Dishonest, poor management, dirty room. Booked online and there was some sort of error, manager at front desk refused to honor the deal but told us if we went to the casino and signed up for the players club they MIGHT be able to help (this desk had been closed for hours when we arrived there 2 mins later; I doubt that a manger wouldn't have known this. We asked a casino employee if we could get a players club card anywhere else and were told the front desk could issue one! ) Called central booking for help and they blamed us and said we entered the info wrong online and weren't due the deal, the only problem is that the pkg was a discount and additional incentives using a coupon code. We were given the room at the discounted rate. When I pointed that out I was told "something must've been entered incorrectly". Central booking said there was nothing they could do. They said the hotel desk could make it right, but basically they were choosing not to. The front desk clerk actually agreed with us and was very nice and tried to help, she approached the manager twice but he was a jerk and refused to try to help at all. Now, to the room: Our room was large, and it had the items we were promised i. E. Hair dryer, iron, etc. The windows were covered in a peel and stick film that made them look frosted but the corners had been peeled back to reveal a gravel roof maintenance area, the bathroom was very dirty, mirrors were covered in toothpaste spit spots, there was black mildew and orange mildew (? ) in the grout in the shower, the toilet seat slid around while you used it, the ironing board was broken, it was just a very poor room.
