Good people decent rooms near dining and store.

Very. Clean. Very quiet. Nice place to be. Staff. Is. Nice. Price. Was right. Would recommend. To everyone.

Worst hotel I've ever been. There is dog fur, smelly blanket and it advertised as free breakfast, but when we check out their kitchen only 1 bag of bagel without any spread or even butter.

Nice and cozy and good hospitality needs Wi-Fi tho.

I called to get a price and See if they would honor the online price and I was getting yelled at for no reason bad manners in customer service and no one should go.

It wasn't clean there are holes in the walls and bathroom door in our roomsthe only good part was the house keeping she was great I wouldn't recommend here.

Clean rooms. One roll of toilet paper. Lock on door troublesome.

If you're just looking for the basics this is the place tv, bed and breakfast reasonably priced. Four stars for not having a fridge or wet bar.

Well first we got a room in the back building. When I walked in I almost cried. Air conditioning didn't work. No Wi-Fi, smelled like death, phone had no cord, box tv. Gross. I was ready to leave. Went to desk and guy was on phone arguing with another customer and telling them they couldn't have a refund. I was like oh great! So I told him about the air conditioning and he gave us another room. It was a lot better in main building. Why weren't we put there to begin with? The back building needs to be condeemed. Nice lady that works here.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. Yes, it's less expensive but my room had garbage on the floors, dirty towels and hair in the shower. After complaining and switching rooms, I was given a room that had mold all over the tub and dresser! Do Not go here!

Check-in was quick. Comfortable and clean bed, good hot shower with full water pressure. Hallways and rooms were fine with no smell as such. Breakfast was just sufficient for my travel. Three types of cereals, waffles, fruits, juices, coffee, bagel, danish, and croissant, etc. Yogurt would have been a delight. But as compared to what I pay I got more value than expected. Staff was very hospitable.

Pretty run down, holes in the blanket, stinky, but it was a place to sleep… Expensive for how low the quality was though.

This hotel is under new ownership who needs to get on the ball. I'll update my review next visit. High heat in halls and stairways, no flat sheets on made bed. No AC in room. Took 3 hours of waiting to get proof AC did not work. Was not a great stay. I'm sure they are working on it. Hurry up.

When we went to our first room is smelled musty and moldy which I am very allergy to. We went the desk they gave us a different room. The new room floor was never vacuumed around bed food and what ever else was on the floor, sheets, bedspread, blanket had burn holes in. Curtains were half hanging on window. wouldn't stay there again.

Excellent location, super value for money. Staff was very courteous. For the money, they charge, give reasonable complimentary breakfast. I had read mixed reviews, but I still gave it a try and felt very comfortable and pleasant. Would love to come back.

To start off, there was no high expectations from this place as I knew it was a lower-income place to stay. The man out front when we checked in was wonderful. Although I was concerned when the jets in the tub we had starting spewing hundreds of small yellow pieces. Obviously it was a concern and I wanted to see if it's safe and/or if someone could come and fix it and the man (around 12 at night) was very little to no help as he made me feel foolish for coming to him about it. Anyways, the pricing is reasonable, the resources available to you are suficient. The cleanliness is the main issue, beyond the tub jets. Probably a good choice for those on a big budget.

Stayed one night in hotel. Checked bed for bed bugs and did not notice anything. As soon as we started driving home I found one on my friends hoodie which was in the corner of the room. Have been calling for two days now to speak with a manager and both times was told "He will be in tomorrow". Absolutely unacceptable.

It was among best stay. Excellent location, restaurants and coffee shops are in walking distance. Very nice staff and I must mention reasonable rates.

51.99 w/ dennys room saver magazine across the street, but Burn wholes in the blankets, coffee stains on the sheets/towels. Remote didnt work for the tv, after getting another one that still didn't work, the front desk admitted only 1/2 work. Also smoke detector had a bag wrapped around it and hallways were grungy. Stayed for 3 days. No bed bugs tho.

Overpriced and just nasty. The hallways smelled of urine and who knows what else. The room was mostly clean but WAY WAY WAY overpriced. The tub, on the other hand, was so disgusting that we all opted for no shower. The first thing I did when I got home was to see if there was a club for "I survived HoJo's".

Perfect place! Will always stay here.

Most of the desk attendants were very nice and great location for staying in Syracuse with Dunkin' Donuts next door and Denny's across the street. 50 ft from I-90, 4 miles from 690 and 481 and a 15 minute drive to Downtown Syracuse. First room I was given had a horrible smell and then I noticed many items were open and used in the sink area. Thankfully they gave me another room to which had no smell to it but no coffee maker. I received a coffee pot and quickly realized why this one wasn't in use when it leaked all over the counter, even after making sure it was correctly set up to brew coffee. Good breakfast available from coffee, 4 different cereals, bagels, toast, Belgian waffles, apple juice, OJ banana's and muffins. The rooms are like others have said, very outdated. The room looked like a boxing match went on inside with holes in a couple walls and bathroom door. The toilet isn't secured to the floor so every time you sit on it it feels like it's going to tip over. The tub's faucet leeks and drips 24/7 and the bottom of the tub is severely stained and dirty to the point of wishing I had brought sandals to take a shower. The free Wi-Fi is really slow averaging 3 MBPS download speed, 117 ping and surprisingly fast 3 MBPS upload (if you need it) so not ideal for streaming online services like Netflix, Hulu or HBO Go constantly stopping to buffer but acceptable for simple web browsing. No hardwired ethernet cable connection available for steady bandwidth either.

Lovely hotel. New years was wonderful in a hottub suite. Late checkout helped.

I was in syracuse to see a su game found this hotel driving by. didnt like the last hotel I stayed in so I tried this one the king bed was so comfortable I didnt want to leave the next morning it was a fairly reasonable rate as well becuase it was very slow in the area well I know where im staying for my next game.
