But staff is polite.

All we need is a better fridge and remote. Also there are too many night crawlers out but inside it is nice.

This is one of the worts Wyndham hotels I've stayed in. First the guy wouldn't let me use my Wyndham rewards number or they were going to charge me more per room, then we got in the room we saw a roach and the a/c barely worked. I didn't even sleep under the blanket cause how nasty it felt in there and to top it off when we returned from work they didn't even clean the room. If they don't want Wyndham rewards members there they shouldn't be a Wyndham hotel.

I only have to stay here for school. This is not a good place. Always loud crack heads drunks and people hanging around that don't stay here. Management have no communication with each other. Had to waste for maintenance to fix the drainage to the shower. Giving this place 2 stars in way to much. Should be negative 5.

Dirty as hell! the front desk staff rude and if you say and charge people for a pool cleand and open it nasty as hell people grabbing food with there hands if you see this place drive by it not worth it.

Bed was awesome. Shower was dingy. Breakfast was sparce. Room smelled like chemicals at first but that seemed to go away after air was turned on. It looked like new carpet in the room so that could have been it. Air was ice cold and it was hot outside. Jets were loud flying over at night but it is right by the airport. All in all its good to just sleep and go.

From the moment you arrive, there is a very good service, good service make him feel comfortable, I love that place.

Heavy bed buggggs. Note to owners. Get a dry steamer. Steamers kill everything. Ohh and a little fresh paint and new carpet never hurts.

This hotel is absolutely horrible! I four d feces on my mattress after lifting the sheets soaked all the way thrust the box spring! I was then moved to a room with bed bugs. The manager Mike told me he didn't care and asked me to pack my things and leave if I didn't want to take the bed bug room. I am disgusted and appauled that the house keeping doesn't e in clean one rooms or vacuum. I have no idea how this place is still in business. I wad treated horribly. Don't ever go here. Also big huge cockroaches were throughout the room.

Rug was wet due to leaky air conditioner. Pool closed due "electric problems"?. Tub clogged and dirty. Horrible customer service! DO NOT STAY HERE!

It just isnt up to date and for the price it is a bad deal. I would say shop around and go to the best place.

The manager were very rude people I had to clean my own room to make sure that it was cleaned properly anytime you want the front desk you were treated like you where unequal like you was trash I did not like the place my job rented a room there for me I'm glad I'm gone I would not recommend it to anybody.

The owners are disrespectful to there guests, they dont take care of customers complaints. Not worth the money.

The Wi-Fi is as slow as X-mas but at least there are no bed-bugs!

Worst days inn I have ever been to. Missing light bulbs, stains from floor to ceiling, lots of mold in the bathroom, your room might get cleaned (or not), people in different rooms being attacked by bed bugs and having to go to the hospital, horrible parking, and I'm pretty sure that's blood on my box spring. The managers here are also the worst that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with internationally and domestic. Avoid at all cost!

This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed. The room was tiny and very outdated, even though the pictures show otherwise. The bathroom ceiling looked like it was about to cave in and was covered with black mold, no light bulbs in the bathroom, the cords to all appliances had been cut. The small television offers 30 fuzzy channels of news and church programs. The Housekeeping team consists of a lady and her 2 small children. She did a good job cleaning, but was fairly rude. Everyone in the office is very unprofessional. This place is a complete joke!

I'm a student at a truck driving school staying here for three weeks I love it rooms are ok area is fine close to the interstate rooms are clean.

Good example of Indian management taking an old rundown motel and making it nice and affordable. Nice beds, flat screen wallmounted TVs, fridge, microwave, and best of all — clean and affordable. On a Friday night this place was $20-$30 cheaper than comparable accommodations. If you stay here please take good care of these rooms as I plan on staying here next time I'm in the area.

The manager was very nice the room is very clean exceptional motel for the price I will probably stay here everytime I come to Dallas for at least 20 days a month.

Worst room l ever stayed in management is bad rooms are bad with roaches bedding is not clean I itched the whole time I was there Everything just BAD.

I've been staying here for over a month and I couldn't ask for a better place to stay. The other motels in the area has problems with drugs and crime. The police patrol here regularly. I feel safe and my equipment is always safe also.

DO NOT STAY HERE I checked in last night and immediately checked out. If there is a definition of CRACK HOTEL then this is it. I pulled down the sheets and there were stains all over them. I had no intention of figuring out what they were from. Very scary part of town. If there were a way to give negative stars then I would.

What is there not to say about this place. Lets begin with the good things first. The Good: Front Desk rep Mike was friendly and gave us a warm welcome when me and my coworker arrived late at night to check in. Rooms where clean Bathrooms where clean as well. The Bad: Front Desk rep Niesh was rude. Made a big deal about on how to use the waffle machine. Didnt even offer to show me how to use the machine. Come to find out that the power that was running it was off. There goes my waffle. The breakfast? What breakfast? The only thing that tasted good was the yogurt. There was nothing there. I do not see how people can enjoy complimentary breakfast. Might as well say the food was for someone who doesn't care what they are eating as long as food is there. The 2nd night I was there, there was a woman and her 2-3 year old child knocking on our doors asking for change. How would I have known that it would be a set up for me, my coworker and other customers to get robbed? That drew the line right there. Goes to show you are not safe to stay there. Since when do people ask for change at motels/hotels? You do not know what people are capable of doing. Could have been armed and dangerous, you know? Best believe we checked out of there the next day. The bathroom shower curtains had black spots on them. They were clean, but I thought it was dirt from not washing them, but it looks like it was spots from washing them over time. There was no iron board or iron in the room either.

Do not stay at this place. We arrived late Sunday evening because we were staying here for work. The front desk name Mike was very nice and accommodating. My co worker noticed that there was no iron or board in his room. I had to called the front desk to pick up both of those items. The next day, a woman knocked on both our doors asked for money for her and daughter to get something to eat. After that incident, we contacted our manager to move us to another hotel which we didn't feel safe. We moved to another hotel in a better area, This not the best area for anyone visiting from another state. The rooms were clean but the shower curtain had black spots on it. A man name Niesh that worked at the front desk in the morning had a funky attitude. The continental breakfast was a joke, there was hardly anything there. The toaster and waffle iron did not work because Niesh had to reset the power. Warning: do not stay here.
