Staff is very friendly and cabins are very clean. Cabin was perfect for my cousin and I during our stay. Water was hot and lasted long enough for us to both shower. Beds are comfy and the screened in porch was our most used room in the cabin. The rates were very reasonable and we unanimously agreed that we will definitely stay again.

This place is very oriented and always clean. The staff is great and gives extra help when needed. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

We stayed here three nights, you can’t beat the price. Beds were okay, pillows a bit flat. Room had two burner stove top/hot plate, small fridge, very small microwave, and a small flat screen tv. Internet service was hit and miss but the setting surpassed the inconvenience. Didn’t realize they did not have hair dryers in the room until I got out of the shower.

When booking know that there is a motel and a cottages that you can reserve. The motel rooms are a bit outdated, but clean and comfortable. The staff is very nice and helpful about attractions in the area. Decent location, close to Kennebunkport beach. There is also a big heated pool in the back.

These cottages are very cozy. We had a wonderful relaxing trip.

Very peaceful, quiet, great Olympic sized pool. Clean and decently priced. About 6 miles away from the beaches&half an hour away from old orchard beach. Great local restaurants as well.

Stayed in Unit 12. It was comfortable for a couple like us. Has basic utensils and two burner stove. Did not run into any bugs in the night. The grounds seem to be well maintained. Apart from the thick quilt, (had small stain marks) the linens are clean. They had pans and pots, spoons, knives and forks, plates, cups, dish wash liquid, some basic barbecue tools. No dish scrubber though. The carpet had some residual pet hair which could be a problem for folks with pet allergies. Overall it was a nice stay. Would definitely go back again if we are around there. P. S: Try to go to the Rachel Carson Wildlife refuge trail walk (very close), its amazing and just 1 mile loop.

We stay at this place every year. Great rooms, great pool, stay is Frank is friendly and helpful. Cottage is close proximity to everything! Love this place and highly recommend it!

We take a vacation every year in July with are granddaughter, we have been going here now for three years great cabins always clean, the staff is very nice and helpful, are granddaughter loves the pool and play area also close to other attractions cant wait to book again for this year.

First time in maine, and the hotel was located in an amazing spot 4 min from beach… near to the best restaurants.

Great service, very friendly and helpful owners but be careful at what you expect to get. Yes, prices are very cheap but its a very old place, just like an old shack, with water hard to remain at same temperature in the shower, rust stains in the bath. There was a good size fridge in our room so that was nice. The pool is really nice, beautiful terrace around it. Be aware when you book your room if you expect to have your own shack with kitchen included; the regular 2 bed rooms is part of the motel and not separate and does not include the kitchenette, as we thought we would have. But owner was understanding and since we were obivously quite disapointed and mislead from the pictures on website when we book, we got a nice reduction on our 2-nights stay to compensate. Overall, a good place for people looking to save a few dollars.

We just spent a night at this place and got one of the cottages — they are lovely! Could not have asked for more for the price we paid (55$). The cottage had a couch which made it really homey. They also have a grill and a pool… only downside: small shower that could use an update.

What an awesome place. The price is exceptionally reasonable and these cottages have everything you need. It is equipped to sleep 6; 2 bedroom, pull out sofa. The kitchen has everything you need from dish detergent to pots and pans. There is a screened porch, and a small deck. There is a picnic bench and grill and clothes line in each cottage yard. The in ground pool opens from 7:30 am to 10 pm. It is in walking distance to Kinnenbunk historic district and a short drive to the beach for which the cottages gives you a free pass which includes free parking to Kinnenbunk beach. Did I mention that it is pet friendly?

We've stayed here in 2010 and 2013, in a total of 3 different cottages. Kennebunk Gallery has worked out well for us because it's affordable and has space and kitchen facilities that allow us to have a family vacation where we cook our own food and have a little room to spread out. It's an affordable option with a nice outdoor pool, some useful conveniences that go with the cottages (clotheslines, charcoal grills), and a fairly quiet location removed from the traffic and crowding you'll find further south along Route 1. For our purposes, the location was great: convenient to area attractions but not hectic. You can get on the Shoreline Explorer trolley just a few hundred feet north of here at the Port Inn, with transportation to Kennebunk and Wells Beach and connections to Ogunquit and points north and south. The staff was helpful, and we found the place quite clean, so those were big pluses. However, the maintenance and furnishings are on the shabby side. The furniture and pans are scraped up and hodgepodge. There are doors that don't lock or that don't close easily and drawers that have to be wrenched open. The air conditioning unit in one cottage we stayed in was missing a knob; the Internet connection was sometimes adequate and sometimes absolutely unresponsive (I would have been completely out of luck if I needed to log in to address a problem at work while staying here) ; the grill outside one unit had a badly undersized grate and is more or less unusable, etc.
