So far so good. Good strong coffee.

Stayed there with my girlfriend who has a disability and they don’t follow laws set forth by the ADA. Room was nice customer service was not.

When I stayed on oct 13 to 14 I was discriminationed against. I have a heart condition that doesn't allow me to wear a mask due to the fact that I will pass out and go into cardiac arrest. My whole vacation it was never an issue for me because as soon as I said I have a medical condition people respected it. I have to wear a heart monitor until I get my pass maker put in. When I came to this hotel and was asked to wear a mask I politely told them I was not able to wear a mask. The female went on a rant about it and basically telling me I don't have a health issue and I have to wear mask. That goes against the disability act and even asking me what my health issue is, is against hippa. I do understand that there is a virus going around, I work at a critical care hospital and was put medical leave due to not being able to wear a mask. But to be disrespected and basically told I'm faking my medical condition by this hotel desk worker was the only time I have ever been so rudely treated this whole time. They need to retrain their staff because if they were to do that again to the wrong person they would have a law suit. I not sugar coating this issue if I wear a mask I can possibly die because I'm waiting for my surgery to fix my heart. Other then this issue I did like the room and the hotel was a nice set up. I didn't do breakfast there so I can't say either way. This does break my heart because this is the first ever bad review I have ever given a place.

Being close to the train tracks was AWFUL! all night long just train after train horn. The beds were also very firm. I'm sure it's some people's cup of tea just not mine!

Desk clerk was extremely welcoming to us. She is a gem.

They could start by not charging three times for one room, that was stayed in one night. It has caused both my mother and I so much stress that I do believe when I return to my hometown there will be a lawyer involved.

Great room, friendly staff. The rooms were quiet, didn't heat neighbors at all. Firepit was available for user and it is close to the university that host events and games.

We've stayed here last year also. The customer service and accommodations were great then and still met my expectations this year. Room and common areas were very clean. The bedding and bed are so comfortable. They have soft and firm pillows on the bed. Includes all amenities in room (microwave, fridge, small sink and a business desk). Everything worked in the room. We enjoyed sitting outside next to the fire pit while taking in the scenery.

Absolutely the most wonderful place to stay along the river we stayed in the third-floor Riverside suite room in the top it was absolutely gorgeous the view was wonderful the balcony was splendid the pool was clean and nice the food at breakfast was served by wonderful people who follow through on every request and the people at the desk couldn’t of been any nicer and answering all of my silly questions and getting things done I highly recommend this place is the place to stay in Missoula.

Be willing to refund your money when you can't make the reservation; all those fine print agreements are unjust!

Nice clean hotel. Very near the university. Beautiful view of the Clark Fork River from the sitting area with fire pits. Dog friendly.

Surprised by getting a suite when we weren't expecting it. Room 101. Separate sitting area and door to the bedroom. Small patio looking over the Clark river. Delightful!

The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was friendly. It close to the university which is nice. All in all, a pleasant experience.

The employees here were great (esp Amanda who assisted us in checking in and out and was so friendly and nice)! We loved the fresh chocolate chip cookies and lemon flavored water upon check-in, but the hotel left a bit to be desired. Our room was dark and outdated with old fixtures, handles, shower, light switches, etc. Felt old and dingy. Woke up 3 times during the night due to trains going by across the street. Complimentary breakfast was okay but had limited cereal options. Friendly service but lots of room for improvement in the hotel.

Very good quality hotel. Nice clean rooms, wonderful staff, better than average "included" breakfast. Good value. Would definitely stay here again if traveling to or through Missoula.

Great service and a super comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious. It was rather close to the train tracks, so there was some noise from the tracks.

The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good with waffles, eggs sausages, bagels etc. We had a nice view of the bridge and the mountains beyond. And the room was reasonably priced.

Room was clean, and the lady at the front desk was more than willing to accommodate my early arrival. The bathroom has no fan which is strange but minor. The only thing that isn't stated is that the hotel is across the street from tracks that belong to a horn-happy freight train. Overall a good experience.

Overall our stay was nice and the staff was accommodating. I was disappointed in the breakfast. There was also no fan in the bathroom. You're surrounded by train tracks so was rather noise yet several times.

Jasmine was phenomenal. She kept a smile on her face the whole time while dealing with difficulties with there systems. Highly recommend.

As far as motels are concerned this was one of the better ones I've stayed at recently. Would stay here again.

Decent mid-range priced hotel. Room was nice and comfortable, the shower was nice and hot however the shower head was due for replacement. The hot breakfast was quite good and definitely above average as far as hotel breakfasts go. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

The hotel was about as good as you'd expect. The rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast bar was adequate but didn't go above or beyond. I have no real complaints, it was a nice hotel.

Good location, the hotel is located a 10 minute walk to the University as well as the trailhead to hike the mountain. The rooms were nice with comfortable beds. Hotel breakfast was typical.

The University Comfort Inn in Missoula is wonderful! After a 5 hour drive I welcomed a lovely room with a great river view, comfy bed, and amazing pillows! Very friendly staff, great hot breakfast… what more could a weary business travler want?!

Clean rooms. Convenient location near freeway. Breakfast was the usual continental — nothing to write home about. Good prices for double queen bed rooms.

We stopped while traveling out to Washington. Everything was perfect. The included breakfast was a real plus!

After driving 600 miles across Montana, Missoula is a great change of scenery. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. The check-in person was very efficient.

Friendly and helpful staff and clean rooms. Had a great view from our window of the river as well. Free full breakfast… not just a couple pieces of bread and fruit. Theres also chairs and a firepit available next to the river. Lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby too.

Beautiful location, and the room was very clean. The we're no liners in the garbage cans, however, and the breakfast was a bit lackluster. My kids enjoyed the strawberry waffles with sprinkles and chocolate chips they could add, but the eggs ridiculously were overcooked, and all the good was generally very dry. But overall it was a beautiful hotel, and the river view was lovely.

Every summer we visit Missoula and we always stay here. The staff is friendly and the location is beautiful, right by the river! I love the short walk to the trail that runs between the river and campus.

The room was nice enough but the staff was not very accommodating. We asked for an extra blanket and was told there weren't any. I have a hard time believing that. Since we had to check out just before breakfast was served, my daughter asked for a cup of coffee out of the carafe the staff had in her hand. She was told no. Seriously? Oh, and did I mention the nearby trains blowing thier whistles? We didn t check in until 11pm, and checked out around 6am the next morning. Did not feel rested and won't stay there again if I ever need a place to stay in Missoula.

The staff was personable and welcoming! The room was clean and well equipped. The only thing was (and this isn't a complaint against the hotel, just a note for other people traveling with pets) that there was a gap beneath the headboard between the mattress and the wall just exactly the right size for my cat to squeeze into. Luckily, the hotel is super generous with their pillows, so I just stuffed one on each end to block it and keep my cat where I could reach her. All in all, a great experience!

Great place to stay for the week. Convenient location in Missoula with a great view of the river. Breakfast every morning was better than expected with lots of choices available. The staff was all very friendly and Amanda at the front desk was a great help.

I stay here on my way through when I go home to visit. I always have my dog with me and they make us feel very welcome with doggie biscuits and a map. Love that is right next to the river walk for a little exercise.

Great view of river from the hotel. Breakfast was nice, can't go wrong being able to make your own waffles. Front desk was very nice on check in. Only negative is I could hear trains going by throughout the night.

They put up with a, what appeared to be wet Labrador, off leash, running and bounding through the halls, stairs, and lobby/coffee drink area accompanied by its 'responsible' owners. This not only gives Labradors a bad name, but threatens the hotel which otherwise is comfortable, except to those (I know half a dozen) who have fears or anxiety, and would go absolutely hysterical at the sight of a big black dog bouncing their way. Sad state of events I had to witness.

Great room. Very convenient location, close to downtown Missoula and ready to find grub highways. Really impressed with their outdoor fire pits overlooking the river. Like that they save unused soap for those in need.

Nice property, fair rates, and pet friendly. Our stay however featured many problems. I would stay here again, but as of this morning — I can't give it higher than a 3/5 stars.

Very clean and modern hotel. Very friendly staff, great beds and room was clean. Very nice breakfast with good and hot selections.

Why I like: Nice staff, located on the river, at dusk, they have gas fire pits on the property to sit around and located near a popular hike to the universities Mount Sentinel "M" trail… a steep hike with a great view. There's also a grocery store just a block away to get food/drinks.

Great hotel with an awesome view of the river. Good location if you are visiting the college. The breakfast included sausage, eggs, waffles, cereal, donuts, and muffins! My favorite part was the river side gas fire pits. They were on in the evening and it was relaxing to sit next to the fire and enjoy the view.

Room fine but not ready till late. Wi-Fi working but very slow. Bed comfortable. Television working and good. Nice location.

I reserved 2 rooms with King sized beds. When I arrived to the hotel. I was told that the rooms were not available. So I had to get a room with 2 queens. Today, the hotel billed me for 2 king sized rooms. When I contacted the hotel about the charge I was told I was charged because I did not cancel on time. I then told them that it was not a matter of my not canceling on time, but there error by not keeping my rooms available. Now I have been told my refund will take 7-10 days. This is not acceptable.

Hotel was clean and quiet. Only thing is make sure you don't get a room next to the elevator or you'll hear it dinging and moving. The provided computer works well and the internet is fast. The breakfast is also very good.

The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was great. The front desk provides the makings for s'mores and a great fire pit, that we loved. It was overall a great place to stay and we would come back again.

Nice hotel! Great location with a view of the mountains, close to the college and right on the main drag in to town. The rooms were nice and clean and the breakfast was very good!

I stayed at the Comfort Inn in Missoula for work, and this is a nice hotel. Probably the nicest in Missoula. Their location right in the river is awesome, they have nice rooms and fun outdoor firepits. You can see the university stadium from the hotel.

My patents came to town and I went over to spend time with them a few times. Waddled in and was greeted with warm chocolate chip cookies. At night, we sat around one of the outdoor fires until they came and shut it off. The rooms were nice and clean, the one my patents had overlooked the river and all the tailgating across the Clarke Fork.

This places was by far the nicest place I have stayed in. The view is absolutely spectacular. Mountains and the river. They had firepits right next to the river so you can enjoy the outdoors and still be warm. They also had a bbq pit we used to have a small cook out. They had provided the utensils and fuel for the pit. We borrowed a couple of bicycles and took a ride down the park just on the other side of the river. They provided a dvd player to watch movies we had rented from the grocery store next door. The staff was so helpful and hospitable. They had cookies put out in the afternoon and some fresh coffee all day. They breakfast was also wonderful. We stayed here 3 nights so we had plenty to do and next time we are in missoula this is our one and only place we will stay.

Stayed there overnight on our way back from Yellowstone. Our room wasn't ready so the manager on duty went to check and find us a comparable;e room that was. Suite was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had quite a Varity. Will stay there again should we be passing thru.

This hotel is the best I have ever stayed in. They have the fire puts on every night. We had a BBQ down by the river, we even took a I bike ride. This was all provided by comfort inn. I will recommend this place to everyone and every time I come through montana this is how my only choice.

This is a very nice hotel. It's very quiet and has a lovely view of the stream below and a fire pit surrounded by chairs at night. The room was very comfortable and clean. New/clean carpets are a plus. Breakfast was at least 25 items and were prepared well. Highly recommend this hotel.

I love this hotel! They provided so many wonderful services! I printed using their printer in the lobby. They put cookies out in the afternoon! In the evening they turn on the fire pits out by the river — totally cool. There breakfasts are good. One day, I needed a ride to a location on Wyoming Street and their van took me. The staff are fabulous — really — sweet, sincere, aware. Every time I need to stay in Missoula I will be staying at the Comfort Inn.

I travel to Missoula a fair amount and this is by far the best stay that I've experienced. The staff was friendly and informative, helping find a couple of great restaurants and microbreweries. The best part of my stay was the room. Wow, what a nice surprise, this might be the best room for the dollar in Missoula.

We had an awesome stay at the Hotel. Super view of the river and a fantastic breakfast bar. When I checked in I felt among friends from the beginning. I will stay there any time I visit Missoula. A personal thank you from us and we would recommend you to the world Thanks again Merle.

Beautiful, new hotel. Great staff. Fast check in. Plenty of food, bars, stores, casinos in walking distance. I will certainly stay here again! If you are trying to get to the university campus, there is a pedestrian crossing, over the river, less than a block from the hotel. The crossing also provides access to the river walk path.
