We have had my daughter's birthday party for the last 4 years. Had no problems before. They kicked us out of the pool and refused repeatedly to give us her managor's number. The lady walked away from us twice. Threaten to call the cops because we had more kids then what was registered to the room. I will be massaging everyone I know who has a party out here not to anymore.

The Quality Inn of Fort Madison, IA is fantastic! Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and accommodating any time that I have stayed here. Price is reasonable. I highly recommend!

Great place to stay. The staff is friendly and responsive to requests. A great location making it easy to reach any place in the Quad Cities. Rooms are comfortable and clean. We always stay here when visiting the Quad Cities.

A bit confusing at first because the reservation and other details referenced Comfort Inn with their logo but the name and logo on the building is for Quality Inn. I know they are part of a larger group of hotels, but confusing. The hotel is average. Nothing spectacular and nothing awful. Poor ventilation kept the room humid from showers. Typical flaws here and there that need repair. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Breakfast was on the lower end of just okay. Had to ask for plates and milk when both were out.

Good, large room. Comfortable bed. Slightly pricey. I notified the front desk that the card reader on the back door entrance was not working, as our room was closer to the back entrance, and my wife had to walk around to the front entrance to let my daughter and I in while we held all our baggage that we were checking in with. When I talked to the front desk, the person who answered told me " (the card reader) only works sometimes, " and it seemed like there was no concern about getting the problem fixed. Would've gotten 5-star review from me except for this.

Absolutely rude staff. They screwed me over with my wedding by double booking.

Not noisy at all. Near the highway but totally silent and peaceful place to get some sleep.

Staying on business, on the phone the lady didn’t seem to know what to do about our odd check-in time, but told us she would add a note. Came to check in at 2AM, and made sure to ask who I need to talk to (just in case things didn’t go smoothly with billing and our odd check out time we would have) and she assured us she would work it out for us upon our checkout as she would be working. Eased my mind. Walking into the room I was actually SHOCKED at how nice it was! This is a beautiful hotel, and I have no complaints other than the bathroom lock being broken. Even the bathroom was magnificent! I missed breakfast (usually falling asleep around 4 or 5 AM this is typical).

Really pleasant experience. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. And they did a nice job with breakfast. Eggs, sausage, waffles — I'm used to coffee and boxed cereal at most hotels, so I was impressed :)

Currently staying here on business. Arrived at 3 am on a Tuesday morning, smells and looks clean right as you walk in the door. Greeted by friendly, welcoming staff. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable with nice pillows, bathrooms fully stocked and clean. Full size pool, kiddie pool, and spa. Fitness center, business center, laundry room, and free breakfast. Breakfast is very good with a lot of selections. The staff do a wonderful job and are incredibly accommodating, kind, and pleasant to talk to. I work nationwide and stay in a lot of different hotels/motels. Any negative reviews are very hard to believe because this is the best hotel I've stayed at in a very long time. Pricing may be high, but definitely worth it in my honest opinion. Five stars!

My family and I stayed for 3 nights over new years. We were greeted with with smiles and feeling of welcome comfort! The rooms were very well in order and had a pleasantly clean smell. The rolling bed and Pack n' play that they brought to us were also clean. The hot tub was very spacious and I didn't feel dirty when I got out unlike many others I have been in. My kids loved the heated pool and my 15 month old son loved the water bubbler that were in the kiddie pool. On New Years Eve 2017 one of the staff members went way above and made sure all the kids in the hotel had fun and she had toys and games. We shot nerf guns and had a movie and pizza. My kids will never forget that night. Next time we are back in Fort Madison we will definitely stay at this place.

Love this place and the front staff is amazing. The ladies are so sweet and helpful. I'm very pregnant and asked for a different room on the first floor the lady at the front was very helpful moved my 3 very loud kids and I to a bigger room. Love this place.

Staff was ok people but the room was a mess. Wife saw spider crawling on wall when I moved the chair to get at it the floor and lamp behind it looked like it hadn't been vacuumed or dusted in years. The wall paper in bathroom was peeling, not to mention there was maybe 3 tissues in the kleenex box. Shower curtain wouldn't stay shut becuz the angle of the rod was to steep. Key card would not work for the outside door to get in so even though our room was closer to the end of the building we still had to go clear up to front door. Pool wasn't bad not enough towels for everyone and no one came to check or add towels. But the staff was friendly… lol.

Our family of five stayed here for almost two weeks during our move and were able to bring our two cats, too — what a blessing! The hotel staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They were booked up for one of the weekends because of a wedding and we requested they notify us if there were any cancellations. They did, which was an immense help. We had to stay one night at the Super 8 in Keokuk, and it was a nightmare. We were so glad to get back to the Comfort Inn. It's not perfect — the carpets were sticky in places and the exercise room left a lot to be desired — BUT Hearty breakfasts, happy staff, clean pool, hot jacuzzi, fridge & microwave in the rooms, good place for kids.

Horrible service in regards to reserving the banquet room for a wedding reception. Poor business etiquette and constant increase price changing almost double just weeks before the wedding day. Forced to find another reception venue at the last minute. Will never do business there again or recommend it to anyone! Very angry wedding family.
