We checked in and our room had no heat when we talked to them they took their time to help with a solution. Which was a space heater. Great when you have young kids. When we talked to manager she said “well you could of just left you didn't have to stay with us “. Their costumer service was awful we booked there because my kids wanted to swim and only the pool was open and us adult wanted to get in the hot tub but it wasn’t open and when we called and asked about pool and hot tub we were told they were open. So we thought cool hot tub too since they said “THEY were open”

This place scams! I stayed their one night with my Grandson and was charged $101.65. Ok that was the cost. But a few minutes later my bank alert let me know that another charge was posted from Comfort Inn for $114.00. I went back downstairs to talk to the front desk guy and he said it would be taken care of and would refund me! Next day it was not taken care of! I traveled back to Ohio and called the Manager on Monday. Of course she was not available until a Tuesday. Called her and her on Tuesday and she said she would take care of it! Wednesday I was charged another $101.65! I was refunded the $114.00 and I have been going back and forth with Jeri the Manager for over a month now she keeps saying she’s working on it! This past Thursday they charged my card again! $203.30 is owed me and I think they should refund me my initial stay for all the grief! Jeri keeps blaming the credit card company! I have asked her to send me a check! Do not stay there! They will scam you too!

Very very friendly and clean atmosphere. Made to order omelets every morning. Very accommodating staff.

Very nasty rude staff will NEVER go there again MELTA that works the front dest smart ass mouth try 2 keep my deposit and over charge me NEVER NEVER NEVER will I go there again will be contacting cooperate again you'll got the right one today though.

The staff at this location are very rude. We the ladies spoke to me they didn't take their time out to stop and listen or even have eye conduct. Staffing service is the worst I've ever seen. I'm disgusted and I will never stay at another Comfort Inn again. I'm calling corporate and demanding my $71 I spent to stay there one night. My experience was seriously ridiculous.

Booked for a softball tournament that was cancelled due to flooding 30 mins after the cancellation deadline on Thursday. The poor front desk lady was fielding lots of upset softball parents. I understand it was not her fault. I was told that we would only be charged for Friday night and that we could cancel Saturday night. I was totally ok with that. I understand policy. I thought that the hotel was reasonable and helpful due to unpredictable weather. Today I actually was charged for both nights. I called back and said the the whole team was getting charged for both nights no exceptions managers decision. Which was not the case. Some families were only charged one night. I feel that what we were told Thursday should be honoured. We travel most weekends and have stayed in several Comfort Inns. I will never stay in another one again.

Dog Friendly ❤️ we were Traveling from California to Pennsylvania and stayed over one night. Very clean comfortable well maintained property. Easily accessible from the Freeway and lovely surroundings. I would definitely stay here again great staff friendly.

Trying to make the reservation was very confusing. The website stated a price but when you went to make the reservation the website would freeze. I called to make reservations and they quoted another price. I was very frustrating. I had asked the 1st time I talked to hotel for adjoining rooms they said yes. When went to check in the day manager had an addituted said there was not a note put in so she wouldn't give me adjoining rooms. The pool area need work to it. The jacuzzi did not work. It was very humid also.

Jacuzzi didn’t work neither did our TV. Pool was full of loud kids. They offered to send someone to our room to fix it. I declined as I was already for bed. The TV should be working when you go. The manager was rude to new employee when we checked in. When I told her the jacuzzi was broken she said she will let maintenance know. There was a piece of paper hanging on the timer. I told her someone already knows as there is a paper there. I was given the room across the halls bill under my door. He paid half of what I was charged. She then said he was staying a week. I told her you don’t put bills under the door every night if you stay one night. I understand rebates for early booking. The breakfast was okay… not enough seating. Crowded and people everywhere to get food. Just a crappy experience… I would recommend to stay somewhere else if you can.

Clean, quiet comfortable room.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the continental breakfast was good. I left my wallet after checking out the room. My husband and I called back asking if they could go back to see if the see the wallet. The front desk clerk went to go check and she couldn't find it. To make a long story short my husband and I rode back to the hotel and they gave us the key to check the room. As I was entering into the room the cleaning lady had found my wallet. I was soooo grateful. We gave her a monetary gift and proceeded on with our day. Thank you guys for all you do.

They are a dog friendly Hotel very clean large rooms the facility is well kept. The staff are friendly and get you checked in quickly and the beds … amazingly comfortable the finest bedding and I slept so good. Also the view of the river out back is pretty Amazing good place to walk your dogs. They also have continental Breakfast.

Very nice rooms. Staff is polite and helpful. Decent size pool with hot tub. Has a free breakfast bar with a staffed omelette station. No smoking. Large parking lot. Free Wi-Fi. Is really a nice place to stay.

Our room was clean and pleasant. We appreciated being able to have our dogs with us. Breakfast in the morning was great: a complimentary omelette made to order. Staff was friendly.

Staff took away one of the two nights I booked because at no fault of my own my connecting flight out of Chicago was cancelled. By the time I was able to get to the room later the day of arrival all I wanted to do was sleep. The room had a funny odor, a mix between stale air and feet. I made it through the night. I might add the afternoon staff was very nice and the lemon water with a splash of orange was a welcomed relief from the heat. The breakfast was great. Faith and her made to order omelet were a hit. She was nice and served with a smile.

Our home away from home. Clean. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Convenient to the mall and airport and interstate. They also have a gazebo where you can visit with friends or family or smoke because this is a smoke free hotel.

The staff, are so helpful and let us know of the happening! Breakfast was worth it, and my upstyle, excentric roommate, even like it! :) Thanks again Thomas john Jay Osmond calls me the singer!

Brittany was fantastic and made us feel right at home! She made sure all of our needs were met. The room was super clean and the bed was way comfortable. I would stay here again for sure.

Bed was very comfortable. Internet was terrible. Also the door squeaked really loudly. Had to request they restart the router twice. Also was told by the guy at the front desk after midnight that I could not help myself to some cereal that was sitting out as it was not normal breakfast hours. After paying as much as I did, I should be able to help myself to it at any time given that it is there. The two ladies that worked the front desk at different times were very nice. Also this is in a nice location.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed. Surprise at hot breakfast was a nice lady cooking custom eggs and omelettes.

Attentive staff washer/dryer on site pool comfy rooms restaurant 7-11 gas station mall nearby enjoyed my stay thanks.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Soft, thick, white towels. We stayed 4 nights in room 110. Faith will cook you eggs the way you like them in the morning. We will be back!

It looks like some how they took my review down? I was sold a room of mold. I did complain about it and was offer $10 My wife and I woke up coughing from the mold smell that was covered by a deodorizer smell when we first got the room. They know they have a problem which they clearly are trying to hide. As a building inspector I know what mold is and does which is why I took the pictures and posted them. Mold growing on the wall, carpet was wet from the A/C unit not draining correctly and behind the trim on the wall. The condenser was covered with debris adding to the great smell that fills your lungs that your body tries to rid for several days after your stay. I felt like I had smokers cough afterwards for several days because of the exposer to mold. I was finally refunded my money in full but was at first like pulling teeth to make that happen. This was to be a night away from the kids to relax with my wife, it turned into a waste of time we never seem to be able to get. The title of this place was "Comfort Inn" the only comfort we got was leaving.

Breakfast was very good. Hot tub & pool was well balanced with chemicals & water was clean. Beds were Comfy.

They have an omelette bar for there breakfast. Faith makes amazing breakfast. They should all have this. I will make sure I come back to this hotel for this reason.

Clean place, quiet so far and some nice lady makes omelets to order in the breakfast room. The parking lot is a trap if you're hauling a trailer. It's not rv or trailer friendly.

Second time we stayed, we do a lot of traveling for my daughters softball. Had a good experience and loved the omelet station the first time. Unfortunately, we will not be back. Due to the weather her tournament got cancelled and they would not let me cancel the room. I understand they have a 24 hour policy, but other hotels cancelled rooms for team mates. So we had to drive up and stay in an unneeded hotel. There are plenty of hotels to pick from and we will pick another next time we are in Moline.

The staff was very friendly! The rooms where very clean! The free breakfast was also great the omelette bar and eggs anyway you want them was fabulous! Very nice place!

They actually had a cook in the breakfast room preparing made to order omelettes! Hot breakfast is important to me so this was much appreciated. The exterior could use a washing and fresh paint but the double queen room was excellent! The walls, tile and carpet were clean and new looking, the beds were comfy with fresh linens and covers, the room was odor free, spacious and modern. Pool area and hot tub were clean and new and all the interior is tastefully appointed. Front desk was helpful, friendly and welcoming. I would drive the extra mile to stay here again.

Nice room! Great breakfast! The made to order omlet was a nice touch as well as the mini waffles. Our room did have a weird smell though. Not sure if it was smokers or what. Other than that it was a great stay.

Location was good as it was right near the highway. In the first room I had, the toilet wouldn't stop flushing and no maintenance is on site in the evenings so they moved me to another room. In the second room, the toilet reservoir took so long to fill that after 2 hours, I still couldn't flush the toilet. I'm not sure what the deal is with the plumbing, but other than that it was a mediocre stay. Nothing great, but nothing bad either. The breakfast was pretty good, but don't accidentally ask for two meats in the omelette or you will get snapped at and told to read the sign. Sorry, didn't see it. The beds were pretty comfy and the air conditioning worked great.

Room was very very clean. Breakfast was fantastic. Loved view of river from Gazebo of this hotel. Will definitely be staying at this hotel.

We loved it until we left and came home to be charged $300 on a "smoking" fee from the smell of smoke in the room. I have asthma, cannot be around smoke. My boyfriend smokes cigarettes OUTSIDE we had a room right by the outside entrance. He would smoke then come back in so yes, he smells like smoke, his clothes do and anything he would touch or sit in would too. Called for a refund to be told they would. Was charged another $150 instead. Had to have my bank put in fraud claims and close my debit card. Rent could not even come out as they took that money from me. Comfort inn manager claims they are refunding it but I will have to wait a few days for it to be posted of course. If they do not then I'm going to corporate. Beware if you smoke, as even the slightest smell will give cause for them to falsely accuse and charge you. First trip I've taken away from my kids in forever and my 7 month old, it was great until this.

Great Riverfront Hotel. Stayed many times at this hotel. Service is consistently improving at this hotel. Staff is excellent. Now they make omlet for you in the morning during break fast hours. Walking distance to mall & several restaurants in the area. Easy access to I-74, I-280. Next to MLI airport.

I stayed here for one week. The Front desk was extremely helpful and I can not say enough good about the people they have working there. The Breakfast was good with a real nice lady making two egg omelets for you. They had all the cold food stuff also. The Room (233) I stayed in was clean and well kept. The bed was great not to hard or soft. Being fairly close to the airport it was very quiet. The bathroom was fine except the door would not close all the way. The AC was noisy but did not seem to bother me as I slept really good. I did not try the pool or other amenities but looked nice. It had easy access to both I-74 and I-280. Over all I would be happy to stay here again.

Newly renovated hotel looks great on the outside and inside. The breakfast area is fantastic! They will make fresh omelettes with real eggs for the guests in the morning! A great value for the money!

Breakfast at 7 on Sunday. We had to be somewhere by 730. Staff just shows up at 7. No pancake batter or omelets until after we left. Cold sausage in warmer. No bananas. Mushy apples toaster that didn't toast. Rooms were fine, staff was OK. The fact that we were not able to partake of the hot breakfast before or event even though advertised as FREE. We all know it is included in the price of the room. Not sure would choose this motel to stay at next time.

Breakfast was good, staff was friendly. Room was a little noisy, and the elevator smelled funny.

Every Comfort Inn I've ever been to has been very nice. They're always in a nicer part of town and tends to be quiet.

The room itself was fine. I was really looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub & pool. They were out of commission for a day due to the heating element. It still was not fixed as stated the next day. The water in both looked questionable.

The hotel room it self was good besides the cob webs and the room could use rpm's. The pool needs cleaned painted and etc. Definitely needs maintenance! Front desk was not at desk for 30 min every time we went up there she was not there and no sign was posted!. I see the beds and TV are updated to the correct so I give a 100+ on this:)
