The staff was so courtious and accommodating. There were a few things my husband forgot to pack and they were more than happy to provide us with the complimentary items. As well as having a full business/conference center for all your professional needs and a fitness center for you to keep up with your workout routine, they also have a complimentary hot breakfast buffet with made to order best ever omelette bar. It's very clean and has a nice ambiance there are secured doors as well as elevator. Overall great experience. Only down side. No one could drive a standard shift vehicle. Although that meant we didn't get charged for valet parking.

The Jefferson Clinton hotel is very beautiful and comfortable! It's near a lot of restaurants and things downtown. The rooms are clean and the bridal suite in particular is very nice and very big!

Recently, touring musician Lara Hope stayed here after a performance nearby and loved it! The room was amazing, and the property is awesome! There was a free breakfast and plenty of parking (even really late) and there was a laundry room which really helps to get caught up after a long week on the road! Thank you so much for taking such great care of our client, and we can't wait to work with you again soon!

Great location near lots of restaurants & bars. Breakfast was average-cook prepared omelets, eggs in addition to standard breakfast fare. Front desk personnel were excellent. Will need to valet park in most cases because parking lot is small. Rooms spacious, clean & comfortable. Only complaint was loud a/c heat unit.

Loved this hotel, remodeled very nice and rooms very nice, location was awesome. Great full breakfast included in the cost.

Where to begin this was one of the most amazing hotel staff was outstanding up most informational to where to go to eat what to do around the area… had a great experience rooms very cleaned. Cute and cozy hotel.

Everything you'd expect in a historic hotel. Excellent breakfast and they served us a bit early when we had to catch a flight. Speedy and free valet parking.

Good hotel with a solid breakfast. Had some issues with the bathroom but the staff was quick to attend to.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The elevator however was really slow. Other than that, I had a great stay.

Much more than a place to rest your head. Most rooms with a full kitchen. Chief prepared breakfast for all guests. And located in the heart of a vibrant entertainment district. Who could want more.

Staff friendly and helpful. Room was ok, bed was a little soft for me personally. Highlight was the shower. Waterfall overhead plus three more shower heads at varying heights. I could have stayed in the shower all day.

Must have been a slow weekend because they upgraded us, not much parking, they charge $10 a night for that. Nice breakfast in the morning with made to order omelettes.

Rooms were spacious and service was courteous and efficient. Make to order your own omelette at the breakfast bar topped off the weekend. Will come back for sure.

So nice and very pleasant staff. The room was amazing. My brother enjoyed to option to go borrow a Xbox from the front desk. Also a nice bonus was it was right on the Syracuse half marathon course.

Second visit J C. So impressed by first visit had to go again. This place is our go to destination when we visit the beautiful city of Syracuse. This is a warm friendly clean and very well appointed establishment. Going back again at the end of January can't wait. Give J C a try you won't regret it we haven't Paul and Deb.

We stayed in the bridal suite. They brought us champagne to our room and we're very accommodating! I would definitely recommend them for wedding blocks.

Great location at the quieter corner of downtown. Short walk to restaurants, bars, venues. Convenient parking right near the hotel, or valet for free. Friendly staff who look you in the eye and ask if there is anything they can do for you. Custom-prepared breakfast delivered to your table. Spacious, well-appointed and spotless rooms. Welcome mats that say "Good Morning", "Good Afternoon" and "Good Evening" and are changed out three times a day. Very pleasant home base for your stay in Syracuse. Can't go wrong!

Wonderful place to stay. Even the small room I stayed in was organized in such a way that it felt much more spacious than the 180 square feet it actually is. The room was pristine, the bed comfy, the breakfast wonderful, and the staff were incredibly polite. The location is great too: there are a ton of places to go within easy walking distance.

My wife and I had an anniversary party in Syracuse and chose the Jefferson Clinton as our hotel for room our guests and could not have been happier with our decision! The staff was amazing and all of our guests continually complimented us on our choice of hotel, the staff, the valet service, almost everything. From the smooth check-in process to the always available refreshing lemon water and amazing breakfast I do not know how they could have done any better a job of making our experience anymore enjoyable. The rooms are spacious and beds very comfortable. The only down side was there is only 1 elevator in the hotel so it can be a little slow when you are trying to move a lot of luggage when the hotel is full. Would highly recommend again!

My wife and I always love staying at Jefferson Clinton. The staff is a pleasure to work with, making sure our stay is comfortable and our needs are met. The made to order omelets in the morning is top notch — perfect way to finish our stay. Convenient location to walk to many different restaurants or to just stroll along the Creekwalk. Would definitely recommend.

Pros: Nice room. Kitchen, living room, bedroom setup was nice. Cons: Breakfast started at 7:30am?!. Main reason I booked this hotel was for the "great" breakfast I read about in reviews. Having to check out at 5:45am, breakfast wasn't an option for me. May have stayed somewhere else had I known it started at 7:30am.

The room is very nice for a 3 star hotel, definitely way above the norm. We had a king room with a sofa bed. The room came with two large LED TVs a kitchen with a big fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. The living room had a nice desk and an electric fireplace. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was large and included a jet tub. The service at the front desk was great and so was the breakfast and made-to-order omelettes that are complementary. Parking is tight but if you can't find a spot in their parking lot they will valet your vehicle for free. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend if you're staying in Syracuse!

Always a great place to stay. Free movie rentals and popcorn to finish your night. Breakfast is above average. Fantastic made to order omlets. Rooms are up to date and have always been clean. Very friendly staff.

The Jefferson Clinton Hotel is a lovely place to stay in the heart of armory square. The room was reasonably priced and withing walking distance of plenty of late night hot spots. I highly suggest it if you're going to staying downtown.

The Armory Square location is great for Syracuse, near several bars, restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is historic and tastefully decorated, though the rooms have perhaps seen better days. Our room had an unexpected kitchenette, which was very convenient and a bonus. We missed out on breakfast, but it looked great. Also, the hotel offers dozens of free toiletries and items, such as steamers and even XBOX and Wii rentals! The DVD collection is very up to date, and the hotel offers free popcorn. Very pleasant stay, nice and quiet. The only thing I can think to complain about is that there is only one elevator, and it is slow to respond. Not a big deal.

The room was clean and spacious. We had two double beds, a full size fridge, dishwasher, and small stove range. Parking was included and the location was right near the landmark theatre which was our destination for the weekend. Breakfast was included which had a few hot items like eggs and sausage and even a made to order omelette station. Overall great visit.

We stayed for almost a month and I can't think of a thing I would complain about. The rooms were clean and large. The staff were all very pleasant and aimed to please! Enjoyed the free valet parking and the appetizers hosted by local restaurants. What a wonderful hotel. I will definitely stay here every time I'm in Syracuse, NY.

We loved our stay here. It's a beautiful place, clean and spacious rooms that even have a kitchenette, the front desk had dvd s they loan out for free (all new movies). Free and fast Wi-Fi. Free hot breakfast including omelets made to order.

Great hotel, rooms are nicely furnished clean, we stayed in the presidential sweet while my wife was working. Staff were very friendly and were helpful in any way they could. Wifi was a little wonky, but we came to experience syracuse not hangout in our room.

We stayed here for a weekend while in the Syracuse area for a family event. From start to finish, the service and hospitality extended to us was superb! We asked for adjoining rooms to support members in our party who needed assistance, and were given a complimentary room upgrade to make that possible. The demeanor of all hotel staff was warm and welcoming. Parking in the adjacent lot was extremely convenient. The complimentary hot breakfast was delicious, featuring omelets made to order! We also partook of a honor system night time drinks in the lobby — such a nice way to unwind after a long day! The person at the desk even adjusted the background music to suit us. Rooms were clean and very comfortable, and featured kitchenettes. I would look for a reason to return to Syracuse, just to stay there again.

I frequent the Jefferson Clinton for several reasons, unparalleled customer service and huge rooms being my two favorite. From the housekeeping staff, to the front desk team, to the chef in the morning, this hotel takes pride in providing an amazing customer and guest experience. Attention to detail is also a strong point, they remember my name, what I like, and go the extra mile for any need a guest may have. We truly enjoyed our visit, the hotel was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The "make your own minibar" option was a welcome change from the usual horribly overpriced minibar fair, expensive, but not ridiculous. Definitely would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a nice place to stay on Armory Square in Syracuse.

My husband and I stayed here for my 40th birthday. We had dinner and show tickets at WiseGuys and then stopped in at Al's Wine and Wiskey to listen to the band. When we arrived early we were checked in and allowed up to the room immediately, even though we were 2 hours early. Because my husband shared on Twitter that he booked a room we were given an upgrade to the Executive King Suite. Beautiful room, very clean with 2 TV's, a fireplace that can be used with or without heat, and a jaccuzzi tub. We ordered a bottle of the red wine from room service. It was promptly brought up nicely chilled and with a bottle opener. I was very happy to see a local wine from the fingerlake region. The breakfast was exceptional. There was a chef waiting to make your eggs to order in front of you with a wide variety of meats and veggies for an omelette, also a nice selection of breads, bagels and muffins, yogurt, cereal, juice, milk and coffee. The coffee was very smooth and rich. There is a nice selection of movies to borrow and both TV's had a DVD player so that you could watch in the living area or in the bedroom. I was surprised and delighted to find Cowboys and Aliens among the available titles as we had wanted to see it but had been unable to find a babysitter. All in all a very pleasant experience and we are already planning on returning for our Anniversary.

EXPECT NOISE AND BEDBUGS This hotel got one star only because I couldn't give it zero. We got a room next to a group of partiers. They left at around 11:00 but came back around 2:00 am and were so loud they woke us up. I called the front desk and complained. They came up and broke up the party but 15 minutes later, the couple in the next room started having a very loud argument. I called the front desk again and complained. They came up and talked to the people in the next room but the noise started again within 15 minutes. I called the front desk again, their solution — I'll come up and talk to them. I don't know why they think talking will be effective the third tim around when it wasn't effective the first two times. By the time security arrived to talk to the people, my husband and I had already dressed and packed and were ready to leave. We checked out at 3:00 am and were charged $180.00 for the miserable experience. The woman at the front desk said she would have the manager call us. We're still waiting for that call. To cap off the horrible weekend, I got 3 very inflammed and itchy bedbug bites, 2 on my back and and one on my arm. Iwouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
