My family and I loved this place. What can I say, the front deak service is great; housekeeping is great; the food is great; there are two restaurants that share a parking lot with this hotel and I don't know which one one I like more; Papadeaux's is about half a mile away. This place is great. The ONLY thing I'd put on the 'Cons' side of the list is that they don't have a Jacuzzi. I've got a back injury, and when it flares up, 30mind in a Jacuzzi fixes it right back up. Without the jacuzzi, I might be in a lot of pain for days, weeks, or months. However, this will be our hotel of choice every time we're in Fort Worth (hopefully they'll get a Jacuzzi in the future).

Such a fantastic place. I’ve never had better customer service and the building was pristine. The staff couldn’t have been better. They make you feel like you’re the most important guest. Great location as well next to many great restaurants, shops, parks, and zoo. I will definitely be back.

I enjoyed my stay here. The location is right if the freeway so everywhere I needed to go was reached easily. The staff is what made this place great. Any issues I had they took care of quickly. The room was fine for the price and it was worth paying extra for the breakfast.

It was a business breakfast. It was not organized by the staff. No table setup on the table. No water refilled in the water container. We had tea but no hot water. No tables napkins. No staff on hand to assist. Then they cleaned up so fast like they were telling us to get out. The company paid for your services so service us. It was to the point one man came and handed me 2 tea bags and wasn't what I was drinking and said he was taking the hot water. It took 30 minutes to get.

I absolutely loved my stay here! I recently had knee surgery and stayed for 4 nights. When I was there the front desk sent me a care package and I also received free breakfast one morning as well! Such amazing customer service.

This was the most amazing staff and arrangements anyone could ask for during a convention that we hosted. They were so accommodating, lenient, patient, and so very professional! Thank you everyone on staff at this location for helping every step of the way and being at every beck and call I had. You went above and beyond!

I had a wonderful time while at the Hilton Garden Inn during my prom night. They have a great catering system, the food was amazing and the service was outstanding. I would recommend this place for a good time!

Very quiet and clean rooms. Staff was very helpful and their garage was very secure for our band van. Would stay again!

I'm a super picky hotel person when it comes to amenities and cleanliness. This is my go to hotel for Fort Worth! Today the front desk ladies were SUPER sweet and welcoming! Enjoying our swim now!

I wish I remember the lady’s name that was working on Sunday night because she deserves a compliment! I’ve stayed at this hotel many times, and I told her she was the friendliest person I’ve ever worked with there. She just had such a great attitude and helpful spirit. It really sucks when you’re traveling all day and someone gives you unnecessary tude, but this girl was awesome!

The Hilton is a really nice and clean hotel. The staff is always warm and cheerful, and very helpful. My housekeeping was lacking some, but still did a good job for the most part. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were mostly quiet. My room was not very far from the train tracks.

Nice area and friendly service. Bar located in lobby area for guests and outside patrons. Good area for small banquets and events. Reasonable room rates. Free parking and easy to find. Restaurants nearby to enjoy within 5 miles.

For the price, great. I'm local and went to take my kids to indoor pool, which they loved. Do recommend, epuld stay there again.

Excellent. I've stayed here years before and it amazes me how well this hotel has stood up. Rooms are not worn, lobby area is still fresh and clean. Came here for the pool for kids and they loved it. Would definitely recommend for travel with or without kids. Very fair pricing for stay and food. Staff is excellent.

Really nice place! Great swimming pool area and good service. Room could have been a bit more modern to get that 5 star, pillows we're flat and the bed is too firm, but it was a good stay.

Stayed in a handicap accessible room with my dad. Very roomy, more than enough to get around in a wheelchair. Room was spotless. Bathroom was of course also handicap accessible, including the shower. Continental breakfast was a little disappointing, as you have to pay extra for cooked anything besides toast or hard boiled eggs. Staff was excellent as well, chatting with us and even walked us to our room to ensure the keys worked properly.

Nice, clean upscale hotel in the heart of ft worth. I've stayed at this hotel several times and every time I've stayed I've been very impressed with the facilities. I will stay here each time I come in a Fort Worth as I enjoy the breakfast, the rooms, and the kid-friendly pools.

This is a very nice hotel the best thing about it is the staff. It is easy to spot from the freeway, but actually getting to it is awkward. There is no surface parking, all overnight parking is in a parking deck very close. That said it's all very nice. The breakfast is not free but the staff is very attentive. Ours was a pleasant stay.

Excellent facility all the way around! The pool area was fabulous! Clean rooms and very friendly front desk staff! Will definitely stay here again!

Great 2 day stay, great rooms, great food and above all grade staff, they all were very friendly. We would definitely stay again. Hats off to everyone evolved.

Super friendly staff willing to help out with a bunch of questions we had. Rooms were very nice with comfy beds and pillow. Room was freezing cold and thermostat didn't change that much. Bathroom was a bit on the small side but not terrible. Definitely recommend to anyone in the area for the Medical Center.

We had our family reunion there for the past 2 years and it has been an excellent place to stay. The hospitality is excellent, the food is excellent, and the hotel itself is beautiful and well kept. I would recommend this to anyone.

My wife and son spent the night there recently. They were pampered and treated really well. Keyshawn (at the front desk) especially went up and above to provide exceptional service for them. They enjoyed everything immensely from the room to the pool to the wonderful breakfast. Great place to stay for sure!

We held a family reunion at the Hilton Garden. It's a very elegant facility. The conference room is very Texas and fit in great with our family reunion them. The staff was timely and accommodating. The catering service provided delicious food. It was the 2nd time we used this hotel to host our family reunion.

Very nice place to stay in the medical district. Close to West Magnolia and convenient dining options.

Not much wheelchair room in the room available to us and the carpet was hard to push the chair across on the way to our room. The service is amazing and the beds comfy. Very clean. Perfect for those needing to stay close to Cook's hospital or Dodson Specialty clinic.

I went for a professional event and it was a nice venue. I do however wish they had provided chairs at the event instead of having us stand the entire time at raised tables. The appetizers were great and 2 complimentary drinks were provided which was nice.

I'm coming from a view from being a former employee rather than a guest. I enjoyed my experience in the the beginning working as a night cook with a decent group of people but as soon I switched positions to work with banquets that's were everything went down hill with the quickness. They would Nick pick at everything and always put pressure on us and the job security weighed in the balance. I knew something was up when the GM would fire someone every so often for no apparent reason and I guarante she's still firing people for no reason. So when I left that job I thought it wasn't me it was management that was letting the power get to their heads. Because how I was terminated it was a total set up and everything was completely fabricated. This location needs a whole different management team expect Andrea I love her and she knows the truth she's was always honest and loyal. And one more thing if isn't already as obvious this job doesn't doesn't give a damn about it's employees they just see it as people coming and going.

This rating is considering their event rental space. Long story short, it's probably what one would expect from a hotel. Not quality. In terms of simply staying at the hotel, that might actually be nice. It's not a full blow stay at the Hilton. This line of hotels was designed to compete with smaller chains by using the power of the Hilton brand. However, don't be deceived, this is not really like staying at the Hilton. Still, though, it does compete with the lower hotel tiers.

We were looking for a place to host a wedding and reception. We wanted a place that would accommodate the wedding, reception, and also allow out of town guest to stay during the event. The Hilton Garden Inn is perfect for our wedding. With guest coming from Florida, New York, Washington State, and as far as Jamaica, we want to have enough room as well as for everyone to be comfortable during this event.

This hotel and it's staff are absolutely amazing. I called them on June 28th inquiring about a room. We were in Fort Worth because my father in law was in the ICU at Harris Hospital. I think to fully understand you should know that we had just been told my father in law had brain damage and there was very little hope. I have always been a Marriot person but this hotel was so close to the hospital I knew it was the best choice for the situation. I called the Hilton Garden Inn Medical Center Hotel thus began one of the best hotel and staff experiences of my life. I told Jillian that I was looking for a room and their hotel was closest to the hospital, she gave us a room rate that was lower because of the situation which I thought in itself was amazing! Then when we left the hospital that evening after a very trying day and went to the hotel. First this hotel is extremely beautiful just walking to the front desk was breath taking! When we checked in the staff was so friendly and professional. We went up to our room and found on the desk waiting for us two envelopes with our name on them. The first a letter from the staff saying they were sorry for my father in law being in the hospital, telling us if we need anything at all don't hesitate to ask, and letting us know we had a fruit platter in the refrigerator and telling us the other envelope contained a get well card from the entire staff for my father in law.

Enjoyed Mother's Day brunch, the food was fresh and very delicious. The environment was clean and pleasant. The wait staff were attentive and knowledge of the menu.

We had the best experience in a very stressful time all employees went above and beyond to make our stay the best but one employee went further than that. My grandson had been in hospital at Cooks we got there very late hade his brothers sisters with me James that works nights was on. I let my Grandkids get a snack and instead of charging them to our room or making me pay the man opens his own wallet and pays for our stuff we will be forever grateful to you James! Will definitely stay here anytime we are in metroplex which is often and will refer this Hotel to everyone I know! Thank-you for being the Best in Costumer service of any Hilton I have ever stayed. My son in law is a Diamond Honor Points Customer so we stay at Hiltons anywhere we go! Thanks again! Wanted to had that is also one of the cleanest and the pool is amazing!

Stayed in a room with 2 queens. The staff were really friendly and the room was super clean. Best part though was a woman who was drunk and puking outside of hotel. The one guy with us clapped and then was informed that he was a lesbian. Literally made our night after 18 hours of travel.

Amazing service, the staff goes above and beyond any place I have ever been, security, room was awesome best sleep ever, indoor pool was a dream for the whole family, I love the hottub, a mile away from Cook's and located within 5 miles of all the sights you want to see, I couldn't praise the Hilton Garden Inn of Fort Worth Medical Center enough, I wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else, like a vacation, they have everything you could want, 5 stars!

Hotel staff are very helpful and personable. Not really located in an area where walking is easy but on site services make up for that to some degree.

My family stayed there for a night while in FT. Worth. We were happy with the staff, very friendly and how clean it was. The kids loved the indoor kids pool and was their favorite. Breakfast is amazing with made to order hot items. We will be staying there again. Perfect stay.

With the exception of the pool, this place was a wreck! Didn't get the right reservations first of all! So we had to wait for the correct room to come back open the next night. The room we had to stay in fortunately had a wonderful view though. And by that I mean it sucked. The room smelled like someone came in right before us and dropped, one of the more serious dumps I've ever smelled/tasted, off in our toilet! That was super pleasant when discovering they didn't have a bathtub like we had asked for to give the kids a bath. Nice right!?! Can we at least get a room away from the elevator like we asked originally for the first room. Ha! Nope! First door on the left out the elevator! Woke up a lil before Jesus at around 4:00 am to the sound of these wonderful ac units placed strategically outside our window. Decided to get some breakfast asap downstairs. Rotten out of date milk! But all that aside the bed was fairly comfortable! Which was a plus when you wanted somewhere comfy to ball up and cry when you realized you paid $169 bucks to stay here.

The staff here make this hotel. The building is clean and neat being a newer building. The Homewood across the parking lot also looks new. But I was so pleased with my stay here this week that I would stay here again should I ever be back here. I stay 100 plus nights a year in Hilton's chain and this was by far one of the best teams of staff I have ever had.

Recently stayed here for a wedding and the reception was also held at the hotel. I was extremely impressed with all the staff's polite and cheerful demeanor, as well as their willingness to bend over backwards to make sure their guests were happy and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a smooth and comfortable stay.

First visit to this location. Only 5 months old now. Nicely appointed lobby, bar and dining area. Western accent pieces for general decor. Enjoying cigar smoking on outdoor patio with fireplace on chilly night. Free parking garage next door. I plan to stay here again next time in area.
