Quiet rooms, very courteous staff, close to work.

Price gouging during the freezing weather! Charging $389 a night for people with no electricity and running water! Horrible!

Front desk person very pleasant and help full. She took good care of use. Room was nice, and loved the jacuzzi tub. Very doggie friendly.

Good place to catch some zzzz.

Hotel staff were great when we checked in the refrigerator did not work! No problem and a room upgrade! Joe the morning breakfast person was so friendly!

Loved it here great staff quite but the only problem would have been the Wi-Fi other than that it's a great place and great prices.

Great prices, excellent customer service, the rooms are so adorable, peaceful environment, the staff are heaven sent. Highly recommend this place.

The location is great. There's a freeway, grocery store, and several gas stations nearby. It's very secure because the rooms are acceptable from the inside. The noise from the freeway is a bit annoying but tolerable. The staff is polite. I would recommend this hotel.

I suggest spending the extra $20 a night to stay elsewhere. I stayed for two nights and left one night early. The mini fridge in my room was broken and filthy. Indoor entrances are only available on the second floor, otherwise you have to enter your room from the outside. Parking is extremely limited as well. The walls and floors were so thin that I could hear knocking upstairs and a phone ringing in the room next to me. There are no refunds either. My second morning there, I was woken up by a woman who was banging on every door to tell the other guests about the roach infestation in her room and then the guy in the room next to mine says "yeah I've seen them in my room too"! Both mornings I was there, there were bugs in the bathtub. My card also deactivated both mornings I was there which was a bit annoying. I felt disgusted and uncomfortable which says a lot considering I'm pretty content staying in a days in or any other cheap motel.

ROACHES! Bugs everywhere. Thwy will not help refund or anything. They know they are in the rooms beds floors showers every single room. Will not let u speak to management. Do not stay here.

The room's smelled horrible, drug addicts hanging in the back. Where they live/ stand outside with music all day. I jus wanted a peaceful weekend while my house was getting new floors.

This place is not great at all seen there was a bunch of caked up mold or whatever around the sink underneath and I also got the cops called on me for being in the office in morning WTH my gf while she eats breakfast and also threaten me.

This place is filthy, there was trash, literly 2 tall kitchen size trash bags under the counter in the cabinets. Probably been there for several days. 2 stir strips with blood stain on it taped to the edge of the bathroom counter. Trash behind the head board under the bed. The hallway smells like smoke and moldy carpet. I wish I could post pictures.

This place is filthy McNasty stains out on the sheets look like Kool-Aid! please if you are looking for somewhere to stay past this place by.

The worst place ever. I stay all of 6 hours. N I was ate up by bed bug. They clam to not have them but they do. Housekeeping brought title wit dead bed bug on them. I had room 114. Do not stay here I repeat do not stay here. No stars at all.

Stayed 3 days. Heater never worked even after I requested someone to come look at it several times (Which they didnt). Manager was rude and could care less about our issue. Will never return to this one again. 820 and Clifford in white settlement.

Cleans rooms and simple. The restrooms are clean… Many channels on satellite.

Paid for a room that was supposed to have a fridge and had no fridge. The toilet seat was broke so it pinched everytime you sat down. Told the guy up front and he said ok your all good. Atleast could have given a discount or something.

I booked the room on priceline. I called the hotel to make sure the reservation was received. I get to the hotel and it wasn't the right location. The rooms were more expensive at this hotel and all they had was double beds so I asked if we could get the double bed at the single bed price since they are out and he said no they are not owned by the same people. So I leave and go to the location where I apparently I booked the room. There was no one at the night window so I rang the little bell. No one came so I rang it again. Still no sign of anyone. So I called the hotel and a lady answered. I told her I was waiting at the window. A man comes and it literally took over 30 mins for him to put my info in the system. I finally got my key to the room. The room was very nice and clean. Everything worked in the room. I overslept and the guy called and asked if we were checking out. I told him I overslept… could we check out 1 hr he said yes but I would need to go pay 10.00 first. So I said well can we just hurry then? He said hurry up and hung up the phone.

Nice place for the price, no problems. Rooms are updated and spacious, shower and toilet area is small but the sink area is very large. Will definitely come back and stay again when in the area.

Decent motel to stay. Located on I-30. Easy access from highway.

This is actually my favorite of the "budget" hotels. If u follow their rules theyre great… If u don't… U wont like them.

This place was absolutely disgusting. The roaches were atrocious and one of the rags in the bathroom had mascara on it. I know it was a dirty rag because I wet it and the mascara came off.

Rooms weren't very clean, staff was rude.

Never try this hotel. People over there are very stupid and there is one staff who is not even intelligent. He is like somebody who does not go to school. They do not speak english very well so they will not explain you everything. I will tell you why. Yesterday I called because I was coming to dallas so I had to call in order to know how much I was going to pay if I check in at 3am or 4am. The guy on the phone said $60 and we said for 1 day. When we arrived, he changed again and charged us $79 I was so tired and I said okey just take it. Finally we went to the room. And they called us this morning to ask us ti check out. I was like what the f? How? We paid? Why do we have to check out.? They said because we check in at 3am. I said so why the guy did not tell us because we ask for two room and for 1 entire night to check out on monday. The guy even called the police and stuff. And he wanted to charge me again $100 and something. The police came and stuff. I don't want to talk too much but just don't try tha stupid hotel. They are all stupid. I will keep posting until they will close this hotel and even fire the guy. I paid $160 and something for nothing … never try this hotel. I won't go there no more. If I could give a zero I would give. But I can't because I need to post. They are very stupid. Indian people who don't know what they want.

The most DISGUSTING hotel I have ever stayed in. We were NOT informed that our room that we had been placed in was smoking. The beds looked clean but were gross and full of hair. My husband and I were hoping that it was dog hair but either way it was absolutely revolting; it looked like they just folded over the sheets instead of washing the sheets or replacing them. Then the light fixtures were rusted (safety hazard). The linens had cigarette burns in them. I recommend NOT staying here no matter the situation. I would have rather slept in my car or in a Motel 6 than stay here.

When I arrived to my room at check-in time there was ppl still in the room they gave me. Had to go back to the front to let them know and they switched me rooms. The next room wasn't cleaned properly, food on floor. Found a roach in my hair brush. I am not satisfied with the cleanliness at all but everything else was ok.

When I walked in I saw a roach crawling on the wall. The TV had to be setup by channel surfing so I never got to watch it. The walls are thin so you can hear other people and hear walking around and the people outside. The rooms were really nice looking and you can tell the place was fairly new and modernized, but due to location you can tell that the rooms will wear easily. I won't be staying here again!

Don't be fooled, I've stayed in some bad places through out the US but this was the worst by far, went to shower and the bath towels were sticky, beds suck, breakfast was bad, people not willing to help with this there is no place for no stars, this was over priced, and there was mold in the fridge, I would recommend staying in your car, the best thing I can say about it is I didn't see any bed bug.

Room was clean, everything looked relatively new, all the facilities I needed worked well. The website I looked at said that the iron was in the room and the blow dryer was by request but it was the opposite. Decent breakfast spread but they ran out of bananas too fast : (
