They are located in Ithaca New York on 222 South Cayuga Street. They have free parking complimentary Wi-Fi, a business center, a shuttle that will drop you off and pick you up from the airport as well as the college campuses. They have recently renovated rooms in the tower I recommend anyone who goes there to go into the tower rooms with the nice hardwood floors refrigerators microwaves and a lot of amenities. Also, it is only one block and a half from the Ithaca Commons where all the shops and very nice restaurants are. They also have a restaurant on site. The front desk employees are very nice one time when my room wasn't ready they gave me a card for a free breakfast. They also have upgraded me from there main holiday in style rooms to the tower for no additional cost.

Truly a bad joke. Windows wont close (hello winter…). Shuttle service requires a reservation (in Ithaca?! ) and the whole place smells of 1970s moth balls. A tent would be better than this POS.

The carpets were damp, mold growing on ceiling/walls. I've never stayed at a hotel where they have to bring a refrigerator to your room before… Very strange. Asked to be moved to another room because the mold made our allergies act up. They didn't have any rooms to switch us to. We did get 20% back … but definitely not worth it! Look for another hotel this place was gross!

Very unpleasant overall. Our room carpets were damp and room smelled and bugs all over. Stains all over hallway carpets. I was expecting far better quality for the $179 nightly rate. The staff at the front desk are nice enough but the hotel is overall dirty outdated and feels dirty.

Room was covered in dust, the carpet was damp, and my room smelled dirty. Sheets seemed clean though.

I loved everything about it! The staff were friendly and caring and the room was beautiful. Beds were super comfortable … will stay here whenever we come to Ithaca.

Very unfortunate pick. The carpet was damp, one of the towels was soiled (looked like feces), the tub was stained, breakfast was not included and the ceiling paint and wallpaper were peeling off. Just a gross experience and not the level of quality one might expect for the price incurred.

The room is okay, same as appeared in the pictures. But if I recall correctly, it states providing high internet speed access. The real internet I actually connected from there can barely be called an internet connection. If you watch a video, it would buffer forever with low image quality.

Very misleading, the pictures online are not what you get. We were given a "queen bed" room. The room was in the back of the building in their "extended stay section. " The room was very small, the heater/air conditioner was packed FULL of dust and dirt, the pillows were 1'x1' squares, the bed was a DOUBLE bed instead of a queen, and there was a hallway outside of our window. There was also no air conditioning in the rear half of the hotel (where we were put). I was pleased with the friendly staff, but very displeased with the hotel itself.
