I have bad allergies to pet dander. I checked into the hotel, changed clothes and left for the Cowboy's game. Not long after being in the room I started getting sick. Came back from the game and woke up worse. I checked in Sunday the 4th and checked out Monday and still sick. Went to the doctor today and it was allergies. Please clean the rooms thoroughly.

Our first time staying here but it won’t be our last. Reasonably priced, well-appointed and super clean. The bed was so comfortable and the sectional sofa with lounger was a nice touch. The rooms are modern with relaxing decor. Hot showers!

I spoke to the Assistant manager on Wednesday she promised would work on my issue. She said would call back no later than Thursday. To date she hasn’t returned the call. I called on Thursday and asked for the manager it went to voicemail. I left detailed message and she has NOT return my call. I understand if they didn’t want to waive my cancellation fee but they could have the courtesy to return calls.
