Staff at front desk were pleasant. Nice breakfast. A lot of people on sidewalks of hotel hanging around, made me feel uneasy at times. Room was clean.

This was a waste of a place to have someone stay. We didn't know Renovation was going on. The room was not good. The TV was going in and out. The water in the sink was coming out slow and took a while to go down. The workers was hanging around everywhere drinking and I didn't feel safe going to my car. No pool and Wi-Fi not working. Nothing like what you see on the Website. We would have went somewhere else but we had paid so we was already locked in. I will not stay here again.

The best hotel I have ever stayed in. While quality inn colisium is renovating the staff and amenities are above average. My room is always clean and the staff always look out for you. Especially Keys smith the manager. I always feel right at home. I look forward to my weekly visits here.

This hotel is filthy. It's under construction but still, it's not a place you'd want to stay unless everything else is booked. The extended stay next door on either side are way better. The manager who works the desk, the black lady with the bald head is as rude as it gets. She should not even be in customer service. The Wi-Fi doesn't work on half the hotel. The pool is a discussing mess. I wouldn't have stayed so many nights if it wasn't for the fact that everything else was already booked. The parking is a joke and there are alot of cops in the area at night. To me the cops make it worse than the black people do.

Repairs of the motel was going on — — we were aware at check-in, but told it would only occur during particular hrs. Rather, it started as early as 7a and continue past midnight… Loud banging. The pool was being repaired, and the laundry machines didn't work. But what was unsettling was that the contractors were staying at the hotel and would constantly stare at the guests. They would peer into occupied rooms, and some sat in chairs in the doorways of their rooms and constantly stare at you as you went about your business. Felt like they were going to break into my room while I was away. To add, awful coffee and the Wi-Fi was pretty much non-existent. Nothing new for moderately-priced motels. Only real positive is it's located near the outlets and lots of shopping.

People hanging around stairwells smoking and drinking, some playing in the dirt. Yes bare dirt. Lobby doors dont fit together properly. Drawer fronts missing from the kitchenette in lobby, even the Q in the Quality Inn logo is crooked behind the front desk. We had already paid, non refundable, so we accepted keys and never made it to the room. Renovation going on also, sheets of sheet rock scattered down the outside of the hotel. Looks like drug activity or worse around this place. Spoke to desk clerk, he offered a different room but no refund. Never even opened the door to our room, didn't feel safe so we left and drove 2 hours home after a concert. Do not stay here.

The only thing I can say good about this place is location (if you like to shop). Construction starts at 7am daily. Banging and hammering in adjacent rooms. Water (sinks toilet and shower) turned off 2 nights in a row for 2 hours). Housekeeping insisting we bring out our towels and garbage at 9am even though we said we were good. Laundry out of order. I could go on and on.

Not clean or inexpensive but the bed was moderately comfortable and was in a good location. I was surprised by the near full breakfast, although you must ask for their fresh fruit because it's not available unless requested.

We stayed during Easter Weekend 2018. The room was freshly remodeled and had nice furniture. The bed was extra comfy. They could update the pillows though. The employee's were nice. It was very quiet. Low key atmosphere during my stay. Tanger Oulets and A couple restaurants are near by. The next time we are in Charleston this will be the place we stay. They are pet friendly (which was hard to find in N. Charleston) if you're looking for something under $100 a night Oh and I wanted to add that I felt safe at night taking my doggy to potty because they have a Bunch of lights that light the place up.

This has been the most HORRIFIC experience, to date. I'm not sure who is to blame… these nasty people OR choice for even allowing this place to wear their label. My bathtub was so dirty, we refused to bathe in it. An older man came and "cleaned" it and left… but the ring around my tub stayed. The GM escorted the same man back and watched him clean it. I requested to change rooms, but I was told they were booked solid. HOWEVER… the choice website stated there were 2 rooms left. I was unable to rate this hotel less than one star, but it doesn't deaerve that. Please, please save your money. In all fairness, the hotel has signs up saying under renovations, but they should have closed until they were finished. Unsatisfactory.

Good price, nice enough room, and great service. Neighbors were loud all night!

My husband & I booked this hotel last minute for 1 night. The front desk staff was very friendly and provided great customer service. She did warn us that they were renovating the hotel so pardon their dust. RENOVATING is an understatement! We walked into the room and immediately you notice the ceiling is peeling. Almost to the point of falling on you. The bed covers had VISIBLE holes, rather large I might add. I would not recommend this hotel again.

Room — smell (cigarettes +) is bad although we reserved a nonsmoking room. Lots of water on the carpet. Location — good. Staff — good. Breakfast — good. Overall, nothing is great or very bad.

The hotel staff was very friendly. Unfortunately the keys for our room didn't work at first, and there were some minor issues with the room itself. The toilet needed a lot of coaxing to work, for example. These would have been acceptable for a much better price, but the room was quite pricey, especially given these issues.

Been staying here for a while. Newly renovated rooms. Great service. Beautiful pool and walking distance from any shop you need!

It might not look the greatest, but the customer service has been awesome here and good for the price. The location is perfect too, close to Tanger Outlet and many restaurants!

Has to be the worst place I've stay at, before I go on I have to say that they had started remodeling when I was there so hope it's better. The shower handle didn't work half the time the sink faucet wasn't secured correctly. The safe didn't work the binder with information in had mold on the page's. Hope it's better after the remodeling.

Stay some place elves. First night got no sleep due to all the yelling. People knocking at the door at 3 and 4 am. We got moved to a new room and it has no heat… And its cold as he'll out side. The toilet runs non stop. Yea stay someplace eles.

Don’t do it. I understand wanting to save money. But don’t do it to yourself. My room was at the back of the building. Very sketchy. The room was gross and reeked of smoke, the couch and lamps had stains and looked very dirty. There were clumps of dirt/dust dangling from the ceiling, and reddish brown splatter marks on the wall of the bathroom (blood maybe? ) idk. Either way just gross. The room is connected on one side to another room by a very thin door (you can hear everything your unknown neighbor does or says) and the regular door to the room doesn’t seem very secure. No deadbolt. Maybe I was just unlucky and got a bad room. But head my warning just avoid this place and spend a few extra bucks to stay somewhere nicer. Cleaner. Safer.

Good location. I like the court yard type hotels. Most of the staff were very nice. A few were rude when asked for towels or other little things. Rooms were decent but not very clean. Needs an exhaust fan in bathrooms to prevent the moldy caulk they have around the tub.

Rooms were nice but the bathrooms were unclean and had items broken. The ceilings looked like there was major water damage.

Good place to stay if you're working on the road. Nothing special. Weird stain on the ceiling that could have been a portal to Hell. Toilet only worked half the time.

I've had much better experiences in motels which cost me less than what I paid here. Not sure what they're referring to when they say "Quality Inn". Don't fall for the "fast Wi-Fi", it was pretty much non existent in the room I stayed in. Saw a couple of small roaches around in the room too. Since I chose this on a business travel portal, I did not have the chance to see the reviews before I booked. But none of the other hotels closeby have good ratings as well, so there you go. The Lobby closes at 11pm and the lady handling the shift is one of the most lethargic person I've seen. I wanted to change my room and there is literally no one to attend to your complaints. Overall, if you ever visit Charleston, make sure you book one of the well established hotel chains and away from the airport. My work requires a lot of travel and I've traveled to economically worse places in the U. S and stayed at cheap hotels, this was the worst experience in terms of stay. They charge less, but it's worth half of it.

Its ok. Its nothing special and pretty average. It appears to be an older building. Its clean. There are areas with paint splatters on the mirrors and carpets. The tub and counter tops are aged and stained (burn spots). I couldn't get the photos to show cause the lighting in the room was very dark. The only working outlets were attached to the lamps. The other outlets in the room didn't work. Only down part was the big flying bug that met us when we opened the room door to leave.

This was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed! The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful and luckily the sheets seemed clean but the rest of the place was trash! The bathroom had black mold on the wall, under the tub faucet and in every crevice in the surround. There was over a two foot area with no veneer in the tub and the toilet was cracked. The bathroom door had been pried open at some point and the toilet tissue holder was rusting. The walkways were filthy and almost all of the outside lights were out. Only one ice machine worked and it was full of mold. There was trash and cigarette butts everywhere. It was very evident that people were "living" at this motel. At one point so many people were just hanging around outside that I felt uncomfortable going to my room. At night I put the table in front of the door! This isn't a good place for anyone! I would have changed motels but everything was booked in the area.

I really would not even give this establishment one star. This was the worst hotel stay in have ever experienced. When we got there, our key would not open the door so the maintenance man had to let us in and told us that it would be fixed in a couple hours. … when we returned we went to go in our room and the key still would not work and after attempting to rescan the key a couple more times, we still could not get in our room. So we requested a refund and left. And that was not the end of this terrible experience. We were charged three times and had to call back several more times to finally get that mess cleaned up. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was filthy. The awful stench got you as soon as the door opened. Mold on the ceiling, stains on the carpet, huge stain on the bedding of the full size bed. The bathroom door had, at one point apparently, been kicked in and was just painted over. The lid on the toilet tank didn't even go to that model, and was too short on both ends. We asked for a refund and left.

If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would. The staff is rude. The housekeepers are liars and thieves. The rooms are not presentable. The TV fluctuates volume when no one is touching the remote. The fridge was moldy and isnt very cold, I had questioned if it was even on. I was charged multiple times because my "card wasnt working" when it had already pulled money out of my account. I'm so glad we only stayed one night. Save yourself the trouble and NEVER stay here.

Decent size room. I stayed here while I worked in Charleston. Their Wi-Fi wasn't that great. The beds were comfortable and the room was nice.

Okay I realize that this room was only 90.00, however the night before I had stayed at Comfort Inn in Charlotte and it was the same price. I don't expect much at this price, however I do want a clean room. I originally did go look at a room before taking a room. They gave me a different room because we did not want to be by the pool. It all went downhill from there. First off went to put our food and drinks in the fridge and found it full of water and some kind of orange substance, picture attached. So we filled our cooler with ice and decided not to complain about this issue. The tables were also splochy with something, the top headboard dusty when I ran my finger along the top. We went to bed none the wiser of anything being wrong. Woke up in the morning and went to grab my phone at the bedside table and saw something go scurrying along the table. I grabbed the alarm clock and smooshed the bug. Turned the light on and to my disgust found what I was almost positive was a fairly mature bed bug. After some research it indeed was, picture is attached. I will say that the manager Ms. White was very professional when we got ahold of her, her front desk staff seemed unbothered by the situation. She was very apologetic and informed us the room would be closed to guests until it was fumigated, also that our charges would be credited back to our card.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel and the Lady at the front desk Sherise was very professional and she made it a pleasure to stay at this location. We will recommend the hotel to all of our friends…

DON'T GET A ROOM HERE! The front desk people were nice when we checked in. The next day we didn't have hot water so, I went to the front desk and they were rude! Anyway, finally maintenance came but it was REALLY a inconvenience and the front desk couldn't care less about your needs!

Great location. Room fairly clean. Not very loud outside. Airport not very noticeable.

Let's start with we get in the room at 2am mind you we are paying $100 per night and see cigarette ashes, cigarettes, and a used q-tips in the floor as we walk in. The room had a dirty odor that rested in our nasal cavities for the duration of our stay which would have been 2 days but left just at 12:30. We are diamond members but we're not allowed late checkout. The toilet seat had pee stains, and black pubes I guess left over from the previous guest. I woke up to people fighting, housekeepers loudly talking in loud Ebonics tones, with loud carts back and forth all morning, the walls are paper thin, worst trip ever! I wish I could rate this nasty bad location a negative 5 stars…

Breakfast was OK could have had a different variety. Front Deak was great and was very nice. I stayed with my job for a week. I meet the New Executive Housekeeper I think her name was Nakita she introduce her self to me and she did awesome job. She's a keeper she made sure asked if a housekeeper was already to me and was there anything she could do to make my stay better. I told her no I was great and thanks. I ask a new housekeeper where I could get some stuff she said oh I don't know I just started so you need to ask someone else who may and walk off cutting her eyes I don't know if she's cross eyed and also was mad. She didn't have a name tag on but she was very rude on Monday December 7, 2015. I ask for the Manager she told me she was off. I was like WOW that's how you treat your guest. I will stay again but dont wont that rude housekeeper again sorry.

This is the worse experience I have ever had in a hotel! First, I had to wait about 45 minutes before I could check in, not because it was so busy, its because no one was there to help me. Then when she finally showed up she was extremely rude. I finally get my key card and head to my room. It didn't look like it was ever vacuumed. There was dirt and white flakes and Lord knows what else on the floor. The shower, shower curtain, and toilet all had hair on or around it. There was blood on the gold coverlet on the bed. The ceiling right above the bed had water damage that showed signs of mold. The a/c unit was so loud you couldn't turn it on if you where planning on sleeping. On either side of me, where construction workers who where drinking, cussing, and smoking until the early morning, when I called down to the office, the employee didn't seem to care and then I look out my window and one of the female employees is drinking with them! And the icing of this miserable stay at the Quality Inn was when I was loading my suitcases into my car, some guy asked if I would be interested in making extra money (he let it slip that this is a known hotel for that, and some of the female employees do it to make some extra cash), mind you he was staying at this hotel also. I walk inside and tell a manager and she just tells me he was kidding! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!? Oh and I forgot to mention that I also got bed bugs from this disgusting place!

The best thing that could happen to this place is to burn down. Horribly filthy rooms! I wouldn't let a dog sleep here.

Started off not being able to get into the room. Finally getting in I noticed the tv, phone, and bathroom light didn't work at all. Went back to the front desk and was moved to another room. This time the ac partially worked so it stayed a tad warm. TV flickered on and off. Went outside and door wouldn't work so I had to go to office 2 more times. Then at 4am they have they trash trucks come and they are VERY loud with their work. When I tried to speak with a manager the front desk help told me in a hateful voice that I had to wait until 9am. I do alot of traveling ironically working on apartments and motels so I understand the process of keeping maintenance up to date and can tell this motel is WAY behind with their maintenance. I wouldn't suggest anyone to stay at this place. This is the place that the bad people stay in and I left before dawn cause I couldn't take the smell anymore.

Nice spacious room, great continental breakfast, awesome staff.

What a dump and it seems to be right in the path of every airplane that is taking off not just noise but vibrations and Wi-Fi is not worth trying.

This is the worst motel I've ever stayed in. Lights don't work. Smells like mold. Holes in the sheats and the sheats are damp. Towels were moist. And still pricey.

One shouldn't expect five-star service at a discount price. A clean room, a functioning bathroom and polite service should be enough. The room was clean, so I guess they got one out of three. The water pressure in the sink was so low as to make washing hands difficult. He shower seems to have been hooked up backwards, so you have to set it on cold to get hot water. But the best part was what happened on our second day there. For some reason, the staff took our shower curtain. That's right. No shower curtain. There in the morning, gone in the afternoon. Better yet was the reaction of the desk staff when we told them this at checkout. She said, "really? " That was it. No apology, no attempt to make it right. Avoid this place.

My overall experience was excellent. Best night sleep ever. Loved the beds. Breakfast could use a facelift. The front desk staff were wonderful and very helpful making suggestions. The manager, Ms Sasser, was very familiar with making reccommendations for restaurants in the area and places to visit while visiting your beautiful city. My husband and I are always looking to save money and this was by far the best rate in town. Shopping next door for even more savings at the outlet mall! GREAT STAY! Thank you.

WHAT WASNT WRONG WITH THIS HOTEL?!?!?!?!? The room was disgusting, the breakfast is awful and cold, you have to fight the TV to work again, if you cut it off and they GAVE SOMEONE ELSE MY ROOM KEY! I was jumping out the shower and I usually have the latch on the door but I forget sometimes, and some guy I dont even know just walked in! He didnt know my room was already taken so im guessing he had just checked in. Theres this heavy white woman who tried to sneak extra money from me, thinking I was stupid. Im glad I asked what I was being charged right before she used my card otherwise she wouldve overcharged me by $21.50! I asked her what the charge was for and she said it was a penalty for having a dog in my room. I told her I didnt have a dog and she said she heard the dog at 3am! I was up at 3am I didnt hear not a single dog. I dont have a freakin dog. You are head of housekeeping, what were you doing here at 3am and why isnt a desk clerk here to charge my room? I had to wait for someone to come check my room before they switched it and when I told her she wasnt about to swipe my card until the bill was fixed she got an attitude with me. Housekeeping is disrespectful, even if you have the "DO NOT DISTURB" sign up they still come to knock on your door and they wont stop banging down the door until you answer. In some cases they came twice. Ive come back to my room to find a housekeeper in there even though I had the DND sign up.
