Pleasantly surprised at how wonderfully clean and freshly redecorating my room is. Customer service is welcoming and friendly. And they even provide a text contact if I needed anything. Along with a great price and a comfortable room and beautiful surroundings. Highly recommend and I’ll be back.

Clean rooms, roof ropes terrace is great!

The room was very clean. Staff and owner, Josie, were attentive without being obtrusive. The perfect location to walk to the springs and other entertainment.

Convenient stay in Glenwood for the price. Nothing is new and fancy. Breakfast was adequate on our way out to a hike. Beds could use some updating.

Really cute little rooms, great rate. The bathroom area was kinda weird, but everything worked great and I have no complaints. Would come back again for sure.

I stayed there couple times. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Got charged extra after I left for no reason and they claimed when I called that the sheet was stained with blue which I have no idea.

Family owned business! Nice! Very clean and cozy! Close to the springs! Close to dinner and breakfast! What else can you ask for? Loving them for almost 20 years!

This is not a pleasant motel to stay in. The rooms feel small and cramped, the only sink is in the bathroom, the shower curtain was stained with mildew, and our room was infested by gnats and mosquitoes when we arrived. The staff is nice and helpful and the continental breakfast has fresh coffee, juice, bread, and waffles, but those were pretty much the only redeeming factors. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you can avoid it.

Nice place for a budget room. Wasn't too noisy and kept cleaner then many other motels at similar prices. Only complaint was that parking gets crowded fast, but that's to be expected in a popular vacation town like this so not too upset about it. Fairly easy access to most everything around town, wether your driving or walking. Would stay here again next time I come to Glenwood.

Glenwood Springs Inn was very accommodating. We were in dire need of a place to sleep while traveling through to get back home and they helped us out tremendously. The room was the perfect size for our family and it was very clean and comfortable. When we come back to Glenwood Springs we will definitely be staying here for an extended stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The recently remodeled and updated Glenwood Springs Inn is a great place to stay at an affordable price. Located a short distance from many of the Glenwood Springs attractions and the downtown restaurants, staying there makes a lot of sense if you want to park and walk. The friendly staff made our stay an enjoyable one. The room was very clean with comfortable, new beds and blankets. The included coffee and food met our needs.

I can't say enough about this place. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and great prices. They made it a great weekend! The only bad part was leaving. Can't wait to go back again!

The inn has a great vibe. Fabulously located between the 2 main hot springs, and within easy walking distance of many shops & restaurants… Clean rooms. Clean linens. Comfy beds. Outstanding and super gracious staff… Cathy at reception; and Josey, the manager, above and beyond expectations! We stayed 2 nights and were delighted. We will be back. Thank you.

No frills motel/hotel priced accordingly. Friendly staff, very accommodating even for those arriving very late at night (thank you for letting us in)! Decent breakfast included.

Very clean, friendly staff, convenient location to downtown, restaurants, and attractions. The only downside was extremely noisy neighbors. The office helped in the matter as best they could. Overall it's a very good location and I would stay here again.

The room was large and had a nice kitchenette area with a mini fridge and microwave. The included breakfast was good with pastries, fruit, cereal, yogurt and a waffle maker. There were a few different food options near by with plenty more in town on the other side of the bridge. The receptionist was helpful answering questions about the area. Only negatives were our door lock broke and locked us in for a bit but finally engaged again to free us! The inn said they would look at it imidiatly.

What a find, right in town yet peaceful, spotlessly clean room+bath room, with an actual BATH to wallow in too.
Beautiful, comfy bed and bedding, not a mark anywhere in room or bathroom decor, it all gleams and is squeaky clean.
Lovely staff with a friendly, helpful, pleasant reception earlier today. I cannot fault a thing, and I am very fussy. I read elsewhere that someone marked this place down by one star because it isn't "gluten free"?
Why should any hotel be gluten free, really?
If "gluten free" or "veggie" is your hang up, how can you mark a hotel down for not being as precious as you are!
Just a thought.

Holy cow this place has been a gem for our company. We have been doing some work in Aspen and they have been able to accommodate all of our crew and every time bend over backwards to make their stay a good one and help with reservations. Truly the beauty of having a small, not national chain property. We can't say enough about the property and staff — they have been fantastic!

He can spot this hotel from the freeway. The lobby is well-maintained and attended by one of the best customer service personality I have ever came across. After my Pleasant and Speedy check in I proceeded to my room 365. I hope in the door and pushing my bags to be pleasantly surprised of the massive size of this room. Queen size bed, full pull out couch, desk, good sized television and a patio that faces the most beautifully frosted. Mountain no problems finding the remote control or working the television.

A very nice, clean, pleasant Hotel. The Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Many of the other Hotels in Glenwood Springs are now owned and operated by Russians. So beware of where you stay. I have no bias twords Russians. I have distant Russian blood. But, they are newly immigrated from Russia with Russian " hospitality ".

Wonderful locations, rooms, and staff. However, you need to offer a coffee pot to take to your room for those of us who can't get to breakfast by 9am. The Bavarian is very close, but in a wheelchair, it's far.

Clean rooms, comfy bed, breakfast spread was pretty vast (yummy donuts and such). Location is prime. Personal was friendly and quick — overall very worth the cost.

The room was clean and tidy, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the price was right! There was some construction outside so I was initially turned off but glad I checked out the room. The mattress was a little hard for my liking but otherwise I really liked this place. The breakfast was really good and there was plenty of seating available even with all the guests getting breakfast at the same time. The hotel also offers discounted hot springs tickets to both Iron Mountain and Glenwood Hot Sprigs as well as to a spa and Glenwood caverns. I would definitely stay here again. No complaints for $64 after taxes.

Clean rooms, outside entrances and okay parking. Located near Tequila's, an excellent restaurant right across the street. The parking lot is also shared with a Bavarian restaurant, which was closed at 6pm, when I arrived. They are located right across from an adventure location and hot springs. Con: Breakfast does not start until 7am. You can hear the noise from neighbors. Google takes you directly to the hotel. Cute lights and they have really heavy mink blankets on the bed. For all the hotels I have stayed in, that is a first. I slept like a baby, despite the hard mattress. And, the front desk staff was exceptionally respectful and helpful.

Friendly staff, recently updated rooms, large free breakfast and eating area, comfortable rooms, great rates, and close to the hot springs! Our family of 5 stays at this hotel every time we visit Glenwood. Couldn't recommend it more!

Four stars for the springs access. Other than that, don't expect much.

This Inn is absolutely disgusting… I stay in Glenwood about 14 nights a year and thought I would try this location out as it was pet friendly. The staff are beyond rude and the rooms are by far the worst Ive seen in Glenwood Springs. There are sooooo many options in Glenwood that are better than this place — AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

My good friend and I came to Glenwood Springs last weekend for a girls getaway. We were turned off by the look of the Inn immediately, but were pleased with the room. We would have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here except they started working on the roof right above us on Monday. We had just come back from lunch Monday afternoon around 1:30pm and were going to rest for a bit because of our busy day. Unfortunately that was impossible because they were working on the roof directly above our room. The walls were shaking and sounded like they were going to come straight through the roof. I called the office twice to complain and no one answered the phone. We stayed in our room for a bit then left because we had other plans, figuring they would be done working on the roof for the day shortly thereafter. We got back at 5:50pm and were surprised to see they were still working. Frustrated, we went to the office and spoke to the younger girl working there who had no compassion and was extremely unapologetic. She said "if it bothers you that bad, we can switch you rooms. " I said that if they were going to be done soon, that would be fine. I also explained that it would have been appropriate for the Inn to provide us with some type of notice that there would be roofing done and she said that she didn't know it was happening.

Rooms were lovely when we stayed there a few years ago. The room wasn't perfect when we got there (someone else's food left in the fridge and they forgot our champagne), but they fixed the mistakes right away, cut off some of the room price, and gave us the champagne for free. Lush bathrobes and bed. Wonderful to just be able to walk across the street to the hot springs!

This is a really nice place to lay your head for the night, after a long soak in the hot springs. Also Rosies little Bavarian restaurant is great.

Affordable and clean, convenient central location.

Too expensive for what you get. Stopped on way through but wished we would've kept driving. Our room was dirty, the sheets looked like paint had been dripped on them, old cheetah print blankets. Was afraid to turn down the sheets and look further. Needs some updating and better cleaning if someone is going to pay 100 to stay there. The extra pillows on the shelf were dusty and there were pennies and dirt on floor. Made us think that the beds just get remade and nothing else cleaned. After checking the bathroom, we decided to shower later. There were long black hairs on all the towels, sink and floor. Gross. Can handle outdated stuff to an extent but definitely can't do the visible dirt, yuck, and someone else's hair all over… and FYI we're all red heads so not at all ours.

There is major road construction where this inn is located, it took us 45 minutes just to get into the fricken parking lot. After expressing our frustration with this inconvenience to the front desk, she refused to give us a total refund, just offered a one night refund out of the two nights we were supposed to stay there. Because they only allowed a 24hr notice. Well, we didn't know there was this much construction going on before we got here so how can we give a 24hour cancellation? I understand the policy and more than willing to abide by it, but Where is the customer service? There is road construction! Terrible terrible service.

Walking distance to everywhere! Very clean and roomy! Friendly staff and clean dining area for breakfast. We always had bad experiences with Inns' backing up bath tubs but not with this place, we were very satisfied with a good shower. I gave 4 out of 5, just because I am gluten free and breakfast food was full of pastries. Even the oatmeal was high sugar content packages. But if you are lucky enough to not have any food allergies, it is the perfect place to be in. Enjoy!

Clean and peaceful. When we checked in, the owner was mopping the office. When we arrived to our room, everything was clean. When I got up the next morning the owner was directing and helping with the cleaning of the rooms. If you're not worried about having a safe in your room, no need to look further. Our room had a simple and functional layout. Iron and board available upon request. There are a few chairs and small tables available outside for relaxing. Breakfast area spacious and clean. Two second floor patios. Clean and peaceful.

The staff is the probably amongst the best We've encountered, unfortunately the room they out is in didn't live up to the cost or the reviews. It didn't even have Windows, and had drop ceilings. We felt like we were staying in our grandmas basement apartment.

Good rate $109 with tax. Clean enough room. Close to both hot springs, walkable or 2 min drive. We liked being able to sit outside and drink beer and look at the view. Microwave in room and fridge. Breakfast was donuts, waffles, bagels, coffee/tea, cereal, all fine. Helpful staff. Solid budget option.

Staying in this hotel was great had a fridge and microwave very rustic and nice. Continental breakfast was good close to amenities.

Reading the reviews on this place really made me want to stay away from booking a room here; however I decided to give it a chance anyway. As soon as we walked into the office the staff was really friendly. The check in process was quick and easy. We got our room key and got to our room. The room was actually very clean and not as bad as people made it seem. It was a great room however the only negative thing was that they don't really use good quality blankets… they have these old looking used cheetah print blankets with animals on them. So I suggest bringing your OWN blankets. Otherwise it was a great stay and we would definitely stay here again!

The owners are liers they dont give refunds they make an excuse to not refund u your money the roons are very dirty as soon as u walk in they stink I would never suggest this hotel to any one.

This place is clean, staff is friendly and we love that the rooms have microwave, fridge and hair dryer. But they just added a beautiful new breakfast room that creates a communal area for guests to visit and hang out.

This place was a nightmare. I worked at a hotel all through college so I know from experience that there's always one person who is just impossible to please and complains about everything. I am far from that person. I originally booked this hotel because they were pet friendly and offered a package deal to the adventure park. When we checked in, they put us in a room that was absolutely horrifying. When checking the bed for cleanliness the mattress was stained yellow and grey. This mattress had to have been 15+ years old. On top of that nasty mattress was a blanket that looked as if the hotel acquired it from a donation box at salvation army. It had Panda bears on it! Not cute ones, but as if a previous guest had forgotten it there and they decided to reuse it. I was shocked. We then told the front desk lady that we were not satisfied with the quality of the room and would like to leave. She convinced us to look at a different room and the difference was night and day. The bed had clean sheets, an actual hotel blanket, the pillows were white, (but the mattress was the same grey/yellow color). I was a little offended that the first room was even an option. I am 100% understanding that pet rooms will not be as nice as nonpet rooms but this was seriously shocking. We took our money to the Quality Inn further into town. What really got me was that we spent a lot less money but ended up with an indoor pool/ hot tub, hot breakfast, and a CLEAN ROOM.

Clean, inexpensive and lovely people at the front desk! It's a five minute walk to the Hot Springs pool and seven minutes to downtown! If you're looking for luxury, thus isn't your place, but if you're looking for a nice, clean place to stay, this is it!

We stayed at the Glenwood Springs Inn over Spring Break and will not be making the same mistake again. The staff acted as if it was our privilege to be their guest and not vice versa. We were told we exceeded the number of rolls of toilet paper allowed per room and read the riot act. We were handed a handful of napkins when asking for a box of tissues. We received a call around 9:30pm one night during our stay, and told the neighbors below us were complaining because of the noise coming from our room (jumping and running to and fro by several children — both that night and the previoius night), and when we tried to explain to the "gruff" clerk on the phone, that two adults and one 17 yr old were lying in our beds watching television, and the children running up and down the outside stairs was someone else's kids, we were told to STILL remain quite. We didn't have a dresser in our small cramped two queen bed size room, and so had to result to living out of our suitcase for our three night stay. The walls were paper thin, and so could hear the snores from neighbors on all sides. The view from our supposed "deck" (front hallway railing) was of a new office — under construction — and could have reached out and touched the new building. We awoke each morning to the sound of hammering on the new building as it was being constructed. Definitely won't be making the mistake of staying in the Glenwood Springs Inn again.

Nice place. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room with no odors. The room had space; I could sit at the table and watch TV. The bathroom was small. Owners are doing a good job of maintaining and upgrading, not just getting the last life out of an older place. Parking is available, but limited for vehicles with trailers.

The pictures online are extremely deceiving and make this place look like a decent hotel. When we pulled up there was no one in the main office, and then after 30 minutes when someone finally showed up they didn't speak english. Not to mention they were very rude. We were ahead of schedule on our drive to Glenwood Springs, so we called prior to arrival and asked if we could check in an hour early and the person on the phone said yes of course. When we arrived at 2pm they said the room wasn't ready and it would be ready in 30 minutes max so we left and came back 45 minutes later. When we came back 45 minutes later it still wasn't ready and that it wouldn't be for another 45 minutes, which was 30 minutes after the official check in time. Then at around midnight we were awoken by a very intoxicated person screaming and banging on the door of one of the rooms a couple doors down threatening to kill the person inside. This fiasco went on for about an hour and kept us up. Overall I felt like I was deceived by the images and descriptions on the internet and the hefty price of $220 for one night. In the end I had a very bad experience at this motel. I will not be going back. A fair price would have been 60 dollars a night.

We booked 2 room online and the pictures are very over-rated. We were spilt up into 2 different sections. One side was newer and the other needs help. I think they rent the rooms monthly to the workers from the Restaurant across the street. Very Low income. It just seemed sketchy We had many residents hanging out in cars and smoking right next door to our room at night. The parking lot was used for fixing cars. At first the room was very clean, we stayed 2 nights and our room was never serviced the second day. I never saw the continental breakfast. No hot tub. I would never reccomend this place to anyone. This place was rated higher than the Ramada, I have no idea why. I don't recommend it for families or a singles. I would go further down the way next time for the same or better price. On a good note the staff was very nice, and it was in a great location.

DON'T GO THERE! VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! Room are small, not very clean. Smells bad in the bathroom. Breakfast is awfull. There is not even a place to sit properly to eat it. People are rude. I booked 2 rooms from Hotwire, and when I arrived, the manager had made a mistake : she just had 1 room left. She has been very rude : she did not care at all that I was going to sleep with my co-worker. She did not propose to give me my money back : "call hotwire", she said. It was 8:30pm, and we just arrived from a 3 hours drive.

Rolled in to town after being in the road rambling and camping in various Natl forests and BLM land. Needed 2 rooms for 4 guys, the lady in the office offered to rent us 1 room with 3 beds and a couch which saved us money, she didn't need to do that, they could have made more off of us, so that was good. The room was clean and comfortable and is easy to find the hotel when you're stumbling back from the bar at closing time, so that was helpful. Also they offer some coffee and simple breakfast foods in the morning, which helped us sober up enough that we could find our truck so we could leave town. I'd stay here again.

Amazingly clean. Hands down, the cleanest motel/hotel we've ever stayed in. Simple and comfortable, friendly staff; comfortable bed with fluffy linens that smelled wonderful. Great value also. We will stay here every time we come to Glenwood. Did I mention it's very clean.

We had some creepy person knock on our door over 5 times. Theres no peep hole and it was very uncomfortable. Office said there was nobody out there. The room is dim, but it is clean. Stay here if you only need to sleep. Not comfortable otherwise. "Continental breakfast" is a joke.
