Comfortable room, good service, excellent access to many subways, stores, restaurants. There is some street traffic noise, but I always travel with my own ear plugs. The room also comes with ear plugs. Enjoyed the free coffee.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Although nobody helped us take our baggage to our room, they let us stay in our past normal check-out time, and even then, I was later than they wanted checking out, but no extra fees was involved. The room was small, but for the price in New York City? I couldn't fault that! The minor complaints I had were related to a drainage problem in the sink, which I didn't bring to the attention of the staff while I was there, and also there was a strange functionality to the shower. The arrow pointed to turn it for water temperature. I turned it as high as it could go, but when I turned it less far, that was when it actually got hot. However, I needed a handicapped accessible room, which they provided. The handicapped member of my party hasn't found a bathroom that they like yet outside of our house. However, it was clean, functional, convenient, and pretty much anything else you could request. They even left my other party a small birthday gift. In short, I would stay here again.

The room was very small and the breakfast was very good. Too much lighting in the mornings, as one of the windows had no curtain, so about 6 in the morning and came a lot of light and cut our sleep. The area is regular, the same seems to be a normal area, you go a street ahead and you find enough homeless.

The hotel is well located for visiting the south of Manhattan with the Canal Street subway down the street. Lots of shops, restaurant and souvenir shop cheap also at the foot of the street. For the price, everything is expensive in New York so… My room was small, no breakfast included but coffee machine, tea, ice cubes… at will at the reception. Very nice staff.

Although very inexpensive for the situation, I would not recommend this hotel without restriction in retrospect.
The rooms are small and noisy, like everywhere else in soho or Manhattan, you know that.
The location is pointed, you have the subway right under your nose and you can explore the city perfectly.
But the subway is exactly the problem if, like me, you get a room on the 2nd floor. Every 5 minutes it rattles through under the hotel and half the room vibrates. This is very borderline just at night and has been the decisive factor for my rating.

Incredible location (there is traffic heard all the time but it does not bother me), and lovely and accommodating staff — we would definitely stay here again, surrounded by fab Restaurants and Bars, and was great value.

Very close to Chinatown, Litllet and Tribeca. You walk to two corners you're each. Very moved, all day long people. A view from the window to Av. Canal Street, in general Lindo. I stayed one night and two days, I think it's okay if you just want to explore that area of Manhattan, you'll be great. No breakfast just coffee. Nor do you need there are so many offers around the hotel that you will go crazy.

The check in and check our process was seamless. Room and bathroom were very clean, and staff was very friendly. Location was right by the subway station.

Clean rooms in a location close to two subway stations. Provides free drinking water, and there's good authentic Chinese food nearby.

Great little hotel in Lower Manhattan. Close by to many major tourist attractions like WTC, Brooklyn Bridge, Wall St, Staten Island Ferry etc. Rooms are small but then this is Manhattan.

Well kempt Soho hotel near subway and Little Italy/Chinatown border. Excellent service and uber friendly staff. Would stay there again.

Normal small room, as it is common for NYC. Super location, not far from Broadway. Top for shopping. Rooms are clean and adequately furnished.

I have met up friends here in the past because of its good location and heard the rooms are worth the money. Decent place to stay if you want to shop till you drop near Canal street :).
