Filthy! House keeping didn’t come after completing about how disgusting the room was including the pullout bed that we couldn’t use. I had to schedule house keeping and vacate the room three house prior (their policy due to COVID) or they wouldn’t come in. We were gone for 4 & 1/2 hours and they never showed up! When I called to complain they said house keeping had left for the day. I then requested fresh towels that came about a half hour later and they smelled like cigarette smoke. It took about an hour before the next set arrived just as we were heading out to dinner now unbathed.

Love this place, great simple check in! Bartender amazing and the wings were the best I have ever had! Call back.

Picked this hotel because of the location, the price and the amount of amenities they had! clean, comfortable rooms, amazing staff, the free happy hour and the food was all awesome! would definitely be back.

My Husband and I stayed there for our 29th year together celebration! We are so in love with this hotel, and all of it's accommodations. The people were so nice and the entire hotel was clean and so inviting. We wish we could have stayed a week! We will be back in November! Thank You for making Our night so memorable.

We were unable to travel because of weather and embassy suites allowed us to cancel our rooms even though we didn’t choose the cancellation option! Such amazing staff and managers to understand it was beyond our control, can’t wait to reschedule a trip there!

I had the best time my mom surprised me with a stay and when I walked in embassy brought me cookies and chocolate covered strawberry they kept my cake in there fridge and brought it up when we are ready. I recommend staying there the rooms are fantastic the view is amazing the breakfast in the morning was great everything was great I love it there my family said we are totally going back whenever we want to.

Amazing! The room was beautiful 2 room suite with adjoining bathroom. The managers reception was not limited to a few specific drinks but anything you can think of and the alcohol was not watered down with ice. The pool was clean and the area surrounded was kept up nicely. The room service food was actually pretty good. Wood fire pizza and chicken tenders with fries. It did take slightly longer then advised but the taste was very good. The full breakfast was wonderful with the only exception lacking bacon. Overall very pleased with the hotel and our stay. Kids wanted to stay longer!

I highly recommend this hotel. I stayed for two nights over the New Year’s weekend with my husband and children and we were all very impressed with the staff and exceptional service. The breakfast is by far the best breakfast experience we have ever had at any hotel stay. Our kids loved the warm pool, and you can’t beat the proximity to Destiny. Our room was a large, clean two-room corner suite.

Breakfast was definitely an impressive display! The hotel restaurant, Stacks, has the best fries! But the room could have been a little cleaner (cheerio on the floor, hair in the shower, bathroom floor dirty). But we did call down for a maintenance issue (loud rattling furnace door) and he came up immediately and fixed the problem with a smile. Pool was small and no hot tub, so don't go for that, but shuttle driver was super nice and friendly, so it's perfect for using as a base to get into Syracuse!
