We arrived at midnight. And set the temperature to 70 degrees and went to sleep. In the morning I discovered that the window was left open. Burr what a cold morning.

Out of 1 to 10 I give it a 10. Very peaceful and respectful to everyone. Only down fall is housekeepers out of work uniform. I was unsure who was housekeeping and who wasn’t. Other then that I would definitely come back and stay. Very happy with my room

Beautiful hotel that is far enough from the interstate that the noise isn't a problem, but easy enough to find! Starbucks on the corner and a great restaurant right outside their front door. Hotel features an indoor pool, guest laundry facilities, complimentary hot breakfast, microwaves and refrigerators in every guest room/suite, HUGE TVs with LOTS of channels, complimentary Wi-Fi, business center, fitness center, and they are pet friendly! Staff is knowledgeable and super friendly. The location can't be beat — close to everything without the traffic hassle, parking challenges and higher rates which might be found closer to downtown, the riverfront or the University.

We just stayed there. Horribly noisy, called front desk 3 times to tell them about it. They put us on a floor that had started being remodeled. Not a good experience for paying over $100. Pool had way to much chlorine in it.

The rooms are clean, and staff is friendly. However, if you are looking for a family-friendly pool to play in, look elsewhere. I don't know why, but the pool is absolutely freezing! I mean, uncomfortably cold. My kids splashed around a bit, but I could only stand it a few minutes. A pool is the reason we stayed here, so it was quite disappointing.

And in around 5pm after driving all day. Traveling with dogs. Room was fabulous, staff was great & the pizza parlor was wonderful AND we walked to it! Keeping this hotel on our “places to stay” list!

Best hotel I've ever stayed at! It was clean! The free breakfast in the morning was wonderful. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The spa was relaxing considering we drove from Washington. Thanks again! Keep it up!

Conveniently located by the freeway. Buffet breakfast is amazing. The sauna and steam room was a good highlight. Room carpet was wet when we first came in from cleaning. We requested one that had been cleaned for a while and they had no problem doing that. Great stay.

We chose this hotel because they had excellent reviews and the price was lower than comparable hotels in the area. We were not disappointed! Friendly staff and clean updated rooms. We haven't had breakfast yet so can't comment there ;) Overall, great experience, will stay again the future. *UPDATE* Breakfast was very good! This morning we were treated to self-serve: -Biscuits and gravy (with sausage! ) -Make your own waffles -Thick slices of ham -Hard boiled eggs -Fresh fruit, including grapefruit halves -Oatmeal -Yogurt -And more… Per the chef, the food is made fresh daily!

The hotel wasn't too bad in itself. The staff was friendly, room was the usual. My BIG disappointment with them was that they DID NOT allow cash to pay for the hotel even though a card was able to be authorized, not only that but they charged me for 3 extra nights authorizing my card WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR APPORVAL, I DID NOT AGREE TO ANY TERMS AS SUCH!, draining my bank account completely 2 days after I checked out from a 2 night conference stay which was paid for upon check-in! DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY STOLEN. They do not take responsibility for their actions and will blame "your" bank. H O R R I B L E!

AC was out. Ok, stuff happens, but it had been out all day. When we called for our reservation we could have been told and easily booked in another hotel or in another city. Disappointed that management did not get out infront of the issue and direct guests to where they could sleep comfortably. After unloading your bags, two dogs and unwell husband is a bad time to be informed “the coolers are not working” at 9PM at night.

This hotel and staff are over the top. We are traveling cross country from Pittsburgh to Seattle, and this was one of my favorite Best Western Hotels I have ever stayed at. Too often you only here about negative things that happen, nut I am here to shine a most positive light on this location. From check in to check out, with a great breakfast in between, this was one great experience. The hotel itself was wonderful, but the staff impressed me the most. Thank you all for a great night stay.

My husband and I moved cross country recently and traveled with pets. This hotel experience was very welcomed at the end of a long travel day. The check in process was a great and we got a doggie bag with a poop bag and treats for each dog which we appreciated. Also they placed us in a room on the first floor close to an exit for easy in and out for the dog potty breaks. The breakfast in the morning was excellent, great selection and taste. Also the coffee was phenomenal! Much needed for our travels. I would highly recommend this location. Also it is nice there is a Starbucks nearby and restaurant which was very good.

I always enjoy a property that has a remarkable view out the window of the room and this hotel differently has that. To me this sets the tone for the rest of the stay. This hotel is located where I need to be when I'm in the area. The beds are great and breakfast to outstanding. I look forward to staying here again.

Everything was well done at this Hotel. First Rate Comfort, Quiet. Excellent Breakfast with Real Plates and Flatware, really appreciated. Excellent Internet Service. Quiet Efficient Heating and A/C system. Nice Big Windows with a view. Nice Place to stay.

Clean, quiet and dark. Bonus points for being able to watch the deer on the grassy hillside outside my room! Also, great location for travelers, easy on/off I90, there's a Starbucks on the same block, along with a Conoco gas station and convenience store. Staff is friendly, rooms clean, upper floor was very quiet. Local newspaper is delivered to the rooms, I personally really like that.

Nice place to stay. Lots of amenities. No hotel to me is clean but I feel they at least try here. The staff are very friendly and personable. If you do need anything the act immediately or let you know what is involved in helping you with a problem. Nice complimentary breakfast. Kitchen staff also helpful. And it is pet friendly :)

Rooms were clean and well presented. Breakfast was decent, typical hotel grub. Fitness room was good, equipment to fit many needs. Rated as a three star as I saw many dead insects floating in the pool when I jumped in for a swim. If it was outdoor would be expected but was indoor.

My husband and I visited this hotel over Spring Break. The General Manager, Whitney Bergman, was so helpful to answer any questions that we had when visiting Missoula. The rooms were clean, the hot breakfast was wonderful, and the hotel was welcoming. Great place to stay for an affordable cost!

Rooms were clean and beautiful, beds comfortable, staff friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good but a few items were cold which should have been hot. However food was fresh and there was a good selection. Staff kept the food trays full at the buffet breakfast and were fast and friendly. Great experience and I would highly recommend.

Best Western Plus is a dog friendly hotel with great amenities for humans. The motel was fantastic with the best breakfast. It was clean, great design, pleasing environment and superior staff. We plan to stay here in the future. It is kind of Best Western to include pets. When owners refuse to pick up, it allows other dogs to become infected with a variety of diseases and puts a bad impression on canines. Take care of your dog.

The staff at this location were amazing! Breakfast was wonderful and our team was treated very well. The rooms were a little dated but they more than compensated for this with their hospitality!

Awesome staff, nice building & beautiful views. And yes, for you TESLA owners there’s even a charging station. Rooms were clean, water pressure & temperature was excellent. Pool was quite when I was in there, hot tub felt good. Didn’t eat the breakfast they had but it was out & ready to chow down. Overall experience, 5 stars!

We stay at Grant Creek Best Western often. Living in Helena Mt we make many trips to Missoula. Many of our trips are for medical appointments. The staff is more than accommodating to our needs. Staff is very friendly, facilities and rooms are clean and nice. Location is very good for us. We will continue to stay as we know what to expect. Darrell an Sharon, Helena Mt.

Stayed one night here passing through the area. It's conveniently near the interstate, but doesn't get the traffic noise. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Nice staff people. Room with 2 queen beds. Mini fridge and microwave. Single serve in-room coffee. Internet was good and easy to connect. Pool area was nice though I didn't use it. Small but nicely equipped fitness room with 2 treadmills, elliptical, bikes, weight machine. Generally quiet. Breakfast area had good selection of hot and cold items, including deli meats if you wanted to build your own breakfast sandwich. Cautionary note: I thought I was on the official hotel website when I booked — — it looked authentic. But the phone number posted went to a third party booking site, which charged me extra fees. Just be aware and try to book directly with the hotel. Overall it is nice and comfortable place to stay.

Great people at check very friendly and the young gentleman in charge of the food room was very positive and out going. It seemed all employees were there to ensure I had a very enjoyable stay which I did! I was in room 209!

Convenient location, great staff, quiet, comfortable and clean room, and room temperature easy to control, no loud heater coming on and off all night. Nice pool with lots of seating, hot tub and sauna. Fitness room well equipped. Great breakfast — — definitely above average in selection of hot and cold items, and a staff member is on hand to make sure everything stays stocked. Cookies at the front desk in the evening, hot beverages available in lobby 24h, in-room coffee too. Free Wi-Fi had decent signal and speed. Wonderful stay, would definitely go back.

Overall pleasant experience. Staff was courteous and professional. The lobby was clean and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was well presented with plenty of choices.

Its a newer, clean, comfortable place. Prices are in line with the other newer lodging in the area. Its easy to get to off I90 with an adjacent coffee shop, restaurants and gas, as well as Tesla stations. Only a few minutes drive to the university, downtown or the airport.

Beautiful rooms. Had a nice city view with mountains behind. Great pool and hot tub. Very responsive service. Will stay again! UPDATE: stayed here again in December. Still same friendly service, super clean rooms, very modern rooms. Love the mountain themed photos in the rooms!

Low rating due to unfriendly and unhelpful front desk clerk. Tried to check in at 3pm but told room was not ready. Waited about 45 minutes with no apology or consideration from the clerk. Many of the hotel staff did not appear to be trained in hospitality. Very few smiles or greetings. Many dogs present due to the 1st two floors being pet friendly. Barking can be heard throughout. The hotel lobby and breakfast area was remodeled last year and looks awful compared to what it used to be. It is very spartan and noisy. In the owners response that follows this review, incorrect facts are stated by the owner: 1). I was not at all upset about my rate not being lowered for not using the pool. My wife simply asked if it could be since we were being charged a pool fee ($2/day) and we had no intention of using the pool. I do not get upset about trivia nor would I distort the facts. 2). I was not checked in at 3pm, because the room was not ready. I was told to wait in the lobby. The original desk agent left the hotel without updating us and her replacement told us about the room that was ready on the pet free floor. 3). I did not trigger a new wait time because the pet free room that we got was ready, it was being saved for another guest that had asked for that specific room. We did not have to wait for it to be cleaned. The original desk agent never offered me the pet free floor. (We had no pets with us.

Was a bit busy with football people and kids. Hot tub was very nice. The room smelled a bit musty but we opened the window and left for a bit and it was better when we returned. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable, and had 4 good pillows. Housekeepers were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had lots of options and it was good.

We were in town for a wedding and this hotel was perfect. Right of the freeway and located perfectly. The continental breakfast was probably a 3 star out of 5, best part was they provided french vanilla creamer with your coffee. Staff was very professional and helpful, rooms were updated and beds comfortable. Would defiantly stay again.

Best stay in $100 price range we've had this year. Great news. Reasonably quiet on the 1st floor. Extra sink and mirror I. Alcove relieves pressure on bathroom for teeth brushing. Huge TV. Fridge, microwave, great coffee on room, hot water, nicer shower than most. Superb breakfast included. Great pool and hot tub. Convenient to fuel, tesla plug ins, pet friendly, a straight shot to shopping and the hwy 93 strip. Clean. Worth it.

Everything was superb except the food was extremely salty. Would recommend no salt be used when preparing and have salt shaker by food. Couldn't eat cooked items. Had ample supply of other food to fill up on do didn't go hungry.

The staff is incredibly accommodating, and so kind! They say yes to everything or give you suggestions if they don't have the answer. Room was perfectly clean and tidy, great AC! Location is good, right off the interstate.

Quiet and clean, the Best Western had lovely appointed common areas and a good breakfast selection in the morning. The staff were very friendly. The pool was a pleasant addition for my little family to play. I suppose it is just Montana lodging rates in the peak of the summer, as the price was comparable to other similar options, but for $200 a night, I kind of hope for more than your basic room. Maybe I'm just too frugal. Overall a nice place with some upscale modern upgrades in the common areas.

Very pleased with my family's stay! Nice rooms. Good breakfast and great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay there again. I was there for a full week and have no complaints.

I have them 4 stars this visit, wouldnormally be 5 because I stay here a night or two every 2 months. This time however the cable for the T. V. Wouldn't work because it couldn't pick up a signal. Also our little puppy found used gum, old pieces of egg, and plastic on the floor while she was exploring. Other than that I still love the place, they take pets for a small additional fee, have great breakfast, and you can request a late check out but don't really need to because check out is at noon unlike most places are at 11. The employees are very friendly and helpful, and the rooms aside from the 3 small things this visit are always nice and clean and we'll kept. Plus on this visit other than those things the rest of the room was very well cleaned, if not for the Doug we wouldn't have noticed. Also the rooms are usually very affordable considering the quality, this time it was around $200 though because it is summer and that is with the frequent member discount and the pet fee included, but for third time of year and that nice of a place I wouldn't usually complain, would just think the cable and what not would work. They did offer to send maintenance to look at it since I don't think they had extra rooms, but it wasn't a big deal for us because we used the Wi-Fi and watched on our tablets and computers, but some people don't do that and would need the t. V.

Love the breakfast area and the variety of the meal. Very nice lounge area and cat friendly! It was hard to find a pet friendly hotel that will accept cats. I finished my recruiting duty and was transferring to my next duty station in Pearl Harbor. I'm driving To Seattle to fly there and my cat buddy and I are glad to have found a good place to rest for the night.

The good — huge TV, good free breakfast, pretty clean rooms, free water bottles in room, sauna and steam room, pretty fast Wi-Fi, great friendly service. The bad — extremely shallow bathtubs (no way you could really take a bath), the lobby convenience store has a very poor selection, standard hotel rooms (nothing really special about the layout), pool was closed, pretty thin walls, poor quality pillows. Overall this hotel is pretty nice. I'd definitely stay here again. I stayed here originally due to a bunch of stellar reviews online. It's a good hotel, I just didn't see what made it that much better than any of the other hotels in the area.

The hotel and staff were friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it, although we encountered one small issue. When eating breakfast in the full-meal breakfast cafe, we found a long, blondish hair in our scrambled eggs. : (Other than that the entire was stay was great.

Front desk was very helpfull and nice and breakfast was great nice pool and nice tvs a housekeeper by the name of shannon was very rude to me when I asked a question about some extra towels like it wasnt her job to help me.

I can't complain about a single thing here… room was very nice… plenty big… bed was GREAT. Price was very fair. And the staff was very professional and catered to everything. I drive truck and they have paved parking big enough for several trucks which is rare and very nice to see. Because I leave so early I don't get breakfast but many best westerns are happy to make up a nice grab bag… that is always great… easy walk to pizza restaurant. Easy access on and off interstate yet very quiet.

Clean, convenient and good service. The staff are great. The bathrooms need an update in some rooms but overall it's a great option for Missoula.

Nice big TV 55" with actual HD service. Big clean room. Internet speeds are meh 2.5 at best buy better than a lot. Continental breakfast was the best I've had.

Was here for a seminar. Hotel staff were nice, helpful, and professional. Seminar room was comfortable and suitEd our needs. Place was clean and we'll maintained.

There pool was well loved by ask the kids, and for the event we were in town for the hotel helped us have a room near other people traveling with our group. Breakfast was great and plenty of options for everyone.

Great Hotel Best one I've ever stayed at! Staff was amazing we were traveling with expensive mountain bikes they took them and locked them in a room and helped out! Highly recommended! Loved this place.

Spend the night here and the only bad thing I can say is that the pillows are to soft. Breakfast is served hot, on time and there is plenty for everybody. Shower is clean and has hot water even during the "morning rush" and everybody that works here is always so friendly it's almost scary.

A great hotel, I love it! The staff is wonderful, the location is really nice, the rooms are nicely decorated and there are several restaurants within walking distance. I would have loved to stayed again (last time three weeks ago) with my friend who is coming into town, but it's full) — : Next time.

Great hotel and great staff. Stayed here while traveling with family and dog and they were very accommodating. Very reasonable price for a suite that was huge with a fireplace. Would very much recommend especially if you want a very nice place while traveling with pets. Service, pool, whirlpool, sauna, and breakfast were all great.

Stayed here with our two dogs while traveling cross country which is always sketchy because I want a nice hotel with nice upgrades but happens to allow my pet, too. I had always had a poor impression of Best Western's in the past but this one wasn't bad! Bed was very comfy, it didn't smell like pets from a previous animal's night stay, no evidence of fleas in the bed and bedding was very nice. The bathroom was tiny and seemed an afterthought but they had a vanity area outside of the bath that made up for the lack of space in the actual bathroom. Breakfast was decent, pet area was convenient and the staff was good. All in all, I am giving Best Western's a second chance based on this experience.

My biggest complaint is price. A 3 star hotel at 5 star price. Hotel is nice but NOT worth 169.00 a night. If your going to spend this much, I would recommend going across the street to the CMON Inn. They have much nicer rooms and a much nicer atmosphere. Complementary breakfast was terrible. Lots of noise throughout the night. Rooms are not set up well for laptops although there was complimentary wireless. Best thing I can say about it was the bed was very comfortable. Spent 2 nights previously at the Hilton Garden Inn in Billings at $109 per night and it was twice the hotel the Best Western was. Not the worst place in Missoula but definately too pricy for what you get.
