We love this boutique style hotel! The location is perfect, many of the rooms have outdoor balconies, the rooftop is amazing with beautiful views of the skyline and the staff. Treat you like friends and family!

Its cool trendy hotel in the middle of bohemian Soho. Loved the laid back atmosphere and Revecca at the reception! Will come back soon I hope!

Hotel is super nice. However if you have a room facing ke more street bring ear plugs. It’s very noisy.

Very well run hotel. Very nice staff — friendly. Very clean. The owners do not try and nickel and dime you to death like other hotels. Good coffee in am and complimentary glass of wine in evening. New good restaurant at hotel. This is where I stay when visiting. Don’t forget to tip yr housekeeper.

Nice hotel. Rooms bigger than a lot of NY hotels. Happy hour with cheese plate & 3 different types of wine. Very friendly staff! Will stay again. Beautiful roof top that’s about to become a bat we are told.

Loved this boutique hotel! The room is quite small but has a nice layout. Make sure to check out the rooftop. Staff are very helpful and friendly. You’re also walking distance to countless restaurants and cafes.

The service was outstanding. Hotel was cool, room was small but well designed. Neighborhood was tad grittier than I would like but it's NYC afterall.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Clean rooms and beautiful decor. The hotel's location is close to various bars and restaurants. We received a complementary bottle of wine for my husband's birthday, and stayed on the top floor with an awesome view of the city. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent attention, a privileged place to be located in NY. The terrace is the maximum to rest with a good view. Breakfast is very basic but OK.

I am from California and our stay was amazing. The location is perfect you can walk everywhere. Restaurants are all so good, the shopping was great wirh so much to choose from… the hotel was perfect. The rooms are quite and the beds are comfortable. The staff takes care of you. There is coffee and pastries in the morning and cheese and wine in evening. We will be back for sure! Staying here has been such a great experience!

Rooms are small but clean and stylish. They have an amazing view from the rooftop.

Staying at The Nolitan Hotel has been by far my best experience among hotels in the Lower East Side. I got the "Timeless Romance Rate" which comes with champagne, chocolate dipped strawberries, and white rose petals to spread on the bed. The staff made sure that upon arrival the strawberries were fresh, and that the petals were refrigerated so that they didn't wilt. Another part of the great service was that I emailed The Nolitan the week of my arrival to make sure everything was prepared and I even asked them if they could help me surprise my boyfriend by allowing me to check in with my friend to decorate the room with Christmas decor, but pretending like I was checking in for the first time when I returned with my boyfriend. The staff was super helpful, friendly, and genuine. When I needed extra supplies like slippers they immediately brought it up. Whenever my boyfriend and I bumped into staff through the halls or on our way in or out of the hotel they greeted us with a smile and asked us if things were going well. The Nolitan Hotel also has an awesome minibar, and a wide variety of amenities, which I didn't use, but was great to know that it was available to me. For example, you can ask for a lap-top, I-Pad, and even rent a cool vintage looking bike to get around the city! I booked the suite so I had a bedroom and living room. The living room was very spacious and clean. The couches were clean and comfortable, and so was the pull out bed.

Nice place, but had some problems with a leaky air conditioner and the website didn't tell us that the restaurant was closed for renovations. Otherwise we've been satisfied.

The staff is far from helpful and the rooms are worn. For example I had a broken desk char for all 3 nights I stayed in the hotel and they never fixed it after bringing it to their attention more than once, the room was over $450/night. I can say the room was clean.

Almost 3 years ago, I had a very comfortable time staying here. The location is so nice if you are interested in cultural activities during stay in NYC. Please choose with balcony❣️ Oh, also roof top terrace is nice, tot. The yoga mat is belongs to the room:) I miss it❣️

Rooms well designed. Views fantastic, especially from the roof top. What makes this place though is the fanstastic staff. Super helpful and welcoming — Always greeted with a genuine smile anytime I passed reception.

The Nolitan hotel cultivates a “feel like a local” charm. It has all the niche amenities of a hip hotel and yet remains unpretentious. The rooms are contemporary in design, with oak floors, large desks and each offer different views through floor-to-ceiling glass windows. Don't forget to have a glass of wine on the rooftop sun deck, with its wraparound views of the Midtown skyline.

Stopped in here with my one year old to get a take out snack from the restaurant Bread. They were very nice about him playing around in the lobby while we waited for our yogurt parfait to go (which took longer than I would have hoped, which is why no 5-star rating). Also used the bathrooms which were clean and quiet.

Just finished a wonderful stay at the Nolitan Hotel. While the area isn't quite as trendy as some places nearby, it does have a nice vibe and felt relatively safe even late at night (some bits of the nearby Bowery, by comparison, felt distinctly seedy). There's also a good variety of restaurants and pubs/bars nearby. The Nolitan is only a 5-10 minute walk from the great shopping on Broadway, and the nearest subway station (Spring Street) is likewise only a 5 minute walk away and will get you to midtown in less than 15 minutes on the 6 line (the entrance to the uptown platform is just next to the Duane Reade on the corner of Spring and Lafayette Streets). The rooms themselves are on the small-ish side but well laid out and very comfortable (especially for the price, which was much better than a lot of the other options in the area). The bathrooms in particular are much larger than you'd expect relative to the overall size of the room, and the glass shower looking out onto the room is unusual but helps to make the room feel bigger than it is. The bed was one of the most comfortable that I've come across in a hotel, although a fair bit of street noise does reach the rooms (unless you're a particularly light sleeper, though, it shouldn't be enough to cause problems). The front desk staff were friendly and obliging without being overbearing, and my room was always cleaned to an impeccable standard. Free Wi-Fi is available for guests, although speeds can be on the slow side.

The rooms use the space extremely well, they don't feel like your typical tiny closet rooms like other Manhattan hotels offer. Very personably priced with stunning decor. We could see the top of the empire state building from our room (on the 6th floor) and from the roof you can see every iconic skyline building. Plus they have great eats less then a block away! We went to "The Black Seed" (Great bagels! ) And "Fiat Cafe" (Authentic Italian food) both were the best places we went on the entire island. And the restaurant in the hotel isn't half bad either, plus free cocktail hour in the lobby. This is now the only place I'll stay on the island of Manhattan. Loved it!

The hotel is solid, but the service at the bar was far from great. Waitstaff outnumbered customers and service was subpar. A little too cool for school.

Beautifully slick and stylish 'warehouse conversion' hotel rooms, in a great little neighbourhood with dozens of great bars, cafes and restaurants nearby, and convenient transport links to the rest of Manhattan and Brooklyn. Complimentary wine and cheese happy hours and panoramic views from its room terrace add to the experience, although at times we found overall service to be a bit patchy — asking the front desk for nearby bar recommendations was met with a "I don't know, I don't live near here, " and a request for a shoe shine "within 30 minutes" was met with, well, nobody bothering to come to the room to collect shoes.

Spent 3 days here and it was wonderful. I recommend a room on a higher floor for a great view of midtown and the empire state building. Room was clean modern and the bed was great. Peekaboo bathroom so not for the shy, although there's a curtain for privacy. Perfect location in Nolita for soho, little Italy, LES, and plenty of subway station close by.

It was my first time ever visiting New York and my wife and I decided to stay at the Nolitan. We couldn't have been happier! Everything from the gorgeous rooftop deck, complimentary happy hour, amazingly helpful and friendly staff all made the stay a wonderful memory. I've recommended the Nolitan to my friends, and look forward to the day I can return. Great city, great hotel, great people, what more can you ask for.
