Recommend room with roof garden. Staff very friendly. Fab location in the heart of the old Spanish quarter.

Arrived on my 50th birthday to an amazing suprise of champagne tiramisu. And lots of goodies! room was perfect and the private terrace was beautiful!

A superb little hotel situated in a very convenient location for the Spanish Quarter and the Metro. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and we were lucky enough to have a private courtyard on floor 4. I would definitely recommend this Hotel for a traditional Italian stay.

We were treated quite rudely in Naples. The hotel was not bad but we only had Wi-Fi for the first few hours then none for the remainder of our stay even though it said Wi-Fi available when we were booking.

Hotel in a strategic position for the visit of Naples. Located on the edge of the Spanish districts, you can reach the main attractions on foot and the proximity of Metro Line 1 allows longer trips. The rooms are very clean Welcome and support while visiting from the great guys, with so many good tips on what to see and where to eat. Breakfast varies with good quality products for both the sweet and the salty.

If you want to be in the heart of the hustle and bustle of raw Naples, this is the hotel for you. It is located right in the Spanish quarter, where you can see how the real people of Naples live. In terms of walking distance to popular locations, it is pretty conveniently located. The staff is friendly, and the hotel offers tours (through a partner) that are fantastic. My wife and I booked a tour that covered Naples and Pompeii in one day, and the tour guides were funny, knowledgeable, and overall excellent. The included breakfast was good as well, with various pastries, cereals, hot drinks made to order (cappuccinos, etc), and hot food like scrambled eggs. My only complaint is that the Wi-Fi wasn't working until the last night of our stay.

I adored staying there! A great location, lovely staff, elegant yet simple and comfortable rooms. I have stayed many places in Naples area and this was my favourite.

That the guy has the entrance and breakfast which is good is still.

This hotel is located in the heart of the Spanish quarter. We arrived a couple of hours early to check in but our luggage was put away and we were given complimentary coffee and cakes. We went out for a walk and because of the heat returned a little early but was given our room key with no fuss at all. Check in was extremely quick and we were soon in our room. We had booked a rooftop room with private garden and we are extremely happy with our choice as it provides a perfect place to sunbathe and hide away from the hustle and bustle outside and the heat of the day. The shower water pressure is good and the bathroom amply sized. The aircon is perfect, I have had to knock it up a few degrees even though it is 33°c outside. The breakfast is an extended continental service and has plenty of choice with cereal, yoghurt, fruit, bread and cakes along with scrambled eggs and smoked ham and mushrooms with smoked sausage. Coffee, tea and fruit juices are also available. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful even bringing a corkscrew and an iron and board to our room (top floor). I heartily recommend this hotel and if we revisit Naples this hotel will be first on our list for looking for availability.

The location is very good, just off Via Toledo. The private garden room is excellent to retreat to either in the midday heat or a quiet evening away from its busy central location. Aircon is top notch as is the breakfast and as for the staff, really nice, very friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We arrived early in the midday heat, they took our luggage brought us a coffee and a selection of cakes all complimentary whilst we cooled down and then let us check in a little early. An excellent start for our first stay in Naples.

The hotel is clean and well decorated with good situation in the historic quarter of Naples. The minibar is well priced and the air conditioning extremely efficient. Ample provision has been made to provide a restful night's sleep given the vibrant and bustling surroundings. Toledo metro is within easy walking distance and there are shops, restaurants and bars nearby.

The room itself is actually pretty good as it has good Wi-Fi, open space, the staff is friendly and location is right next to the main street of Naples. Breakfast is similar to other hotels, pastries, cheese+meat, and your fruits. Be warned though you are guaranteed to be wearing earplugs to sleep as the cars and scooters are constantly beeping 24/7.

Good location, good price, spacious room with good bathroom. Beds were a bit hard, but for the price you can't really beat it.

Great location in heart of Nappies historic and shopping district, however beware of you're a light sleeper — there is a lot of noise and the windows don't offer much barrier. Very helpful staff, and breakfast in the morning is free with free in room delivery a nice touch. The rooms, or at least ours, are tight but use the space well. Wi-Fi barely works, very slow if at all. The room was clean and mostly updated with a comfortable bed, medium stiffness.

Hotel located in the very popular districti Spagnoli, in the heart of Naples, charming hotel a little obsolete but extremely functional, welcome and service outstanding. Sweet-salty breakfast Buffet, travel tips… unbeatable value for money…!

A cosy, sweet hotel with friendly staff and good facilities in a safe neighbourhood in the city centre. I hope to get back here one day.

The rooms are a little bit cramped but comfortable, staff of great kindness and hospitality.
Needless to complain about the noise from the street. The hotel is in a lively area and there is a sustained bustle of scooters at every hour of the day and night, but it is just the location of the main plus of this property.

I would highly recommend this hotel whose staff is incredibly nice. The style is rather traditional but the hotel is really very clean and the facilities are modern (lighting, safe, TV, shower…). It feels really good.
One regret: The Hotel Terrace is reserved for certain rooms, but if you do not have access to it, rest assured, you can always take a walk on the balcony of your room if you have a small desire to take the air!

The Hotel is immersed in the Spanish quarter, so convenient to everything, to reach various parts of Naples, either on foot or by public transport (by car might be an issue), the rooms are well maintained, very clean, bathroom very spacious and very clean too. At night the rooms are very quiet and the beds were comfortable average, breakfast not very abundant like variety, meaning that every morning was reproposed the same buffet (I should point out … every morning was offered new products, but of the same variety/kind), but the pastries were really good:-) …
Nice staff, very helpful, when I return to Naples this hotel will be my safe harbor …

Great Hotel in the midst of the Spanish quarter The common opinion about Naples is as follows: Dirty, loud, and criminal. I'm looking forward already to his Hotel in the midst of the Spanish quarter. But what I found was just top class. Great Service (Friendly and helpful staff, free Breakfast, in-room), great features with all the Details (country-style), and in the perfect location (Metro Toledo). The only drawback: It is quite lajt due to the streets of Naples. On the Internet but are ready. ;-) I'm definitely going again!

Splendid Naples, Easter 2015. Il Convento is in an optimal location, helpful staff, Breakfast with a large selection. We would book again.
