Reviews of Caesars Atlantic City Hotel & Casino 4*
Hard to find restaurants! We ate in “Slice” 45 minutes for pizza! No servers, only food runners : (10$$ for 2 small waters! I wouldn’t recommend: (
Great atmosphere, and location. Cocktail servers was very friendly and fast.
Horrible customer service and they have bed bugs🤢
Rooms are beautiful and clean staff is friendly.
This place is great! Excellent food, wide selection of slots, and fun table games! 5stars.
We stayed in a newly renovated Centurian Tower double Queen room and it was perfect. The room was gorgeous, spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the TV was huge with a great picture. Caesars is conveniently located, close to other casinos, beach, outlet shopping, beach bar, etc. The only thing disappointment was the fact that you can’t enjoy the new pool without making a reservation and paying whatever fee they charge IF you can get a reservation (fee fluctuates in response to demand, which is lousy). I did like that it is an “adult only” pool, however. Overall, our stay was excellent.
Best place by far to watch Airshow. Great food delicious drinks.
Friendly and efficient staff. Great restaurants.
Love this hotel and the new Remodeling, service is lovely.
Very rude customer service and got asked for id for a regular Pepsi!
Beautiful place I loved the casino and the friendliness of the people.
They redone most on the rooms. They are nice and clean. And the smoking bar is one of my favorite spots.
Nice big, updated room. Very clean when I arrived. Probably had the best sleep I’ve had in a long time.
The self check-in was quick and beyond easy. The room it’s self is very nice, it has a very modern & upscale vibe. Very spacious, very clean and I’m in love with the bathroom. I also love the Qua baths & spa. Mainly since it’s clothing optional.
Excellent Customer Service, Excellent Food, Great Atmosphere…….
This place smells like moth balls and Geriatric odors. This hip crowd of elderly folks plus lack of tables games seems to be the new theme at Caesar’s properties. If you like bad service, auto shuffle table games and waiting 2 hours per drink definitely try Caesar’s or harrahs. It was so boring here I learned algebra. Enjoy your stay.
Great experience! A nice place to spent with family and friends.
This is my favorite casino in AC.
Very clean and the staff is very nice. Love that the beach and boardwalk is right outside the doors. Restaurant are very good in the casino.
The staff at Gordon Ramsay’s bar and grill was absolutely fantastic they were so helpful and sweet. Had the best first experience ever! Oh and the food was to die for can’t wait to go back and try something different.
Amazing rooms… great atmosphere… clean… friendly staff…
Great rooms, extremely clean I love the bathroom the Deep tub and the walk-in shower with the seat.
Great theater. Machines were far enough apart. Plus when you win its always a win.
Enjoyed our stay here very much. Friendly & helpful staff. Very clean. Great food at Kwi Noodle Bar & Gorden Ramsey’s Pub & Grill. Looking forward to returning.
Professional staff that is making our stay that much better. FYI, there is a gentleman that took our temperature when we walked in from the parking garage! He was full of energy and was simply awesome!
Great views, comfortable beds.
The rooms are dirty! Was getting ready to shower and found a big cockroach in my room. Woke up with a head aches due to the dust! Just a horrible experience! They upgraded the room. And gave us another suite. You cannot be paid for time lost. Never coming back to this casino. This is my 7 year anniversary and I am so irritated and unsatisfied!
Very helpful service I really loved my weekend there.
This hotel is so beautiful and quiet at night. They have a great friendly staff.
Great place for rewards good place to play however I wish they had more table games active and cheaper to play.
Amazing birthday weekend. Service was great. Hotel design was amazing. Can't wait to come back again in the summer time.
One of the best casino ever, customer service is amazing room well clean and defective because of the virus.
The new Sportsbook is impressive. Staff is friendly there and elsewhere. Excellent food at Gordon Ramsay Pub. I went during Covid but Caesars gave me great value for my money. Spa was closed but that was understandable. Same story with having no coffee makers in the room. I was disappointed to see the Mississippi Stud table unmanned each time I walked by perhaps one has to request a dealer during Covid era (I'm a table games newbie). All and all, Roman opulence shown through heroically during this dark time. Caesars AC lived up to its world-famous name. Hoping to return for my birthday again next year.
Hidden fees after room was paid for along with the $35 per night room tax that was already paid. An extra $65 for 2 nights for (Tourism Tax) and other fees.
Very nice room & view, food was delicious too.
The peace and quiet.
Nice to hang out and have fun.
Nice, spacious rooms. Most towers are nicely maintained.
Frankie and I always have a wonderful time when we are there. The place is always clean and the staff is always friendly and professional. Franco treats us like family and we always look forward to coming back. My favorite place to eat on a Sunday morning is Nero's restaurant. The food is exceptional and the variety is wonderful.
Great games family people food and drinks are wonderful.
Clean room. Great view. Friendly staff.
We were there recently and it was great! we had a beautiful room, great meals and I even won money! unfortunately it was just an overnight so I'm looking forward to going back!
Love everything about caesars, location, decor, cleanliness and kindness of staff. We were disappointed when we found the buffet to be closed, no warning and I was very much looking forward to it. Other than that… we had a very pleasant stay.
It was our first time here and the environment already captured our attention. The room in centurion tower was amazing and very clean.
Had a wonderful time the room very clean the bed super comfortable the bathroom also very clean the staff was absolutely friendly the location was perfect really enjoy my stay will definitely go back thanks Caesars for the wonderful weekend.
Fun and staff was so nice.
My Virtua VIP bus trip was awesome. The package deal was wonderful, including a great buffet, $25 for the fun slot machines, and an amazing Carole's Kings show! ALL the Caesar's staff were friendly & very helpful. This was my first visit and I will return!
Very good room service and maid service. L casino host were very nice.
I had a great time at Caesars! The Casino was awesome buffet was great and cocktail service was very quick and delicious didn’t lose everything either paid off enough times to keep me playing.
I will return.
The rooms were nice, but over all ill give them a b-plus, they take forever for the waitress to serve you drinks after you gambled over 100dollars they show up,
Always a great time here. Just saw Champions of Magic. Very entertaining and funny!
Beautiful hotel and casino. Right on the boardwalk. Lovely experience. Highly recommend.
Beautiful rooms, great restaurants, a lot of different slot machines.
The room is just ok not what you expected from Caesar palace on top off the room charged you have to pay resort fee (local call + internet) the internet is so slow and horrible I and up using my hot spots
At the casino I play table game you could only dream about cocktails waited she showed herself after 2 hours
Very disappointed.
First time! Great staff, location and amazing spa. Terrific experience!
Great experience! Very enjoyable and love the view of the ocean.
Really nice layout. People were very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the blackjack tables. Also enjoyed roulette, and poker. Slot machines fun and paid a fair amount of the time. The buffet was amazing. Endless good food, and the desserts were really out of this world. The desserts alone were worth the trip. Fun place to gamble.
☘️☘️☘️☘️☘️☘️☘️☘️☘️☘️☘️☘️ Visited again on 08/17/18 very fun. I dined at the buffet. I shopped at the gift shops. Went sight seeing on the board walk. Just a short visit. ♠️♥️♦️♣️
I came. To Atlantic City for the day to watch the air show. I didn't have the. Funds to play any slots although I walked around the gaming floor and was impressed by the variety of machines and for some reason the air quality in the building was noticeably fresh. The only thing I didn't like was that I was taking pictures and a security guard told me to stop because no one is allowed to take photographs inside the casino. That sucked. Other than that, I will definitely come back to play games and stay overnight if I can find an affordable room.
Cute hotel and casino, the interior decor is impressive, but I put 4k and advise management to pay attention to attracting people.
I enjoyed the casino and what it had to offer, but compared to a few of the other establishments in the area (Tropicana, Hard Rock), Caesar's just feels a bit dated. There are a few high-end restaurant offerings, but nothing catering to the younger crowds. They do have a new Gordon Ramsey establishment, but it isn't inexpensive enough to cater to a more frugal demographic. The Toga bar is nice, and spacious, but getting the attention of a bar tender can be a challenge. The waitresses that deliver to the slot machines are nice and pleasant enough, but rarely keep enough cash on them to break a $20. Just something to keep in mind, I suppose. The location on the boardwalk is somewhere between the Hard Rock and the Tropicana, but closer to the Tropicana. It's easily accessible from the road and the boardwalk, but the road entrance is a little bit of a haul to the heart of the casino. Certainly worth a visit if you're in the area.
I went to outlet with my girls and park a Caesar. I use my player card. Then the parking cashier is being attitude with me with checking ID. I said I don’t have ID. She was being rude and charge my player card and let me go without getting my players card back. I don’t like the way she talks to me and the way they just use my players card without giving me back. I feel it’s a discrimination and misbehavior misconduct. I don’t know her name but she’s black and some skin problems she have. I feel like I’m being mistreated. I’m Asian doesn’t mean you have to be rude and discriminate my race.
I remember going to this hotel as a child and loving every minute of it however my experience over the weekend it was terrible. Not only did we have to hit the wrong key change more than twice because it wouldn’t work for our room or the elevator the room we were given did not have a bathtub. There were two small children on the trip who had to be in the sink because apparently all the rooms had standup showers and no tub’s. Furthermore the front desk staff was very rude to my cousin when explaining a policy about exchanging room keys. I’ll rethink my stay I remember going to this hotel as a child and loving every minute of it however my experience over the weekend it was terrible. Nice hotel. You definitely stepped back into a time of elegance. Clean (mostly), well kept (for older furniture) and excellent service! LOVED THE STAFF! Great food. Cons: It was suppose to be a non smoking room-someone had been smoking in it recently. Bed had a cigarette burn in comforter. And one wash cloth had hair embedded into it. No other concerns.
They sent me an email about the new “express check in” I filled out all of the information in the email only to get to the koisk and receive a message that I had to go to the front desk. After waiting in line the representative said she had no idea know why it said that. I spent $300 on a room and when we booked we requested two queen beds. Well they had none available and I had to share a king with my mom. We stayed, ate, gambled and they still didn’t offer a free parking voucher. They expected me to pay $25 to park on top of all the money I spent there that night! Never again unless I get a comped room.
We had a great time all around! From the room, (we upgraded to a suite upon arrival, and it was really beautiful and spacious) to the food and drink! The folks at Caesar were very nice and friendly, we spent each day at the rooftop pool/bar and were treated like royalty thanks to Nay!
We enjoyed dinner the first night at Gordon Ramsey’s Pub it was everything we expected and delicious! Our second night we decided to try Morton’s Steak House and could not have been more impressed by the hospitality provided by the staff, it was like eating dinner at our best friends house! Jim our host, was very entertaining and accommodating, we could not have chosen a more inviting establishment to celebrate our 20th year anniversary! Can’t wait to go back!
Very stylishly made hotel inside. Closer to the embankment there is a hall with a statue of Caesar, fountains. Fires, columns and statues of antiquity. You can buy food, water, drinks, ice cream, sweets. We just walked along the promenade and stopped by for a bite to eat. Loved this place.
The check in was OK, I was informed that I had a resort fee per room, but I thought that this fee would include everything we expect from a resort, but no. To use the pool was more $10 per person, which did not make sense. The Wi-Fi that would be in that Fee, but did not work. The breakfast was ridiculous, I was aware that every person in the room would have $9 to spend, but in the room we were 3 people, only two people won that amount, the third not. It is only possible to have a coffee and a bagel. The room was Gorgeous but '' dirty '', I found forgotten children's clothes in the closet, and a lot of hair in the bathroom.
Very nice hotel, clean, there is a tasty snack. The room has everything you need! Casino around the clock. A sea of people playing. Rest without sleep)
It's a casino with restaurants inside. But of course that can be said for much of the hotel casinos in this area however I find that this one seems to be a little more cleaner than the others. I don't gamble myself but the atmosphere is nice and security was actually surprisingly friendly and helpful which I thought was pretty surprising. What sets this hotel casino apart from the rest is that this one has direct access to a shopping Plaza and you don't have to go out to get into the plaza either it's directly connected to the hotel casino. I've never stayed in the any of the rooms so I can't comment on that part. A really nice feature this hotel casino is that the parking is also directly connected to the hotel so even if it's raining outside you won't get wet traveling from the parking lot to the hotel casino.
Caesars casino stands out from the rest of the casinos and definitely feels like Vegas. All personnel is very helpful and polite, going out of their way to help you enjoy your time there. Casino floor is clean, separated into smoking and non smoking zones. Empty glasses are removed quickly, there are a lot of cash machines to redeem your check or split the bill. Overall, very good impression. Good luck!
Beautiful hotel. * I wish we would have known about parking (valet vs. Self park) we had a lot of luggage and pulled into self Park, was told we would have to pay $25 if we decided to change to valet so we had to carry our luggage all in our self which wouldn't have been a big deal but they had no carts we were allowed to use. * the room was nice, bed comfy, clean, maid service friendly and the shower was great! *food (buffet, steakhouse, gelato) was AMAZING *staff was friendly & helpful * to get above the second floor you did have to insert your room key into the elevator so that was a sense of security.
Went to the palace buffet for dinner. We were seated promptly. The buffet had a nice variety of selections from Asian, American, seafood, carving station, desserts. I like to sample a little bit of most everything and was able to do so. Overall a good experience.
My wife and I had a great time at Caesars Atlantic City. We got a chance to eat at a lunch buffet, where every piece of food was absolutely delicious. It can be a little pricey at around $33 a person, but I believe it's worth every cent. We also got a chance to explore the hotel and the casino and we enjoyed it all. My wife had fun at the slot machines, and I got to enjoy myself at the blackjack tables, with one or two very entertaining dealers. I highly recommend heading there for a night out and we are planning to come back to stay two or three nights at the hotel.
Nice and friendly staff Big rooms and comfy beds, too bad for the dirty blankets. The casino was very nice.
Ceasers in Atlantic City is one of my favorite places to visit. The rooms are very nice and clean and comfortable. There is a wide variety of food venues and shopping choice. Service is great. The beach is great. The hotel is centrally located on the Boardwalk.
This is by far the best casino on the boardwalk as of right now. They have kept themselves updated and relevant. The restaurants are fantastic and being connected to the pier shops helps as well. We usually go there for the spa because as far as we have found there isn’t any on the boardwalk that can compare. Would definitely recommend looking into the Groupon‘s for qua spa as they put them out often and it is a great deal!
Great hotel, great, we loved it, super clean, I recommend it.
Caesars is the best casino to go to in Atlantic City for gambling. They have lots of tables and a huge selection on slots. The servers are great and the service is top notch. The rooms are very spacious and usually have features that others don't, like TV built into the mirror in the bathroom. The only thing that I think is limited is the food selection, not many restaurants to choose from. I happily stay and gamble there everytime I go down.
The casino is very nice and the fittings are very well cared for, with the theme of the Roman Empire. I have not got to try anything but just look at the location, which I greatly appreciated.
The casino slot machines I have found much luck with them. I find them to payout more than any others I have visited in the area. The ambience is also very nice. So if you did happen to lose, at least its comfortable and enjoyable. I like being able to walk across to the Pier Shops as well. Have not stayed here in quite some time so cannot review that aspect though.
Excellent, location and facilities of the hotel, not as cute as the Las Vegas, but the place is amazing, to go out for a walk around the night area.
Caesar's is a beautiful hotel. We stayed in the Centurion Tower oceanview. The view was great and the room was beautiful. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. I took away a star because the parking is horrendous. Caesars hotel shares its parking lot with the Atlantic City Hospital. The spaces were so close, it barely gives space to get out without hitting the car beside you. You drive around over and over hoping to find someone leaving. They need there own parking lot. Otherwise, Caesars is a great hotel.
I went to eat and the signs were not easy to follow to find the restaurant.
Amazing room. Wonderful ocean view. Staff helpful and friendly. Nice appetizer meal at Gordon Ramsey Pub. Will definitely stay in the future. Just wish we could have won a little!
Nice hotel, I want to make it clear that I am not staying so I only qualify your facilities as casino, bars, restaurants and boutiques that you can find within this complex. I have to tell you that it is not compared to anything with the Caesars of Las Vegas, but it is the best in Atlantic City, in the casino play in the machines several times, although I was a great time playing never approach me anyone to offer free drinks, so I went to the bar and bought some beers, which have a price of $6USD minimum depending on the type of beer, national or imported.
You can take nice pictures with the decoration of the place, in general I think a place but with a building that is noticeable and has many years, is a well cared building and has been given maintenance, you will feel comfortable and confortable in this casino.
Terrible experience. Originally booked a complimentary room. Was talked into an upgrade by the front desk. They recommended the "Emperor's Suite". I was charge an extra $300 per night for a dated, disgusting room. The carpets and floors had stains everywhere, pieces of the wall were falling off, the wall paper was peeling. There were missing cabinets, stains under the tables, it was just overall disgusting. When I requested a refund for the so called upgrade, I was denied. Terrible service, terrible hotel. Would recommend any other property for premium experiences other than this one I'm Atlantic City.
I have to say that the place to decayed a bit lacks life were around 5 in the afternoon and all the shops closed in addition to the bars there was no life without music I think they should learn more about the Borgata and Dek Tropicana.
We love coming down from NY to NJ. Atlantic City still is our favorite place and I love Caesar's. Love the rooms and the suites in the Centurion Towers. Place is clean and food is great. Love the buffet here. We spent our New Years down in AC. Ceasars a beautiful panoramic decor, with access directly to the Pier and the boardwalk.
It's a good place to say.
I enjoy staying at Caesar's not the best casino around but still pretty nice. I gave them an extra star simply because their table games staff are more helpful here than other places, if you want to learn craps or the rules of other games they are patient and will help you along the way if it's not too crowded so if your looking to learn and practice playing table games I would say come here at a good time and someone will probably help you if you ask. They have cheaper tables $10 minimum which is great when your learning. Reasonable selections of slots every time I go they have something new and they usually are very good with sending comp rooms. I also prefer their buffet over some of the other casinos. They will send you free buffets as comps very often and the food is pretty good, they have a great carving station and won't rush you out if you go back for seconds. The rooms are pretty good here haven't had any issues and if you win $1000 they usually will try to get you to stay for free an extra night.
A large area of several buildings of the hotel itself, inside the parking lot, several casino halls, several food outlets. There's a pool somewhere. The ocean is 100 meters away. Parking in general is paid, but at check-in gave coupons for free, and more discounts in stores, restaurant, etc. You're tormented by the area, the rooms are big, some have a TV in the bathroom mirror, sometimes there's a strong smell of tobacco. When evicting — do not stay for a minute! — The manager can stand outside the door, control the time and take the tablet off your card for another day (and for the spoiled interior, too. The bathroom door didn't like the lack of soundproofing. Safe, shampoo and the rest, the ultimate is. Restaurants are expensive, gaming machines — darkness, photography is not welcome. Inside the elevator protection from strangers — until your guest card is not entered, on the right floor do not click (the elevator just does not go).
Okay but dark room and no windows.
A great fun place and good attention, although for being year end no longer had lodging, you have to anticipate next time.
Stayed for a night in a suite which was extremely nice. Room was very clean and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. I wanted to take it home with me. The room had everything we needed to be able to accommodate five guests. Had the noodle bar restaurant for dinner and while it was expensive, it proved enough food for everyone, with more than enough leftovers. Check in and check out were painless and quick, with staff helpful and pleasing. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again for my next trip to AC.
A gorgeous place, we were delighted.
Nice, very elegantly decorated, very good buffet and attention. A nice time.
.
I stayed at the Centron tower. My stay was for two nights and I can say that this has been one of the more pleasurable experience and staying at a hotel. The front desk was very accommodating for my request for more pillows. And they're also prompt and refreshing my room with fresh Linens and additional towels. This is my second stay in this casino, and it was top-notch both times. Will stay again.
Definitely the BEST HOTEL at Atlantic city! Been to Caesars at Vegas and although it’s not like the one Vegas, their casinos are really good. Dealers are friendly even I lost around 300$ cause I’m not really a gambler but just to have experience of it. And have a backdoor to the beautiful boardwalk at Jersey Shore. Definitely worth staying in!
Went to the Casino to attend an event. The casino did a great job organizing the event. Everything was organized and many stations were open for viewers to watch. There were many restaurants to choose from whenever there was a break. Overall I had a great experience.
It has lost services and quality above all in image; What keeps you careful and not too much is the casino area and Maquinitas for obvious reasons. I define it as I prefer what it used to be. Contrary to the Tropicana for better care and service.
Always a great time at Caesar's. Although haven't had a chance to stay overnight, this is the best place to throw a few dollars on the tables. The game attendants are very friendly and even introduced my friends and I to craps a few years back. Since then, we've been coming here to throw the dice every few months. Rewards card is a must to get points and other small freebies, such as parking. The food is great, and then you can walk it off on the boardwalk right out of the door.
I always loved the look and feel of Caesars in Vegas, so was happy to see how well they kept the feel here in Atlantic City. Although clearly it is not to the scale and grandure of Vegas, but matches the local scale. We are long term penny slot players, we are there for the fun not to really spend too much money, so the options on penny slots seemed a bit limited, with most games having 30 to 60 cent minimums. But we did eventually find some that were fun and not too expensive to play for a while. We did also get to Gordon Ramsay's place and was disappointed at the price to quality ratio, but the Caesars Buffet, while pricey, was definitely worth it. Top notched operation there.
The hotel is very elegant, the theme very good, careful with the details, large and varied casino, excellent decoration, exquisite food, warm attention and friendly staff. Free Wi-Fi, close to the outlets and at the foot of the beach.
Wonderful… it's like feeling at home and with the unsurpassed services and luxuries you have.!
Handicap elevators smelled like piss by WW west and the bathrooms on the 3rd floor must of overflowed into the hall by tbe resturant and the smell was horrible from the rugs by the meeting rooms.
Call to the Motherland.
Beautiful Festive Casino atmosphere!
“new games introduced… had to wait to play… ” Caesars looks amazing from the outside, apart from playing a game this casino offers great interiors. Very clean. Gorden Ramsay's restaurant is inside. The casino is huge and beautiful. There is Caesars Statue and it is magnificent. There is way inside to Bally's and Wild Wild West casino.
I went with my fiance and this has been the best hotel we have been at so far! We live spending time in the rooms and it was so spacious and felt luxurious! So much bathroom space, the view wasn't all that great, but I had a TV in my bathroom mirror. I was sold! Restaurants are awesome and the deserts were to die for. Definitely worth the money, what an experience!
A good option to entertain yourself a weekend and try the Suertex a good site.
Great central location, large upgraded room. Close to outlets and plenty of gambling. Limited on site restaurants (who likes Gordon Ramsay anyway) but plenty of others in walking distance. Friendly staff and reasonably priced bars.
Great room not particularly large but all the amenities that I would look for, plenty of drawers, nice closet with safe, close to elevator, ocean view, and spotlessly clean. Cafe Roma has an excellent breakfast buffet. I cannot recommend the palace court buffet although our experience there may have been an exception l hope that was the case. Overall we had a wonderful time, and except for the buffet the entire staff was very friendly and well trained with accommodating.
Dated, and parking is a rip off. Parking is $25/day, but they have a deal where if you spend $75 (not counting tax and tip) in their bars/restaurants, you get free parking. So after purposely doing most of our eating and drinking within Caesars, we showed receipts to the parking attendant, and she was like… " oh, we don't take this bar's receipts anymore. Oh, Cafe Roma receipts don't count either. And this one is no good either… " Total rip off. I paid the $25 and told the attendant we'll be going to the Tropicana from now on. At least their casino is renovated, and with much better dining choices.
Way too expensive for what you get. They don't even provide you with a bottle of water in the room. Decor and customer service was pleasant but I'd spend my money somewhere else. I mean, we can't even have free access to the pool as guests?! They charged us $10 per person and it was 9 am, not like there was a party going on and not to mention it was like 4 feet long. AC has definitely lost its charm and staying at Caesars for the price is just NOT worth it anymore.
Everything was great. Clean room with a good view. Had a small issue with the TV not working properly for a little bit but then I fixed it and all was good. Was very slow to get a waitress for a drink at my table while gambling and at the slot machine I never even saw a waitress. But the service in the 7 star club was EXCELLENT.
The biggest casino I have ever seen, spectacular scenic in memory of ancient Rome.
Unfortunately I only visited it and I did not play it.
It will be for another time.
Very nice room, no dressing gown unfortunately. We had a package with free parking and $20 discount on the food, but the coupon system is complex and we finally paid full price on everything…
It is a place bringing together all the Great hotel.
Compared to the one in Las Vegas it would be 1 star. Compared to the local standard by 5
It's a big maze. There is not a lobby where someone will receive you for check in, you enter from the garage and you carry your luggage yourself. To check in first, although the rooms are free and ready they ask you $10. There is a 9dollari per head voucher to use for food or drinks, but on the eighteen free dollars they charge you taxes: For me it is an indecency, since anyway nothing is really free, it is simply included in the resort fee, which is compulsory and already encumbered with taxes.
We thought it was like Vegas… It disappointed us.
Fabulous. Rooms are given in the week and almost unreachable (for me) on the weekend. Maybe just missing the pool but being on the ocean… It is connected to the shopping mall on the pier which offers more bars and restaurants with great views over the shops. Don't miss Gordon Ramsay pub!
They don't have many tables open around the lunchtime hours, which stinks, but I understand the economics around it. Easy to get to. Parking could be cheaper though… they jack up the price because you're going to pay it regardless. Adds insult to injury if you lose. They should make parking free if you lose money :)
This is the decond time I stayed at Ceasars AC. The rooms are large and up to date. You no longer have to hang a card on your door knob for either maid service or fo not disturb there is a button next to the door which you push to indicate your choice and a light goes on outside your room. Every one is very courteous. The only problem I sre is how long they can stau open the casino was empty.
It's a shame that so many people like to down this beautiful hotel & casino. Not only is the architecture and look of the building beautiful, but the rooms are comfortable, clean, and welcoming. ALL staff that I have come in contact with are nothing but nice and genuinely want you as the guest to enjoy your time. Casino is large and beautiful and there are many fine places to eat, both within the hotel and also at the connected pier shops (also gorgeous). I have been several times and stayed in a variety of rooms, all of which were wonderful. This is the best hotel & casino in Atlantic City and makes for a very enjoyable getaway. So much more could be said about how fantastic this place is but I think I've stressed it enough. I'd give it more stars if I could.
Love staying in the Ocean Tower's, beautiful suite rooms with large bathrooms. Nero's has great food along with Ramsey Pub. Drinks at the bar are awesome made by Jerry a nice bartender. I played slots and won on both machines, love the broadwalk & pier in Casesar's. I go every year in May and love every moment .
Really big hotel in AC. The rooms are spacious and confortable. There are zero amenities included… No water, no Internet, parking… nada. For the price I would expect at least some water! The hotel is nicely located and had some ok food options near by. I'm not sure I would stay at this property again… But the location is very convenient.
The hotel staff jmis helpful and friendly. Plenty of places to eat with a variety of foods. The ocean view is fabulous. The hotel has a high-end dance club. There is also 3 levels of shopping at the Pier shops.
Caesars palace is one of the better hotels in Atlantic city. Room was nice and clean, but definitely needs modernization. I've stayed in better hotels that had better prices with better furniture. I love Gordon Ramsay's Pub & Grill. For gambling, I'd rather play at Maryland live and just visit Atlantic city just for sightseeing.
Looks nice from the outside but the rooms stink like they are covering cigarette smoke and we found a live bed bug walking on a towel in the bathroom. When we called the front desk they were very matter of fact like they hear it all the time. No apologies or anything, they offered another room but we were scared to stay. Security came up to the room and took a picture of the bed bug and wrote up a report. We also had a hard time getting our refund back from Expedia because it was a cancellation on the same night — we checked in and quickly out. It was a nightmare. P. S. … If there is one bed bug there are thousands more. No thank you. I am terrified about staying anywhere in AC now.
Ceasars Atlantic City is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and have excellent service.
I'm generally not a casino person, but I brought my parents down for an activity day over Thanksgiving weekend, and we had a good time. I was stunned by how smoke-filled the smoking area was, but the non-smoking sections were clean and fun. The parking was pretty expensive for middle of the day, especially since the lot was pretty much empty both when we arrived and when we left. But the staff were very nice — I think everyone who worked there gave us a pleasant smile, and many offered us polite greetings, even in passing.
Emblematic of the decline of atlantic city. Given a rewards platinum room with no windows. $25 resort fee only includes local phone calls (! Ha), basic wireless for 2 devices. Went to gym and pool to find a made up list of prices to use. $15/ day for gym, $5 per day for pool. No list anywhere of what any additional services cost. Also, by the way, need a photo ID to use these services… even though had a room key! Everyone in line had to leave and go back to their rooms because no one had IDs or could comprehend why we were paying more when there were no prices listed anywhere! Next year VRBO or Airbnb or just Cape May. So sad to see AC so desperate.
I know that bed bug is common in hotel, so before I got comfortable, I check the bed if There were any bed bugs, but there were none. The next day I check again, none. The next morning, I got out of the shower and walk to the coffee table to get my lipstick. I saw bed bug crawling on the pillow. I called security. Then I went to the front desk to ask for a refund for my last day, they said they couldnt. Alright whatever, they swap me to a different tower… but that was it. They didnt even care to compensate me to come back next time… so never again. Btwthey did called their insurance place to contact me but I didnt want to go through all that.
Not worth $377 total for a one night stay. Average room that needed a makeover. Headboard had a tear in it. The ceiling had a patch that was easily seen. The carpet looked like it was there for a long time. The room was non smoking but getting to the room smelled like smoke. Elevators & hallways needed a redo. View was of a catwalk or something. The pros… Close to the beach. Again, not worth that much money.
We were pleasantly surprised with Caesars and all its amenities. Very clean, friendly helpful staff, great location on Boardwalk and beach. We got the spring discount rate which was very reasonable. We were a little leery of staying in a casino hotel, but it was a memorable experience, even for moderate gamblers like ourselves! We were disappointed in The Piers — — lots of empty storefronts and a few expensive restaurants.
Dishonest, poor management, dirty room. Booked online and there was some sort of error, manager at front desk refused to honor the deal but told us if we went to the casino and signed up for the players club they MIGHT be able to help (this desk had been closed for hours when we arrived there 2 mins later; I doubt that a manger wouldn't have known this. We asked a casino employee if we could get a players club card anywhere else and were told the front desk could issue one! ) Called central booking for help and they blamed us and said we entered the info wrong online and weren't due the deal, the only problem is that the pkg was a discount and additional incentives using a coupon code. We were given the room at the discounted rate. When I pointed that out I was told "something must've been entered incorrectly". Central booking said there was nothing they could do. They said the hotel desk could make it right, but basically they were choosing not to. The front desk clerk actually agreed with us and was very nice and tried to help, she approached the manager twice but he was a jerk and refused to try to help at all. Now, to the room: Our room was large, and it had the items we were promised i. E. Hair dryer, iron, etc.
We stayed here to attend a concert and fell in love with the whole experience. The inside lobby is really amazing and we absolutely loved the giant statues. There was a gladiator in the lobby posing with people which was pretty fun. They just opened a few more restaurants and I really think they have an amazing concert venue.
If you are in AC, and want to gamble some money this hotel is one of the best option that Atlantic City can offer. One of the good thing about Caesars is that is the central hub of Atlantic City. It directly connects to the Pier and Bally's, and is a boardwalk front property. Of course when it's nice out, it's walking distance from any other spot on the boardwalk. But if you are not in the humor of walking, and you feeling very lazy don't want to leave the property at all? You don't have to the great stuff that this hotel can offer will entertain you for hours Caesars is packed with bars, restaurants, a concert venue and all the gambling you could ask for. And It is the home to the new Gordon Ramsay Pub and Grill (yes the TV show). The room are very confortable and clean. Good hotel if you are in the mood of playing games, and party all night this is definitely your place to come.
Came in with a couple of friends and we loved our room, their services were just great! The casinos are totally worth it! Girls gotta have funnnnnn. Would be back.
This room exceeded my expectations. We stayed in the ocean tower on the 10th floor. The room was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very spacious. It was definitely an updated room. It also had jacuzzi jets in the bathroom tub. It was wonderful. I would def stay again.
Caesars was a clean, well managed and I place I would come back to. I did not like the room I had, I did not like that I did not have a window. I paid a lot for the room and had a window but it was of the inside of the hotel and not the outside. It was not a big deal since I was only in my room to sleep. The shower was also a little bit iffy on the floor, I would prefer if it was fully scrubbed clean and sterile. The shower floor looked a little warn out. The hotel itself was fun, my friends and I enjoyed walking around the casino and playing a few games. Out of my group some people won money and some lost money. We loved getting free drinks at all the gambling areas while we were gambling. There were plenty of restaurants, bars and smoking areas in the casino.
Arrived at about 10 in the evening for a late check in (Sept 3rd/2014) and had called from another city the night before as I had then discovered I had left my small credit card walled at home. I asked when I called if I could use my debit card instead and was told no problem. Because it is not a mastercard or visa debit card it could not be used as it is only classed as an ATM card and not a debit card. So I offered to give a $100 deposit. No luck. So I told this "front desk operations supervisor" well I guess I will have to sleep in my car and he said oh well sorry can't give you a room. I have been coming to Harrah's properties for many years and am a diamond player. That was my last visit to ANY harrah's property again. When at home in Canada I travel 4 hrs by car to Windsor and stay 2 or 3 days at a time. So I guess I will be saving gas money now.
Pros: Close to boardwalk and shopping center. Included mini-fridge. Cons: Pool available only to 21+ years of age (never heard of that). No free internet. Parking fee. Room was located in the old section of the hotel. Waited forever for elevator. Elevator corridor located next to restroom. Housekeeping laundry cart lefted in the hallway overnight. Hotel bathroom was dated. Street noise kept us up. Way over priced for what we got. Will not stay again.
Front desk were very nice and rooms were clean. I left one day early due to the attitude of the Total Rewards Rep. They tell you that you are associated with Harrahs, Ballys ShowBoat as well as Ceasasr. Its a lie. Tier points received from other Hotels are not transferable. After spending 5 hours playing poker and blackjack I received 1 dollar comp. Didn't even receive a parking voucher. After paying 240 a night for an upgraded room which I wouldn't consider an upgrade I was charged 5 dollars a day to sit by the pool. Once in the pool area more than half the chairs were ripped and unusable. Waitres said they have been on order since December. It is now July. I will never stay here again or spend any more of my money ever. From now on my time and money will be spent at the Marina.
Caesars AC is not as glamorous as the one in Vegas but it's still a very nice facility. It's also connected directly to the mall which is great in the summer when it's way too hot to go outside. The room was clean with a nice Roman themed decore. They did have complementary coffee in the room, which made for a nice quiet breakfast in our room. The cafe downstairs was affordable and quick service. They also have a walking connection to Ballys so we did not have to leave the air conditioning when we wanted a change in slots or table. Overall, a very convenient hotel.
