Love it nice family friendly.

The hotel manager and the desk clerks have been very pleasant and helpful, and the pricing is great. You're not going to find a better price in this area.

It's very spacious the rooms are king size beds queen size beds you know whatever you need is dog friendly the people are very nice you got breakfast in the morning.

Hot tube was not useable for the two days I was there. Rooms are small and dated. My bed seemed to have some sort of mattress protection which made it feel like the sheets were moist from not being able to breath. AC didn’t work well in room 114. Hotel management seemed nice.

Room was comfortable and great for my friends and me. Only real drawback was the lack of lighting. There were three lamps spread throughout, but no central lighting. Other than that, great place to stay.

Comfy bed and nice jacuzzi in our room. We had the honeymoon suite, which cost the same as another hotel down the street that didn’t have a pool or hot tub!

Two and a half stars Love that it is locally owned. Grounds are clean and it has a small but clean outdoor pool. Breakfast was a basic comtentental spread. When we first arrived we entered our room to find that it had not been cleaned. They promptly switched us to another room which compromised the view we had requested with our booking we made weeks in advance. No compensations were offered for last minute inconvenience.

Excellent customer service. Super friendly and knowledgeable about local attractions other than "touristy" attractions. Rooms impeccable. Surprised that the breakfast was as good as it was. Coffee tasty, muffins moist, and eggs and sausage yummy. Property clean, safe, and inviting. First time in Glenwood and Caravan Inn made it fantabulous. The pool was even magnificent. A million thanks!

Very comfortable and quiet room, we are traveling with our dog and this is the nicest place we have stayed in a long time.

Shower had clearly not been cleaned. Long black hairs lingering inside the tub. Rest of the room was fine tho.

I have pretty low expectations, and this hotel almost met them. It was clean, no mysterious stains or anything gross anywhere, and the mini fridge worked fine. However there was an overpowering chemical odor to the whole room — — I don't know what it was but it made my sinuses burn. The complimentary shower gel looked to be partially used. The air conditioner was the oldest I've seen outside of my grandparents' house. There was no hair dryer or iron to use. The Wi-Fi flaked out for half our stay despite reporting the outage to the desk. We ended up spending our last night at a different hotel and got a much better night's sleep without the mystery chemical stink.

This was a great place. We were well taken care of. It was early Spring when we were there, so not very crowded. So much nicer than a “big box” motel. Breakfast was great. I missed some of the conveniences like coffee in the room. But when went to the front desk to inquire, she brought out an old coffee maker she had in the back with all the stuff you need to make coffee. We loved being able to pull up right in front of the room. This is an old motel with lots of character. My only complaint: We’re traveling with a small dog and therefore always get put into a dog room. There were some stains on the carpet and a strong smell from the cleaning products that were used. Would definitely stay here again. About $80 for the night.

From a room Aesthetics point of view, the walls are off white in all rooms except the bathroom. The bathroom is about 5 feet of tile and then white, looks easy to clean. Meaning it probably was. All in all the room seems to have been cleaned well. From a security standpoint there is a chain on the main door alongside the normal hotel lock however the lock dose have a keyhole on the outside bottom of it meaning someone could pick the lock, however after trying it is positioned in a way that makes picking difficult. Acess point of view the only way in and out is through the front, in my room there are two windows and one main steel door. It would not be a safe place to hide. Hotel safe the safe is bad! Hotel staff have a two keys meaning they can get in whenever they want, also the safe is aluminum only on five sites the bottom is open and to be cut through cuz it's only attached to the bench using some screws From a it's just a hotel point of view its great it cozy and they alow dogs in some of the rooms From its a motel point of view, it's not vary safe, and more of a vacation spot than a place to hide out.

Awful experience! Arrived at night very tired from a long drive and the front desk was so rude to me! He was a tall men, kind of bowled and very rude. I had everything booked and told him I had a service dog with me. He said he wasn't giving me a room because he didnt allowed dogs in a room, I kept telling him it was a service dog and he didn´t care and said Is not my problem, go somewhere else, I don´t have a room for you go away from the hotel. He was absolutely rude and I can't believe the way he treated me and my mother!

Stayed in a large room that was pet friendly. I thought it was good value for the price. Breakfast was fairly basic. The bed was comfortable. There is a Safeway just down the road which is handy for supplies. My biggest peeve was not having a coffee maker in the room. Staff at reception were lovely and even suggested pet friendly accommodation at my next destination!

Clean, inexpensive motel in handy location. It's right next to a huge park if you brought your dog. Free breakfast is better than most or walk a block to the 19th Street Diner.

Great place to stay in Glenwood Springs for relatively inexpensive rate. Great Thai Restaurant and Diner within a block. Recommend especially if you’re on a budget!

Overall the stay was good. Staff is very friendly and were willing to answer all the tourist type questions. Rooms were average for the price. The breakfast was average as well but does offer hot and cold options.

I had no real problem with this place. The price was decent, pleasant staff, and not super crowded or noisy. The pool and hot tub was good, the continental breakfast wasn't bad. The bed at first seemed hard as can be, but oh my gosh did I sleep good on it though! The only thing that I found annoying was trying to pull out of the parking lot onto the street-busy and took forever to find a change to pull out. Overall, I recommend. Beautiful view from this location.

Rooms are clean and beds are comfy! Breakfast was great and someone was always checking to make sure supplies weren't getting low. Steve was very friendly and courteous!

Nice big rooms nice pool area and the staff was super nice saved us money on adventure park tickets.

We stayed here last night and it was a very pleasant stay. The hotel is not a new one, but The room was very clean and nice. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast this morning was very good. We had eggs and sausage, muffins, fruit etc. I have stayed in more expensive hotels and didn't get such a good breakfast. I'll stay here again.

Other reviews have mentioned the "budget" aspects of this place, which sure it's not the Hilton, but you're not reviewing the Hilton. You're in one of the most beautiful places in North America, the beauty is outside man! This hotel is lovely. The bed was comfy, the shower had plenty of hot water. If you're looking for luxury hotels, there are some in Glenwood, so go enjoy all of that. If you're looking to enjoy the great outdoors and need a nice spot to rest your bones, this place is absolutely what the dr. Ordered.

Cons: Definitely a budget hotel. Window air conditioning, coil stove kitchenette, deteriorating makeshift counter extension, old carpet & curtains. Pros: Nice staff, good free breakfast, sheets & towels were clean. Pool/hot tub looked appealing (though I didn't swim). Location is easy 1-mile drive from touristy downtown.

We were pleasantly surprised by how wonderful this hotel is. You get so much for the price! Hotel clerk at check in was super friendly and she provided us with all the information we would need to know for our stay. The breakfast was not just doughnuts and coffee, there was so much more. We loved the egg and sausage and fresh fruit in the morning. The view was also beautiful. This hotel is surrounded by mountains and it is so accessible, only a couple of minutes to the Hot Springs pool and the downtown area. You can walk across to the Safeway, Taco Bell, Wendy's and there is an Asian restaurant within the hotel area. If you need a place to wash your bathing suits after going to the Hot Springs Pool the hotel has a laundromat. Our hotel room was clean and had a microwave and fridge and most importantly was nice and quiet at night. We have recommended this hotel to all our friends and will definitely be our go to hotel in Glenwood Springs!

The hotel is in a good location, south of the busy part of town but not too far. The hotel is cheap, and the main office looks nice, but our room smelled terrible, especially the bedroom. We were able to deal with the smell with quite a bit of febreeze, and the room seemed cleaned otherwise.

Very friendly staff nice rooms Wi-Fi is a little slow.

Absolutely loved this inn! We stayed in the honeymoon suite celebrating our 2 year anniversary. The room was very spacious and had an in room jacuzzi and fire place. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming. The price for all of the amenities received is unbeatable!

Very pet friendly! Arrived quite late, but the wonderful lady behind the desk was very helpful and polite. The room was very clean, quite large for the price. Comfortable beds. Shower got hot immediately. 10/10 would recommend.

It was an unexpected stay on our way home. The staff was very friendly. We had everything we needed. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable.

I highly recommend booking the Honeymoon Suite if you ever stay in Glenwood Springs! The room is very spacious, has vaulted ceilings, and a cozy den with a fireplace and a big flat screen tv. The bed and comforter were very comfortable and there is another big flat screen TV to watch while laying down in bed. The in room jacuzzi is awesome for relaxing in private. And to top it off, the price was a steal! We will definitely be returning!

It's been about a year since I have stayed here but the staff recognized my name on the reservation and remembered that I like to have a coffee maker and it was in my room without even asking. They also gave me a great off-season rate. Thanks Steve!

This family owned inn was the nicest to my family very helpful. Made us feel at home when we were far from it. So if you ever visit glenwood springs and need a nice clean room and good service visit.

First room had a blinking bathroom light and the king bed was hard. The second room had 2 queens which were softer. The TV wasn't HD, but they have IFC which is a great channel. The air conditioner was loud as hell. You couldn't listen to he TV with it on high, but it did cool the room. Okay for the price.

We stay here at least once a year when in Glenwood. Hotel is within walking distance of park, ice cream shop, and restaurants. The rooms are basic, clean, and priced appropriately. The staff are the nicest people I've met in hospitality industry. Why pay more when you're going to spend all day at the pools and hiking anyway? This has been our choice for 6 years in a row.

A no frills hotel, rooms are very spacious but slightly worn and dated in appearance. The bed was comfortable, sheets and towels were clean. Housekeeping came by around 10am and we declined since it was only a two night stay. After we left for a hike someone came back to the room and cleaned anyways. Which was a bit odd since we said not to. If your only looking for the basics and don't need a luxury hotel it's perfect for a short stay.

Rooms are spotless. Location handy. We loved the breakfast with the fresh fruit! We stayed there over Strawberry Day celebration and the pool was a welcome reprieve to the heat, also immaculate. Front desk pretty lady and handsome handyman were local people who recommended wonderful places to see while in Glenwood Springs. Beds were soft and clean. Thank you SO MUCH. We will be back this fall. (thank you for allowing us to bring our dog, Miller).

This place is disgusting, and the rooms smell like MOLD. Front office staff is ok, except the blonde who needs an attitude adjustment. If you have to stay in Glenwood Springs, you would be better off staying somewhere else. Anywhere else. This place is old and moldy.

Got stuck working up here in aspen for winter. Something wrong with ever room, but got stuck with construction workers rooms in the back. Have to leave here by 645 so I miss the breakfast. You know people wake early on vacation so why not start breakfast early? Service with a beautiful smile from the lovely Maryann wish she would runaway with me. Lol.

The rooms were very clean and the pool was fanatstic! We had pizza from Uncle Pizza next door and loved it. The front desk staff was very knowledgable about the local area and we can't wait to come back next year.
