Beautiful location! Room was clean.

We reserved a jacuzzi suite and a 2 queen bed room for two nights arrived at the property to be told by the rudest representative that they would not honor my reservation there was no other rooms available she would not get me a manager this was not her problem and I needed to leave the property immediately.

Very nice room. Comfortable bed, nice mini kitchen. Very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff but had to change rooms because the smell was awful. The second room had an overpowering air freshener smell.

Rooms with a great view of the river… was very pleasant and close to the hot springs…

Great quality for the price, clean, staff always smiling and welling to help. Rooms are big with comfortable beds. I came here twice and will come again.

Great location right on the Colorado river, amazing breakfast, very clean and tidy hotel. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Especially the reception and the breakfast staff. Only downside is that its right next to a train track which is quiet all day but at night it does get busy and will wake you up.

Terrible Customer Service from the manager. We were booked to spend 2 nights at this location. After having to evacuate a condo at 4 am in the morning I called to see if we could receive an early check-in around noon that same day. The first person I spoke with was great and showed empathy however she was not the manager. I was told to contact the manager at 8 am to confirm this would not be an issue. When I first contacted Joe he tried to make poor taste jokes about putting us in a room with other people, etc. Then proceeded to state he couldn't kick people out of rooms. This was not at all what we had requested. Since we were looking to only check-in early and at the same time that is their stated check-out time we were hoping to get the first room which had been cleaned. When we arrived at noon after driving 5 hours from Park City, UT, Joe proceeded to tell us they were still booked solid and to again check back later. This despite the parking lot was almost empty so clearly people who where checking out this day had already departed. It was clear that him level of customer service did not warrant paying over $200 /night so we canceled our reservation and the Hampton Inn was able to get us into a room within 10 minutes. If it wasn't for the Hampton we would have skipped Glenwood Springs entirely and just driven home 2 days early. Glad we stayed as we enjoyed the Iron Mountain hot springs.

June 9, 2018 Parking was a breeze. Front desk was helpful however we were not able to check in at 2:40 p. M. Because our room was not ready yet. We waited for 10 minutes and our room was ready and were able to check-in. Our room was clean and spacious. We have 2 Queen size bed and a sofa bed. There is a 32" flat screen above the drawers and there is a mini fridge and a microwave. We have a nice view of the mountain. 2 sockets in the lamp by the night stand between the beds for cell phone plugs. AC works properly. We set our luggages inside the room and head out to explore the city. We came back after few hours and the hall way on our floor smells like smoke. The smell seeped into our room. I was not a happy about this. We talked to front desk, and they said they cannot move us to another room because they are fully booked. They gave us an almost empty disinfectant spray can… When I checked out, I mentioned this to Mr. Ryan, and he apologized and gave us some "satisfaction adjustment" from our charges, which was nice of him. He was really nice and apologetic. Some architectural flows, upgrades, and maintenance were needed. The lock plate by the door was crooked. (See picture). The phone did not have a dial tone (and yes, I checked all the connection in the phone and to the wall, and found nothing). We went down to the front desk and they said that they will send maintenance up the room. No maintenance personnel showed up.

This was a decent Hotel at a not so decent price at the time of the stay. Hotel was pretty dated and rooms had connection doors on the inside. Staff was friendly rooms were clean. The pool is very small and so is the breakfast dinning room. Breakfast pretty good considering it was pretty much free with the room. Beds were ok but not very comfortable. This Hotel is an OK place to stay especially if you can get a room for the right price.

Nice hotel near the Colorado River, very clean and mostly friendly staff. Housekeeping was mostly spanish speaking, so not much interaction, but front desk was very friendly. Not very wheelchair accessible as there isn't an automated door of any sort and not all keys were keyed properly it seemed as one key worked better than the other in my experience.

This is a nice hotel with kitchenettes and a paved path along the river. It has an outdoor patio with a grill overlooking the river. Many rooms also have a nice, river view. Great location, great views! Rafting outfitters next door and gas station convenience store right down the street. Hot springs and main glenwood are a few minutes drive.

Really nice location. The river really is right behind the hotel. I wish I'd brought my fly rod. Breakfast is good and pretty standard. We really liked the pool and hot tub. My only complaint is that the AC can be a bit loud and the location is a bit out of town.

What a fantastic time we've had! Even though it is packed we have just had the best time. Fished all hours without running into anyone, cleanliness is on point, very accommodating, and polite. I have been here a few times and I will continue to come back. Thank you for the relaxation I needed!

They were unable to accommodate an early check in which led to a pretty miserable day. The hot tub had a suspicious amount of foam in it and left me itchy. Nothing stands out as exceptional at this hotel.

All the bathrooms had moisture damage and/or mold. We moved from our first room due to the mold in the bathroom. The second room I discovered a dead bug in the corner of the mattress that looked a lot like a bed bug. The manager denied having bed bugs and we were moved to another room.

It is a perfect place to sleep. Indoor pool and jacuzzi are sweet. TV is to small. The bathroom tile was very loose and my room wasn't cleaned one night. Price was nice though!

We stay here often and every stay is a great stay. Large refrigerators in room Great views of the Colorado River right behind the hotel Nice comfortable beds Great indoor pool, hot tub and out door BBQ area right on the river. Super friendly staff that's been here for years. It's quiet! Breakfast is good & all day coffee & hot chocolate in the lobby. Decent fitness area. So many restaurants in town, too many to list. Hot springs nearby within 5 minutes. Close to Aspen, 50 minutes to Vail. Hike Hanging Lake or walk along the path to the tunnel a few miles east on the 70 We just keep coming back!

I want everyone to know what a great experience I had making a booking mistake. I made reservations on line booked it for that day. I called Tamara and she was so nice and helpful. She listened to my situation and without any hassle she fixed it. Then took extra steps to ensure a great time for me and my teenage girls. What amazing customer service. Thank you Tamara.

The staff was super friendly and the breakfast that's included in the stay is pretty good. Definitely enough to get you through to lunch. The rooms at the back side of the hotel get a gorgeous river view. Our room also had a small kitchenette with a fridge, sink, and microwave. My only complaint is that the bed could have definitely been a bit more comfortable. It was very very firm. Other than that, great place to stay!

We stayed at this Quality Inn and Suites on our way home from a long and exhausting road trip. We were weary and our main concerns were a hot tub to relax in and a hot breakfast in the morning. To say we were impressed would be an understatement. The price, location, room size, views, cleanliness, staff helpfulness/friendliness, food, absolutely everything was at or above our expectations. We loved staying there and would absolutely love to stay again! And, of course we have already recommended it to other travelers and friends.

Amazing hotel with a great view. Facility is clean and the breakfast spread is quite impressive each day! For the great rate, you are getting an amazing deal.

We had a great stay friendly staff clean room easy check in and out, breakfast was good, TV channels were nice selection, bed was a bit stiff and there's no "night lights" instead of turning on the full bathroom light, these would be my only dislikes and reasons for not giving a full 5⭐, we have already said we will be back many times in the future. Thanks for the great stay!

Our 3rd visit, and we've loved it every time. The river patio is a great place to unwind at the end of the day, lots of choices for breakfast, and rooms are clean & spacious. Fridge and microwave in the rooms. Friendly staff (though a little brusque on the phone). For the value you can't beat it. Amazing river views.

Can very nice Motel big rooms had a beautiful view of the river. The staff was very friendly. The biggest and best breakfast I've seen anywhere. Love the extra hour to get breakfast and to leave.

Jaime and Tamara are just wonderful. Great staff here. Very welcoming and helpful when my car broke down coming up 82. I ended up staying 2 nights to wait for the repairs. I couldn't have wished for a better hotel to stay at. Very reasonable prices, nice hot breakfast, and wonderful staff. Definitely recommend this place. It's right off of 70 and right on the Colorado. There's also this nice area to have a little picnic at the Glenwood Whitewater Park, it's not even a 5 minute walk from the hotel on Midland Ave.

Good quality of room for the price. The bathroom could be better seeing as it has mold. But besides that they have breakfast for a decent amount of time, and the room had to good beds with air conditioning. The TV is a little small, but there's not much of a point for a big TV when you only plan to sleep there at night.

We hadn't realized this location was so much farther from our destination and had to cancel our reservation last minute. The staff was so incredibly kind and helpful that we definitely plan to stay at a quality inn on our journey! Definitely made a great impression and we didn't even get to stay there.

Our room was dirty with two beer caps underneath the pullout sofa. We killed 2 spiders on ceiling and there were webs. Overall the lack of cleanliness of the room made me get a t-shirt on my pillow. It was just questionable. No TV/cable service. If you're not a smoker, make sure to get the NON-smoking room. We made the mistake and we had no idea, but the staff graciously moved us. I do have to give the staff members 5 stars for their customer service and friendliness. We were extremely happy about the breakfast. It was hearty and tasty which was a very nice perk! The river view and the tranquility is gloriously beautiful. Other than the room lacking the cleanliness, it's a cozy 2.5 star hotel.

We called in advance to see if a credit card was needed to get a room, to which we were told no. But at check in, after a four hour drive, we were told it was mandatory. The misinformation was very frustrating and stressful, but we were able to get a prepaid card to use and everything else went smoothly and was just wonderful.

Beautiful room at afforable price and great service from the people who worked with me. The breakfast was good and I would stay here again.

Friendly staff and comfortable room, but very poor internet, and the plastic silverware at breakfast was so flimsy, it was barely useable.

The view from our room was absolutely stunning. They provided a lovely breakfast. We were very happy with our room and the pool/hot tub, but the pillows were a bit flat and blankets left us a bit cold. Overall this hotel was incredible for the price that we paid, the staff was friendly, and we were very happy.

I liked the hotel but the room was a bit messy. The walls were dirty and the shower did not work very well.

Spacious, good television selection, great price, dog friendly. It had a pool, which is a must for the kids. It would have been nice to have had more to the workout room. It is in need of a few updates but we're there to rest our heads, not hang out all day inside. The staff was very nice and seemed to work for you. In all, we were satisfied with our stay.

I believe this could possibly be the last hotel within a one hundred mile radius of Denver that doesn't stink of pot upon entering. The frequent passing of trains on the opposite side of the river are almost completely inaudible, no worries there either. Courteous and helpful staff, the usual amenities such as cable, Wi-Fi, pool, and hot tub. Continental breakfast with a variety and quality unlike any you've ever witnessed. An overall pleasant experience!

In Glenwood springs, CO got a great price very pleased with all services and very nice little location.

Incredible rooms. Clean. Great breakfast. Good view. Helpful staff. Thay also have guest LAUNDRY and cable TV with hundreds of channels! I recommend this Hotel! Room 203 is great.

The hotel is located in a very scenic location. The hotel is very tidy and well maintained. It has a jacuzzi which is the best for winter climate. The rear of the hotel has a river flowing on the side of a huge mountain which blows your mind every morning you see it. It has couple of restaurants close to it and a gas station. With this said this hotel is definitely recommended by me.

Very DISAPPOINTED in Quality Inn & Suites Glenwood Springs Colorado for not even allowing someone to switch his reservation to next week. No refund available and not allowed to change the date without penalty. He can't drive to Glenwood due to the weather. The agent at the hotel who answered the phone said there was nothing he could do because it was not snowing any more in Glenwood Springs. Really? So all of your customers live in Glenwood Springs? Or do they TRAVEL along the I-70 corridor, through the Rocky Mountains to get to you? All school districts are closed and the roads are horrible. Way to go QUALITY INN & Suites-Glenwood Spgs — You just successfully took money from a young man who is working and putting himself through college. Booooooooooooooo.
