Cute and clean boutique hotel with personalized service, one of the few places I’d go back to in NYC.

We visited friends staying here and were super impressed. Beautiful hotel and amazing service.

Meticulous attention to detail, the staff were friendly and polite, perfect in the cleaning of the rooms and I would say in all the rooms, completely different from The classic hotel, I would define a boutique hotel for a week's stay perfect, located in a central area of NY soho with all The amenities. And then what about NY-see and come back to it soon as possible.

So nice! Love staying here, it's well kept and so beautiful. Can't wait until my next visit!

Quaint small hotel in SoHo.

I have stayed in many NYC hotels and this one is by far my favorite. I love that it is an inconspicuous, perfectly located, unpretentious property that exemplifies European hospitality. I love that it is very small, only having 14 rooms, all very cozy, except for the PH which is it's own unique gem and extremely sound proof to the 24 hour noises of the City. So nice to wake up and enjoy a handmade breakfast In the cute cafe. All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back!

I stay yrs ago and price was standard amazingly clean. Its under construction.

Cute hotel, but the rooms are very small. Breakfast available in their cafe and on the patio which is quite nice. The beds were a bit soft for my taste but if you like that it’s great. Great location as well in the heart of soho.

First time at the Broome and won’t be the last. So glad my husband & I discovered this amazing gem of a hotel. We felt like we were staying in our own home. From the amazing fragrance in the lobby, beautifully decorated room with Mitchell Gold furniture, perfectly located in Soho… can’t go wrong here. The hotel is spotless, too! Oh and all of the lovely people that work there. Can’t wait to go back. See you soon!

Supremely quiet, comfortable rooms with great service and complimentary breakfast. Rooms are on the small side, but then do are most NYC hotel rooms.

Beautiful cosy hotel in Soho — well located to subway shops and cafes. Wonderful staff and great breakfasts. Highly recommended. Eric at reception was especially helpful.

Absolutely fantastic! Right in a quiet area of SOHO. I went as a romantic getaway with my fiancé and they were most accommodating. Breakfast was excellent and free. Each front desk employee was fantastic! They even take a tour of the grounds so you see all amenities included. We asked the front desk for recommendations for a nice romantic dinner and they went as far as making the last minute reservation to meet our needs! The restaurant they reserved was exactly what we wanted! Will definitely be staying again next time we are in New York! 10 star!

The location is convenient, the breakfast is delicious, the staff is very warm and thoughtful. Whether it's a leisure or a business trip, it's recommended to be here alone, with your partner or your family. All aspects are perfect! Room size is just right, and quiet not noisy, really nothing to be picky!

“outstanding hotel” I have stayed in a lot of hotels over the years and this is the best hotel experience I have had. My expectations were high based on others' reviews and these expectations were exceeded. The staff is exceptionally helpful and nice, the décor is stylish and comfortable and the breakfast is delicious. Thanks especially to John and Eduardo who are very professional, welcoming and kind. I hope to come back again soon (and often)!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Broome. The hotel was well-decorated, spotless, and so comfortable. The staff was incredibly polite and welcoming. It felt like we were in a European hotel, especially with the courtyard and cafe in the back of the ground level. We can't wait to return!

Nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. All amenities at hand.

This place rocks! Super cute, really clean & the staff is helpful and nice. Breakfast is included. The coffee is perfect and all pastries are from Balthazar. We're in heaven.

Excellent service, comfortable and clean room, friendly staff. This is the second time I stayed at this hotel and I will come again, where experience really enjoyable. Please reply to my mail on the reservation next time. I almost cannot be booked on the site because no one replied to my advice.

Awesome hotel! Stayed here over my wedding weekend, and was super thrilled by the location, room, café, and staff. The Broome is without a doubt my go to hotel in SOHO.

Charming, great beds, bathrooms with nice shower, delicious complimentary breakfast with fresh squeezed orange juice. Very friendly staff. Would happily stay again at The Broome. Location is superb, too. Right near good shopping, restaurants, and DanceWithMeSoHo.

A small, warm, cozy hotel. Staff was cheerful. The owner was there everyday checking on every detail. The rooms are so comfortable and not too small. Request a room looking out on the open air garden. Wonderful. Bathrooms at chic and well appointed. The place in dead center in Soho one block off Broadway. We have stayed all over NY and this place rates as the best to date. See for yourself.
