Great place to stay! The owner is very kind and extremely accommodating. I love staying here. I am in the area a lot and always come here. She keeps it clean. I only wish the beds were more comfortable. I’m pretty picky though. I like a soft bed!

Super clean when I stay and very professional.

Rooms were decent tho nothing was new but clean. Our a/c was broken but dident complain. Even if I did I’m sure staff would have changed room. Lady at front desk was very kind and helpful would deff stay here for the price.

Updated, absolutely spotless, reasonable, pleasant owners and staff, COMFY king bed. For the money you can't do better locally I'd say! Then go eat at 10th St Diner!

Priti was awesome. Rooms were clean and promptly serviced. Fort Madison visitors would do well staying here.

We stayed in room 20. The room was clean and nice with a mini fridge and microwave. Clean linen and comfortable bed with lots of pillows. Water pressure in the shower was iffy, but water got hot quickly. Staff was nice. Only complaint would be that checkout is at 11 but they started shoving us out after 10. Not rudely or anything like that, but there was definitely polite pressure.

The rate changes everyday. Won't allow you to pay for more than one day at a time. Cash only so she can fudge her records. Good luck asking for fresh towels. Housekeeping stole my phone charger twice. Got bit by something. Turned out to be bed bugs. She swears it wasn't and moved me to another room so she could rent that one pit again. Shotty business.

Visited friends. Looked like a nice hotel.

Clean rooms and lots of room to park a boat if you are fishing here.

For the price, I was very well pleased. Room was nice and big, bed was comfortable and it was quiet. I stayed there one night as I was passing through. The folks at the front desk were very courteous. I will likely be traveling through there in the future and when I need a room, this will be my first call.

$72 for a room that smelled like a combinaton of cigarettes and foot powder. The room was dated and kind of falling apart, the pillows sucked and the Wi-Fi was down. On the plus side the A/C worked well and for kind of a crummy little shower it had good water pressure and three of us took 10+ min showers and all had hot water. If it was $40 a night I wouldn't complain so much but at $72 a night it was terrible.
