Great place. Clean rooms. Awesome location. Right on the river… pretty cool food park next to you! No shady characters.

2x now we have been placed at extended stay America due to our children being at Cooks Children's in Fort Worth and Everytime we have enjoyed our stayed. It's in a nice area with shopping gas River and other amenities.

No vending machine (that I could find) but thats okay because there is a gas station and raising canes within super close walking distance. Staff was more than helpful. Hotel room was clean but sheets were a little worn out.

It was a motel style layout, but it was pretty well kept up. Really tiny little room but it was cozy. Better than the last extended stay I had!

This was a great stay for me and my family. I booked the room 3 weeks in advance but when I arrived there they didnt have a double bed so the lady at the front desk gave me 2 rooms next to each other so that ill be close to my children. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! rooms were very clean and everything within walking distance. I will definitely go back.

So far everything has been OK. My first room did not have a working phone and the lock was broke off the door. Once I let the day time employer know, he moved us to a better room. Everything else seems nice so far.

Not bad overall. Nice area, very convenient to downtown and food/shopping. Room is nice, staff pretty friendly. The only issues were minor, slow draining tub and broken phone. It's nice if you need a place to stay for a few nights near downtown and don't want to have to eat out every night.

Excellent breakfast quality/price.

Not bad if you just need a bed to sleep in. The door was not fully sealed (could see light coming in around the door). When the house keeper stuood outside our door for 5 mins BSing I could hear everything he was saying and when he finally knocked I said thank you we are good 3x he went ahead and tried to come in the room anyway.

My husband and I have stayed here on 3 seperate occasions. We have no complaints. I believe when you stay at places it's what you make of it. If one looks hard enough one can find a reason to complain. Us coming back here, is my compliment enough. I'm here as I'm commenting. Signed, loving it.

Cleanliness could be improved alot… Attendant was pleasant and nice. Checked in late and she was still pleasant. Great location for shopping. Room was clean but could have been much better… If the rooms were A1 clean the place would be 4 star.

I have a child with medical needs and our insurance puts us up here. This place is clean (enough) and the staff is beyond kind helpful and friendly. They clearly realize most of there customers are going through in everyway imaginable. They take their time and smile. Will be returning.

Easy check in. Welcoming room that makes you feel like home. Comfortable bed and very quiet. Will stay here again.

Staff was pleasant, pricing was great compared to other hotels. Room was extremely small but manageable and fully functional. No complaints but nothing that stood out.

I would not recommend this place. My work put me here for a few days. Its in a great area but, many shady characters here. I can tell they're using drugs. Place doesn't really feel safe. Just spend $10-20 more dollars and stay somewhere nice. The one positive is the guy at the front desk, works evenings is great! Customer service is 2nd to none. Hes very helpful and super kind.

Service has been excellent, front desk was very helpful and friendly. Room seems clean and comfortable size but a little dated. Bathroom really needs a towel rack for hand towels and some basic shelf space or counter space. Kitchen was functional with a full size fridge but the cook top looks sketchy.

I gave it a 5 star even though it's a basic hotel, service was good and it was clean. One of the neat added attractions was a food truck park across the parking lot and a little river with a bike and walking path. Also conveniently located behind the hotel is a trendy bar and grill HG supply company. Enjoyed our one night stay.

The room was comfortable and just what I needed. But I did get cold during the night and turned on the heater for a couple of minutes. It made a rusteling sound and I smelled something burning and turned it off but the fire alarm went off. It only lasted for a minute but I think they need to clean it out. They could have done better with breakfast. There was a choice of tea or coffee and some granola bars, muffins, and/or oatmeal packets. I considered using the hot water for tea on my oatmeal but there wasn't a microwave to cook it so I passed.

The stay was nice, but the soap provided dried out my skin and there wasn't any lotion around to remedy it.

Very good service, didn't have enough keys when I first checked in but after that no problems.

Liked it but one of the front desk ladies was rude. And that's a violation. Ugh…

The rooms are super clean… very comfortable. Parking lots and outside are brightly lit and safe. Service was fast and friendly.

Liked it! Very clean, soft beds, and big bathroom. Plus, kitchen with full size fridge. Sadly, no breakfast in the morning and laundry was very expensive. ($2 to wash and extra $2 to dry)

Not good, I wont come back. Dirty rooms, no ice vending machine, even towels look dirty. Shook out fold out bed before using, dirty!

What I did like about staying here is the trinity trail walk. That's it! I have been staying here for almost three months I had room service one time. All the stores and restaurants are ridiculously expensive except the pancake house they have several rude employees the van drivers are nice and the only one who seems to know what they are doing is Ashley and the girl Jessica who works nights and I think it's crazy they charge as much as holiday inn express and extended stay america is nothing close to holiday inn express there is no pool no hot tub no work out room no room service NOTHING the only good thing about the rooms is the kitchen.

I know they say don't trust Google reviews, but please listen if you are trying to book a large party in advance. I am getting married and was trying to block out rooms in advance for my guests. I called and spoke with one lady, who told me I needed to speak with Jodi, who would pass it on to their regional rep. When I finally (this is after about a week of calling and leaving messages) I Finally caught Jodi in her office. I spoke with her telling her the rooms I needed back in Late October, Early November and she assured me that they would be back with me soon. Planning a wedding I don't have the time to be your babysitter to make sure you are doing your job. Its Dec 4th and I call back. I spoke to the same lady who usually answered, I wish I remembered her name correctly, I think its Sherrie. Either way, bless her heart, she retook my information and expedited my request. Finally, its after 5 pm and I get a response from Laurie who is the regional rep telling me in an EMAIL that my date is not available after I had to send my invites out already with the information as I was originally assured there wouldn't be an issue. Here's the issue: I'm not writing this due to the fact the rooms are not available. It happens. I've worked in hotels before. I'm writing due to their poor customer service on the issue. First assuring me the rooms would be available and then they are not is not good business.
