Staff here was courteous and more than willing to help. Hotel grounds were kept clean and free of garbage. Room we had was more modern with a walk in shower and clean beds. Stayed here for our vacation to the Dallas area.

This place deserves a better rating, especially for the area it’s in. The owners are so friendly and the price is great. The only thing, which isn’t a big deal, is the lighting. There are no lamps and the ceiling lights a kind of annoying. Other than that, very clean, extremely comfy beds and it’s quite.

When you look at the area you're in you may get a little intimidated. Not the best place to be. You think? But this motel is the bright spot in an otherwise dark questionable area. This VERY family oriented ran motel is awesome! Very comfortable rooms. Always hot water and cleaning staff is great. You feel safe because they keep it safe and they go out of their way to make your stay easy and pleasant. I'm not a 5 star person, I don't dole out praise to many, however, this place is great! I hope this family ran business knows that I appreciate the way they treated me and my odd family unit!

This was the best no frills budget motel I have ever stayed in! All on amount of the mattresses! They were pillow top mattresses, and are so comfortable! I slept in and missed breakfast! The rooms were clean and updated! Plenty of parking. Conveniently less than a mile from the highway exit. Only complaint was that we had to ask for more pillows. But it was an easy fix! And out bathroom light wasn't working! But I would stay here in a heart beat! I got such a great nights sleep!

All around average. Good price for the area. Nice pool, clean rooms, under good repair, modern renovations, cold A. C. Polite management and front desk, family folk and a decent breakfast w Texas waffles.

Very accommodating at the front desk! Traveling solo across country with 3 kids under 12 and 2 dogs. Gave me a downstairs room no problem and offered it near the side next to grass and the pool. Great place, clean, laundry center, breakfast, Wi-Fi, and spacious rooms. Definitely will come again when we're back in the area!

Really was dreading having to stay in the area, but they have a nice safe and quiet room. Thanks guys, I would definitely come back!

I messed up the dates on booking and contacted the office. They were very helpful in getting us in rooms right away. If you travel for work and know what hotel life is like, this place gets two thumbs way up. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a cozy place to lay your head. Front office has been nothing but great, they have a nice sized pool for relaxation, plenty of parking in my case traveling with truck and tralier, and the breakfast is great. Plus your close to the highway and within distance to all needs Wal-Mart ect… Thank you americas best for a great experience thus far!

Don’t spend your money here! The service rendered per employee differs… greatly! The gentleman from checking me in on yesterday was excellent. I stopped by the office to grab another key because my boyfriend had the other one and the same fellow helped me. This is what killed it… I was showering and my boyfriend said he was going to the office to pay for another night. He came back and said the clerk told him he had to leave. In the middle of me washing off my rough week I was inconvenienced with this. Mitchell who is currently working gave me the worst service ever! The guy who checked me in had someone in front of me and asked me to fill out my name, phone number, and signature. He did everything else. He asked if anyone was with me and I told him my bf. After all we were booked for 2 people. He didn’t ask for his info. Mitchell told me it was my fault that I did not put his info on the card. I was never asked to in the first place! Don’t be harassed! Spend your money where the quality is good and you are appreciated!

Service was very kind and helpful. The guy at the desk answered questions I didn't even think to ask! Rooms were very clean and better than what I expected. If you're traveling through Fort Worth and need a place to stay overnight to get some rest, then this would be my top pick. Exceeded all of my expectations. If their breakfast is not enough, it was okay IMO, there is an IHOP extremely close and it has good employees and fast service.

The service is good everytime I went down to request more pillows and linen. The rooms are spacious and clean. I booked a room for a king even though the actual room I received had 2 beds. They also had a do not disturb sign available should you need it. I do want to note that they have a vending machine in the lobby which contains a few essentials such as toothpaste to purchase should you forget to pack them.

The room was very nice. If traveling and someone else is purchasing the room, make sure you know if they did it online or over the phone. We ran it to a problem with checking in. We were told due to the fact that someone else was paying for the room that we would have to put down an additonal $50. Which makes no sense because it was being paid with a credit card. The guy at the front desk was absolutely horrible. He was rude and disrespectful. He made everything way harder then it had to be. Unfortunately this was the only staff I had any contact with. I hope that he is the only one that acts like that.

Staff when we checked in was great. Very friendly. Room was nice and big amd clean. The bed was a little to high for me but im short. Quiet place. Breakfast was good.

Came here passing through Texas, my family is moving back to California from Georgia. Looking to shower, sleep and recharge after a 14 hour day of driving. We found America's best value Inn was one of the most inexpensive motels in the area and happened to have some of the best reviews. We weren't expecting anything exceptional, actually expected less than mediocre. But this room (117) was clean and spacious. King bed, Sofa (pull out bed), refrigerator, microwave, iron, hair dryer, a desk and chair. The room least nothing to be desired. Bed was comfortable. We checked in about 10pm and checked out next morning at 8am. I knew there was free continental breakfast, but I did not expect anything more than coffee, fruit basket and maybe bagels and granola bars. During check out, the manager made sure we stopped to eat something; they provided: Scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, a waffle iron with all the supplies for delicious Texas shaped waffles, cereal, fruit, muffins, coffee and juice. If we are ever in Fort Worth again, this is definitely a pls e we would stay.

Nice, clean, and the manger is exceptional mikey. Always professional and treats customers very well. The bed is extremely comfortable and the room is fairly large.

1st whoever wrote the nice comments works here because this place sucks, there's holes in the sheets from cigarettes btw I'm supposed to be in a no smoke room, outside smells like a bar, there was hair in the shower I don't even wanna find anything else plz don't come here I wouldn't recommend it at all.

Everyone was always really nice. Our room was always clean when we got back from work. And the room always smelled really nice.

This Hotel is very Nice, and Super clean. The staff is very helpful and will go out of their way to make you stay a Great experience. Anyone looking for a hotel in Ft. Worth should stop by and see Nickie, or Mitch. You will never regret it. Great Hotel!

This place has changed tremendously since the last time I stayed here. The staff is so friendly and the rooms are super nice. They have more than made up for the one bad experience I had last year. Breakfast is awesome too! :)

The other ones around but I did ask her about my Bluetooth problems… I see that I would like to add I came in this hotel for directions because there's doing construction on the interstate the gentleman that was on the other side of the street that's really rude saying some weird stuff to me so he's the nighttime guy just proved all together for no reason in front of other customers I guess you thought I was somebody else but either way customer's always right I'm not even from here you asked me mistaken.

The room was great but the guy in the front tried to keep my 50 bucks for the deposit. He was rude and wouldn't let me have the room that my friends paid for. They called that morning and gave him my full name and told him that I would show ID and everything.

Clean. Cozy. Good decor. Texas-shaped Belgian waffles! (Nom Nom! ) Just one thing got me. I had broken ankle, cast, and crutches, and they refused to let me check out an hour late. Talking about, "Have good day upcoming thank you". Just FYI cash customers there's a $50 deposit at this hotel.

I have stayed at America's Best Value Inn since 2008 I have always found my room to be clean comfortable and a staff that will go out of their way to make my stay as pleasant as can be.

Everything was good for the money I paid to stay there. The rooms are newly remodeled and there's a nice little swimming pool for leisure. They also have a continental breakfast in the morning. All in all I was very pleased.

Very comfortable place to stay, clean and friendly, hospitable staff even without a reservation. Definitely a great place for a small family adventure!

Hotel is clean, good price but we didn't get breakfast for 4-5 days and they have mice. We wanted to get a discount for 2 extra days and they gave me $5 off. I am not happy with management and the mouse being there.

My friends and I came into town on a spring break trip. Being 17/18, money is our main priority. We decided to stay here, and our experience was terrible. We made a reservation a week in advance, and specifically said we need a non smoking room because the smell of cigarette smoke makes me physically sick. We go to check in, and they tell me they only have a smoking room open. WHEN I MADE THE RESERVATION A WEEK IN ADVANCE! We went ahead and took it, not knowing what we were expecting. It was hard to breathe and smelt horrible. Not to mention we had a non working AC and our refrigerator was also not working. We reported this to the office TWICE and they forgot all about us. When we went in there for the third time, they threw a fit because they had to come help us. We had milk that was going to spoil and our room was hot because of the non working AC, and adding on the smell of cigarettes was worse. They never even tried to get us a new room or fix or refrigerator. They got our AC working, but they literally gave us a tiny cooler to keep our drinks cold. The milk could hardly fit. So we ended up having to fill up our sink with ice in order to fit everything and keep it cold. Ultimately the worst experience I have had at a hotel yet.

Our room was very nice but the air conditioner smelt like mold when it was on that's the only bad thing the guy that checked us in was very nice. I would stay again.

Well I went to go visit a Friend who I thought was working at that hotel apperantly he was staying there the Gentleman who was working there last night was kind enough to look up my friends room number for me without me even asking called the manager to confirm that I was i. The right place he thought I was from out of town so I told him it felt like it with the long drive but I live in North Arlington Tx so he gave me my Friends room number and I was off to see my friend the lobby was very well kept and clean and there work place looked clean thaks for taking care of my friend.

Although I don't knw more about west worth but by next week I shall be to travell west worth from kenya.

I had my parents stay at this location 2yrs ago. I asked to reserve a room for handicap parents. The accommodations were met to great expectation. My family and I decided to bring our granddaughters Six Flags this weekend and choose to stay here due to friendly service, clean rooms, quiet surroundings and good breakfast. Yet again our accommodations were to satisfaction. I highly recommend this place of you seek quality. I plan on returning to the Dallas area but will continue to stay at this location for comfort.

NO STARS for this hotel! I rented a room on 6/19/16 which seemed to look clean however after sleeping about 3 hours woke up feeling like something was crawling on my skin, rolled out of bed and there was a LARGE black bug. It was traumatizing for me and very disgusting! I called front desk and a man came and took the bug and said he had no knowledge of what type of bug it was and said sorry and walked out. I went to front desk and asked for a refund which he refused repeatedly. This is unacceptable and will NEVER STAY HERE NOR RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

The staff went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. All the staff were friendly and polite. The rooms were clean and so was the pool. It was a pleasant stay. Highly recommend this establishment!

Worst hotel I have ever been too. The front desk guy who worked last Sunday morning was the rudest person I have ever met. He followed my daughter around the breakfast watching her and asking her if she was going to eat what she got. She is 10 years old. I will never in my life stay here again and I will be making a complaint. He said his name was Mike but I think he was lying, he didn't look like a Mike. Don't stay here if you can avoid it!

My best friend and I stayed in Fort Worth for a video game convention and we needed a place to stay for cheap. The staff worked with me on getting checked in late which is something they didn't have to do for me. The rooms are nice, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom was nice too. I try my best to book early on their website to get the best deals and you save more if you become a value member (which is free).

If you're going for the jacuzzi tub don't bother. No hot water, the jets didn't even work, and the water drained out faster than I could fill it. The guy running the counter didn't seem to know how anything works. My wife went to try to get some coffee in the lobby and the guy at the counter just said, "Oh that's empty. We'll make some more at breakfast. " There was actual blood stains on the shower curtain and the room reeked of lemon pledge. I recommend going with one of the other hotels right next door.

I had great service. Bad part would be, that they do not allow you to take your continental breakfast back to your room. Everything else was good.

Just checked in after a 5hr drive in the rain and got our son settled in bed, then as I pulled back the covers on our bed I found a dead cricket. No big deal for me since I am not afraid of outside bugs BUT if it had been a cockroach or rodent I would be upset. Room definitely stinks of previous renters smoking but that is to be expected isl suppose with a smoking room. Overall the front staff was pretty friendly and so far all is well.

Got there and power was out the staff was ok I wouldn't stay at this location again.

Im so frustrated right now. My daughter helped me get a room and when I called the front desk to let let them know about the huge cockroach on the heater and I told him either he dealt with this or I was going to put it on face book. He called my daughter in stead of and it pisses me off. I have something to say about this pathetic hotel manager and the bull shot way he treated me by not giving me the respect I deserve. You say no refund their needs to be a credit. I have proof and video.

I was surprised at how nice the room was and how strong my signal was for the wireless internet service. Granted the area looked rough, however, I never saw anyone suspicious and it was quiet so I got a good nights sleep. I enjoyed my stay and if I am ever in town again, I will definitely stay here again.

Nice enough for the price. High crime. Police told me after my car was broke into they have many complaints. Hotel needs security.

Rough on the outside and it's in a sketchy neighborhood, but they clean well and the room is comfortable.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the rooms were! For $40 a night (senior rate! ), I had a clean, comfortable, modern room with all the amenities. It's a great value and I highly recommend it. I'm a single woman and I felt safe. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I was visiting my family in Fort Worth and they even let me bring my nephew over to go swimming in their pool (also refreshingly nice and clean). Go for it.
