Dirty. Black mold on the bathroom ceiling. A lot of it. Dirty carpets. Door jam in bathroom rotten. No thank you never again.

Dirty and dated hotel with dog urine all over the place. Staff were unhelpful, rude and dismissive of our issues. First room smelt of smoke. We addressed this with the front desk who moved us. Upon asking why their housekeeping didn’t notice this I was told there she is ask her your self. The second room although smoke free was filthy. It’s clear touch points don’t get cleaned regularly. There were make up covers finger prints on the doors and light switches. Soap residue in the sink. Overall an unpleasant experience. Usually in a rubbish hotel the staff redeem it. But not here. The staff were horrible and need retraining.

Nice place. Nice ballrooms. Bar is ok. Breakfast buffet sub par. Basically everything frozen prepared, not fresh. Starbucks, snacks, and some pre-prepared breakfast sandwiches available in lobby gift shop. No other food choices in hotel. Tun sports pub semi-connected to the convention facilities was good in 2021. Food still good but service horrible. Messing up orders all over the place. Note this is not technically part of the hotel but you can get to the restaurant without going outside.

Worst valet parking service ever. Sent me a text at 2:54 that valet was closing at 3:30. i was in the middle of a meal with my family. Got to go boxes and tried to get my car back. It took over 25 minutes then I had to knock on a metal door to get my keys back at 3:55. The valet worker lied abd said they informed me that valet was closing at 12:30. That was a lie too.

Beautiful room and lovely atmosphere! Enjoyed staying here and will stay again next week for my birthday!

I had a rough time at check in because the wrong card was charged HOWEVER, Tammy did everything in her power to rectify the situation & she did! The staff is amazing, the room was beautiful, the location is perfect! We had an amazing experience. Thank you all especially you Tammy!

I didn't stay in a hotel room, just attended an event. But everything was A-1! Clean, beautiful decor, employees friendly. This is the place you want to hold a dinner dance, food was awesome!

Your front desk supervisor is a horrendous woman (dark brown hair, past shoulder length) with zero customer service skills. Can you tell me why your 2 front desk employees were loudly gossiping to one another without masks on during a GLOBAL PANDEMIC? Absolutely classless. The staff lost my laundry, the room was dirty, trying to get basic necessities is a headache, idk what else to say and at this point it’s useless continuing… don’t stay here folks ‼️‼️‼️

The rooms are nice, spacious and clean. Great views city and ocean both. Staff is friendly. Overall nice place to stay.

In town for a bodybuilding show. This was an awesome site for it.

This is the place to be when you want to bring your pet with you to getaway. They are pet-friendly. We were on the 9th floor and the view from our room was nice. Thank you.

Even though it's in the middle of COVID They were very well staffed and running the place as good as possible under the circumstances. Very helpful concierge and related staff in terms of checking in checking out and getting people dolleys.
garbage pickup and cleaning of the rooms seemed as normal as it would be as if it wasn't during this crisis.

This place is my go to when in town for big events, well kept, great staff, easy check in, and valet service. A true one stop shop, with in house dining options, near shopping, etc… I can’t say enough about this venue. Well Done.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I came across ROACHES and a MOUSE all in one night. Absolutely DISGUSTING!
I found a roach in the bathroom. Since we booked through Priceline the manager couldn't refund our money. He offered us a new room and gave us complimentary breakfast and free parking. As I was laying in bed this morning I saw a mouse run across the room floor out into the hallway. I immediately packed my bags and called the manager. The manager stated he was sorry but could not refund our money. We immediately left the hotel. I am currently driving home at 6am when I planned on celebrating my birthday in AC. *do not stay here.

The staff is extremely helpful. I would absolutely come back!

Nosy people and not so polite staff.

I stayed here this past weekend for a women's empowerment conference hosted by a great leader and let me just say the room was beautiful and our view from the 10th floor was amazing. So glad there was a coffee shop on hand. I also love the fact this is a hotel that is pet friendly and if I wanted to come back for a visit I could bring my dog.

Unfortunately there were a few issues with the hotel:
— we were over charged vs quoted price, they did fix it when questioned
— we found bugs in the bed in the room they gave us It has been good in the past, but would not recommend after our most recent stay.

Bedbugs. Visited this hotel August 17 with my family for a birthday. We were out on the boardwalk most of the day. Two of us came back after the others were sleeping to find bed bugs crawling on one of the beds. So filthy and disgusting. They sent someone up to change the sheets, what a joke. We packed our stuff up and left the hotel at 3am and drove home. Now who knows if we brought any home with us. I do NOT recommend this hotel. The price they are charging too $500 plus tax to have bed bugs. The hotel manager should be ashamed. I brought a dead bedbug down to the front desk to show them they have a problem. The night was totally ruined by this.

Lobby is beautiful… rooms are a different story. Beds made sloppily. Not sure if the sheets were even clean. Carpets are filthy. Someone's food was in the fridge! definitely could use some renovations!
valet brought our bags to the lobby… i. Sat in the car so long, I finally got out and got my own baggage!

The Sheraton is a very nice hotel. Very good experience. The manager Gwen is exceptional. I was given a birthday gift from the hotel.

Beautiful hotel — the room was clean and comfortable. Lots of little amenities! Great gym and indoor pool. Quick walk to the boardwalk — near lots of outlet shopping. Valet or self park. Great place!

Very bad hotel pricing policies. Will offer prepaid rates that are much higher than regular rates, and will not price compare. In addition, only loyalty program that will not allow you to change reservations even a month in advance. After a $2, 400.00 hotel bill, they didn't even try to save me as a customer. I would recommend IHG, Wyndham Rewards and many others, as I always felt valued by them. I was undervalued here.

I was apprehensive about our stay as there were several very poor reviews of the hotel in July 2018. We visited for 2 nights in August, and had an excellent experience. The room was spacious, clean, and updated, as was the bathroom. Nighttime noise was almost non-existant. The fitness center was large and well-equipped. Restaurants in the area were very good and within walking distance. We really had no complaints! Kudos to hotel management for listening to their customers and making significant improvements!

This place was pretty good. I liked that it was relatively clean and more updated than some other AC hotels. No casino here and off of the Boardwalk. About a 12 minute walk to Ballys entrance on boardwalk. Can be longer with long crosswalk lights. Inconvenient entrance located behind the main activity. Parking garage is a bit of a walk across the street from the hotel. Pool was warm but very small and not that clean. Hot tub is outside and you must walk through fitness center to get to pool/ hot tub. Bathroom had a dirty cleaning wipe under the sink the whole time even though the cleaning staff had come in. Initially our room was attached to a party central. Girls yelling and listening to loud music so we asked to move and they did accommodate. We appreciated that. Very nice and helpful front desk. It was a good stay if you don't mind being a bit out of the way. It was more affordable than hotels on the boardwalk.

The carpets do not appear to have been cleaned since the Bush administration (the first one), and there was something on the dresser that appear edto be jelly. I pre-ordered breakfast to be delivered at 6:30; it arrived 45 minutes late and was bone cold. When I voiced a complaint, rather than apologize and do better, I was simply not given a card to order again the next day. The safe is broken, as is the shelf in the refrigerator. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is that the bed is comfortable.

Rooms were great but had to get 2 because they didn't have anything to accommodate 5. Located on the boardwalk so easy access to lots of good food and other casinos. The casino is nice and very clean and safe. Parking is easy to access and free to guests. Nice restaurant and bar. Great bagels, muffins and other snacks available at snack area.

Hallo first of all, thank you for our days in your hotel. We enjoy very much. Everything was fantastic. But we had a little problem, we forgot a pair of new crocs of my son, we would want to know if you found it and if you could send us them to new york? we are still in new york till friday 22nd at 12pm or another way keep them that my sister will be in atlantic city in 2 months,,, thank you so much. The rooms are amazing. Clean and large rooms with comfy beds. Love this place and would absolutely stay here again!

It's located right next to the Tanger Outlets but is about a 20 min walk from the Boardwalk/beach. Check-in was smooth; front desk workers weren't welcoming but they weren't rude either. The room was absolutely fine; mini fridge (w/o freezer section) and microwave worked. Bathroom was clean, just make sure to bring an extra cover for pillows if you have sensitive skin (breakout). Didn't use valet parking but those guys were really friendly and helpful. Self parking was ~$17; be prepared to follow signs that lead you back to the hotel!

Great location for shoppers. For an older hotel well maintained. Good atmosphere. Friendly front desk staff.

Staff was nice rooms were clean. Management cutting corners as no trash bags in room cans. Beds nice lots of free TV channels.

The location is great. It's right next to the train station and a block away from the shopping center, restaurants and bus station. The service is great and the rooms are immaculate.

It was a wonderful hotel, very clean, terrific staff. It was nice that they had a couple of places to eat on site as well as a bar and a small Cafe for late night snacks. The pool was pretty small but we didn't use it. Right across the street from the outlets!

It was a nice hotel. The room I had was clean and had enough toiletries for all guests. The pool was smaller than the pictures but it was a nice area. The hotel is very central and close to the restaurants, casinos and outlets. You can pretty much walk anywhere from here.

Great Place, beautiful location and perfectly located if you don’t wanna be right in the heart of everything. However I had a couple issues with my stay. First the good stuff, service was impeccable, guest services were very nice and efficient with the check in. My room conveniently located near the elevator on the ninth floor, faced the side of the Caesar’s Palace and Bally’s. Nice enough view, clean and very well organized room; a double bed is big enough for a family of four. Not only you can see most of the city from the room, everything was within walking distance (it’s a small island anyways). Now the unpleasant stuff. The tolerable downside — no complimentary breakfast like most places, unless your reservation specifies it (mine didn’t). The really annoying part — MY ROOM SMELLED LIKE AN ASH TRAY! I had friends in other rooms who had the same and/or similar issue. I was only there for a night so I was too lazy to change room. Next — This is a convention center type of hotel, the other guests were very very loud; but of course the hotel cannot fully control that part so it’s fine. Pleasant stay, but not satisfied with the room smell (it was very intense) and loud neighbors.

I stayed for the weekend with my family. The lobby was beautiful but our room wasn’t. The floors had not been cleaned for some time. There was pet, old medications, pistachio nuts and a sewing needle under one of our beds. My son and I have allergies to pet dander and dust so I spoke with the front desk to ask that the room be cleaned and they were very mean to me. The room was not cleaned. I spoke with them again the next day prior to our family going out for the day. When we returned the floors were still dirty. Lesson learned. We’ll just stay at a nicer hotel next time.

The Sheraton is a gem amongst the rubble of Atlantic City. It's nice, clean, and safe! It's within walking distance to Tanger and some really good restaurant/bars! If you're looking for a non-casino hotel in A. C. This is the place.

I went to attend an event. The hotel lobby is very nice. The public restrooms were dirty and had no toilet paper. The crown ballroom was nice but a little dated. I didn't spend the night so I don't have a review of the staff or the rooms.

This is my true home away from home. I get free comp rooms at the casino's but I will always choose to stay here. The staff here is second to none. They go above and beyond to help. This has been my experience from the 1st day I've stayed there.

Great place to stay when visiting Atlantic Ciity. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. The public areas are well designed and laid out. Our room was spacious and very comfortable with a great view back towards the Boardwalk. This view was particularly spectacular at night. Whilst not on the Boardwsalk it is only a short walk away.

Excellent location next to convention center and train station. Plenty of great shopping opportunities just across. Good value.

We visited the Sheraton Atlantic City Convention Center Hotel to go to the Tun Tavern. It was something that I had found on Groupon and was right up our alley. When traveling we always like to check out a new Brewery. There weren't many people inside when we got there but the bartenders and servers were friendly and helpful they talked about the beers and we got two flights of 3 oz beers each. We had the nachos and they were so good. The Tun Tavern is a little farther away from the beach then we usually go but it was worth it. They have a parking lot right across the street the charges you $10 upfront but simply get your parking pass stamped inside the Tun Tavern and you'll get your $10 back on the way out. The parking lot is really close to the outlets as well so we walked around a bit after visiting the restaurant. They have Growlers and crowlers to go which is a bonus. We would recommend and visit again.

Check in was easy, but the bathroom had numerous issues, which they fixed and waived the parking fee. We had two double beds in which one was shorter (height wise) than the other, which was unusual. Parking is a pain as you have to go outside to walk back, which wasn't fun as the real feel was below zero at night during our stay. They have a walkway which isn't really accessible as it'll be faster just walking from the outside. The lobby is nice with a lot of Miss America pageant related outfits and items.

The staff and overall appearance was as expected. The problems I noticed were in the guest room where the bathroom toilet sprayed water every time it flushed and the lighting in the bathroom was not very bright or well maintained. My wife had to do her makeup and hair during on the floor in the room in front of the mirror as a result of the lighting. The other area I noticed a problem was in the indoor pool area. The odor caused from the oxidation tells me that they have either poor circulation of fresh air or someone is improperly maintaining the pool. The office was nauseating. The last thing I thought was strange is the location does not offer free parking for their guests. You have to pay per day to park in their garage.

Had a room with a king bed. The walls were very thin so the next door people kept us awake and the sheet didn't cover the king bed so it would pull off during the night. Tv was very small. Shower was weak and sounded like it was going to rip through the wall. Great view and location.

The stay was great. The staff we're very friendly and the hotel's proximity to the outlet mall and all nearby amensties made the stay and exploration much easier. We did have some problems with the key card and it took three times to properly program them, which was slightly inconvenient. However, the overall stay was great.

The Sheraton was a beautiful hotel. I received quick & friendly service for my check-out/check-in, my room was great, and I liked that it was placed in a good location. It was right near the casinos and stores. Overall, I had a great experience.

Just came back from my 2-night stay at Sheraton. Not pleased and disappointed. Expected way more from Sheraton. Check in was good. First day I came in the room, I was "greeted" by a roach in the bathroom. Went to look out the window for the scenery of beautiful A. C. The windows haven't been washed since 1889. It had a fog of dirt clouding the view. The room was alright otherwise, but the carpet could really use a refresher. Had lunch at Tun Tavern which was yucky. I had seafood combo, which tasted like rubber. I get it, it's not a seafood restaurant, but then don't charge like it is. Then I'd have no complaints as to the untasty food. The soup was great though and desert. Went to the pool to relax right after. It was overtaken by few kids running, yelling, screaming, and taking up an entire pool. I felt I was in a zoo. Got out of the pool and almost froze to death. Not very well planned. The pool is heated which is great, but when you come out to sit on a lounger — it's freezing! Stayed a bit longer, but couldn't take the wild kids all over, so I left. The breakfast buffet was nice, I liked it. The second day I spent some time in the room and then left for the night out. Came back, my room wasn't cleaned. And by the way, the room smells pretty bad. No air ventilation. I had to use a lot of my perfume to make it ok to breath in there. Oh the bed… I couldn't sleep. The bed is just too rough, like I was sleeping on the floor on a pile of bricks.

Located next to NJ transit and next to tanger outlet. We stayed at Thanksgiving day and checked in was smooth. The room is clean and neat. The only con is the breakfast buffet was lack of variety and food does not refill frequently. Overall I'm satisfied with the stay.

From far away, the building looks plain right? But when you go inside you immediately can sense the fanciness and luxury of the place. There is a grand staircase and a bunch of miss America stuff. The rooms are pretty good. They are very clean and luxurious. The service is great and everyone is friendly. If I was going to Atlantic City again, I would definitely go back here.

They were very accommodating. Gave free water in the room and unlimited tea and coffee. Parking garage was a little far but it was fine. Metro was next door. Rooms were nice and spacious.

The room I stayed in was great. A good size and had a nice view of the east. The convention center gave me a nice workout, but had everything I needed. The sky Bridge to get there was a great help on the chilly days.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. Compared to the other Sheraton Hotels that my family and I have stayed in, this one was not up to the regular standard. We spent about a week at the Sheraton Galleria Hotel in Atlanta this past summer, and had a great time. The first night in AC we were given a junior suite. We were quite excited to have a suite until we saw the room. Poor planning. Lots of wasted space. One part of the bed was literally less than 2 feet from the plate glass window which is from floor to ceiling and takes up an entire wall. Imagine being up on the 8th floor and having to pass that closely to the glass wall every time you need to leave the bed to go to the bathroom or elsewhere in the suite. The water in the bathroom took an extremely long time to get warm if at all, and the toilet did not flush properly. To top it all off, the TV remote control stopped working. This all happened on a day when the weather was miserable outside. It was raining cats and dogs, and so we were stuck in the room. We asked to change rooms, and that was the best decision we could have made. Once we got a regular roomthe second night, the amenities were tbetter despite having less space. Overall, the best thing about this hotel was the Tun Tavern. The staff was friendly, and the food was excellent. The portions were generous, and everyone did a great job serving us.

Only stopped in for breakfast while attending a trade show next door at the convention center. The inside of the hotel is beautiful. Cool architecture and the Miss America clothes displays are neat. Breakfast was good.

Hotel is outdated. Rooms are not well lit, front desk personnel are not courteous or friendly. Everything needs a huge overhaul. Only positive is close proximity to convention center and train station.

If I could give them no stars, I would. I was at this hotel this past week for the Philly Candy Show and did not have running hot water for 2 days in a row. 1 day, I could understand, but 2 days? The room was out dated and indeed many stains on the towels and sheets. I had leaking faucets in the bathroom sink that continued to leak even after I advised the front desk and they sent someone up to fix it. I would strongly suggest looking at other hotels that might be a little farther away from the convention center, but will be a nicer stay and cater to your needs. When you have issues with your stay, they try to appease you with points and not taking care with a billing adjustment. I travel too much to stay at hotels like this. Very disappointed because this is now a Marriott property (Sheraton owned by Marriott).

Don't stay here, horrible hotel. Filthy rooms, cobwebs on the lamps, dust on the curtains and mirrors, stains on the pillows, sheets and towels. The ice bucket had tongs covered in rust. The bed frame was extremely old and was very noisy and sounded like it was going to break. The hotel bar is only open on Friday and Saturday. Parking is $17 a day and is a long walk from the hotel, $30 a day for valet… The pool is very small and the water was over chlorinated and cloudy.

The Sheraton showed great hospitality. The rooms were good sized and clean and beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful even at 4 am. I cant wait until my next visit next month.

The convention area is nice with lots of area. The hotel room… Seems outdated. Right when I walk into the room it smells of cigarette smoke. I don't smoke so it's just there. Not sure if it's just in the doorway or it's in the whole room but I get used to the smell quickly. The bathtub has chipping paint. Kind of unsightly. There is alot of water pressure and hot water, which is nice.

The atmosphere is great. I would recommendthis to anyone who wants anice nnight out.

Parking for self Park is $15, valet is $25. Hotel is near convention center. The pool is on the smaller side but the gym is a good size. I was annoyed as within a few minutes as we got up to our room and I called down to the front desk to see if they had a king room, they said they did and we went all the way downstairs just to have them say they only had it for one night. There is a pub located within the hotel which is a nice feature. The pool and fitness center are well maintained. The hot tub is outdoors and seasonal. Pool is heated indoor, small and only 4 feet deep but adequate. The cable leaves a lot to be desired as our channels kept cutting out. I didn't bother telling them as we weren't in the room that much.

The room and check in were great. Parking was plentiful, but it's also across the street with the convention center. The biggest issue with the room was the thin walls. You could hear people partying until at least 3AM. I've been to other hotels where you could barely hear anyone around you, but unfortunately this was not the case.

Nice hotel if you're not planning to do the normal Atlantic city thang (gamble, club etc. ) it's nice and quiet, and the rooms are perfectly standard. They have a nice lobby with Starbucks downstairs (yay coffee) and staff was very decent and polite. I wouldn't say I'd come here again but also not that I wont. Really depends what you're looking for.

The rooms are very nice, appear newly renovated. The parking is $15 but you can come and go as much as you like for that rate. We had one issue, the room next to us was playing loud music and we called the font desk to switch rooms, they initially said they were booked, but after two more tries and continued loud music playing from our neighboring guests, the supervisor agreed to switch us and we had no further issues. We did need to ask for complimentary toothpaste and the front office staff obliged. Overall, good stay.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient to the convention center. Probably the nicest place to stay in AC other than the Borgata. But like the Borgata, it's a shame it isn't closer to the boardwalk.

Not only did they try to double charge my card upon check-in, they also did it when I pay for an extra night. I've been trying to resolve the issue to no avail. The restaurant for is overpriced and taste terrible. They constantly give you the run around. For what they charge I could've stay at the Bougata or Ceasars. The house-keeper for my floor was extremely rude and only changed the dirty sheets after her supervisor was contacted. She pretended to not speak English and returned to my room in a very irate and rude manner. This unsettled my wife a lot. She became concerned for our personal property when we left the room. I am a professional blogger and would hate to see the effects of my reviews on your reputation as service provider. Thus hopefully these issues will be addressed so future guest can have a pleasant stay.

Extremely disappointed in our stay. We booked our room through priceline, paid extra for two queen on the club access floor for complementary breakfast. First we were given a room with a king bed. Then when we said we requested two queens, they said they don't have queens, just double beds, but sometimes advertise them as queens!? They put us 6 floors below the club floor, but gave us the access. The front desk people were unfriendly and not helpful. We asked if there was a bar in the hotel, they sent us to the second floor where there used to be a bar, but it is completely shut down. We requested a fridge and they decided to deliver it at 3am while we were sleeping and they called twice and then proceeded to bang in the door for ten minutes shouting housekeeping. I was praying it was a bad dream! Our bathroom was disgusting, other people's hair and bodily fluids on the floor and walls. I will say the service in the club room was very good, friendly, polite, and helpful. Their staff could give some training to the front desk!

It was alright, they didn't clean too well and alot of stains on the rug but it wasn't a dive. Wish I would have spent a little more money to stay at a different hotel.

Awful experience. I was quoted for one price but charged with a different price. I have been calling in circles and emailing in circles. It is awful customer service and a game to get things right. Never staying here again.

Nice clean rooms convenient walking distance to the boardwalk and casinos. If you are looking for ocean views you will want to look elsewhere. Friendly staff. The breakfast is way overpriced so plan on going out or packing cereal.

Went there about two weeks ago. Our first room was alright, bathroom was obviously cleaned quickly rather than thoroughly but no big deal. We had a room with a door connecting to another room. We could hear everything that was going on, and things really got too loud so around 11:30 that night, after asking if security could stop by, we were moved to a different, really humid and musty-smelling room. We checked out the next day, no problem, and two weeks later they added a random "entertainment charge" to our credit card. We didn't buy or eat/drink anything, and we are still waiting for a call back explaining this charge. I don't think I'll be staying here again.

I accidentally left two bags behind in the room and unfortunately instead of these bags being turned in, they were "lost" forever. Perhaps the people that work for them need to be screened better for honesty. Very Disappointed.

Great hotel. We booked a king deluxe but bc we checked in late, they were sold out. Instead of giving us two twins, they gave us a suite. Nice views. Clean room. Very attentive staff. I enjoyed that it was close to everything but far enough away from the partiers and gamblers.

Parking is inadequate. They charge extra for parking. For the price, it has the wrong kind of crowd. Outside is scary at night. No fridge in the room. Room was damp.

Great place to have a convention. Came here a few years ago for a meeting and ended up spending a lot of time in the hotel, even though I was actually staying at another hotel. The place is located right next to the train station and right next to the exit to the highway, so it's quite easy to find. It's just steps away from the outlet mall shopping so you're right on prime location if you're shopping-crazy. A little bit of a walk away from the casinos but that's actually probably a good thing for many gambling addicts. Lol.
