Is cheap, cozy, very clean, the only bad thing is that you can't see the address on maps.

Not to shabby! Could use a couple more towels but it definitely works for us. 2 teenage boys and 1 adult and a baby in a pack and play fit just fine. Everyone has their own bed.

Great place for a pilot car driver. Low prices, cozy, clean little room, very quiet. I spoke to the owner and the housekeeper and both were very friendly and nice.

The only reason this isn't a 4 star is that it's old. I'm a pilot car driver and this place suits my dog and I perfect.

Me and the bf have stayed here a few times during our business trips and the owner was just amazing! We always got the same room, which was nice, and when we had an issue with the TV he immediately came over to help. The rooms are very clean and spacious. It is very quiet and peaceful there which is nice when after a long day or week of working all you want to do is relax and get some descent sleep before moving on to your next destination. Definitely 5+ stars across the board. We even asked for extra pillows and the owner went right away to find us more pillows. Unlike most places that we have stayed at for business trips the owner was very professional and kind. He was very attentive to whatever needs we had. We are definitely staying here again on our way thru the next business trip we do. Thanks Chris Turner & Terri Miller.

Jigar is super nice and very accomodating. The a. C. Works great, there are many channels available on the nice flat screens. Cell service is great but the Wi-Fi is just decent. What he (the owner) does that I think is awesome is he asks the police to drive through frequently. I've stayed at fancy smancy places and this one tops them all.

Very nice check in, polite, eager to please. Not the ritz by any means but it's cold in the summer, warm in the winter, and the bed was comfortable.

In the process of remodeling but for a cheap place to stay it's pretty nice. Only thing I would change is the fact it only has showers and no bathtubs. Very nice service and quick to solve any needs you may have while your staying at Rivers Inn.

Overpriced room for how dirty it was. You can't get ice after 10 p. M. The bed clothes had rips and stains all over them spiders in the bathroom not just a spider multiple spiders. Will not be staying there when we come back to Fort Madison Iowa.

I had a short overnight stay at this place from a long insterstate drive. Cheap basic room and friendly staff. Would come back if I drive through here again.

Best local hotel I have stayed so far. When I stayed, room was really clean. They have microwave, refrigerator, and TV includes. Rooms smell like fragrance. Beds are really comfortable. I slept like a baby. If I come back, I would definitely stay here. I would tell all my friends and family to stay here. Have continental breakfast. It is a quieter and safe place to stay. I would recommend other to stay here. Price is reasonable.

To be honest, we just needed a place to sleep, because we had been camping and it was going to rain. We were looking for beds and a/c. That is what we got. The man at the desk was awesome though, he gave us a bit of a bigger room because we had kids. I didn't see any bugs… But the shower was not cleaned properly and the carpets/furniture could use a good cleaning. It suited our purpose, but it was not on my list of places that I can't wait to stay again…

If I could give no stars I would! In my opinion it's run down and full of dope heads, I did not feel safe or comfortable, I did not stay and I recommend to anyone else go somewhere else or sleep in ur car would be alot safer!

The hotel was adequate, and the staff was friendly. Most importantly, they allowed us to bring our dogs, and we're very reasonable about the fee. That said, the room wasn't very clean, the locks on the door were broken or missing, and the exterior and grounds looked run down and unmaintained. This motel COULD be a lot better with a little bit of work.

Horrible hole and they don't pay attention to the do not disturb sign. The maid stole painkillers and manager then says I know the law and I have to clean the rooms. They never had a problem not cleaning the room when I was there.

Bad place to stay cleaning people steal your stuff even if you post the do not disturb sign.

This place is great! My hubby and I are treated like family, awesome cable and TVs. The staff is also has humor!

Absolutely disgusting. Only thing good about it is the price. Which is understandable because nobody in their right minds would pay a penny more for it. You might like staying here if you enjoy wallpaper crumpling off the walls, ceiling falling in, brown doors that are supposed to be white, stained curtains, and enjoy sleeping with the LITERALLY hundreds of spiders that come out at night outside of your room. And they try and advertise newly remodeled clean rooms in 2012. There's no way even 4 years later.

It's a standard run of the mill Indian owned hotel.

Advertised $45 a night tried to charge almost $80 plus they tried to charge for smoking in the room even though I didn't and froze my f$!? & balls off to smoke outside so I wouldn't have to pay the smoking charge. The rooms are insanitary, I found old rotting chicken bones under the edge of the beds immediately after I was told that they had been cleaned. The beds are greasey and filthy, I found mold growing in the bathroom, and 1the fold out bed had food and stains that I don't even want to guess at all over.

The owners are rude! The floors were falling in! The owners also kept $142.00 of our money, claiming non refundable because we switched rooms.

Nothing special about the stay.
