Wonderful Easy check in Love it.

I'm here for work. It's a very nice clean pleasant Hotel few minutes after I got here the front desk clerk called me and asked if everything was okay and if I needed anything and I thought that was great very pleased with the hotel.

Very nice staff clean rooms.

Great place, and very quiet, I’m staying another week or maybe a month.

The rooms were huge. They were clean.

I am a Realtor and some of my clients are currently staying there. They went on and on about how great the hotel is and how thoughtful Bryan is. I've been on a personal tour by Bryan and it is gorgeous. A very nice place to stay and relax OR work because they have a business center and conference room. When you finish your work, hop into the salt water pool.

I had the best stay I've ever had at a Comfort Suites! The best concierge was Bryan who gave wonderful options for things to do, and gave me a five day itinerary on things to do around Charleston. Will definitely recommend this hotel!

Very nice place to stay. Housekeeping does a great job. The place is clean in and out. Well maintained. Management is awesome. Has one bad apple. If you get passed that you can't ask for a better place to stay.

New Hotel. Seem several structural problems. Some steps and flooring arw weak. Bathroom lighting by sink is bad. It's hard to shave or do anything by the sink due to lack of light. Rooms are nice, but with a new hotel they should be outstanding. Breakfast was your standard provided by Comfort Suites. One of the better ones. I was charged more than what I was told my bill was going to be. It wasn't that much, but the principle of it. If they did that to an Elite Member than it means they're doing it to every guest. People working there were nice, but need to be better organized at the check in desk.

Our room was clean and modern looking. It was quiet and comfortable, and we were surprised to see a mini fridge in the room. They had coffee and lemon infused water in the lobby. The included breakfast in the morning wasn't bad, though a bit poorly stocked while we were there despite getting to breakfast not long after it started and there not being many people present. At one point a centipede got in and trapped my wife in the bathroom, though.

The husband and I stayed a night and was very pleased with our stay! The lady at the front desk was exceptionally nice! I loved the king size bed. Woke up feeling well rested. Would highly recommend!

Clean, friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. Linda, the breakfast attendant was friendly and extremely helpful. She even helped my son make extra waffles for our ride home on our last morning. To top it off, two hours into our eleven hour drive home we realized we left my son's books in a drawer. We called and they had found them and we being kept in the office. They mailed them to us a week later and covered the shipping as the manager felt he took longer than intended to send them. If and when I make it back to North Charleston, I know exactly where I will stay.

The rooms were clean the staff were great, the gym and and pool was nice and clean at all times and the morning breakfast is better than IHOP… comfort suites is were to stay… very great hotel.

Rooms are clean and staff is friendly but they need more help! Eating breakfast takes forever because there is only one person working the breakfast station and everything keeps running out. The phone in the lobby is ringing non-stop in the lobby, disturbing everyone who is trying to eat.

Great hotel just far enough from the Charleston Cruise port. Hotel was overbooked due to Internet company overbooking but our room was reserved. Our room wouldn't get cool due to an issue with the Air Conditioner, but the management team swapped the air conditioner easily enough and the room got cold quick!

Clean, safe, and modern hotel. Great fitness center with great equipment. Courteous, helpful staff with knowledge of the area. Very convenient to downtown (12-15 min. I think). Will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is astonishing for the value & free parking! I was in town on business and stayed overnight, booked through Expedia. My room was larger than expected (including an L shaped sofa & 4x8 shower) and extremely clean. The hotel has great amenities including an indoor saltwater pool. Fabulous mattress & pillows. I would've given it 5* if the breakfast was better. It was your usual continental spread with good coffee but they were out of many things at 7:15 when I arrived. After picking a begal, it felt 2 days old & it wasn't sliced. No slicer or real knives available so I could toast it. I was in a hurry so I didn't ask for help.

Excellent stay! The hotel is conveniently located to I-26 and by restaurants and shopping. (Right next to a Cracker Barrel, too! ) The hotel itself is immaculately clean. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff is courteous, professional and the check in was easy and quick. I went into my room, which is the size of a NYC studio apartment and was even more impressed. It was not only spacious, but spotless. The tub, floors, walls, etc. Lots of lamps were in the room to choose which type of lighting was suitable as well as a digital thermostat. The hotel was quiet all night, smelled fantastic and I was relaxed and felt very comfortable. There is cable TV, a microwave, fridge and a Keurig coffee pot. In the morning I ate some of their complimentary full breakfast which included sausage, DIY waffles, cereal, bagels, etc. That was very clean and organized as well. I will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, updated hotel conveniently located to the interstate and to the mall. The facility is extremely clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely choose to here again.

Hardest working hotel manager. Linda is upbeat energetic and very welcoming and made our stay there very comfortable, she was very helpful during breakfast and at other times during our 4 day stay. The saltwater pool was relaxing. The elliptical and treadmill kept me in shape for the shrimp and grits run. The breakfast was very good. The all day coffee and tea were even better. Rooms are spacious. Would definitely stay again.
