This is a wonderful place to stay. Convenient to all amenities. Very clean and comfortable.

No frills place to stay. Quiet. They have a pool and tables around the property to sit and relax at and grills to use if you wish. Well maintained and clean property. The guy at the front desk (didn’t get his name) is great!

Peaceful quiet relaxing place… staff is incredible… great place to go if you just want to relax… and reasonably priced fir what you get…

I had hardly any hot water my showers were 3 minutes before hot water ran out they tried to fix the hot water but did not and did not offer any other suggestions though the staff is nice room was ok.

This is a gem. Our room was great, staff was always quick to help. Breakfast was good. We will be back, great location and away from a lot of the heavy tourist traffic. Easy to get to and close to everything.

Loved this motel, felt safe and comfortable. Big room, full sized fridge and area to wash dishes and things. Had extras you don't often see in motels and even many hotels. Enjoyed breakfast here, made waffles, had yogurt and fresh fruit and juice as well as great bagels with cream cheese! They had a playground which my son enjoyed. Lots of channels available on TV and soft beds! We will be back, also located close off of highway and near a small market where we bought groceries!

Good rooms, a great location and friendly staff. The rooms could do with some updating, but everything is clean and tidy. The breakfast is basic but you won't leave hungry. I would recommend the lodge.

I highly recommend Kennebunk Lodge this place is just laid back with a nice pool nice people coming and going all the time make great conversations with strangers and meet new friends Charles was outstanding we left a day early he was able to sell our room and refund our money for the day awesome guy. Cheap motel where we didn't miss anything. The rooms were clean and we were able to enjoy the well-maintained outdoor dug pool. Good friendly service. Yes, the motel is a bit dated, and some rooms are a little less modern (suites), but it was perfect for the kids. The king bed room we got was fine. We recommend it!

What an amazing place with the friendliest staff I've ever seen. We were talking to maine for a family reunion and my sister booked 2rooms online. Knowing pics aren't always accurate we were hoping for the best. The motel was very pretty from the front when we pulled up. We let the kids out of the cars to stretch and they immediately ran out back. When I followed 1st thing I saw was the big clean gas grills and immaculate huge yard. Of course the kids ran on to the beautiful pool, play ground and game room. SCORE! The rooms far exceeded our expectations also with the cleanliness, full size fridge, big TV and microwave. We were given a tour and exploration of everything by Charles, the manager. What an experience! Continental breakfast was great. The lodge was quiet at night. This will be our yearly meeting spot for family reunion. Thank you Charles and the lodge for your hospitality! Highly recommended.

No heat on the 1st night. Call the office at 9:30 and get an answering machine. Left a message telling them we didn’t have any heat. I Left for work the next day. Get back and still no heat. Finally around 10:00 was given a portable heater. No sink in the bathroom. How does one wash their hands before touching the doorknob to get out? I had to shave in the kitchen sink. The empty bottle under the bed at check-in tells me they don’t clean very well. Never staying there again.

Quaint motel, right off the highway. Central to shopping and the beach. Comfortable beds and interesting innkeeper.

We were very dissatisfied with the roon we were given. The chairs had been covered with chair covers and were too stained to be useable. The rack at the end of the bed was so dirty that I did not feel comfortable putting my suitcase on it. The inside of the refrigerator had mold in a number of places. It was a cool night and when we turned on the heat the noise from the fan was so loud that it was uncomfortable. Since there was no one at the office we made new reservations else where and left the key in tbe drop box. On the other hand, the agent in the office was very nice and helpful when we checked in. Followup: I was contacted by the manager and he had already refunded the nights stay to my credit card. I explained the reasons I had left and he said the noisy fan had been repaired and the stand at the end of the bed had been replaced. He explained that in this slower season the rooms don't always get a lot of use and the refrigerator had been turned off and the door inadvertently left closed resulting in some mold. I feel the situation was properly addressed and if traveling in the area again would not hesitate to make reservations at this property.

This is the place to stay in maine. I am local with the housing issues. I was bounced around between the Hampton inn and ramada inn in the Saco area! Both unaccommodating! No customer service! I was even escorted out of the ramada inn because I didn't have a credit card to pay! I had 200.00 cash though! My family and I spent about 1200.00 on rooms between both hotels and all we got back was complete disrespect! However on a positive note! This lodging is what Maine is all about! I was treated respect like a customer should be! Not to mention a wonderful, cozy and unique experience that will bring warmth to family vacation. Peace be with you.

The room was big, very clean, warm and comfortable. I couldn't believe how big the bathroom was. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. It was our second time staying and will definitely stay again.

We travel extensively and this is one of the best places we have had the pleasure of staying. It doesn't feel like a hotel at all. The owner and guests are so nice and make you feel so at home there. Every trip we take to Maine from now on we will be taking the time to stop in and stay the night here. Thank you so very much Charles and staff!

Nice place, not fancy but efficient for an older established lodge. Very convenient to turnpike, it's right behind the lodge. Rooms maybe musty smelling but fresh air and/or a candle helps.

Excellent get away location. Rooms were very nice.

Clean place. Soft bed, sheets, and towels made it nicer than most places to stay in and enjoyable.

Pleasant staff. Close to everything but feels like country. Very pet friendly. Only problem was shower didn't drain very well. Will visit again.

They had huge outdoor pool which its was pouring rain so we couldn't use it. Outdoor grills and pubic tables free breakfast in the morning. Bathroom was good size. Full fridge and freezer big kitchen like sink. Free Wi-Fi, huge flat screen TV in room we had a room with 2 queen beds was very nice…

We were so blessed to find this place. It has everything for a family with kids or for a couple who is just passing through, pool, game room, bikes, Wifi, computer access, great breakfast, beach pass access, great rates and Charles the manager is awesome, even went out of his way to help us get our cell phone fixed. I would recommend this to any of my friends from Michigan who need a place to stay in Maine.

Great location right off of I-95, cozy rooms, pet friendly, close to ocean and beautiful beaches. Not the best option for a breakfast (no meat options)

Affordable. Room good. Bed good. Heat what heat. Cold outside no heat readily available. Manager said give it 90 minutes. Went to eat came back and it was warm. Thru the night was warm but no control.

This is a nice and cozy place to stay with a wonderful owner. There is a lot of charm to the place. Will definitely be returning here again. Would recommend the place highly.

This place sucks! Charged my card $50 after we left and said we smoked cigarettes in the room. First of all we have children and don't smoke at all and wouldn't with the. It took them three days to contact us to tell us why. The toilet shouldn't flush ever! And we had to buy our own toilet paper cause they gave us one roll. It took an hour to check in because one was in the office… Wouldn't recommend this place at all.

I couldn't be happier to stay at this little Motel. I've been traveling for work and stumbled upon this Lodge. The price is almost half ($65 vs. $115 on average) what I've been paying while traveling Maine and New Hampshire, but it is by far the best I've found. The staff was very friendly and the room is clean and well decorated. The bed was a solid 10.

This is not a 4 star hotel, um maaybe 1/2 star for "if it were the last hotel" avilable kinda 1/2 star! In the winter months of 2012 we got a room, we paid $60 for the night. It took 3 hrs for the heat to finally start working, shitty cardboard/spring beds and smelled like a dank basement. 4 Star my Ass.

My husband is a truck driver and we are from Texas, we had delivered in S. Portland and was waiting for another load when we decided to look for a place to stay for the night. This place is GREAT! the room was very nice, clean and the people there we great also. Very quiet and peaceful. Would highly recommend this Motel. Can't wait to be able to stay there again.

The Inn was a welcome respite to a very long trip — loved the heated pool — room was large and comfortable — and although it was right off 95 it felt removed and quiet — I appreciated the hospitality of the staff.

This place is absolutely disgusting. It's more like an apartment complex for the degenerates of the united states. People actually live there and they are not very pleasant people. I had one woman harass me because I parked too close to her parking space. She was screaming. AND she doesn't even have a car! On to the rooms here. The room smelled like someone had died in it. I couldn't even sleep it was so bad. I told the front office about the issue and no one did anything about it. Not even an apology. The bathroom floor is concrete and painted over but the paint is peeling off. I seriously felt like I was in a crack house. I came home and wanted to burn the clothes I brought with me. Absolutely HORRIBLE. I don't know how the state of Maine has not condemned this place.
