Let us have our pets here. We were traveling east and had tractor break down. Got good rate and was able to use inside pool and waterpark. Continental breakfast. All 4 of us were happy to stay here. (2 adults, 2 dogs) Staff was great and very helpful. Definitely stay here again if we come through this way in future.

Great hotel with water slides, hot tub, and kiddie pool area. The hotel is pet friendly with a $25 pet fee per pet. Breakfast is free and includes hot items, waffle maker, cereals, juices, bagels and other breakfast items. The two queen room had lots of room, didn't feel cramped at all. Plenty of restaurants close by.

We stayed there the last night of a 2 week road trip and it was a heavenly experience! We were on the 1st floor and did not hear cars coming or going. Unless somebody was standing right outside the door talking, we didn't hear much from the hall either. The room stayed the correct temperature, the beds were comfortable, the water pressure was wonderful and the temperature was steady. Breakfast was even better than expected with a greater variety of fruits, yogurt, cereals, and baked goods than any other hotel we had stayed with. Even better than the other Wyndham properties.

Good price. Convenient location to I90 ramps and gas stations. Very good bk included. Newer and modern. Clean. Quiet. Will stay again.

I work for a temp agency and got to meet the employees. Great company to work for and has a genuine friendly and professional atmosphere. Hot tub, pool with slides, gym. Great place.

Fun pool area for the kids. Nice rooms & helpful staff at the front desk. Uncomfortable beds, tho. Wished there was a hotel restaurant for dinner but the breakfast looked good in the lobby til 10 in the morning. Too bad everyone with me ate too much for supper the night before & didn't want breakfast. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Terrible stay, breakfast sucked, it wouldn't have been so bad except for the young punk kids in water park were rude and parents did not watch over their little monsters and letting them act like wild animals even in the dining area! The brats were touching everything with their bare hands and coughing all around the food and snacks etc! Disgusting!

It was a nice and enjoyable stay. The rooms are great and the little fridge came in handy for sure with my daughter's medication that needs to be refrigerated. We ordered pizza and watched a movie on tv. Beds were very comfortable and the staff was very thorough during check in which was nice knowing they won't let some random stranger in your room. This particular Inn donated to my daughter's auction and remembered her as well and their donation and they were very hospitable in our needs during our stay and I would definitely recommend this place for a few nights stay.

Was a great comfortable hotel. Kids had a blast on the slides. Downfalls, are that the pool was super loud and busy. Also that the hotel employees Smoke constantly right outside the back entrance with windows to the pool area. Not great especially when there is a Non Smoking Facility sign hanging right on the wall by the windows…

Got stuck here overnight when our flight was canceled. It's pretty standard but they do have a nice pool. A little further from downtown than I would have liked.

Great place to stay in Missoula. Easy access to I90. Short trip to several dining and shopping locations. Staff are all very friendly and accommodating. We'll be back on future visits.

Very nice rooms. Very clean. The customer service is exceptional. About 15 minutes after going to the room, the front desk called to see if the room met my expectations, and if I needed extra towels or anything. They also allow you to set your own time for the airport shuttle. I would stay here again. I give it a thumbs up.

The water park was awesome. Very friendly staff. Fast and easy check in & check out. Clean rooms. All around great place to stay.

This place is a hotel that is very nice and is connected to the mall and it has good parking even though the parking lot was super packed with a bunch of fresh snow. The best thing about it was the bed, comfy pillows that were soft, and man the sheets were just amazing. The only thing and the reason for the removal of 2 stars, I had a long drive that night and I put on a hoodie sweatshirt when we got there to get comfortable. I left something in the truck so I walked out to the truck to get it. When I came back in the front lobby I was looked at strangely and questioned if I was actually a guest or not. It was kind of weird and uncomfortable, I really didn't appreciate getting looked at and treated like a thug.

Beautiful hotel. Dog friendly. In the midst of large snowfall, kept things plowed and salted. Has a waterpark that I'm sure families would love. Awesome breakfast — breakfast burritos the morning I was there. Yum!

The room is very nice and has some space. The breakfast and Wi-Fi where not up to expectations. The breakfast had ok food but not variety but the Wi-Fi was the worst. I'm sitting in my room using my data because the Wi-Fi is so bad.

I loved the rooms, very spacious and the bed and super comfortable pillows. It has a shuttle to the airport which is very convenient.

We were looking forward to staying here on the last night of our cross country journey. The place was conveniently located, very nice and included a water park. We reserved there specifically because it was advertised as accepting pets. Turns out they only take dogs, so we had to scramble to find another hotel at the last moment and ended up paying 3x the amount we would have. Very maddening.

The Wingate in Missoula is perfect. It may have cost a little more but if you tried to pay for a water park as well you'd be behind. The staff was great, breakfast was great, location is quiet.

Rooms were nice, waterslides were fun. However, avoid sleeping on the rollaway or hide-a-bed at all costs.

It was good. The rollout bed and couch bed were horribly uncomfortable. But the slides were fun.

The location is easily accessible from the interstate. The rooms were very clean and open. Service was very good. Waterside were great for the kiddos.

The staff were great! The property was clean. The beds were comfortable. They even have a water slide! The morning was rough. The water temperature in the shower fluctuated from scalding to freezing. The breakfast options were terrible which is a shame because they created such a warm inviting breakfast area and everyone was so nice.

We booked this room at the last minute on a busy weekend (Griz game). Despite the hotel being down to the last couple vacant rooms, there seemed to be plenty of linens, towels, etc. We had a comfy king bed, a very nice bathroom with shower, a good TV, Wifi access, and a nice little assortment of shampoo/soap/body wash samples for our use. The price was very competitive, and they gave us a nice AAA discount. The continental breakfast was better than some I've had at fancier hotels. A delicious array of hot foods, bagels, cereals, and fruit. Again, plenty of food, even though the hotel was full of people! The water park was fun — we got in too late for the water slides, but enjoyed a nice soak in the "whirlpool" hot tub before turning in for bed. We really enjoyed our stay at the Wingate on Missoula, and will definitely keep it on our short list of options when we are planning to be in the area!
