A horrific experience all the way around. Manager wont even return a phone call to tall about our stay. The chubby girl that works at night has perfect the RBF and hates her job. Too many problems with this hotel to mention.

I travel a lot and stay at many places and hands down I’m very impressed with stonecreek. One their prices are great and their staff are super friendly. The rooms and cleanliness overall is excellent! Highly recommend staying here!

I will never stay here again. It’s a party hotel. Large suites. Stayed here because of convenience but the hotel staff would do nothing about the noise. We have been awake all night. 5 o’clock and the hotel staff said they had talked to our neighbors who were playing music, yelling, fighting etc but there was nothing they could do. What a joke. There is absolutely no insulation between rooms. You can hear everything. Breakfast is terrible! Don’t waste your money staying here. Lack of choices, bad coffee, bad everything! This is not a Montana Lodge. Give me a break. It should not be advertised as such. It used to be Hawthorne Suites!

Great rooms, large, clean and updated. Sink, microwave and refrigerator. Nice shower and water pressure is great! Staff is very kind and helpful. Meeting rooms are very nice.

It was an above average hotel experience. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure was good, and the Wi-Fi worked. The blinds were mostly ineffective and there was a significant amount of evening light outside. An average amount of noise in the hallway. If you want a peaceful night, you may want to bring an eye mask for the light and ask for a room away from the exits for the sound.

Stayed overnight on business. Front staff was great. A/C ran hard all night but the room stayed hot. Cable TV working at night but went out by morning and didn’t come back on. Bathroom sink had someone else’s dried up spit. Internet code never worked the whole time. Had to use my phone and data for emails and to write this review. I hope they step it up.

A great place to stay! We had a king bed with a fold out couch and kitchenette! It was so nice! The bedding was extremely clean and soft! I never slept so good ☺️the bathroom was very clean, spotless. The pool is very nice! Everything about this place is NICE… and the staff was completely friendly! Our TV remote was out of comish and the staff jumped right on our request and had the TV working in no time — I’m going to go back here! One of the nicest places in Missoula to stay — a little on the pricey side, most likely because of Labor Day.

Clean room with a nice setup, the rooms have a half kitchen with a coffee/tea maker, microwave and mini fridge. There's plenty of cupboard and drawer space and it is conveniently located across the road from the Hub family fun center. Continental breakfast offered and the pool opens at 6 a. M. So the kids where incredibly happy.

Amazing hotel. The beds are so comfortable it is hard to leave them. Rooms are huge and clean. Staff was very nice. Having the venue for the concert we wanted to attend right next door was AWESOME! We will definitely return. Thank you!

Very happy with our stay at Stone Creek Lodge! The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Clean indoor pool and hot tub. Plenty of space for our three kids in our suite.

Check-in was very easy and the room was very comfortable. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us — 2 queen beds and a nice pull out sofa. There were even separate a/c controls for each sleeping area. Breakfast was a basic buffet with eggs and sausage — which were, unfortunately, cold. Still, the coffee was good and plentiful and my daughter enjoyed the hot chocolate.

Great place to stay. I don't know how much it cost because somebody else was paying the bill. The room was a sweet nothing special but the bed was one of the most comfortable hotel motel beds I've ever been in. Good location access to the freeway not too many restaurants around but easy to get to a pool sauna workout room was good. I'd say they're again.

I love stone creek the first hotel I found that was worth the money. Madeline from house keeping provided me a very clean room. The room was spacious and the breakfast was good. I would definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family.

My short stay at the SCL was very enjoyable. Friendly staff, room was nice, breakfast was excellent. Did have a few concerns, but they weren't deal breakers. Their large pool was freezing cold, the featherbed was uncomfortable, and there were bloody looking stains on the pull out bed's mattress cover. However, overall, it was a very nice facility… quiet and well kept. Would recommend to others.

The room and bed were very nice. The hide-a-bed wasn't very comfortable. The breakfast was good, waffles, eggs, sausage, assorted cereals and pastries, and fruit. The pool and hot tub were very good.

Love this hotel. Leave my car, they drive me to the airport and pick me up pronto when I get back! Love you guys and comfy beds clean rooms.

Nice and spacious suites with great amenities. This hotel is far from the downtown, university, shopping areas. For outdoor recreation you will have to drive to hiking trails and the rivers. There are two great breweries and an arcade with go-karts within walking distance of the hotel. It is close to the airport and right next to the interstate.

Best hotel in Missoula, this is our spot when we travel through the area. The people make the difference here, they have always been friendly and helpful with all of our needs. Huge rooms, Highly recommend!

I actually really enjoyed my stay until I got an fraudulent charge for $100 today on my credit card — I’m irate! Since the hotel is making me go through the hassle of doing a chargeback, I am giving them a poor review. Before they charged my card, the manager should have contacted me herself to try and resolve this issue. Instead.

Great environment clean great staff.

I would like to start my review by saying this was not my first stay that is why we chose to return. I liked the rooms and service was good. This trip was another story. The room was good and breakfast ladies wonderful, but my morning shower was was not great. Cold to be exact. When we checked out and my husband complained he was told three others had complained too. Apparently you pay for your stay to get the privilege of a cold shower and a blow off of a problem that they should righted. The moral of the story. I will choose some place else next time. They don't care about return customers.

I went to check out a conference room that I will be renting for an event. The attendant was very nice but he did not know the answers to many of my questions.

Rooms were clean and staff was pleasant. The pool and spa as well as the complimentary breakfast was much appreciated.

Nice rooms. Reception staff were excellent. Swiiming pool was very cold. Hot tub very hot. Breakfast was mediocre. Bit on the pricey side. Not great value for money.

If I could give this a hotel a negative 10 I would! BEWARE of this once nice hotel! We stayed 2 nights the first night we pulled out the sofa sleeper and the mattress pad had pee stains on it very noticeable pee stain so gross my boys slept on the floor. Woke up the next morning and my husband realized there was blood on the sheets on his side we slept in someone's else's dirty ass sheets! Now I'm upset we tell them right away got a apology from the little desk clerk come back later that night to find out house keeping only changed 1 sheet so one of the bloody sheets that was not ours was still on the bed I went and changed it my self and house keeping never took the pee mattress pad or our dirty towels! The manager refused to speak with us and it's been 2 days still not even a phone call piss poor hotel for that kind of $$ go stay at the Hilton.

The room my family got was amazing! It was on floor 2 and it was just great. A pretty nice kitchen, a living area, a nice bathroom, and a big sleeping area. I definitely recommend this spot. Although the worker there, she seemed a bit overedge.

We stayed here for a few days and this hotel was amazing. The service was absolutely impeccable. At first we checked in and received great service. We had a very nice rate and went to our room. Upon entering we were surprised at how nice and large the room was. Plenty of space for a family and great comfortable decor. The bathroom and furniture were clean and the floor spotless. The pillow top mattress was exceptional. We had a great breakfast each morning with a large variety. We asked for extra towels one night and they arrived right away. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a relaxing stay with great service. 5 Stars all the way and the price was amazing for what we received. It was really great!

Loved the room. Huge. Full kitchenette including burner top and full fridge. Beds were comfy. Pool was a little cold for me but kids loved it. I will stay again if we r ever in the area again. Staff was very friendly!

We've stayed here before and usually have a pleasant stay. The breakfast is good, but you have to get there early or they'll clean up right underneath of you. This time our room was quaint, but I've never seen so many stains! The floor was quite stained and the curtains were stained. The most unsatisfying part, though, is our door doesn't latch! No room key needed! We've turned the deadbolt and flipped the safety feature, but it is concerning! To the hotels credit, and mostly because we're only staying one night, we haven't lodged a complaint to give them a chance to make it right. This just isn't the same establishment we've experienced in the past. We'll try someplace new the next time were in town.

Traveling cross country so we've stayed in many hotels. Stonecreek was definitely one of the very best. Beautiful hotel. Large, very clean rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice pool and hot tub. Delicious breakfast. Convenient to the Interstate and Missoula restaurants, shopping.
We will definitely use this hotel again in the future.

Really loved the rooms and it is very clean with a great staff. Was frustrating to not be able to use the hot tub due to the large amount of very small children in it. Tried twice and it was the same both times on different days. Besides that it was a great place would go back for sure.

Inadvertently booked for the wrong day, the hotel was NOT understanding or willing to work with us, charged us full price on both days even though we only stayed 1. Not close to restaurants, pool was cold and small. Breakfast was terrible, no food was stocked. There are many better hotels nearby.

Neat hotel rooms. Pillows were lumpy, cigarette butts and pretzels on the fold out bed, and I pretty much had to slam the bathroom door shut — which is pretty annoying as it joins with the bedroom. The curtains were really good at blocking out light except they wouldnt close all of the way.

Every time we stay here it is awesome. Great staff, helpful and quick to get whatever you need done. The hotel itself is super nice, clean and quiet. The rooms have tons of space. Great breakfast and really nice pool and hot tub area. Best hotel on our trip so far! They shuttled us to and from the airport with ease, it was about a 2 minute drive which was pretty handy. We will be back again.

The staff is friendly and very accommodating. The rooms are affordable and very large. The pool and hot tub are clean and enjoyable. The kitchen/eating area is very clean and inviting. The lobby is also inviting and comfortable.

I just want to say how wonderful this hotel is! My stays are always great and the hotel is the best around in my opinion. The rooms are my favorite because of the beautiful decor and how comfortable they are, especially the beds. The rooms have plenty of space and are very large compared to normal hotel rooms. When I stay at other hotels for business I always feel a bit cramped but never at Stonecreek because they are so large. I have stayed here a handful of times and have stayed in a few different room types and they are always very nice. I have never had any complaints whatsoever. Friendly staff also always make my stays great, very helpful. Highly recommmend this hotel if you are traveling to Missoula!

I had a very bad experience with this hotel the staff were very rude I spent 5 days there and on my 6th day they told me I can't check for another day because they're sold out so I had to check out the room wasn't that clean when I checked in the couch had sugar dots very poor quality hotel it's not worth the rate the only reason I stayed 5 days was because it was cross street from the shop where my semi was getting worked on otherwise this is one of the worse experiences I've ever had in a hotel also they close the pool and the lil treadmill room as early as 8 o'clock.

I stayed in Missoula for 2 days and enjoyed this hotel the most out of any hotel on my week long trip. The staff is great, very friendly & professional. The rate I paid was great for what I received in return. The room itself was huge in size and big on comfort. The room & the hotel was in brand new condition. The internet was lightning fast. The pool looked in pristine condition with crystal blue water. I will be back again next month for business and will definitely choose here again! Great experience.

Beautiful hotel located in Missoula, MT. Their shuttle picked us up from the airport without any hassle and we were treated with the upmost respect during our entire stay. The room was very nice with granite countertops, adequate space to relax in and a super clean bathroom. Both nights we slept and heard no noise at all. The lobby was just beautiful and the pool and hot tub were top quality. This facility tops the other hotels in the area in my opinion and they will continue to receive our business in the near future.

Very Impressed! We stayed 2 nights and did not want to leave. The staff at the front desk was absolutely fantastic, very helpful. Our room was huge, it was a king room which was decorated in a beautiful way, more room than you could ask for, clean bathroom with granite counters, pillow top bed, full sized fridge was very handy to store our items. Great convenience store in the lobby with snacks, drinks, ice cream and food. The pool was amazing, no chlorine smell at all, it was crystal clear. The breakfast was stocked nicely with a lot of various items, good yogurt and tasty waffles. It was our second stay here and our experience was a 5 Star experience throughout. We will be back this summer.

Love it! I have stayed here several times, personal and business, everytime my stay is great. If you haven't experienced it yet, the rooms are giant, its a very clean and new hotel, the price is great for what you get in return, buffet breakfast included, nice beds, nice hot tub also. Right across the street from where they make the famous moose drool beer at big sky brewing company.

This hotel is in need of a management change. The rooms that have kitchens are a complete waste. Unlike other Hotels in Missoula that come with dishes, silverware, glasses, ect. That you need to make a kitchen worth having and paying for in a hotel room, StoneCreek Lodge does not give one thing to make it useful. They don't tell you this when booking the rooms with kitchens. When you arrive to your room, they tell you if you want anything for the kitchen, you can pick them up at the reservation desk. Okay, really? The carpet in this place is stained in many area's including the rooms. I was wondering if this was due to they allow pets? Gross! There is a lack of lighting in the rooms. The TV is the livingroom area is why to high, so get ready for a sore neck, if you want to watch it. The furniture arraignment is a joke in the living room. The elliptical is not usable, makes the loudest horrible nose, you really can not use it, and it and the two treadmills have not been cleaned in months or maybe never. The pool in not heated. The spa looked green. We rented two rooms six months in advance and only asked to be put on the same floor. We came in on a Wednesday an hour before check in time and of course not on the same floor and the rooms were not ready. I think they way the lady at the front desk spoke to us, really did not come across that friendly.

Nicest hotel in town, hands down! Second time I have stayed at this hotel and it was just as good as the first. I will be staying here every time from now on. Great breakfast, big selection of food. It is not your regular breakfast selection, it has a big variety of hot and cold items. I am a big morning person so this is a big bonus for me. Rooms are comfortable and the beds are really good. Super good price for what you are receiving. A room like this where I am from would be twice this price, but it is very reasonable here. I will be back soon on the next trip.

Fantastic hotel complete with comfortable rooms and great service. We were greeted with a smile and great service upon check in and were directed to our rooms. Entering the rooms we were both surprised on how large and comfortable the rooms were. Probably the nicest hotel we have stayed at in the entire state of Montana! Nice breakfast and pool area as well. The Stonecreek is our official Missoula hotel now whenever we come to town! We were in town for a graduation this time around and it was just great.

Hotel is absolutely stunning. Beautiful decor and everything is new and extremely clean. We stayed in a room w/ 2 queen beds that had a walk-through to a living area and a full kitchen. This was awesome for our family! My toddler was crawling around on the floor and I didn't feel like I needed to sanitize her hands. Comfy beds and so nice to have the extra seating areas and 2 tvs! The only things to improve maybe was that the bathroom was very dark. The lighting in there was not so good. Also, it would be nice to have a hook by the front door to hang your coat as the coat closet was all the way through in the other room. As far as the hotel in general: Everything was nice and the service was great. We also got a great rate. The staff in the breakfast area were very nice and very helpful. The hotel was quiet and just lovely. The only downside I can think of which was a real downer since it is such a determining factor for which hotel we stay in, was that the pool was sooooo cold! It was unpleasant for me and my kids to be in it for too long. I was seriously bummed because it was my daughter's birthday and I really wanted to be relaxed and have a fun time at the pool. I loved this hotel and will be sure to stay there in the future, but I really hope the heat is turned up in the pool next time or we may not come back : (.

The StoneCreek Lodge was a great place to stay, our room was just great, everything was very clean and the room was VERY spacious. The staff was very friendly. We were recommended dinner 1 night at McKenzie River Pizza just a few minutes away which was very good. On our next trip to Missoula or traveling through Missoula we will stay here again. It has nice access to many restaurants in the area, you can access the Interstate 90 or jump on Broadway which takes you anywhere across town, this way you are not stuck in congested city traffic all of the time. There is a nice buffet breakfast with a lot of items. The beds are extremely comfortable and we heard no noise which made it nice to get a good night of sleep every night. Another cool thing is both times we have stayed there has been these amazing hawks flying around outside the windows which is just kind of fun to see. The hotel has a great Montana feel to it from the rooms to the lobby to the exterior. Great Hotel.
