Do yourself a favor if you’re ever in the Fort Madison area and stay at this place, it’s by far the best place to stay … staff is super friendly, the rooms are clean and new, the complementary morning breakfast is also very good (for hotel food) … I would definitely stay here again…

Great hotel. Comfortable beds, good restauraunts nearby, and everything you could want, with the exception of a pool. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and make check in and checkout very quick and smooth. We enjoyed our stay here, and hope you did too!

Clean. Comfortable. Great breakfast. Friendly. Good price. We're stayed here for the Nauvoo pageant and learned that the is a toll drawbridge between Iowa and Illinois that could add 25 minutes if a boat comes through. On the other hand, it was fun to watch it operate.

A very nice hotel! We travel a lot during the summers for work, and this hotel was a really nice experience for us while on the road! The beds we're comfortable, the staff was welcoming and very helpful, and the free breakfast includedots of hot options like eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy and waffles.

Great Beds, clean rooms and good water pressure — family suite worked great for a family of 5. Thanks for having soy milk for daughter with allergies. Waffles and biscuits and gravy was good comfort food while traveling — but fresh fruit, eggs and yogurt as healthier options too. Thanks for the comfortable place to stay while visiting family in the area.

I stay here several times a year. By far the best in town. The staff is exceptional. Very professional, helpful and inviting. The accommodations are great. Nice meeting rooms, and big lobby for socializing. Nice fenced patio with grill and fire pit. Rooms are fantastic. Very comfortable beds with large tvs. Rooms are always spotless as well. I highly recommend staying here when in the area.

The staff was very friendly. The front desk and check in area was very open. The rooms are clean, there is a moderate size refrigerator and a 55 inch tv. The breakfast starts at 5 am which is a plus for my early work schedule. The area and the road is very quiet.

Loved this hotel! Great service, clean rooms, and updated decor. The hotel is under construction, but I did not feel it affected us at all. No loud noise or dust everywhere. I do wish they had pool on site and we didn't have to drive somewhere else to swim. Overall, great experience!

Quite simply amazing! I was initially on my way to another lodging facility close by and passed Boulders — which was on the same route — thinking it would be out of my price range… by all appearances. On the off-chance that perhaps there was special pricing for an older working contractor, I actually used my destination's parking lot to turn around. It was one of the most intellegent and providential things I've ever done. The charming young lady at the check-in point did everything in her power to not just compete but actually beat the price of the other establishment. The room was absolutely fabulous and on checkout, the personel at the desk — including the manager — were supernally warm, gracious and inviting. To stay elsewhere in the future for me would be unthinkable.

Stayed here with a youth group from Utah. They took wonderful care of us.

Beautiful building, newly finished rooms. Cushy beds, HUGE TV, clean sheets and clean bathroom. We had one small hiccup during payment, I prepaid through HotelTonight and it didn't go through. But management was very courteous and charged me less than their amount because it included a hold, so they just charged me as if I hadn't prepaid and had bough a discounted room.
