Breakfast is 10$ rooms aren't nearly as nice as Holiday Inn across the street, not to mention the complementary breakfast there that's soo much better than the 10$ breakfast that Hilton guves, also the Holiday Inn is cheaper…

Breakfast was great clean rooms good bath gel and lotion they even remember a shower cap. Darn I deleted my pictures after I posted them on trip advisor they make custom omelettes french toast.

Nice but no bar and you walk to a restaurant next door but food at the restaurant is beyond compare and drinks are very reasonable. Food was not horribly expemsive.

The hotel is very attractive and clean. Parking is convenient. The room provided for the meeting I attended was easy to find, comfortable to be in, and close to bathrooms. Beverage service was also included.

Very nice, clean, and comfortable rooms with great jacuzzi tubs. The adjoining Blue Canyon restaurant and bar serves great food and drinks, with a cheap drinks for happy hour. Highly recommended as a great hotel in the Missoula area.

Very friendly staff! Clean rooms. Shower leaked in our room. Breakfast was great though but could be more streamlined to all get covered under one bill with the stay at the hotel.

Room was nice but did not provide comp shampoo. Had the conditioner but they don't do the shampoo. Don't offer comp breakfast as with a lot if hotels. Thought we would try a different hotel but will definitely go back to the Stay bridge Hotel.

Good customer service from the front desk. We asked for a room in a quiet area and we got just that! It was so quiet we over slept. The night manager suggested that we try the restaurant attached to the hotel. The restaurant had a cozy ranch theme. The food and service was good. Our server was very friendly and attentive to our needs. The food was well prepared, flavorful and served at the appropriate temperature. It was obvious that the restaurant's chef puts thought and imagination into each dish. The room was the quality one would expect with a Hilton brand hotel. Bed and pillows were all comfortable. The shower head was deceiving it looked low quality but surprise it had good flow and pressure for an enjoyable shower. The towels were plentiful and plush. The pool and hot tub provided a great opportunity to relax. Disappointed that the hot tub jets were not all working. The pool area had plenty of freash towels and ample seating.

The staff was friendly and efficient. We got there about 7 pm on a Sunday night. Being Diamond members we enjoy the perks of Hilton stays but all we got here was free water (small bottles). We had a 6 am flight the next morning so the breakfast was out of the question but the shuttle driver was ready for us at 4:30 am. They had juice, water, and coffee in the lobby for people leaving before the 6am breakfast. I would stay here again.

Bed was sunk in the middle, standing water by shower on check in, hair in jacuzzi tub. Worst part was you had to pay for your breakfast that really was no different than what you would get free at a Motel 6 or Super 8. Wasn't told about having to pay for breakfast until after your plate is full. THAT SHOULD BE MENTIONED UPON CHECK IN! Staff was stuck up and rude and wasn't helpful at all. I do not recommend staying here. To costly for a bad nights stay and crappy food.

Typical Garden inn room just that no matter which side of the hotel you are on you get a view of the mountains out your windows. The prices were very reasonable at a hundred a night and ten dollars for breakfast each day. I would stay here again if I get back to Missoula someday.

Used to love this line of hotels. But something happened. The linens seem cheap, using just flat sheets to mimic a duvet cover, and the king beds are horrible! This one had a ditch in the middle. An employee even admitted to me that the king beds were to be avoided. They went cheap. Queen beds are better.

Thank you for the nice stay. My only issue was that over the weekend I had a really loud family put next to me. That made it a little difficult to focus on work during that time. Generally speaking though, the stay was great. I appreciate having a comfortable environment to come back to at night. I would stay here again. Keep in mind that only the King beds have the sleep system. That was a bit of a disappointment.

The phone did not work in the room so I could not get a wake up call. I tried to use the business center but the copy machine was out of toner. The room itself was clean and adequate. I did have other issues with payment but I gave them a four star for trying their best to resolve all the issues during my stay. I would stay there again. Good location.

Went to a retirement party hosted in the bitterroot room. The food provided was fantastic, the staff was friendly and professional. All in all a great time.

Fantastic service! Checked in late in the evening, staff was pleasant and helpful, took less than 2 min. Incredibly accommodating. Breakfast was worth every penny for myself and children. Room, pool and overall condition was clean and neat. I would highly recommend and would stay again.

Great service. Clean. Knocked a star off… Temperature in room not adjustable. Only one thin sheet on the matress — no protector etc. No extra blanket. Lounge chair and office chair in king room was very uncomfortable! Beds not comfortable and pillows are terrible with no support — but I've only stayed in one hotel that had a bed I found comfortable and I always bring my own pillow.

The front desk staff during our stay and the breakfast staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The fitness room was just perfect and was happy to see they had good options. The room was spacious, clean and bed was very comfy! Also the location was perfect for the kids as it was a short drive to the hub and right next door to Panda Express.

Expect to pay for your stay up front before you actually stay. Along with additional charges they can’t really explain. Front desk was very rude. Bed was comfortable but the rooms are really outdated. If they didnt already charge my card for my 3 night stay I would have just walked out and found a better place.

The event center was a great venue, the attendant were respectful. The good was great and the bartender was fantastic. However the hotel room walls are very thin are you are able to hear everything going on next door.

My stay at this hotel was horrible… The gentleman Andy, who I made the reservation with approximately 3 weeks ago was amazing, the young lady who checked us in at 4 pm was fantastic, I made the reservations for a conference that was being held there in the hotel, the nights we stayed was Oct 6th and 7th and we checked out the morning of the 8th, we planned to stay the entire weekend. And I have never been more disappointed in the cleanliness of a hotel, my husband and I brought our swimming suits with the intent of using and taking advantage of the pool and Jacuzzi. I mean come on it is Montana and it is cold as hell in October. Anyways the pool was unclean with bugs floating in it, the Jacuzzi also had bugs floating in it but also cold as bath water and 4 jets were broken, also another guest of the hotel who was there with a small child had went outside and let 5 other people in the pool area who were not guests of the hotel and made a bunch of noise and causing a bunch of ruckus. After check in, we went to the room and the fridge and microwave weren't working and being diabetic it is mandatory to have a working fridge to keep insulin cool, having to call down to the front desk and request maintenance to come up and check it out to find out that it was unplugged is frustrating, for one I don't like bothering people but that in itself was something simple which was more then likely unplugged by a housekeeper and they didn't plug it back in.

The receptionist was very pleasant and did her very best to accommodate and make our stay comfortable. We (Myself, daughter, sister and brother in law checked in Friday about 4pm, so we could attend the Diabetic Convention and checked out Sunday morning. We were very unsatisfied with the service that was provided. 1st: For the amount that we paid 322.07 for our stay. No Continental breakfast and if you wanted breakfast, it costs 10.00 per person. They have a restaurant and i…t only serves breakfast. So if you want lunch and dinner and so you have to go elsewhere to eat. 2. Tub wasn't draining, I pulled a giant hair ball out of the drain. 3. Housekeeper: Didn't understand English, asked for beds to be made, empty trash and clean towels, we were ignored. Contacted housekeeping supervisor so she could relay the information. Never done. 3. Lunch Menu that was provided for the convention was un-ediable. It was a soggy wrap, gross salad and dressing. So we had to go and get a lunch elsewhere. When we brought our concerns we were only refunded 60.00 (30.00) per night for our stay. I will be contacting the corporate office. I will not stay at Hilton and I certainly will not refer any of my family and friends either. We would have had way better service at a Motel 6.

Half of the parking lot was consumed by an event tent and had to park far away on the street. The towel rack is in the shower… Interesting design choice.

Went there to meet a friend. Hotel is expensive, but you get what you pay for. The quality is good. Single service Keurig Coffee makers in the room are nice too.

The hotel is located just down the highway from the airport and is conveniently located near a few restaurants. The site seems very new and has been upkept very well. There's plenty of parking and the Breakfast buffet is great.

Well everyone is very nice. The room and bath spotless. The A/C is trying to keep up. It's middle July. But overall it s pretty nice. Idaho falls Idaho was perfect!

Our service was great. The room was nice and as clean as you can get for being a hotel. The pool was nice, the hot tub could be drained and cleaned (we didn't use it, it looked gross). Longer pool hours would be nice for the summer season. Our breakfast was fantastic. The grill did a wonderful job. The waitresses were also very friendly.

The staff was excellent! Very helpful, lots of recommendations, great customer service. Breakfast was stellar and the restaurant/bar was incredible. Would highly recommend. The room was large, homey, clean and comfortable. The whirlpool tub was a huge bonus.

Hilton accommodated a very large conference. The conference started between 7 and 8 lasting till 5pm. They provided morning foods and drinks, a great Mexican build your own taco lunch, and afternoon gave us fresh from the oven cookies and brownies. They did a really great job, even removing dirty ware in a quite manner. Hilton is a very nice building and the bathroom were kept cleaned and stocked. Location is right off the highway and easy to get to. Parking for so may people was along a low traffic road, which was fine. There are a few restaurants close by within walking distance but Montana has Uber which can take you wherever you need to go. They are close to the airport and offer a free shuttle. (I did not stay the night. ) I do recommend this Hilton. People are friendly and helpful, and it's a beautiful building.

Hilton honors member… never stay here… rooms are at best equal to a motel 6 with better sheets, the breakfast is 10 bucks a plate, I am not sure why I had to pay 150 bucks for a room that should have been $90. TV didnt work, waited an hour to get it fixed. I can stay in Seattle with complimentary breakfast, and managers reception for free for this price. As a business owner, this place is horrible.

It's Okay, don't expect a Hilton stay just because it's a Hilton. More like a holiday Inn express minus the friendliness and free breakfast. Very convenient that the staff is downstairs anytime at night — — just give them a few to pause the movie they are watching so they can help you. Dramatic lighting in the bathroom is unique as you never know if you'll have both on, one on, or if one will shut off halfway through a shower. Plenty of towels provided, though only 2 are needed to lay down on the floor to catch the water leaking out of the toilet or tub — — still trying to figure out that one! Oh and you seriously cannot hear the train over the AC and drunks from the casino… So they do have that going for them!

Rooms are clean and nice but for $109. Finding out that the breakfast is $10 extra once you get down in the morning is very disappointing especially when you didn't allow time to go elsewhere for breakfast. Other hotels offer similar service with a complimentary breakfast.

Was there for hellgate mineral societys annual rock show. Easy to find location very nice building. Super fun event.

The bed was not explained to me and my lady, was very stiff only to find out the next morning there is a dial for firmness setting. Tv was small for a suite.

The riverside Hilton is my favorite hotel in Missoula. It's located in a great spot right next to downtown and the university. The staff is always very helpful. If you can get a riverside room, the view of the Clark Fork river is great. The in house restaurant (Finn and Porter) has great food and a full bar. The rooms are a little dated but aside from that are very nice. I'd recommend the hotel to anyone.

My wife and I stayed one night at the Hilton Garden Inn located in Missoula MT. The front desk attendants were very courteous and helpful. The room was clean and good sized. We stayed in a king suite with a whirlpool. The bathroom with the whirlpool gets very warm when in use and does not have very good ventilation. Breakfast service was very good. The host was very friendly and courteous. Our overall stay was good and we would stay again.

We had our wedding at this location and the girl we worked with was very on top of the whole event I was able to relax on my own wedding day because she did such a great job.

We attended a convention held at the Hilton. We reserved our room 4 months ahead of the convention date only to find that when we arrived they had given our room away, shrugged and stated that "we believe in overbooking". Maybe so, but that does not excuse giving rooms to people who reserved a room only one week before, not those who were booked months in advance. Roll aways are very thin (2 1/2 in). A person is better off sleeping on the floor. Housekeepers did not get to the rooms until after 4:00 in the afternoon, and then acted like it was an imposition if we asked for fresh towels. Only one housekeeper stood out as being very nice and effecient, wish I caught her name, she worked on 2nd floor. Too bad we had to do the room shuffle as everyone else was poor. They charge $4.99 for cold cereal and juice, and $9.99 for hot breakfast. Major rip off when other hotels offer breakfast for free. If I ever stay in Missoula again, I will stay across the street. For the same price, you get a suite, free hot or cold breakfast and even free light dinner a couple of nights a week.

Very convenient location with excellent staff and rooms. Close to a wide variety of food. Joe and Doug went out of the norm to make check in a breeze and we have booked another nights stay. Thank you for making a difference.
