Ridiculous expensive place — marked 4 stars on Booking with the following features: 1) a non working AC 2) a leaking shower 3) a non working air dryer 4) a non working internet 5) a super small elevator 6) unfriendly staff I’ll see how the breakfast look likes but this is the worst experience I had in years… 430 Euro for a triple room like I have described above and they are asking me surcharge for a 7 years old boy… I’m wondering who’s giving them 4 stars… Update: the air drier is working, just unfriendly usage… breakfast was ok.

The room is clean and original, not too big. The staff is nice. Great location The walls transmit the noises especially of the flush and the shower. The breakfast room, the lounge and the bar are windowless this makes the environment gloomy and in practice unsuitable to spend a few moments of relaxation. The breakfast although in appearance offers so much choice in practice is quite poor. Hotel is on the third floor of an old building that shares with other exercises. The hall of the palace overlooked with motorcycles and cars parked inside. Immediately after the door there is a trash bin that on our arrival was well full. It is the first time that I find such a solution for a 4 star hotel that would be fine for a B&B and if it were it would deserve ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

A hidden gem! Entrance that discourages, but, once crossed, you find yourself in a cozy and refined. Simple, but very comfortable. Kindness and hospitality partenopee. Top Position!

Excellent location and rooms, too bad for the interior of the building a bit dilapidated.

The Hotel is very dark During my arrival I witnessed three fights between employees. Poor and bad breakfast. Lousy decoration. Horrible bathroom. It's a neighborhood house and it shouldn't have 4 stars. We were staying here for two nights and it was the worst hotel of my life.

Small rooms but equipped with every comfort, courteous and always helpful staff.

Really classy Hotel located in a magical place.

Very average room and quite small. The entrance is hard to find and hotel should put a more detailed instructions online so people don't have trouble looking for hotel. Certainly is not a 4 star hotel. We had no hot water for our whole stay and hotel didn't make any adjustment or support to provide hot water. This to me was just unacceptable. While I understand that things can break but running a 4 star hotel should consider these situations and have plan to support their guests need. The breakfast was laid out nicely but was mostly packaged food… I. E Oreo cookies as one of the items (which I am sure is neither fresh nor very Italian), juices were all from boxes. It certainly looked pretty. Location is convenient. All in all it is a 3 star hotel at best and I would be hesitant to stay here again.

Let's get this out of the way first — the staff at this "hotel" are super helpful and quite frankly are the main reason this isn't a lower rated review. However, this doesn't tick the standard boxes of what a hotel should be. We were greatly surprised to arrive at the address and find no hotel lobby (and so was a taxi driver). A small sign confirmed that we were at the right address and after contacting reception we were let in an underwhelming building lobby. The actual hotel lobby was on level 3 — accessed via a rickety lift. It seems that the "hotel" is a converted floor of an old office building (and I'm pretty sure that that single level is the entirety of the hotel). The room was clean and tidy, and other than a leaky shower was serviceable. The hotel is centrally located to all the main attractions and is walking distance to plenty of restaurants and bars. I guess we didn't get what we expected to get based on online reviews, but what we got was ok.

Room was weirdly renovated and not totally clean. Decorations (foam text on walls, were cheap and dusty. Some were broken. Breakfast was amazing though. Very nice staff.

We left the hotel this morning and had a really nice stay in neaple. positiv + central location in neaple + very nice view on the via toledo and santa brigida + delicious breakfast + kind personal + great rooms + good cleaning service + nice view on the via toledo at the evening negativ — the hotel is located in the 3rd floor of the building. We didn't found it on the first view Thank you for the nice vacation.

Great central location, wonderful breakfast and a great night sleep.
