We had a nice time. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast wasn't much it was like a sack lunch I suppose it's because of the pandemic though. Otherwise I'm sure it would have been better.

Profiled and ran off by police under false accusations because the manager who said noise complaints about our room but never got a call. There were kids running up and down the halls and parents getting wasted in the halls sharing drinks with their 10 11 year old children. Manager kicked my family (african american) and another out for "reserved pool time" when the day before it was a free for all with 30 kids in the pool. This place charged extra for "smoking in the room" when never once was there smoke at all and blamed burnt popcorn smell in the halls on our room and clearly it came from the 3rd floor as the firefighters and police stated.

Even on the keto diet I was able to have delicious food & awesome service. They were very open to requests & our food was served really quick! Definitely recommend!

We were there for the BIX run a few weeks ago. The John Deere exhibit is free and you can climb into these extreme agricultural machines, which is way cool. I loved that it was free and that we got a glimpse of John Deere equipment that we cannot see close up (except riding lawn mowers, small farm tractors, etc. ) Recommend that you go… If you have kids, this is probably a five-star place… free, kids can climb on equipment, etc.

Hotel staff was very accommodating, quick, and friendly. Clean rooms, everything was in its place and functioning properly. Free continental breakfast, with long hours, but limited options. Perfect for a low drama stay, plus some good views of the river and/or downtown Moline.

First time here and the staff was wonderful. Night manager asked the restaurant if the could accommodate me although closing. Room was awesome.

Don’t recommend this hotel. Booked a deluxe suite for our wedding weekend and when we checked in, the room was 80 degrees. Adjusted the thermostat, left for a couple hours, and came back to it still being 80. Called the desk, left again for a few hours, maintenance came up while we were gone, came back and room was 76. Called the desk and was told that maintenance had come, worked on the room for an hour, and got it down to the 60s and then they left. Not happy and I have a whole bunch of people getting ready in my room in the morning. Asked if they had fans and was just told they’d ‘take a look at my room rate’.

Excellent accomodations for the money. Beds with adjustable sleep number. Clean. Good facilities. Indoor pool, small but adequate gym stocked with towels and water so you don't have to bring them with you from the room. Good buffet breakfast. Courteous and attentive front desk.

Nice hotel. Complimentary Breakfast was made up of toast muffins cereal and a slim selection of fruit. Waffle mix was limited & line was long to cook it.

First time stay at this Radisson. I highly recommend this hotel to stay in the Moline area. Extremely clean and updated, great staff. Our kids 5 and 7 had a blast, nice pool area and outdoor riverwalk. Close to great pizza and ice cream. Across the street from John Deere and Tax Slayer arena. Free parking, free breakfast. Overall great stay.

Very nice hotel. Stayed here on a business trip and service was very accommodating. One of our party didn’t have a reservation and they worked to get him a room immediately. Spacious rooms, great lighting and views of the Mississippi River. Centrally located in downtown Moline with great restaurants. The included breakfast is nice and a great way to start the day. Gym was a little lackluster but I came for the hotel, not the gym. Will be staying again next time I’m in Moline.

FABULOUS ROOM! Wonderful Anniversary stay, thank you! Staff was very friendly. Breakfast wasn't bad but really struggled to keep up with demand… empty hot food for way too long. Can't wait to return!

Our family was able to have two connecting rooms on the first floor. Ideal for those of us with a few children. The pool was wonderful and warm. We've stayed at this hotel twice now and can say it's a very nice hotel. It's clean, friendly, great breakfast selection, and affordable. I prefer to not sleep with the sleep number beds, the one we stayed in did deflate through the night a few years ago. This hotel has a lovely view and great location next to many eateries and pubs. Having TGI Fridays attached was also a great treat. Highly recommend.

First time to stay at a Radisson. Nice hotel next to the Mississippi River. Good location close to the John Deere Seeding and Harvester Works. Breakfast was nothing special, but everything else was good with a friendly staff.

The room was clean and the pool and hot tub were warm. We enjoyed the atmosphere in the lobby and the ho breakfast in the morning. We will definitely come back.

Absolutely gorgeous facility! Beautiful room, incredibly clean and comfortable! The front desk staff was friendly, helpful and offered suggestions as to where to go. Great location as to the proximity to the interstate and area attractions. Exceptionally well priced and the amenities are top notch! I will stay at this location the next time I am in Moline, it really is a beautiful location and it truly fits the bill for what a traveler needs. I love this hotel!

Nice place. Tgi Friday on property. Mississippi river right out back… quiet pier behind place too.

Great location right along the river! Beds were very clean and it was quite easy to fall asleep after a long days worth of work. The pool and workout room we're fantastic. All around a great place to stay.

Very Clean and comfortable. The pool had the perfect water temperature, and the Hot Tub was relaxing also. Since it was only 10 degrees outside, it was sure nice to be able to use this amenity. The room was clean and comfortable. It has a living room area with a pull out couch and separate bedroom area with a door that closed. Great because then my young niece (3yrs) and my Nephew (11yrs) could watch their own TV without bothering the adults who were visiting in the living room area.

Location perfect for a wedding reception at the Mark/I wireless/Tax Slayer center. Reasonable wedding rate. I didn't take advantage of the breakfast. Accidentally charged for 3 nights instead of 2 but at checkout the staff resolved and corrected the issue.

Location is great. Next to many beautiful buildings, tug Fridays. Pool had warm water and also a hot tub. The foyer area was beautiful and the help was very polite. We were there for a birthday partt.

Decent hotel with nice access to the Mississippi River. Nice location to explore the city. Breakfast was nothing to write home about, but everything else was fine. Pool included!

Friendly staff, clean rooms and a beautiful lobby. Hotel is right next door to the tax slayer center and many wonderful restaurants and shops! I highly recommend!

Very nice hotel located in the heart of Moline's historic district. The hotel is in the process of upgrading, along with the entire district. Very fine accommodations.

We went there on a vacation in 2015 to tour all of the John Deere factories, pavilion, world headquarters, etc. The hotel was amazing with great service. One problem we did have was having three cockroaches in our room. I do hope that Radisson does figure this out. Otherwise, the place is great.

Nice hotel. Staying for a wedding. Convenient room service from the attached Friday's! Plenty of activities and night life within walking distance.

Radisson is located close (walking distance) to downtown. Downtown has numerous eateries and bars to suit ones liking. The hotel room has a modern look and feel to it with sleep number beds.

We stayed two nights. No complaints. Great price. Would have payed more if needed. Free continental breakfast was good. Plenty of parking. We didn't bring swimwear but the hot tub was nice for soaking legs and feet after a day of sightseeing.

This was a nice place to stay for a night. Clean comfortable rooms. Nice staff, bathrooms are a little outdated. Peoples food trays were left in the hallway for entirely too long and the pool area needs help are my only 2 complaints. Great location for iwireless center.

Nice rooms, good location. Internet was slow during peak hours but still worked.

Sleep number mattresses were nice. There was a fight in the hall near midnight and the staff handled it promptly.

My flight was delayed, however I was able to check in 2:30 a. M. After driving in from Chicago. The rooms were a little dated but clean and had everything I needed. Room service Prices were reasonable.

Stayed here for graduation that was at the iWireless Center. Very convenient to walk just around the building and be there.

Not worth the price. Rude employees at the front desk. Rooms stunk so bad we left window open & went to dinner, so it could air out. Beds are not comfortable. Low shower pressure. Breakfast was horrible. Gave us a handicap room & didnt tell us! Read the reviews & thought maybe it's not as bad as they they said BUT I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!

This is really the only place to stay in Moline. The rooms are nice. The breakfast was decent. Not much to complain about.

Dishonest verbiage on their website as to their best rate guarantee, and NO concern for the "misunderstanding" after the fact. Stated that I had to prove lower rate at time of reservation, NOT check in, although not stated on their website with the rest of the information. RUDE RUDE RUDE staff at time of check in (checkout gentleman was very nice) Also, found a pill on the floor in our room, food crumbs under the beds and hair in the fridge drain. All around disappointing. Will not return and will absolutely share this information with others so that they can make informed choices.

Room was nice and clean. We had some hiccups with our reservation — they apparently never received it when we booked through Expedia, so checking in was a pain. We also were missing the hair dryer from our room and alerted the front desk after checking in, but were never brought a replacement. Nice facility, but I wasn't impressed with the service.

Everything you would expect out of a Radisson, very clean, sleep numbers, and decent breakfast. 50 Mbps up and down internet speeds.

Rooms were clean, friendly staff, and nice hotel. Only complaint would be the sleep number beds were very uncomfortable and would lose firmness throughout night. I set it at 40 and got up in the morning and saw it went down to 0. Would have preferred a normal matress.

Hotel was nice, nice location and we've stayed here before. We paid for one bedroom suite this time, but they didn't tell us it was handicap equipped. The tub still had hair/dirt. Bed didn't work, but they fixed it. Continental breakfast was out of food.

I researched all the hotels in this area and this one was the most promising. We arrive there and everyone is rude. We were one of two families with children and the other family left shortly after we got there. The rest were suits. No one smiled, they were out right rude. My husband fell ill after our first day there, and I inquired about a refund. The woman at the desk talked down to me and couldn't give me a straight answer. They refused the refund, which I expected because it was later in the day, but the way they treated us was unnecessary.

I have stayed at many "family friendly" Radisson's in the past… won't even consider booking in another one until you resolve the Andy/Jessica Schuh situation. How can you put John Deere and farmer in the same context! Here is a wonderful young farmer (with a farm full of JD's) stricken with a blood infection and cannot come at the time they wanted. Why can't you change the dates for them? Shame Shame Shame! Especially because he is a farmer!

We have stayed at this property several times during visits to our daughter who attends a local college. The hotel accommodations are acceptable, however, our stay from Oct. 31 through Nov. 2 was not acceptable. We were unknowingly put in a room modified for a handicap guest. The modifications in the bathroom, closet and bedroom are very inconvenient; especially in the bathroom. We expressed our dissatisfaction to the front desk attendant the morning of the 1st and also let them know that the bathroom drain was very slow and asked that it be fixed that day. No one followed up, the drain was not fixed. We stopped by the front desk as we checked out and again expressed our dissatisfaction — and were told we needed to talk with the manager who was not in. I called from the airport on our way back home, was put into the manager's, Kim, voicemail. I called again on Nov. 3rd, Kim was gone for the day. I called a 3rd time on Nov. 4, Kim answered the phone. When I explained our experience and the fact that no one, including her had bothered to return our call, she could only apologize and had nothing else to offer. We are very disappointed by the hotels response.

Very impressed with this hotel located right next to The Mark and right across from John Deere Commons. The rooms are mostly suites with Sleep Number beds. TV's in both rooms give you a choice when traveling with someone else. Location is great. It's right on the river and within walking distance of entertainment and dining. A TGIFriday's on site provides a way to dine without leaving the building.
