My Family and I had an Amazing Time here at the Hotel! The Staff was very helpful and pleasant! The Roos were very clean! The Price was Right ‼️

Absolutely loved the Port Inn. My daughters and I spent a full week at the Port Inn, and the staff made us feel right at home.
The rooms were so clean and fresh. The pool was perfect for the hot days. My oldest is attending UNH in the fall and
It was so easy to get to from the Port Inn. Plus they give a parking pass and chairs to use at the Kennebunk Beach.
We will definitely be staying here again.

Very nice, very clean pet friendly hotel. We only stayed one night, but the staff was very accommodating. My son used the outdoor pool, which was well maintained. They offer a free breakfast with homemade waffles, cereal, muffins, etc.

I never expect much from Choice Hotels but this establishment, considered an Ascend property, was a pleasant surprise. Although it certainly wasn't fancy, it was clean and well-appointed with many amenities. But just because it's called Port Inn, don't think that you're anywhere near the waterfront. You will not be getting an ocean view from any of the rooms here, but the pool is fairly inviting. The signage is tastefully recessed from the roadway, so be aware that it's easy to drive right by this place when you're trying to find it. So slow down when you think you're getting close!

The hotel is close to Kennebunkport and there is a lot of small town charm all around the area. The hotel has a nice pool and the rooms are large enough for 2 adults and 2 children. The continental breakfast has a diverse selection.

Great location with reasonable rates. The building is new and the staff courteous and willing to help. They should be your 1st PoC, it will save you lots of time. Be sure to ask them for their courtesy parking permit for the beach and they will offer you chairs and towels free of charge. I totally recommend this place.

A cozy hotel with private room entrances along outdoor balcony walkways. Exceptionally friendly and attentive staff. Very clean rooms. Close to all the fun tourist spots in Kennebunkport and Kennebunk. We were visiting to attend a wedding and were very impressed with hotel and entire community!

Just stayed here this weekend. I will certainly be back again! This place is gorgeous. The room was very nice, modern, spacious, and had all the amenities you need to stay. It also is very conveniently located. I highly recommend it!

I stay here every time I'm in the Kennebunk area and I love it. Nice pool, close to the tourist attractions and trails.

Clean, new hotel rooms close to town. Staff was so nice! Great breakfast and they opened it early to accommodate marathoners. The beds were perfect and I had a great night sleep before the Maine Coast marathon.

Exceptional service … especially from Margaret! My daughter has dietary restrictions and the staff went out of their way to accommodate her and her 8 month old daughter at breakfast. The room was spotless and very comfortable Overall it was a wonderful experience. I would definitely stay there again and will recommend Port Inn to my friends.

I may be naive, but I didn't realize that the Port Inn was a motel from their website. Having said that, this place exceeded all expectations. The rooms are nice and the shower was amazing. It was clean, well maintained, and even had enough water pressure to rinse the shampoo out of my hair. The front desk staff was also super friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again if we're in the area looking for a place to stay.

Stayed here for 2nd weekend of Xmas Prelude and it was fabulous and a real find: stay 2 nites get the 3rd nite free. This Prelude special was perfect for me and my cousin who was seeing Maine for the 1st time. The staff were very friendly & helpful and they even provided Uber info and trolley info to get into Kennebunkport for the events. Breakfast was great, both hot (oatmeal, waffles, pancakes) and cold (muffins, breads, yogurt, cereal, fruit). AND they are dog friendly — which I will definitely use when I travel with my chocolate Lab in the Fall.

The Port Inn is a great value for the price. The hotel is clean and modern. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The lobby area is inviting and the breakfast is great. The only thing that could have been better was more seating for breakfast. It seems that everyone decided to eat at the same time while we were there. The hotel staff were very efficient and friendly! The Port Inn is top rate!

I really enjoyed my stay in this place. The room was quite spacious for four people with modern, cozy nautical interior. Basic amenities and inroom service (coffee etc) were provided. Very comfortable bed and good breakfast they have.

Loved the Inn. Only thing that would make it 5 star if there as a gym on site. Staff was very professional and friendly and the rooms were well kept.

This is a first class hotel they get everything right. They are friendly and helpful. Beds and breakfast are outstanding pool is great and open on the first day of fall. I can see no way to improve this inn! As well, I went into the office on Sunday morning about 5:45 am and was offered a cup of coffee by the innkeeper. I looked over and noticed the full breakfast buffet was set up. He said he sets it up at 5:15 am on Sunday so people leaving early to beat traffic can have a bite to eat. He then gave me directions to Ogunquit beach to watch the sunrise.

Amazing staff and hotel! I booked through Priceline and they never sent my reservation to the hotel. They promptly helped me fix the situation and were very accommodating. The hotel is fresh and clean and deserves an extra star.

We had a wonderful check in experience! At the front desk, they made sure to tell us about the bikes for rental, as well as the available beach passes, and also the breakfast in the morning. We were only staying for one night for a wedding, so were unable to take advantage of these amenities, but knowing they were there makes us VERY likely go to back. We also really loved that there was a microwave and a very large refrigerator, and would definitely take advantage of these items on our next stay. Additionally, when we checked in we were given the choice of the floor we wanted to stay on, which was an extra nice touch. Additionally, cleanliness of a hotel is very important to my husband and I. We travel a fair amount, and were VERY impressed with the cleanliness — in fact, my husband said this may have been the cleanest hotel he has ever stayed in. Little things like having the makeup towel, and the shower being tiled to the ceiling were really impressive to us. Also, the water pressure and how hot the water was in the shower were amazing (as was the shower head). All we wanted to do when we got in from being stuck in traffic for 3 hours was take a shower and get ready for the wedding we were going to, and we were not disappointed. :) The linens were also very clean and comfortable, and I had a wonderful night's sleep. Especially for the price, I was blown away. I will definitely look to stay at this hotel again, and would urge the staff to keep up the AMAZING work!

For a simple two star motel, this place is fantastic. Exceptionally clean, new and decent breakfast. I'd definitely stay here again anytime.

We stayed three nights and enjoyed a varied but consistently well made breakfast. The breakfasts were certainly a particular delight of the experience but the hospitality (provided in no small part by Angela with Margaret and the rest of the staff excellent too) was probably an even higher point. The rooms were good and the locale excellent. We were provided with many options of places to go to soak up some of the local environment and culture. An enjoyable memory will be having a cup of tea in the foyer at 9pm browsing local magazines and information pamphlets.

We were disappointed at the fact that there wasn't enough food brought out for the free breakfast they advertise. They had coffee, tea, fruit & cereal available which was fine, but they advertise eggs, bacon, sausage and when you'd go to the silver hot containers where this particular food is supposed to be, it would be empty. Why advertise it, if your not going to have enough available to acomandate your guests. So that was a little disappointing at best. But other than that, the rooms were clean & comfortable.

We recently stayed at the Port Inn for two nights, off season. The staff couldn't have been more pleasant or accommodating. The room was very clean, modern, and very comfortable. We will definitely be returning!

WHAT A PLEASURE STAYING HERE! This hotel has one of the most amazing cast of staff — even compared with a $500 a night hotel. The staff should be hired by Disney immediately. The day manager shoveled the snow off the car before I woke up. The cleaning lady was fantastic and even helped people with ice scrapers in the parking lot and the night staff kept asking if we needed anything just to come to the front desk. They were all attentive at breakfast, pleasant and very very helpful. Fortune 500 companies could learn a thing or two about the hiring practices at this establishment. Thank-you for making me realize that customer service is alive and well in the USA! A rare 5 stars.

Clean room, good location, good parking. Small things make a stay go from "fine" to great. Super hard mattress, fine, not great. No regular coffee in the in room service, only decafe, not great nor fine, just a bummer. Thin walls made it somewhat noisy. All in all it was "fine", but I'd likely stay elsewhere next time.

Location was on a really happening street. Rooms were nice. Staff was friendly. Id stay there again.

Place is great! Continental breakfast was great! The staff was super helpful and friendly. Thank you Cody, Carol, Skip, and Trish for making our trip so enjoyable — you are the best! Good Lord willing we will be back with you again next year.

Superb Place and excellent value for money. Google streetview shows old hotel setting which doesn't comply with the current situation. The place is totally renovated as an Ascend Hotel. Spacious crisp clean room and friendly staff. Definitely will use this Hotel again if we would be back in the area. If you go here you want be dissapointed.
