A very basic hotel with a good location. 10 min walk to the Eurostar and less than 10 min to a metro startion taking you to the city centre. The shower in the hotel was broken but all in all a clean place. Can be quite noisy as a lot of bars around but we didn't mind.

Stay somewhere else. This place is gross. The sheets were found on the ground of the floor. No air nor water or fridge. Shower was not working fully, far away from attractions, loud unsafe neighborhood. Soliciting everywhere and no good food around. Front desk looked At us crazy when we asked to get a taxi. Oh and walls are thinner than paper you can hear everything someone does. Just heard someone clip their toenails.

The Hotel is located close to the East station and to the Metro. The Area is African. The Rooms are small. In principle Noisy, if you look for silence, it is not your choice. The Staff is friendly. The Elevator only works up to the fourth floor. If you live on the fifth or sixth will have to climb a narrow spiral staircase. The Bathroom is combined but quite comfortable. Standard Set of shampoo-gel and soap. The Towels are only big. The Audibility in the room is very good. The biggest, for me, minus is that froze the money, in my case it is the cost of four numbers = 420. That's a little bit of a plan for me. Overall A tolerable hotel with two stars, well and our limit on value.

Get a noisy sound from the next room, they play a dance music in very early in the morning.

The bathroom was very nice.

The bathroom reeked of pee, probably because the shower curtain was a normal curtain. The staff spoke no English at all, The from was dirty and the noise was unbelievable. The from was very warm, but is you opened the window you would have to content with the massive noise. I would not wish these rooms on my worst enemy.

Good location and a normal breakfast. Cleaning is so-so.

It is a functional, you have what you pay, it is a few steps from the subway station, and if you like to walk you can get to the Eiffel tower in an hour and something, there are many fast food restaurants nearby, and a Monoprix that is a mercadito where you find cheese and breads r Icos.

Located in central Paris and close to main attractions. Very close to Metro station and church. Can reach main attraction on foot. Good service.

Everything on your finger tip. Nice surrounding. Good customer service and reasonable prices.

Well-organized cozy staff, for a two-star hotel you can't expect huge rooms and anyway they're not small, the bathroom has a very large shower. But above all it is very central, close to three meters. Perfect!

Cercs Metro, von many restaurants nearby, most speak English a little Spanish and French fixed.

Clean but icy personal place.

It is a budget hotel with good internet and location. One block away are bicycles for rent from Velib. We accommodated 3 people in one room and we did well.

Compared to other European metropolises rather Expensive. What I paid for 5 * in lisbon, I paid here for 2 *. Relatively restless house with a ventilation that buzzes through at night and robs you of your Sleep. You should not expect more than one bed for sleeping.

Forget about this hotel because the only advantage is its location for the rest… Towels full of blood tiny rooms no towels for the bathroom feet. The bed is how to say… abused price a night €130… carpet on the floor of another time. In short find something else hotel Enghien for example.

Close to the subway. Comfortable modern room. For 1-2 nights for tourists is a good option. I didn't like breakfast.

For such money can be forgiven and the area is not very crowded. The room was clean, shower, Wi-Fi. What else do you need for the night?

Stayed here on the 10 September, most awful hotel I have ever stayed in. Yes local to the Eurostar station but rooms have 5 beds, smelly dirty and dated bathroom. Noisy as hell. Breakfast was rubbish, coffee cold and rubbish. Paid for nights stay for 2 rooms and breakfast but reception staff charged again for the 2 rooms breakfast. If you have the misfortune of staying at this place McDonald's is few yards away get your breakfast there. Staff very rude.

Its ok. Kind of clean… But not really… Traffic noise was out of control… Everything has tiny access… Staff was polite and accommodating… the breakfast… Cereal? Hmmm… Ok… Oh it is in THE GHETTO… DONT STROLL OUT AT NIGHT!

Area skid the day quieter the evening price attractive room ok but no hot water before 6pm.

The hotel is reasonably priced and if you are looking for somewhere close to the Gare Du Nord this is about 10 minutes walk and is close enough to a couple of metro stations. Alternatively there are a couple of parking garages nearby. The hotel was also reasonably clean. Unfortunately there ends the positive aspects. The beds were pretty uncomfortable and made a lot of noise when you just turned over in them, we were in a family room of five which basically meant there was a constant creaking and groaning all night long. Breakfast is terrible, you can get a tiny bowl of corn flakes (they pour the milk), some croissants and a lump of bread but the last two only if your lucky and get up early enough as they ran out by the time we got there. Coffee was weak and tepid. The breakfast room itself is way too small for everyone (we had to stand and let the kids sit) and room is all bare walls, hard floors and no sound insulation so its awful being in there for longer than five minutes which is ok I guess given they had run out of food. The area isn't great but that's not surprising given the price, we stayed on a Saturday night and there were quite a few people drinking and shouting on the streets. A found quite a few abandoned small squares of tin foil just up the street which had clearly had something cooked up in them so could be considered a bit intimidating. Staff an interesting mixture of friendly to indifferent to completely arrogant and couldn't care less.

Nice reception… for the rest… noisy area, very average breakfast, decent room but mold in the shower, no pressure for water and impossible to find a suitable temperature… Short not top…

Near the train station·& CBD ; shopping & sightseeing for the Fam nearby; Helpful staff & can speak English and good breakfast!

View was great. Small room but all you needed. Cleaned daily. You get what you pay for. Staff helpful.

Very good rooms, the bathroom is clean, breakfast included, the rooms are small but perfect for only sleeping. For breakfast there is coffee, chopsticks and croissants and juice. The staff is really nice.
We can listen to the adjoining rooms but the relationship calite-Price is good.
There are metro stations near.

Bad Hotel, maximum one star, small room, poor breakfast, cleanliness acceptable, staff understands Italian.

Good Wi-Fi. It has lift (small, 2 loose people), large, comfortable room, well equipped with bath. Daily room service.
I've read opinions that around, there are people selling drugs, particularly outside all I was offered was a haircut, I never saw drugs. That Avenue has the particularity of having several blocks filled with beauty parlors. Only police arrived one day to remove someone parked badly. Travel with my family (wife and 2 daughters under), I didn't feel unsafe at any time and this returning late at night.
In the surroundings there are local fast food restaurants and franchises, as well as supermarket.
Access to the Metro a few meters and very close to the main stations of the East and North. Good cost/benefit ratio. At reception they lent me the outlet adapter.

Featuring basic conveniences for a good stay! It is close to a couple of metro stations and train terminals! Breakfasts are basic without lots of variety! Very friendly people!

The only thing positive is the location and the price. The service is very bad. Wi-Fi is not working. The night very unpleasant and unfriendly receptionist. And finally. On the last day they told me that they would be asked a taxi to take us to the airport at 5:00 am. Instead of a taxi wine a go private with a broken window and a driver who seemed to have not slept. It gained carisimo. Not I will never return to this hotel. A disaster.

Nightmare! We all got eaten alive by bed bugs and I refused to pay — at least they accepted that without too much quibble (well it would be hard to argue that one really).

Positive: the location near the metro station of the East and the North Station. Good is not the grand luxury, but that's not the point, average price. Short for small budget, young, who want to see Paris but not stayed at the hotel suits it perfectly.
